Great location. Needs constant love and attention ++. Dropped off 12 pillows today. Clothing recently as well. Bins have been full as of late…

I was here today to deliver clean clothes to people in need. Not a happy place to visit, but makes you feel as your donation is appreciated.

Just wanna say a big shout out to Jeno the security who knows food isn't a need at 630 In the morning. Only applesauce for people who take medicine says Jeno. But I don't need food. It's not a need it's a want. I have living bread and water ok I'm not that hungry. No I dont smoke or do drugs. But most people here do. I love in poverty not luxury . Take a moment to remember who is trying to end homelessness. Sad but I'll move on somewhere they have food . But I'll be back because I have a lot of friends here It's a heavy drug area and I wouldn't recommend unless you use. Be safe and don't use illegal drugs they're toxic and can kill you. And they will. God bless this mission. May they find Christ love and know why he died for them. To turn from their wicked ways and learn to love a Christian life. I've seen people embrace love. Just not everyone or enough people And the word became flesh and dwelt among us. Praise the Lord Amen and amen In Jesus prescious blood I pray Thank you

Helped out on Christmas day and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! My French was, admittedly, insultingly deficient. But the staff were nothing but patient and kind towards me, indicating clearly what my kitchen duties were. Wonderful volunteers and workers doing an amazing thing for those most in need. I will certainly be spending more of my free time in future helping the cause ^.^

If it wasn't so cold I'd rather sleep on the street, racism also seems normalized among poorer stricter of society, not so much in other provinces. The staff seems good for the most part but they turn a blind eye to many troubling situations...

Help me find a decent place to live.

As i have had both the misfortune of having to go there for help and the fortune to experience firsthand the incredible work they do at OBM I am able to tell you out there that you can help them do the things that they do, by volunteering , donating , or hust going to see for yourself the difference they make in peoples lices wavh and every day..!!

Poor servies denies servies dogs that’s listed as a servies dog so it’s not just a pet I could see if it was a pet where pets are not aloud to be then you don’t let them in but by law if it’s is qualified as a servies pet then you have to let them in under the humans rights act it saids if your disability requires you to have a servies dog 🐶 then by law you can not be refused as long as it has the paperwork or vest and last but not any lease the I’d card it only has to have one of these and my services dog 🐶 had her vest on and I had the documents saying my dog is my servies dog 🐶 for my mental health problems aka PTSD AND BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER ALSO BEING developmental delayed and by law for all 3 of those I Qualify for a servies dog 🐶 and the staff went behind the nice staffs back and didn’t do what they said they told me about 2 weeks ago when I didn’t have my servies dog vest that without it I can’t get any help with it but they let me come in and get a meal and was told when I get her vest I would be able to come on into the shelter and sleep and eat however today I didn’t want to sleep 💤 I just wanted to eat at there Community meals That they have on from the 13th until end of the month but was denied 🙅 because the staff that told me was not on and they refused to look at my documents talk to my lawyer as they knew by law they were in the wrong and by law all anyone can ask is by the way is your dog 🐶 a servies dog 🐶 and if the answer is yes then they can ask what does your dog 🐶 do to help you and I would of told them it helps me with my ptsd and stops me from blacking out and going to jail then it would of been dealt with and I by law would of been able to go in with my servies dog 🐶 and eat my dinner now they are making me go hungry and my wife who’s also pregnant 🤰 the nice lady who told me I would be able to go in and eat with my servies dog 🐶 like 2 weeks ago name is Emily Sims. She said this after talking to my lawyer and by law it doesn’t matter if your dogs a servies dog 🐶 in the USA 🇺🇸 AS CANADA 🇨🇦 By law has to honnor it same as if it’s a different Provence of Canada 🇨🇦 like we are in Quebec and my servies dog 🐶 received her liaison in ONTARIO so it still has to be honnored in MONTREAL QUEBEC OR ANYWHERE ELSE
