The food was incredible. We did the chef’s menu, so each dish was a surprise and a taste sensation. They accommodated a member of our party who had eating preferences with ease and the wine recommendations were on point. It was very quiet in the restaurant- only 4 other guests present, but it was still wonderful. If you love seafood - do it!

Absolutely incredible experience and one of the best meals of my life, truly. Familiar tastes but done in a new way, though not pretentious. Delicious cocktails, perfect service and a fun atmosphere, too. I imagined we were all tiny little bugs inside a giant forest. Some of my favorite dishes were the oysters, papas, salmon tartar, dumplings & berry dessert. Cost was about $250 USD for two with a few cocktails & desserts.

Exceptional food - it tastes as delicious as it looks! The service was great, Christopher was the best waiter that I've had the pleasure of dining with in Santiago. My favorite dish was the Coliflor a la Robata - the curry was very well prepared.

We had an amazing dinner here with friends. The service was wonderful, and the food was both beautiful and absolutely delicious. We each had different favorites, but we all enjoyed every dish. Would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for an upscale, relaxed meal.

The host was very nice and helpful. We made a reservation in advance. The menu is not pre-fixed. We ended up ordering 5-6 dishes for the 2 of us and it was plenty. Def order the calafate pisco! The food was tasty but not comparable to a Michelin restaurant. Overall great experience.

The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service. However, the atmosphere can become quite noisy and loud when it's full, making conversation difficult. Additionally, the space feels cramped.

In the top 50 Latin American list. Food is like art- Michelins started presentation unfortunately, falls down on taste. Modern interior which is impressive but look closer and it is quite basic. Waitering was ok- Rather young and seemed nervous. Suggested to order 5 dishes between 2 People. The food looked great but the taste has to be equally as good especially if charging USD25 per plate which is the size of a starter. Only 3 of the 7 dishes looked great and tasted great. The 3 dishes that were amazing: CHIPIRONES DE GALICIA Y PILPIL DE BACALAO/ CHOCHAS DE PUERTO ALDEA/ TARTA DE QUESO MANCHEGO Y MANZANA ASADA 1 dish looked and taste very average: ENSALADILLA DE LOCOS- Simple potato salad with one prawn and slices of Over salted. The rest tasted very basic: PUYES DE PUERTO CISNE (AYSÉN) The puyes de Puerto cisnes was so simple and not that great- like a overpriced miniature life bait Some other disappointments from the meal: unable to do a basic/ classic Martini. Also suggested the blind monkey as part of their house cocktails specials only to be told that they couldn’t do it. So had the deaf monkey instead. All in all an impressive place more so from their Instagram pictures but less so in real life- an experience if you haven’t been to one of these super stylish Michelin star places like Alan Ducasse and Dame du Pic.

This is an absolute delight of a restaurant. Gin tonics are wonderful. Staff is super friendly and constantly offers to replace plates and silverware. Cured Salmon is really tasty. Sturgeon Fritters are insanely good. Cod pil-pil and Galicia baby squids are a jewel, tremendously flavorful and delicious textures. The crown jewel is the cacio e pepe rice with smoked loin roast beef. It's tasty, with a hint of spiciness. Absolutely mind blowing. Strongly recommend ordering that dish. For a party of 2, 4 dishes and one dessert are good if you eat on a medium level. About 100 dollars including 2 cocktails each.

This is one of the fanciest and most expensive meals we've had in a while, but definitely worth it. For the four of us we chose to do 9 plates, chef's choice, and 3 desserts, two mocktails, and a couple bottles of water, then tipped 15%. Came out to $360 total. The dishes and drinks were all beautifully presented, with a great use of color and texture. The service was top notch, and the ambiance was very futuristic or other worldly. Most important was that the flavor was amazing, and the portion sizes were enough to where after we shared the nine plates and three desserts, we were quite full. While not a meal we could afford on a regular basis, it's very much somewhere we would come back to for a special occasion.

Chef Sergio Barrosa has a few top restaurants in Santiago and we were lucky to find Olam in the Las Condes neighborhood close to our hotel. They serve tapas and small plates, most of which are under $10 USD each - expensive for Chile but by US standards, comparable to a tasting menu at a fine restaurant. We ordered one of everything and had about 14 different dishes plus four glasses of wine and 2 cocktails for around $175. The restaurant has stylish decor and a club music soundtrack. Service was excellent and though I speak enough Spanish to get by, the servers were comfortable speaking English with us and made us feel welcome. We were one of 2 couples at 8pm but by 9:30pm it was packed with chic Chilenos. We liked everything we ate but our favorites were the scallops with mashed potato and Parmesan foam, the katsu Kobe beef sandwich, the pork, the caramelized tomato with smoked fish and the mushroom stuffed with crab.
