This Website Makes It Incredibly Easy to Have an RV Adventure

"The 2020 Coachmen Freelander was rented from an RV dealership near Kansas City. It featured a full kitchen and bathroom and was priced higher than some individual rentals at $220 per night. The vehicle was brand new and offered peace of mind with quick responses from the dealership. It was used for a four-day trip across South Dakota."

Google
I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and experience with Olathe Ford RV. I found their online listing for the exact year, make, and model of trailer that I was interested in at a very reasonable price. They offered an extremely fair price for my trade-in so, working with Ann, I was able to negotiate the purchase by phone and text. Ann was great with communication and follow-up. The whole process was very smooth and professional. I can't recommend Ann and the entire staff that I worked with highly enough.

We purchased a new Brinkley 3610 just over a year ago, and we’re so glad we chose Olathe Ford RV as our dealer. The buying process was smooth, but it’s the year of ownership since then that has truly shown their commitment to customer service. The camper itself is beautifully built, but like anything that travels down the road frequently, a few things needed to be addressed during our break in period. The service department was outstanding—handling warranty items quickly, professionally, and with great care. More recently, a minor issue came up after a service visit, and they addressed it right away without hesitation. Justin Hoss and his team have been fantastic—always helpful, responsive, and focused on building long-term customer relationships. It’s reassuring to know I can call anytime and count on quality support.

First off Ann was so great to work with. Dave the sales manager and Dan in finance were both very attentive and helped us thru the process. I can’t recommend Olathe RV enough. Our walk thru tech(shoot I can’t remember his name, but please let him know) he was the highlight. Although I was very comfortable as a camper owner he made sure I was aware of all the ins and outs. I look forward to buying with them again. Thank you to all.

Google
Quick and friendly service. They did a FANTASTIC job repairing my toy hauler. Before and after pics included

Google
What a great buying experience. Are sales person Kelly went above and beyond. The personnel at the dealership was outstanding. Because are appointment was late in the day, they supplied hookups and brought us doughnuts in the morning. We were out of state buyers and were treated excellent. They completely went over the used unit we purchased and made everything right. I would definitely purchase here again.

Google
We had a wonderful experience at Olathe Ford RV center. Ann was our salesperson, she's very helpful. Chad was our service guy that took us on our walk-through. He was very knowledgeable! All in all a wonderful experience!

Google
Everyone was very nice. We did our walk through the day we picked the fifth wheel up and some of the things weren’t fixed. They fixed the pantry door. They showed us how to level, where all hook ups were located, pulled out each slide and the awning. They filled hydraulic fluid when they noticed it wasn’t filled. When we left with the camper the door to the propane kept flapping open, just ended up needing to be adjusted. Our biggest concern was they did not show us how to use the camera system. We were not getting a signal on the monitor. We are trying to take care of that on our own, we needed an adapter. Helpful staff answering our questions.

Google
We had a great experience!! We have been looking at campers for a couple of years now and have been to many camper stores and RV Shows. Olathe Ford RV has been the best experience. Ann is the best sales person, they were willing to work with us, the GM was personable, and gave us a great price!!! We feel they were honest with us. We got the camper of our dreams and the price we wanted. Thank you Olathe Ford RV!!!

Yelp
Took our camper in for a small repair, when we picked our van up 4 days later the main controller panel was completely broken . It worked the day we took it in . We called the Ram Thor Camper head offices, they said this can happen if the shop in Olathe kept the control panel on the whole time they had it in their shop., Olathe did not stand by this, Blaming it on us. Cost $ 800, Went somewhere else to replace it.

Yelp
We purchased a new Heartland Cyclone toy hauler and have been very unhappy with the purchase. We've owned RVs for the last 15 years or so, and always known quality is marginal with anything in this space. However, friends warned us that the items being built post 2021 are atrocious when it comes to quality, and they're absolutely right. One example is the king bed frame has a sliding tilt bed; the design was off and when the bed slides out it breaks out the front of the frame. The frame has nearly 100 nail holes in it from where it's been reattached multiple times (likely from the bed being cycled up and down showing folks multiple times). Instead of actual fixing, Olathe Ford would rather just slap it back on, make more holes, and move on. We're stuck with an overpriced, piece of junk, that was sold to us above our budgeted price range on the premise of quality and capability. Be wary of the 5 star reviews on their page, Olathe Ford RV pushes hard to have you complete a 5 star review before you drive away with your RV. Do your homework and invest your hard earned money in more capable brands that don't build out of Elkhart, IN.

