We eat here somewhat infrequently but always enjoy it. Tonight was extra special. We dropped in before the theatre. Amazing meal, I had the barramundi. El-Marie had the curry salmon. Both excellent. The barramundi was slightly crispy without being overly cooked. The salmon had a slight glaze that was also wonderful. Great meal.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch on Boxing Day. The restaurant was very busy so I sat at the bar. I liked the atmosphere in this rather small place and the service was good. I ordered the breakfast burger with coleslaw and both items were delicious. The burger was served with a generous amount of perfectly cooked bacon and a lovely, runny-yoke fried egg. The burger was rather greasy but the flavour was excellent. I think this place is popular with the locals as a few people came by to pick up take out orders and a server seemed to be well acquainted with them... A good selection of wines and craft beer. Would definitely like to return and try more selections from their menu.

Katie and Selena, they treated my son and me. Very good, they'd let us know that the kitchen was slow. Ahead of time it was worth it the food was delicious very flavorful my son had a wagyu sliders, then I had the honey garlic chicken sandwich everything was delicious it's our first time here i recommend this spot to everyone 😋 👌 10 out of 10 💯💯 thank you very much ladies ❤️ the lemon cake was delicious 😋

We went to dinner at Old Granite Street Eatery this past Saturday evening with another couple. It wasn't very busy, only 2 other tables were occupied. We ordered a couple of beers while looking over the menu. It took nearly 10 minutes for the beers to arrive. Strange for a place that wasn't very busy. A few more minutes went by, and we ordered dinner. 2 people of my party ordered the Barramundi fish, one blackened and one pan seared. I ordered the 8 ounce sirloin medium, and the other person ordered the chicken naan sandwich. Salads were small and unimpressive. The fish was overcooked to the point of having crispy edges. The sirloin was also overcooked to the point of being well done and crispy. The mashed potatoes served with the steak were so cold that the cheese couldn't melt to any degree. The only item that seemed ok was the sandwich. The booth we were seated in was like sitting in a church pew; narrow, hard, upright. And no padding. I shied away from their hambugers. I was agast that their hamburgers were described as two 3 ounce patties. All I could think of was getting two sliders on a single bun for the price of a half pound burger at most other restaurants. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Old Granite Street Eatery is in an unassuming historic building, but once you walk in, it's an experience. A bit of the historic flavor mixed with modern elements, comfortable seating, attentive staff and amazing food at reasonable prices. I have food sensitivities so I always add stars when it's acknowledged and even more when respected. They were very careful to explain entree ingredients and prepared the Thai salmon in a manner that suited my issues. On top of that, the food was amazing! I generally end up talking some home but it was so good I had to finish it. You must go here when in Reno!

We stumbled onto this charming little restaurant. The place was decorated nicely, and we were seated promptly. The food was great. My husband and I both enjoyed it immensely.

Stopped in for brunch/lunch on the way to the airport from Tahoe. So glad we did! The vibe is excellent. Service friendly. Food and drink choices were 10/10. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Google
Delicious food! I was in a party of 12 and everyone loved their food. I got the pot pie and the soup part was delicious but the breading part could use some work, that is my only feedback on that. Great selection of drinks too. Will definitely be back

Yelp
Wow, long time since my last review, and time for an update! Granite Street has become a staple as one of the quality restaurants in the downtown Reno area. My wife and I decided to wing it for dinner out on a Friday night. After walking by a few spots, we decided to revisit Granite Street as it has been a year or 2 since we last dined here. Busy on a Friday which was great to see, and the staff was really accommodating to fit us into a table without reservations. Great menu with lot's of good options to choose from, I especially like all the different burgers, and have always been a fan of their burgers overall here. We started with the Roasted Brussel Sprouts, which were a good starter, nice and light with a spring green mix which worked well. We shared the Cobb Salad and the Breakfast Burger with a side of Sweet potato waffle fries. Really good, I'm sometimes hesitant to order burgers with egg but this one was exactly what I was hoping for. Great meal overall, our server was quick to take our order and food came out quickly and fresh. Glad I came by for another visit, every time I walk in I appreciate the open design and I'm remind of the history of the building. I still remember when it was a wedding chapel, and recently learned it was a cafe before that. Neat history of the building can be found here for those that are interested: https://renohistorical.org/items/show/108

