As you arrive to this hotel each and everyone in the staff makes you feel home, this rare 5 star special treatment is what makes this place awesome. We got the pizza and the club sandwich and it was great and delivered super fast. Special thanks to the reception, housekeeping and engineering team for this awesome and memorable stay! We will definitely come back.

Raffles is indeed a hidden gem in Bahrain. Our stay in first week of February was awesome. We received top-notch service & everything was done so beautifully. The private pool was the perfect temperature for my small children to swim in, in the cold weather. They did the private BBQ for us in our villa & the service was truly luxurious & performed skillfully. Their Crème Brûlée was delicious which was served after the bbq. Their spa was one of my best experiences & I truly felt a difference. Jaffar, the butler who was assigned to us for our stay was great and accommodating. All the staff were very welcoming & nice. Special thanks to the Reservations Manager Ahmad who remarkably planned our stay. Thank you Raffles & we will be back.

Wonderful stay and enjoyed myself I deducted a star for the following: 1. Light switches in the room, some work some dont so its impossible to get the mood lighting you want 2. The cover over the pools as shown in the hotel images are not there so you are in direct sunlight 3. Food in general could use with a good look at, its level is very below par for a resort of this caliber. That said I did indeed enjoy myself and when the new rooms open perhaps the above will be rectified and I hope they can take a deep dive into their menu and really look in improve overall flavour and presentation. Team was great and spa was great also!

I really enjoyed the desert villa with my family. What a beautiful space! The property was in the middle of rebranding and remodeling. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. I booked a spa appointment for the Royal treatment. The Moroccan bath treatment was too hard on my skin, and the water was quite cold. This was due to water line maintenance at the time. It was substituted for the ‘milk bath.’ However, the massage was nice. Just plan on a few hours for the whole service. Not sure if they offer a ladies day discount, but it wasn’t mentioned. Many thanks to all of the staff, including Ms. Esther! I’m looking forward to booking the desert villa again soon.

As usual when I visit the service was excellent. Attention to detail is always amazing. We were offered the wagyu steak and explained the origin and grade of this amazing cut of meat. Cooked to perfection and the taste was sublime. It never matters why I visit because the level of service and attention we receive is always of the highest standard.

I stayed in single bedroom villa. While the villa decor and look feels old, its well maintained and has everything you need. Place is undergoing renovation at the moment and could finish by Oct 2023. The best part was the villa private pool 👍🏻max depth is 1.4m and its very spacious

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely resort. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing. The new Chef has introduced some delicious dishes and fabulous mocktails which one must experience. Location is a bit far out but worth the effort getting there. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really friendly and making the customers happy is one of their priorities.
