Old Navy Outlet

I love this store! I've been going there for years with my family. I love the workers. Kelly is always very helpful and seems genuinely kind. We look forward to seeing her each visit.

Hmmmm...been in there many times, with bags, from shopping at other stores. Never a problem. I even ask them, can I leave this bag here, while I try these jeans on. I check out, they may ask me if I need a bag. This time, there a chubby guy there...I came to the mall looking for dark blue winter hats for work. There was one at the Marshall's, in a three hat package with two other different colors. I need one more dark blue hat, so I went into the Old Navy with the Marshall's bag. Theres a blue hat. I take it to the register with this guy. Sit the Marshall's bag on the counter. After I pay for the hat, he grabs it, and sticks it down in the Marshall's bag, as he looks deep down in it...you know why he did that, right 🙂...he swore I had stolen some hats 🙂...all he saw was three hats clamped together, with a Marshall's logo 🙂 Just that one weirdo, never had an issue there, staff is great!

Amazing store! I always receive great help from the employees when I shop here. Lovely girls work here and they always compliment me when I come in :). I’m so loyal to this old navy!

Girls at the register are rude as hell. They need to get new jobs. Especially the teenager with the red hair. She thinks she knows everything. She told me that if I return clothing to your store that it will affect my credit score negatively which is a lie. I return clothing all the time and my credit score is almost perfect. Someone needs to inform her she has no clue what she is talking about. And she needs to leave the customers alone. We will be visiting the Old Navy out of the city. We don't need her attitude.

I was shopping at the Old Navy in Philadelphia Mills late last week , the mall is dying but the store was great! Now and days it’s hard to even get a “Hello” when you walk in , but Old Navy was just the experience I was looking for! I had help shopping for my sisters wedding by two employees , Deanna and Ola. Both girls were very helpful and great to conversate with! Thanks Old Navy!

The definition of average which I guess is to be expected of an outlet store. The deals are just okay but not great. Nothing to run out for. Inventory is decent. Store is neither really clean or dirty. Employees are nice enough. Plenty of dressing rooms. It's location is in the worst part of the mall IMO. Again not bad but not great this location falls right in the middle.

I usually find something i like and in my size..they seem to have more variety then a regular store..and i do love their flip flop colors! My motivation today was some basic t-shirts. And having a gift card helped! There always seems to be a line forever but the cashier was pleasant. One of my all time favorites, brings back memories

The service I received today was horrible. I'd like to think I'm an avid shopper/ couponer, so I do double check sales signs. They had a sign marked 30% off ALL workout pants. But at the register they wouldn't honor the sign, and even had a store member look but still said it wasn't valid on my pants. I luckily had a coupon so my pants where technically free but it is not the point. They were rude, & really seem to care about my business. I would only be going back if there was no other choice. I would go out of my way to go to another old navy.

This store is an absolute disgrace. I spent I don't know much (wasted) time looking for jeans in my size. You can't see the size stickers or tags so I literally had to pull each pair out and check. I gave up after a while because my legs were going numb from sitting on the floor for so long. Meanwhile, none of employees offered to help me. The store is always a mess and the staff isn't friendly at all. Absolutely uncalled for. My boyfriend and I waited in line to pay for clothes he was going to buy. There was only one cashier and it seemed like the customer she was ringing up was a friend of hers so she took her good old time. My bf was so fed up with waiting he just said "screw this, let's go" so we left without buying anything. I only come to this location out of convenience but NEVER again. I'll go out of my way to a nicer and cleaner Old Navy next time.

Old navy kicked ass in the early 2000's ... Now ? Well I guess Its a new generation 'cause I don't find their clothes much better than what walmart offers. I prefer ekco or sears.

Get all my son's school clothes here. My son is slim and tall and I can get that here without breaking the bank. They have some nice stuff for me but not a ton. And I find it weird that their sales don't travel throughout all their stores. Considering this isn't supposed to be an outlet store anymore

It was better years ago, but it's a good place to get cheap school clothes for kids
