Stopped by this adorable food truck during Pride last month. I ordered both the Mango Loco and I believe the traditional elote. My sister and her gf got the Fresa which was sensational. The customer service was delightful and everything we ordered hit just right (even despite the insane temps here this summer). I learned that this truck is typically located at lower Scissortail Park, so I am pretty excited to visit them again soon!