Yelp
We wanted to rent an RV to learn about the experience, RV-test our 2 dogs, and to help us decide what to buy. We rented in January and we had plans to go south to Arkansas to warmer weather. We learned the day before the trip that the trailer we rented was winterized, and that it would cost $150 to undo that. So basically we paid full price for a trailer with no running water. Not cool. Other than not being able to wash hands, wash dishes, or use the bathroom ... the RV and related service was adequate.

Yelp
RV started to leak the first time we used it, only 4 hours from leaving the dealership. Poor customer service after the purchase was complete. Don't trust their subpar inspection. Check everything yourself don't make the same mistake. I was left disappointed.

Mike P.

Yelp
We took our RV to the Olathe Kansas RV (Winnebago) dealer for repairs. They struggled to fix the solar panels and DC to DC converter. After five months, they finally informed us that Winnebago had installed the electrical system incorrectly and that we owed them $2000 to fix it. This seems odd to me since they are an official Winnebago service center. If the system was not originally installed correctly, why would I owe anything for the repairs? The RV only has 20k miles. They insisted that I had to pay for the repairs because the warranty had expired. I will never visit this establishment again or buy another Winnebago product.

Yelp
In the end of July 2023, we purchased a new Class A RV. This was our second RV. I want to highly recommend the assistance provided by general manager, Bill Becker. He reached out to several resources to make sure our new purchase was a quality Class A as we were upgrading from our 2018 Class C. Bill had many resources to make sure we were purchasing a Class A that fit our needs. Thanks, Bill

Yelp
Tired several times to get somebody to call me back, wanted to review motorhome, willing to pay cash, nobody would return my calls even used RV Trader to contact, still no call back. The old saying " what goes around comes around."

Larry S.

Yelp
Bought a new rv. Bought an Anderson hitch. Doing walk through, bed wouldn't turn into bed. Cones under table in wrong spot from factory. Took a week to fix. Got trailer home, 3 days later solar battery blew up. Called them up. Told me to get another battery because I couldn't move the trailer because slide is dc. Said don't worry about the old one. It was in bad shape probably defective. Called on Thursday, told to bring it down next Wednesday just to be in line to have it looked at. Week later l get a call saying they couldn't warranty the battery since I turned it in for core witch they said l didn't need and charged me 180 dollars to diagnose a new solar system under warranty. Biggest mistake is stopping there to buy a new trailer. Ugly place to do business.

Yelp
We went to Olathe RV this past fall looking for a particular brand of RV which they carry. At the time they only had one model which we were not interested in. The sales rep who was helping us told us they have to order 3 at a time of this brand so we told them the model we were interested in expecting a call back. Never got a call! The rep also told us that "the internet is our best friend". After never hearing back from them we jumped on the internet and found a camper at a dealer out of state. All went well! We recently received a recall notice from the manufacturer of a need for a repair. Since going back to the dealer was less than convenient we contacted Olathe RV about doing the service work. The response we got from them was rude and arrogant, we were told "since we did not buy the camper from them there was a $300 charge each time we brought the camper in for repair whether it was warranty work, recall work or any repair"! This was not communicated with any any explanation to justify the reason just - YOU DID NOT BUY IT FROM THEREFORE WE DID NOT MAKE ANY OFF OF YOU! Please recall we went to buy one from them but they never called us back! Fortunately for us we found a dealer in Liberty, Ultimate RV, that was the completely opposite of Olathe RV. They were courteous, friendly and fixed our issue without charging us $300 for each visit. It is a further drive but I prefer not t I support such an arrogant and disrespectful company. Question - what if I bought my camper used and needed work? What if I moved here from out of state? From this experience I would say Olathe RV cares little about customer service and more about their bottom line. Oh wait if they cared about their bottom line maybe I would have gotten a call back from them to sell me an camper.

Yelp
We bought a used travel trailer from here. Once everything was complete and we took it out for the first time my wife found some water damage which was obviously recent and a problem. Called them and they had us bring it back. They worked on it and we took it back. The next rain showed more issues. It was a used trailer so we didn't expect perfection but did expect that they would've checked it out before selling it being a dealer and all. They took it back from us again and spent the time to fix the problems and get it right. It was a total of six months between purchase and complete fix but they made sure we were happy with it. I would send a friend there.