Yelp
A quick lunch, an intimate dinner or a group gathering- Old Granite Street is the perfect place. The bar is spacious and features a large community table. The restaurant has cozy booths for 2 or 4 people. The food is great and pairs well with the craft beers that are featured on tap. (BTW- coldest beer on tap- in my opinion) The menu features burgers, sandwiches, small plate appetizers and specials such as fish and chips. The Wurst platter had three crisp on the outside juicy on the inside sausages. The whole grain mustard and sauerkraut made this a well rounded and flavorful dish. Go check out Old Granite Street and enjoy a lunch or dinner. If you're lucky, the staff may tell you a story or two about the rich and maybe a little "haunted" history of the building. Ask for Carlos- he has some great stories while he provides top notch customer service.

Yelp
I really like the menu options here! Something for everyone. The drinks on tap are cool, lots of selection. I got the burger & side salad. Really hit the spot! We also tried the pretzel & cheese app which was delicious. Worth it! The staff was really nice, patient, and accommodating. The restaurant itself is really cute, a great spot for a girls night, dinner with friends, and date night.

Yelp
I went here with a group of friends and ended up having a great time. The restaurant inside has a very cool feel where you get a sort of farm/rustic vibe. The restaurant employees were super great as well. Big shoutout to Alliston who gave us some awesome recommendations and made sure we were all taken care of. We devoured the pretzel bites and each got burgers. I had the bison burger which had some really great flavors. Highly recommend checking out if you are looking for a place to eat in the downtown area.

Yelp
It's been awhile since we have eaten here, but it's a great location for a pre-show dinner at the Pioneer Center. They have some cool drinks to start the night out with. I ordered the chicken pot pie, and it was very different than I was expecting...more like a soup. Service was good, and the mood in the restaurant was upbeat. This is a fun place to have dinner with friends before a show. Have a few drinks and enjoy the evening!
google avatar

Yelp
This is a great place to go for cocktails and food in downtown Reno and is conveniently located near the Pioneer Center. The atmosphere is relaxed and the servers are friendly. I enjoyed the creamsicle cocktail prior to dinner, but it would be good as an after dinner dessert drink as well. We started with Popcorn Mussels and a Naan and Hummus Plate, part of the happy hour appetizer special (choice of two for $20). Both were good bites enjoyed with our cocktails. I especially liked the whipped feta dip with the mussels. Next, I tried a delicious Thai Coconut Salmon Entree which came with a choice of side salad, Caesar or house. Overall, this was an enjoyable dinner and a comfortable place to hang out with friends.

Yelp
Checked out this place while in Reno and it was good. Place is nice inside, I will say it was definitely a little warm in there, but it was also a warm summer day. I had their version of a chicken pot pie, it was good, but definitely not what I was expecting. A lot of the group got burgers and they all enjoyed them. Food was overall good, they had a wide variety of drinks, and location of this place was good. It was in walking distance of a lot of different bars so it was nice to walk to grab drinks after dinner.

Yelp
This eatery is a very good local pub. We enjoyed our late lunch very much. The food is great and the service is amazing. They have 12 beers on tap. 11 of the 12 are craft/local. I do believe that the 12th is a fishing expedition. It is Coors Light. I can only assume that if you were to order this, then you would be ridiculed by the staff. It is an old building and has some amazing tile work on the floor, which reminds me of my grandparents house. (That is a good thing). Please go in and enjoy!
google avatar

Jovina B.

Yelp
Food was great. The french fries were so crispy on the outside yet pillowy soft inside. Sandwiches were delicious. I took a star out because we specifically asked what were the "sliders for the day" and the server replied she'll get back with us after checking with the kitchen. The server came back and let us know what the sliders are for the day. Everyone put their order in to include the "special sliders". When all the orders were served, the server said they actually do not have the server and the kitchen made a mistake. You would think that they would catch that before everyone's orders were served. So everyone else was eating but the person who ordered sliders as he had to wait for a new order. Other than that, all was good. Lots of parking on the weekends as there's an adjacent lot open with lots of parking spaces.

