There's nothing like the former The Pearl Brewery. Parts of the original grounds were transformed into a 4 star hotel (Emma). Also located within The Pearl is the renowned cooking school Culinary Institute of America. Within the grounds you will great restaurant, stores, office space and apartment homes. Farm Market on Saturday and Sundays. Great selection of home made produce of all types. Great place for everyone, especially dogs...