Carolyn W.

Yelp
I am very disappointed with some of the issues we ran into trying to purchase a Class A. First of all we have a newer truck and newer 5th wheel to trade in on a used class A. The trade in value they gave us was 8,00 less than what another dealer gave us a week earlier . After putting an application in with a credit report pulled, we were informed the next day the bank said they wouldn't loan to people without a Ks residence even though we have a Texas residence. Second, was then told the bank couldn't finance because it was one year older than they approve for (shouldn't the finance lady know that?). The day after we put in an application we texted the sales person (Bill) with no response to our text then he never called us back but then at the end of the day finally heard from the finance lady ( we still haven't heard from him). When we spoke with the finance lady we also told her we were interested in another one that was newer. She said she would have Bill the salesman call us back. As of now, we have not heard from anyone at the dealership so I guess they don't want our business or maybe not good enough for them. I really don't know but wish someone could have seen our willingness to purchase and show respect to people wanting to purchase a unit. To sad for people who are raised in Kansas but retirement takes them to Texas for the winter.

Yelp
Purchased brand new Rv and since day one had problems. I reported it n absolutely nothing was done. Now months later more expensive problems. These Rv's aren't cheap so save yourselves some repair problems and do research on another dealership wish I had.

Yelp
Every time we've been here we've always been treated as though we were making a purchase! Well when we really made a purchase everything went seamlessly! Never did I feel pressured into purchasing anything. They were patient with my family and our crazy busy scheduled. I mean we didn't look anywhere else either but they have everything here!

Yelp
We bought an RV travel trailer from this place. The deep cycle battery has never held a charge since the day we bought the RV. I just assumed it was because there isn't a charging system built into the electronics. But there is. So in order to even use the RV we've had to put a trickle charger on the battery while using it. I finally had it tested today at O'Reillys Auto Parts in Gardner, Kansas. BAD BATTERY ! But since I waited so long to complain, out of my lack of knowledge of RVs since we are new to the camping world, they Will NOT replace it. Only a One year warranty. And they were Very Rude at the service desk. Never go there again.

Yelp
After two attempts to get a warranty repair of a Kwikee electric step on our 2018 Winnebago Intent without success, I am completely frustrated, will never go back, and cannot recommend Olathe Ford RV service to anyone. The first time we took the unit in, it was for a recall on the driver side overhead mirror. We also were having issues with the step not (always) retracting when driving the unit (a safety feature), and a missing piece of trim. 3 1/2 weeks later they called and said the unit was ready to pick up. We made the long drive to pick up the unit only to find that the steps still did not function properly, and by then all the service techs had gone hone for the day. They had also ordered the wrong piece of trim. With bad weather coming I didn't want to leave it there (parked outside) so I asked to schedule an appointment to bring it back for the repair. The earliest appointment was another 3 weeks out. Today I took the unit in for the appointment, and after 3 hours of waiting they told me they needed a part and would have to order it from Winnebago. Another trip and day wasted. Apparently Olathe Ford RV does not keep an inventory of parts and any repair, even something as common as the Kwikee steps, requires that you leave the unit with them, make multiple trips, with days lost. The other thing that upset me about their service was not only did it take 3 1/2 weeks the first time without a repair, but that during that time they had a night of freezing weather, so they tried to charge me $80 to drain the water lines. I think it was only because they had it for so long and the steps still didn't work that they didn't charge me. There aren't many options for Winnebago service in the Kansas City area, but will definitely not take it there again.

Yelp
I just wrote a piss poor review, now yelp doesn't even work correctly for Olathe Ford RV. What does that tell you?

Yelp
My husband and I had one thing after another go wrong in one weekend to end it with the tire blowing on our fifth wheel and tearing off the fender, so we dropped it off at Olathe Ford RV and they said they would get to it that week. I called the insurance company and they attempted calling Olathe RV several times with no answers. When my husband would talk to a representative they would say we will get it in the shop tomorrow. After several of those conversations with no luck, I called and was told that an estimate was sent to my insurance company but they could not tell me what all was wrong with the air and converter because it hadn't been in the shop yet. When I asked how they did the estimate without it being in the shop she tried to talk around me but never gave an actual answer. Come to find out after talking to my insurance, they never received any estimate. The next day and almost two weeks later I called and spoke with the manager who said it wouldn't probably get in the shop until Monday or Tuesday (this was on a Friday). I advised him the camper had been there for two weeks come this Monday and he said they took the campers in as they came. Needless to say I spoke to two other companies that were glad to take care of our camper and I will be picking it up from Olathe Rv and taking it to one of them. They have also lost a sale on a Class A which we were looking to buy. Apparently this company does worry about paying their bills or people because they give the worse customer service I've seen. They will lie to your face to make you go away. SMH....

