Ordered my drinks and got it wrong again. But that's okay as long as the younger girls are working it's great the owner lady screws it up every time. Then she tried to say I paid with cash,, although I sent a pic of my receipt with time and date.
Just do better,,just do better,, it's not hard to just make it right and If you get it wrong fix the order without making the customer feel like crap,, bc you need a hearing aide just LISTEN TO YOUR COSTUMERS and always remember the customer is ALWAYS right and shouldn't feel bad bc YOU messed it up twice now,,, if the teenagers can get it correct idk why the owner can't. Just annoying when you spend 9$+ PER BOBA DRINK SO OVER 20$ for 2 plus change and a tip!!! All for rudeness and 1 of the 2 drinks being wrong!! The first time it happen I just took it and left but the second time after 20$ + tip so around 24$ total price for two drinks WAYYYYY OVWR PRICED FOR A BOBA DRINK,,,

I was a lil upset and corrected her which she then took to heart and showed me meanness instead of offering to fix the drink,,, They say the customer is always right well for future customers may just write it on paper for the older lady idt she hears well. Or just don't go at all, idk the stress is worth the Boba? If I could have put 0 stars I would have!!