Yelp
Great service. Good food and loved the mimosas for two! We went couple days before new years with a party of 6. I would return next time I'm in Reno and it's good to get out of the casino properties and try local fares.

Yelp
Lovely atmosphere, slow, tranquil and beautiful! The flower powered drink was wonderful with gin and a lot of other yummy things. Was not sweet. The shishito Peppers were perfect, except the first one blew my mouth off. Rest were perfect. The roasted sprouts were good. They didn't feel like they were roasted because they were sort of soft. It's still very tasty. Little too much balsamic in the mix. I enjoyed them even though they offered to replace them.

Yelp
Had a great experience at Granite Street with a last minute change of plans for my friend's birthday dinner. Carlos and his staff were able to accommodate my party of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) on a Tuesday night. Started with drinks and we each enjoyed our cocktails from the creamsicle, a special cocktail for the birthday boy, Granite Bloody and their old fashioned. Wish I had more pictures but all tasted amazing to start off. All our meals from Beer Cheese Burger, Breakfast Burger, NaaN Chicken Sandwich and steak were all finished before a picture was even taken but we were all satisfied beyond our expectations. Our server was very attentive and even got to sneak a birthday deep fried cheesecake at the end timed perfectly before our check arrived. The restaurant catered to our robust group since we were just having a lively conversation and laughing throughout the night. Thank you for the experience and will always recommend this spot to friends and family

Yelp
My wife and I have had our eyes on this restaurant for a while and we've recently (finally) paid them a visit to try a couple of their burgers. I ordered the breakfast burger and she ordered the blue cheese and bbq burger. As an appetizer, we of course got the bacon chips. To finish off the meal, we ordered a slice of their Italian Lemon Cream Cake. The burgers were good. They didn't blow our minds but they did the job. It appeared to me that the patties were NOT fresh, hand rolled. Which makes me question their high prices. The bacon chips were stupid good. As was the cake. It was the perfect finish to a fairly heavy meal. Our server was good too. He was attentive without being overbearing and was friendly to boot. I would definitely come back. We enjoyed our experience.

Yelp
Pretty decent local eatery with a diverse menu. The atmosphere was pretty solid for a small downtown American restaurant. The food quality was halfway decent with a good amount of dishes to choose from. It acted like it really did not know what it wanted to be, but it did fashion itself in craft beer, which it did uphold its reputation. The service was fantastic. Would not go too far out of my way, but for the price it was decent
google avatar

Yelp
The people were really nice but all the food had this weird aftertaste and there was this neon orange garlic alioli on everything and it was kinda weird.

Yelp
I've never eaten here before and now in the last week I've eaten here twice! Came in on wednesday and ate outside with my husband and another couple, along with our two dogs. Service was great, instantly someone brought water out for our dogs without us even asking which was very considerate especially considering these hot summer days. We had Clair and she was just a peach. Loved her vibe, her kindness and her efficiency. We ordered the honey garlic chicken sandwich and the revision beer cheese burger. Both were very tasty especially the chicken sandwich. Best chicken sandwich I've had, maybe ever. We had some friends staying with us over the weekend and got rained out of the eddy this past Monday. Thinking where we could go for a quick bite and to hide from the lightening, we suggest granite street. We went in and got Clair again! How lucky. Again we ordered the chicken sandwich and convinced 3 others out of our party of 6 to do the same. Such a good Sammy. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
My wife, her parents and I were walking around downtown Reno, and on a whim, decided to have lunch at Old Granite Street Eatery. It was a great experience! We only had to wait about 5 minutes for a booth, and immediately were hit by the great scenery. It was like taking a trip in a time machine. Everything from the art on the walls to the furniture was great. The water is served in old alcohol bottles, which we all thought was a great touch. The food was also great! A little expensive, but I find that to be the case when eating out these days, so I didn't ding them too much on value. We started with the shishito peppers. they were good, but it would be nice to have a dipping sauce or something with them, as the flavor was just pepper. It's nice to see though. They are one of my wife's favorite appetizers, and not many restaurants serve them. My burger was delicious! It was a hard choice between the Black & Blue Burger and the Spicy Burger as they both sounded incredible. I ended up going with the B&B so I will for sure have to try the spicy next time. And trust me, there WILL be a next time. The fries were a 10/10. Crispy and hot and delicious. Service was pretty good. It was a pretty busy time so it took a while for our food to get there. But that's ok, doesn't affect the number of stars because the meal was just so darn enjoyable. I recommend it to anyone coming to Reno!