Yelp
Shoddy workmanship on my RV left the closet unbolted from the wall and floor. Screws and bolts missing from the closet that safely anchors it to the floor and wall. Heating unit was not bolted back into place but sat in lopsided and not anchored. Got lots of "we'll take care of it". Finally went to a Volkswagen RV blog and got help from the community.

Yelp
Don't even drive out here. First off we drove out from Shawnee since they showed a bunch of units as available. Once we showed up we got to see their beautiful, remodeled sales office with people milling around but I think we were invisible. We stood at the reception desk long enough to read their entire handout for rentals and no one even acknowledged us. Meanwhile two women were working the desk looking at their computer monitor. So I decided to tell my wife and daughter we would just go look at models on our own. Never once did a sales person come greet us. I'm not shocked at the already low reviews. We were at Unlimited RV yesterday and were even greeted by the owner. Unlimited RV hands down has been the best RV lot that we have been to. It's no wonder they have such great reviews. They will be getting our business. Marc McEver needs to understand that this type of service will kill your business. I'm not sure where the fault is but starting from the top and looking at your organization is where to start. Word travels fast and social media does have affect on sales.

Carol S.

Yelp
We went to Olathe Ford RV in Gardner to refill our Propane Tanks. The "gentleman" I'll call him in the store/parts area was extremely rude to my husband. We have been in before and he was rude as well but we gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking, ok, he must be having a bad day. No, he is just a jerk and extremely rude, shouldn't be working with customers.

Jon N.

Yelp
I am not sure what others experienced, but my experience was totally outstanding. While traveling across the country in our Winnebago we found that we had a problem with a cut wire on our retractable steps. We called Olathe Ford RV and talked with Chris Canary. Explained the problem and he told us to come on in. Chris was extremely helpful, including providing a great lunch suggestion. he was able to get our problem corrected within 2.5 hours and we were back on the road. If I lived in the area, this dealership would be my go to service! Everyone we talked with was friendly, professional and helpful. Great job.

Deron E.

Yelp
I took my camper into the service department 2 months ago yesterday. my insurance carrier has paid them, but they still aren't done. they made a mistake initially and missed a major item. I'm not sure if it's their parts or service department that's the issue, but their service is horrendous!

Yelp
By accident, we found my husband had a day off the same day I'd already planned for a babysitter. We'd been tossing around the idea of buying a RV camper, so we drove an hour to Olathe RV only to find no prices on any of the RVs, all of them locked, blinds shut, and no salesperson to be found. We even went into the office and told a salesperson we'd like to look at a few. He nodded and said he'd be out in a minute. He never came back out. We thought we might get some service when we saw a woman speeding around on a golf cart, but even a wave at her didn't slow her down. They have a big selection and it seems they are focused more on the maintenance/repair than sales. If you're looking to do more than look at the outside of a bunch of shiny campers, I'd say look somewhere else.

Yelp
We took our motor home in the first of the Winter expecting to get it ready to go south for the Winter. Before we went the cold weather caught us and it was low on propane, so I took it out to Olathe RV and they filled the tank. After a week a really cold spell came through and us thinking we had the central heat on, we though our water lines would not freeze... It would not of if they had shut off the vent valve on the propane tank. So we froze up.. I friend who also works on rv came over and found the propane vent valve barely cracked open, which drained the tank. Then I take it out to Olathe Rv and after quiet a lot of money for repairs we thought our problems were solved, but they let it set out and when we did take it south we found out we had water lines coming into the kitchen area and also the outside shower nozzle was cracked also.. This is after we're down on the coast of Texas. I called and talked to them and was politely told they can't do anything unless I could bring it back to them.. Well duh.. Sort of a long trip, wouldn't you think.. So I was out a lot of money on repairs down there.. Not happy with them nor would I recommend them to guarantee anything.

