The manager very nice makes sure your okay ans ask if she can help. The cashiers just see like they really don't want to be bothered. But that's almost any retail with young people, they are not taught customer service.

The staff was very unwelcoming except for the manager. Great prices on clothing. Store was ok cleanliness.

This is by far the worst Old Navy I have stepped foot in. Besides being out of a lot of children’s sizes, the store is a disorganized mess. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Do yourself a favor and hit a different Old Navy, this place is a blemish on the brand.

This was my first time at this location. I truly enjoyed it. It was spacious, clean, and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return.

Parking is convenient to the store. Shopping carts available for your items and little ones. They offer clothing for every age, size, and even some plus sizes offered. If it's not available in the store, they will order it for you and ship it free. You have to ask though as many times they won't offer. The prices vary with items on sale for what I consider a good deal. The store can be messy especially if there's big sale. If you go earlier in the day it's been reorganized. Great for kids casual clothes. I just bought a dinosaur muscle shirt and shark shorts. I even found $3.99 flip flops he adores in the sale area. I also conveniently returned several items I had bought online while checking out. There can be a line at checkout, but it moves pretty fast.

This store has never been too great in my book, but yesterday was really unbelievable. A store full of associates and only TWO on the register? Make it make sense. I stood in line for 25 minutes, and then finally a light bulb went off or maybe some communication over their headsets that they needed help at the front. The store seems to usually be organized will someone available for assistance if its needed. Its like they wait for the line to complete wrap around for someone to get a clue they need help up front.

Nice selection of clothes. Was able to get to some nice things. My cashier was awesome. I left my $30 old navy coupon at home and he helped me out with a $60 coupon because he had leftover coupons. I really appreciated it

Google
WOW, the people are friendly and nice, but I've shopped at other Old Navy stores but not like this. People looking at clothes just dropping on the floor. And they stay on the floor. Piles and piles of clothes (on the men's side) on the floor and in the bins. Pants are hung with the sizes on the inside, so it's hard to find the sizes. By me managing stores some years ago, I was disappointed in this one. I did like the styles of clothes and the prices wasn't bad. Planning to go back to get a few more things. Just hope to keep from not picking up clothes and fold and hang them up.

Yelp
Epic fail trying to return some winter clothes I didn't get to wear because we really haven't had much of a winter. The last sale price was 3x below what I paid so I deemed it not worth it. I'll just hold on to them until next year. Hopefully I'll get to wear them. Still love old navy, no shade !!

Yelp
The time has come where I can no longer buy the NMT clothing based on his age (3T) or his size (M). No, the NMT is now a 16 year old, with his first serious summer job. This job required blue jeans, an article of clothing he previously shunned. I knew we'd need a variety of sizes and cuts for him to figure out what was most comfortable. So off we go to Old Navy, me happily and him looking like he was in the Bataan Death March. He's not a clothes shopper. As expected, they had their Wall Of Jeans, grouped by cut. We got there early, just after opening. What was surprising and disappointing was the disarray on the shelves. Jeans heaped in piles. Sizes all over the place. Sizes plain old missing. If looked like the end of a busy day, not the start. I plowed through, sending Sir Grumpy off to try on different cuts and measurements. Fairly...almost too quickly- he deemed a pair or two "perfect". Fine. I then browsed for some shorts for me, found a few great pairs. Done. This particular location is cavernous, as it was a Penn Fruit grocery store in a previous life. It's decent laid out and well lit. The staff were fine. Where it fell short though was in the disarray- either poor restocks no management, or none. Given that the big is an odd size tight now I likely will be going elsewhere in the future, where the stocking is better and the size availability is complete.

Yelp
I always come to this Old Navy I love it here! Always has new stuff in stock, and the sale and clearance always has good finds for a good price! Love the location, a few other shoppes and eateries to check out. Only docked a star because this store is often disorganized at times, especially the the dressing room area. But otherwise the staff is usually friendly, I'll be back of course lol

Yelp
My daughter was in dire need of new jeans. She grows so fast and it's insane. Anywho, I received a text that said Old Navy is having a sale on jeans for $12. I got to the store and it's $10. As a single mom I try and look for a good sale. I racked up on jeans for my baby. Then not mention they had shirts on sale for $6! Are you kidding me lol I lost my mind in that store. I got tired of hearing "Mom I don't have nothing to wear" or "I wore that already". The store was a bit unorganized but that's not the employees fault, it's the holiday season. They have the price scanners on the sales floor so you can price check the items BEFORE you get to the register. Before you ask - yes there's a parking lot. The sales associates are friendly too and more than willing to help pain in the butt shoppers like myself. This location is all around a pretty good location. I always find what I need here and then some.