Yelp
The food was really good. I got the grilled chicken sandwhich but asked them to slightly modify it to a crispy chicken. We had a very nice waiter and were seated quickly as it was not very busy. Recommend having a reservation especially on a Friday/Saturday Night. Great view as its walking distance to the river trail and a view of the mountains . It also gave a very rustic feel inside and was very cozy. Recommend giving them a try

Yelp
We decided to visit The Granite Street Eatery because it participates in a credit card frequent flier mile program. We haven't eaten here in years so we wanted to try it again. We made a reservation ahead of time so we were seated promptly. It took a little while for our waiter to take our drink order and throughout dinner the service was a bit slow. The entrees came with salad. Which is nice. There were four of us. Three of us had the NY Steak and one of us had the Salmon. I had the Caesar Salad to start. The lettuce was fresh, but it could have just a bit more dressing to give it some more flavor. I substituted both sides having fries instead of mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies instead of spinach. The fries were nice and crispy. The veggies were nicely cooked but lacked seasoning. The two others with the steaks stayed with the mashed potato but complained that they were dry. The steaks themselves were not a good cut. They were small and thin. Similar to one you would get when ordering steak and eggs for breakfast. They also had what seemed like too much fat and gristle to my liking. Otherwise it was prepared as ordered. The "bacon demiglace " resembled something more like ketchup in consistency and flavor. It worked good with the fries since I wasn't offered any for them. The person having the Salmon enjoyed his entree. For desert we had the deep fried cheesecake which was a really small portion along with some tasty espresso ice cream. There was also a small chocolate lava cake ordered that didn't seem to have any chocolate lava. It was ordered with vanilla ice cream. Overall we were not moved. The building is cool inside and out. The staff were friendly but seemed a bit stretched thin. I appreciated that all my substitutions were honored, but none of us were asked if we wanted a second drink. I myself had a hard cider and would have expected it to arrive in something the size of a pint glass and it was served in something much smaller. Overall it was an average if not disappointing night out aside from the company.

Yelp
Excellent food, amazing service and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend trying all of these wonderful dishes. The duck melt would be much better with a sauce but otherwise it was delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick bite and they never disappoint. Friendly service and nice chill atmosphere. I highly recommend the pretzel bites served with beer cheese. They are buttery pillows of pure happiness. Also, the wedge here is next level. Somehow, adding lightly fried red onions to the salad takes it up a few notches. Best I've had!

Yelp
The food was great! Went there on a Thursday for lunch with some coworkers, we were seated immediately. The decor is lovely, has an old charm to it. There was only one waiter who was seating people, grabbing food, and closing out tabs. He was very busy, so our food took a bit longer, but very understandably so. I ordered the West Coast Wrap, it was good and the fries were fantastic. The hot sauce I asked for was also super good. I would definitely come back to try their other food options for lunch.
google avatar

Frank W.

Yelp
This place is awesome! Service was excellent! Drinks and appetizers came quickly. Highly recommend the pretzel bites and the sweet bacon chips. They have a great micro brew selection. I had the fish tacos, my wife had the fish and chips. Both were excellent. I can't wait to come back and try the Pot Pie. The place is small which made it very homey and inviting. The 1980's music is a great touch. We will be back!
google avatar

Rachel F.

Yelp
I'm pleasantly pleased that there is a new menu (I think new ownership and management) and now they have so many gluten-free options. Including a gluten-free bun for burgers. There aren't many gluten-free bun options in Reno right now as most places have stopped carrying them (or closed). It's a good burger and the bun doesn't fall apart! Regular fries are battered but the sweet potato are GF but in same fryer. They also have a great happy hour! Highly recommend checking out all the new things they have on the menu as it's much improved. It's such a great ambiance and service is amazing!