Yelp
Have them check the RV over before you have your credit report pulled, secure a loan, and put a down payment on your RV from this place. On 6/27/21, we saw an RV that fit our budget and our liking. On 6/28 we made and appt, and went to the dealership at 11am to see the RV. Looked it over. Liked what we saw, and sat down with the salesperson and finance manager to go over numbers and the next steps. We put down a down payment, secured the loan, and made an appointment to pick up the RV on 7/2. On 7/1 I received a phone call from the salesperson that they wouldn't be selling us the RV because the roof was complete trash, and they were worried that the sides of the RV were also in bad shape. She indicated that they would not be repairing it because the cost to repair it would be more than what the RV is worth. What infuriates me is that the dealership did not inspect RV before listing it on their website AND putting it on their lot as something that is available to sell. The salesperson had indicated that the RV had been there for 4-5 days BEFORE we saw it on Sunday. Now, we have to get our deposit back, our credit reports have been pulled, and we've secured a loan that is accruing interest, and we do not have an RV now. Not only has it cost our time and our gas, but now we will have a lower credit score because of the inquiries, and I have a payment for a loan with nothing to show for it. If you are in the market for an RV, I advise you to tread lightly with Olathe Ford RV. A horrible experience that is now costing us a lot more than we bargained for.

Yelp
Had our 10,000 watt Onan generator serviced changing filters and oil. When I went to pay the cost was over $400.00. I could not believe the cost. I ask why so much and they said they have to use special oil made by Onan and the oil filter was made by Onan. The filters replaced were only the fuel and oil filters. I was very upset as I had serviced it myself the time before. It barely took me an hour and I used the same oil used in my Diesel engine (cummins). The filters are readily available at O'Reilly Auto Parts for a fraction of the cost. I decided to look in the owners manual regarding the oil and filters and the oil and filters I had used were good. To make this even worse I was at a dealer in Forest City, IA lest than one week later while there to tour the Winnebago plant. While there I visited the Winnebago dealer, Lichtsinn RV, and their regular cost for servicing this generator was $98.00. Later in the trip we were in Alaska and while visiting an RV Dealer in Anchorage I saw the very same deal on their standard costs list for certain services.

Yelp
Our Ford F-450 RV gave a service code error as we approached KC. I called the nearest Ford dealer but was referred to Olathe RV. They put a tech on it within five minutes and he quickly determined there was no problem -- just a computer glitch. He reset the dash light and sent us on without even charging us! So nice to experience Midwest hospitality. Highly recommend this shop!

Yelp
Horrible service from the advisor Cindi Mcdonough, horrible attitude and didn't seem to care if you exist. Don't go here unless you want to wait forever. Overpriced for hourly service rates

Yelp
We took our 5th wheel in for some warranty repair work in Nov. 2014. We were on a tight schedule since we were planning to leave on a trip in a little over a week. We had some problems at first; never heard from repair dept., keep getting different stories about the repairs, etc. We contacted the GM Daryn Anderson and the problems were corrected immediately. Daryl promised he would find out what happened to our scheduled repairs and call us back. He called back in an hour and said our 5th wheel was in the shop and being worked on. Promised we would get it back in plenty of time for our trip. Daryl told us to call him if there were any other problems. We got our 5th wheel a few days later, all repairs made. We will take our 5th wheel here again.

Matt D.

Yelp
Very friendly service staff and easy to book and rent their RV's....I highly recommend!

A M.

Yelp
UNhappy camper-AVOID this DISHONEST dealership. They do not stand behind their products. They had our brand new 5th wheel 9 weeks the first season we bought it (2016). They ran into another RV causing damage to the front of ours. The auto level system has had more issues than it's worth. Service department techs come and go so often that you never get the same person twice. Sales folks are all smiles when you walk in the door but don't let that fool you. Even after they had our 5th wheel in service so long the first season we actually considered giving them our business again-trading it in on a new toy hauler they had. We talked to the same sales person we bought our first one from, Ann, who went on & on telling us that she was top sales AGAIN but then refused to give a decent trade value. Our RV was still new considering they had it in service longer than we had it out camping. When I asked her to explain the low ball trade in & if she sold it to us way over value or if it honestly depreciated $16,000 in one year she could not respond. She said she would see what she could do and get back with us. Never heard another word from her. Guess she forgot that we were one of her very first customers and one of them that made her top sales. We get it, everyone has to make a living. She could have had more of our business and that of some family & friends getting into camping. We'll make the drive to Oklahoma & save about $12,000!