Yelp
I am not an Old Navy fan and generally regard them as "disposable clothing" that you can wear for a summer or three, but I was in dire need of shorts and Old Navy delivered. Not a bad choice - and as ON's go this one is well organized with plenty of cashiers at the front counter. Lady running the changing rooms was friendly and nice as well. Got in, got shorts, got out. Bam!

Yelp
I went here trying to pick up a winter hat...now remember that word winter. I walk into the store in the Wynnewood shopping center. I start strolling the aisles looking for that craziness they call the "winter hat". Aisle after asile all I can find is flip flops, board shorts and paper thin old navy version AC/DC shirts. Now this is the Old Navy in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. Not Wynnewood, Florida or Wynnewood, Arizona...but Pennsylvania. You know. The Northeast region of the United States. The date is January 29 so its mid winter. There is that word again...winter. Now after walking the entire store looking for the elusive "winter hat" I go to customer service and she tells me they no longer have any winter hats in stock and most likely will not be getting any in till next season. Next season? Isn't it still this season. Yo Old Navy!!! its 20 degrees outside and you want to sell me some lime green flip flops and some super cool board shorts in January, in Pennsylvania. dumb store, dumb names for dumb clothes, dumb inventory, dumb winter hats...or lack of....winter....hats.

Yelp
This is the best Old Navy in the area. Always clean, neat, and well stocked.

Yelp
I always walk in with high hopes, look through the disorganized racks to find either nothing that I like or if I like it... I can guarantee that it isn't in my size. The cloths are worth the price if they are on the clearance racks but they certainly are not of a quality warranting 34 dollar khakis. Sorry Old Navy, I much rather wear dockers for 35 bucks.

Yelp
I always go crazy in here but only for GREAT SALES or clearance promotions . They have a dope selection and the clearance sections for women and girls are usually popping with good essentials for a low price. THE PPL R DECENT N WILLING TO HELP

Yelp
The employees are nice and the store is generally clean. They really try to give you discounts and we had a lot of help in finding the clothes we needed. I think the quality of the clothes has improved a lot. The winter jackets are really cute and affordable. Also they have a good variety of professional clothes.

Yelp
it's funny that i'm reviewing an Old Navy here, but i had a good experience so i thought i'd share. i live in Center City so i usually find myself at the Old Navy on Columbus Blvd, which normally looks like a hurricane hit it and the staff is disinterested and surly. so my bar for Old Navy stores is set pretty darn low. i have no illusions about this chain - it has inexpensive cheaply made clothing that lasts, at best, six months to a year. and never mind the human cost of the merchandise. i am stuck shopping there because i am plus size and i am broke. c'est la vie. ANYWAY. this particular store was well put together. the clearance section (which i make a beeline for everytime i'm there) was in reasonable condition. it was a bit disorganized and small, though. while i was browsing, i sneezed a number of times and an older woman on staff smiled and made a sympathetic comment about allergies and it being a bad time of year for them. it was small gesture but was really nice and put me in a good mood. i had a $10 coupon, and used it on a few pairs of earrings. it turns out the coupon couldn't be used on jewelry, but the manager (the same woman who commented to me before) was kind enough to override it before i could even ask. it was really nice. i work out on the Main Line, so i'll be back here.

Yelp
This is a good branch. It has a women's, men's and kids section. Within women's there is comfy-casual, chic-casual, business, active and sleep/lingerie. I've found some great work outfits here, and they usually have plenty of sizes (I go online if not, and it's sometimes cheaper anyway). They don't have good work pants - unless you're going for business casual (i.e. khakis) - but the blouses are super cute and they also have some decent flats you could wear to work. The store is always busy but they seem to clean up/stock as much as they can and the lines never get long. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable whenever I've gone in.

Sara S.

Yelp
This is a great branch. The store is roomy and the staff is friendly.