Yelp
Came in to Old Granite Street Eatery on a thursday for a dinner with colleagues. We had a reservation for the "community hightop table". We were sat right away. The building itself is really cute. All the drinks ordered were really good! Some cocktails to note were the margarita and caramel martini. We ordered fish and chips, pot pie, chicken sandwich, OG burger and revision burger. Overall food was good. The pot pie was a little soggy and felt more like a pot pie soup than traditional pot pie. Overall we had a good night, and i'd be back to try some apps and other items.

Yelp
This is a very unique building with a lot of character. The vibe of the restaurant takes you back in time. Our waiter was amazing and told us about the history of the building, including that the floors are the original tile that was hand placed. We thrive on the overall experience of a meal and this location checked all of our boxes. The waiter expressed that the restaurant is in favor of local business. For example, the delicious brats are actually handmade in Carson. We were very impressed with the education and knowledge about the restaurant from our waiter. I was impressed that the pretzel bun hamburgers were soft! The food was amazing and we would really recommend trying out this restaurant.
google avatar

Jim W.

Yelp
Had been way too long since we've been here. What were we waiting for? First thing to notice is the building. Be sure to ask about its history. Dinner started with brown sugar bacon. So we kinda fought over it. And both won. Wow it was great. Fish and chips was excellent. Nice and crispy with house made tarter. The chicken pot pie was a rich soup over a fresh naan bread. So rich and flavorful. Check for happy hour specials. IF YOU ARE GOING ON A NIGHT WHEN THE THEATER IS SHOWING BE SURE TO MAKE A RESERVATION. You'll love it.

Yelp
Ok so this was actually my second time eating here. First time was during the wine walk. This place doesn't disappoint. So my hubby and I and a friend made reservations for brunch on Sunday. And in the reservations I put "draw me a dinosaur" me thinking they wouldn't care, or wouldn't notice. Guess what they did! We walked in and saw a stegosaurus on the chalkboard, and then on our name Card on the table there was one too! How great is that?! Drinks: the mimosas were great and we got the one for the table and we were able to make our own. That was fun. And food can't go wrong with eggs Benedict, and the chicken and waffle was great. Nice vibe always feel welcome and taken care of.

Yelp
I had the chance to check out Old Granite Street Eatery, and it was a pleasant experience overall . The atmosphere is charming, with a vintage vibe that makes you feel like you're stepping back in time. So nice!. From the rustic decor to the quirky touch of serving water in old alcohol bottles, the ambiance really adds to the experience. Like that! As for the food, I went with the Black & Blue Burger, which was delicious and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy perfection and easily a highlight of the meal. My group also shared the bacon chips, and those were fantastic definitely a must try! Service was friendly, though the restaurant was fairly busy, so the wait was a little longer than expected. But, I wouldn't say the prices are exactly budget-friendly, but the quality of the food and overall experience made it worth. I will definitely be back, maybe to try that Spicy Burger next time. If you're in Reno, Old Granite Street Eatery is worth a visit. Believe me..

Yelp
Was looking for a local place to celebrate a friends birthday and decided on this place. Called and made reservations and I'm glad we did! Got seated quickly but took a bit to get service. The server was very nice and did let us know it would be a bit of a wait. Once we ordered our food, it came out fairly quickly! The food tasted excellent. We all ended up ordering burgers and they all tasted perfect! I ordered garlic parm fries... really tasty. The restaurant aesthetics were very cool! Great place I'll add to my list and we will be back to try other things on the menu!

Yelp
The service was absolutely amazing! I went early to meet my friends for lunch and it was an inviting environment with such kind staff. Small dining area, but still enjoyable. Great portions and affordable

Yelp
Love the decor and ambiance. Especially love that they have good tequila, Cazcanes. We ordered the salmon with a coconut sauce and the fish and chips. Fish and chips were super tasty and a huge portion. The salmon was good, but I did have to send it back as it was undercooked. The Caesar salads they served with it were okay, nothing special, kinda boring, the tiny piece of bread served with it was rock hard. Also had to ask for ice for our water as it was 94 degrees out, and they don't seem to have AC. The margarita, though, was delicious. Wish they had more cocktail ideas with tequila.
google avatar

Laine B.