Floyd B.

Yelp
Sold a service contract called Performance Care that is as worthless as the paper it is written on, have took RV at this dealership, which is over priced for service work, using warrenty and service contract, and nothing gets fixed. So buyer beware, it has not covered near as many things that you first read in contract. Talked to General manager with no satisfaction,he must not like repeat customers.

Chad P.

Yelp
My friends and I rented an RV for our annual sports road trip. We had a great experience and the staff was very friendly at first. A few days after returning the RV, they informed us that they were having to file a claim on some damages. We were shown pictures of said "damages" that looked like normal wear and tear. Ron, one of the employees, even stated on the phone that he could see it being excessive. We have rented an RV every year for this trip and gave Olathe Ford a try this year. Needless to say, I would recommend staying far, far away and my group will NEVER be renting from them again.

Doug N.

Yelp
While they did the work as instructed, it took 61 days to replace an LP regulator, a rear view camera, and straighten out a piece of warped side molding. All work was done under manufacturers warranty. The coach was returned dirty as if it had been driven through mud puddles and since the RV was stored it in an open field for those 61 days, mice had left their tell tale signs of being in the coach. The manner in which the service department communicates with their customers left me no choice but to contact the Manager via email on two separate occasions, which had little or no effect in getting the work done in a more timely fashion. I also contacted the manufacturer to make sure there were no delays in approving the warranty work, which there were not. I cannot in good conscious recommend Olathe RV to anyone who wishes to have service done on their motor coach.

Yelp
Rented a trailer from Olathe RV for a family vacation. We were considering buying a trailer but thought it would be good to rent first. Shelly is responsible for their rental business and was very unorganized. She consistently would not get back to me when I emailed her or left her a voicemail. It would usually take several days and sometimes a week to connect with her. When I could finally get ahold of her, she would tell me how busy she was. The day before we were scheduled to pick up the trailer, I received an email confirming the incorrect rental dates for the trailer so I emailed and then had to call. Shelly argued with me that I was incorrect even though the contract, as well as the invoice I had paid for 2 weeks earlier had the correct dates. She eventually confirmed the trailer was available and that it wasn't a problem, she would help us out. ??? The insurance was another complete mess. She waited until the last minute to contact our insurance agent to confirm coverage, then completely confused him about what was actually required. He ended up writing up a rider policy for the trailer for us. We then found out that it was never needed even though we paid for it. When we went to pick up the trailer, Shelly was no where to be found even though she told us that she would be there to confirm everything went through okay since the insurance confusion came down to the last minute. We were told that she had left for the day. We waited for an hour until finally someone was finally able to help us. When we returned the trailer, we had to wait over 2 weeks for the deposit refund. When the refund was issued, it was incorrect. We were incorrectly billed for a late return even though we returned it earlier than what was on the contract. We have yet to receive that refund. We were also charged for a dumping fee, even though we completely dumped the tanks ourselves immediately before returning the trailer. When I asked about it, I was told that they tanks were not empty and that a receipt was needed to confirm that we had dumped. Terrible experience all around with Olathe Ford RV. We would never do business with them again.

went in on a thursday to look at a used camper and got some soft figures from dan in finance. filled out a credit application that night online to buy camper. didn't hear back from anyone for three days. finally emailed my sales person direct and asked what was going on and he said he was not aware my application was sent i, which i can understand. what i cant understand though is why i as a customer would have to chase down my sales person for a progress update?!?!? i work and have worked in many lines of sales and if i had someone come spend their time to look at my product and did their commitment of submitting needed paperwork, i would be all over the phone making sure all questions were answered and seeing if they were ready to move forward with their purchase....that didnt happen. then dan in finance finally gave me a call and had figures with money down to secure my loan (which on thursday the figures he showed me on his desk were with "no money down") and also did not include my equipment needed to tow the unit with my vehicle (which i stated at least 4 times i needed to be included in my loan to work) i have sinced traveled all the way to omaha and received excellent communication and buying process while i purchased my new camper. in closing i hope that maybe my venting (which i rarely ever do, only when valid) creates a far better customer experience where the staff genuinely listens to their customers and a far better job with follow up, basic customer service!!!! i love kansas city, my city and was ashamed my parents visiting didnt experience my first family camping trailer with me.