Yelp
I was here last week for happy hour and saw the brunch menu and decided to come in over the weekend. The food did not disappoint! I enjoyed the mellow atmosphere compared to some rowdier brunch options in Reno. Next time I would love to try the banana bread French toast.
google avatar

Yelp
We went here on Friday at 8pm. We didn't have to wait which was very nice. I ordered a gin/blackberry drink. They were out of blackberries but the bar tender/server made it with blueberries and it was delicious! I had the Thai salmon with a salad side and it was a perfect portion size and delicious! My husband got the spicy burger and fries and the fries were super crunchy, salty and delicious with the ranch. His friend got the beer cheese burger and the cheese on the burger was amazing. For dessert we got the white chocolate bread pudding. Years ago, we would go here for just this. They changed the recipe and while it's not my absolute fav dessert anymore, it was still good! I wish they had pads on the booth seats as it's pretty uncomfortable to sit on the hard bench for an hour, I rolled my napkin up and sat on it. It's a great location as it is super close to a lot of bars and midtown.

Yelp
Our Over Seventy Meetup group lioved this place, once we learned that there was an elevator . lol. Many of us were not familiar with Korean fusion but thanks to the host/owner? John and his advice, most of us were very happy with our food, the service and the size of the servings . As a fan of Kim chi I thought theirs was mild but most of our group didn't. I had the bulgogi, new to me but delicious and such a large portion that I had lots of leftovers. Downstairs a band began as evening fell but the insulation at our restaurant was so good that our conversations were not interrupted. We are looking forward to returning and will arrive a bit earlier to find a parking place closer. We can enjoy drinks on their patio till the time comes.

Yelp
I really enjoyed eating here and would go back. The decor inside was really cool, it was a small place but didn't feel too stuffy. They have a lot of good food options that are decently priced. I thought it was going to be more experience than it actually was since it gave me the vibe of a trendy spot downtown, but it was about $13 for my meal. Granted I didn't get any drinks or appetizers. They drink menu was really expensive though, however, they do have a happy hour. The staff were really nice and the wait time was not long at all. I got the Italian sandwich with fries and it was amazing! The sandwich was so big, so I had leftovers, and the fries were really good and crispy. Parking is a little difficult since it is close to the heart of downtown Reno. We got lucky and parked across the street where the government workers park since it was the time a day where it is free to park there. You can also park on the street and pay for a meter.

Yelp
The food was amazing and the service was even better!! Really cool vibe inside. I think it's a hidden gem

Yelp
We had such a wonderful experience at Old Granite! We did not have reservations, but they graciously accommodated us for dinner. We shared the wedge salad, chicken pot pie and the Churro with maple bourbon ice cream dessert. The food was not only delicious, but the the presentation was lovely, good portion sizes and the flavors were incredible. The restaurant and staff were warm and inviting. 10/10.

Yelp
I had a great lunch w/a work buddy. As always, the restaurant was immaculate & welcoming; Carlos was sweet & provided great service, as always. I considered trying other items but remembered how amazing their burgers are, and was well rewarded for my loyalty. Perfection! Cooked to perfection, salted to perfection...The fries were also the ideal balance of crisp exterior/meltingly soft interior, and served hot enough to burn fingers & mouths---but still didn't slow us down:-) So lucky my office is literally a block away.

Yelp
I came here for lunch last week with a friend. That's how I know that we arrived at 1:15 pm. Everything started out fine- there weren't many other people eating, and our orders were taken pretty promptly. Cool! However, our server didn't actually put our orders in- not ok! More people came in, and their food appeared...not ours. The server finally came back after about 40 minutes and said it should be out soon- it took another 10ish minutes so I am guessing that's when he realized it and put the order in. My friend and I were talking (and getting hungrier and hungrier) and probably should have asked him about it sooner- I really wish we had! When we finally got the food (a burger and a Mediterranean chicken salad), it was good but not amazing. We were late getting back to work and had to scarf it down fast and so this was not a great dining experience. Also, my ($4) iced tea wasn't refilled til we were about to leave and I was so excited I took a big sip...of soda. Boo. I hadn't been here in forever and had only been for brunch in the past. I guess I will stick to that. Or snack first/go when I have unlimited time. It's such a nice space and full of light- this could have been so much better.

Yelp
This review is for management and management only. What are you doing to your poor server? One man scheduled on Tuesday 8/20 at lunch time?? ONE? We were kindly greeted but immediately could sense he was overwhelmed. He was busting his a$$ so i do not want you to blame him for anything. After not being greeted for 11 mins be decided to go elsewhere. We were planning on spending at least $50-$70 on lunch- that alone could've covered a second servers pay for 3 hours during your lunch rush. Horrible management. You want to keep your business going? You need to support the team members in a way where they can provide good service. We wont try again., but i hope others do.. i feel so bad for that server. Update to the response of the owner: this year is currently my 19th yr in the restaurant industry. My husband is also a GM of a restaurant. We know this business in&out. And I stand by what I said... you're blaming the lack of staffing and telling me to suck it up. I know how Reno works, yet, I don't understand how that has any comparison to the fact that you are desperately understaffed. I know if my restaurant, if enough servers are not on the floor in my manager comes in and serves. When staffing is low at my husband's restaurant, he'll fill in for whatever part is needed.. even if that's the dishwasher for the next seven hours. Judging by your response, it's clear that you don't really understand what it takes to run a company.. sure, it's a Reno and everybody will try everything once.. but before you know it, people are going to realize that waiting nearly 15 minutes to be greeted isn't okay. Even basic chain restaurants have rules of greeting within three minutes. But you do you, stay angry, and stay aggressive.... I feel bad for your staff. They are clearly not supported in areas they need to be: and that is ultimately the owners / GMs job.

Yelp
Overall it was a decent experience but not spectacular. The restaurant was charming and cute. With the small size of the restaurant voices carry easily so it was extremely noisy due to a party of 12 eating when I was there. The servers were friendly and gave just the right amount of attention. The chicken and waffles was seasoned properly and the waffle was crisp to perfection but slightly dry. The salmon benedict sadly missed the mark. The salmon was overcooked (barely-I almost didn't mention it) and the benedict was missing the hollandaise sauce (the chef drizzled it only over the potatoes). The potatoes were slightly undercooked but deliciously seasoned. For dessert I have the triple layer chocolate cake. This was dense, a touch dry, but the chocolate was on point.

Yelp
Cool building/architecture. Food was not the best especially for the price we paid. We were 6 and all agreed we would likely not return.

Yelp
Incredibly slow service, I had the strawberry salad with seared ahi.. the ahi was certainly warmed on both sides but not seared by any stretch of the imagination. The salads are served in tiny bowls, so half your fees goes onto the table. Others at the table complained of flat Coke. I had the dirty wookie which turned ot be like a flat, watered down Guinness This location also refuses to split checks, which is ridiculous. That alone OS plenty enough reason to never visit again

Yelp
I had a work dinner here with a group of 8 and had a great time. The menu has something for everyone. For appetizers the Sweet Bacon Chips is definitely a must. I also loved the Shishito Peppers. The Edamame and Calamari were also a hit. I had the Revision Beer Cheese Burger with Garlic Parmesan Fries and it was absolutely delicious. My coworker ordered the Turkey Burger and added the Beer Cheese to it and he said it paired well. They also have a good wine menu. Our server was friendly. I will definitely be back when town.

Yelp
We made reservations which were given to another group of people admittedly so by the host. Food did not come out in a timely manner and the server rarely checked in on us even though we were sat at the community table with other people. The service was slow and the food was decent. Would never recommend this place to anyone who wants a good food experience.

Yelp
Great spot for lunch. Very homey atmoshere, super friendly service. Try the OG Spritz - refreshing! The fired calamari is the best we've had in Reno. The Breakfast Burger was so good: memdium cook on the burgers and runny overeasy egg. The best. Only topped by the fries - some of the best I've had. The Mediterranean Salad looked good as well. Ask for extra tzaziki.

Yelp
Great food, service, ambience! Was there during Hot August Nights. There was only one server (who was also the hostess) and the place was pretty packed. She did a really impressive job. They handled a crazy request for me: Reuben with avocado instead of meat beautifully! Although battered fries are not my favorite, they were good too. The server recommended the Kolsch and it was quite good.
