Old Time Drive In

Feels like a classic burger joint. I ordered the bacon avocado burger and it was more than filling and flavorful. The service was great. Before I knew it was served my food. Not only are sodas free to refill but so is the horchata which was a big plus for me. I will definitely be coming back.

We were visiting the LA area from Texas and stayed at a hotel in Burbank over the New Year. Our hotel recommended this establishment, so we tried it out. This place is phenomenal. The food, service, and friendliness was awesome. We enjoyed it so much we ate there twice in our 5 day visit. We are definitely going to eat there again when we return.

January 2025 One of the best Burrito places in the Valley! And the burgers are great too! Inexpensive prices, and huge portions are the name of the game at this place. I definitely got my money's worth, and the taste, flavor and overall experience were amazing. Service: you order at the counter, and then someone brings the food out to you. Staff is very friendly and polite. They do work great as a team behind the counter. Food: amazing! Carne Asada Burrito $11.25. For this price, you can't beat the portion size, and the quality. The burrito is huge! About the size of a Dos Manos at Baja fresh. But the quality here at Old Time is so much better. You can actually taste all the seasoning and spice, the rice is cooked perfectly, everything is tasty and tangy. The quality of the meat is good, and it's grilled 2 perfection. You can actually feel the texture, and it has a great chew to it. Avocado Bacon Burger $8.95: order it medium rare, you can't go wrong. Juicy! They do give you about a quarter to a half of an avocado on it, and it comes with two slices of bacon. Very tasty! I also like the soft bun. It's a decent sized hamburger, at least 5 inches in diameter. Parking is plentiful in the back. 2 handicap spaces as well. If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try, and please tell them I sent you. Yes, I will be back.

3 TIMES IN A ROW THEY MESSED UP ON MY ORDER. I TRIED TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE. $8. FOR A PATTY LETTUCE WITH NO SAUCE! UNDERCOOKED FRIES! FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY DRINKS! GAVE ME DIFFERENT TOTAL ONCE I CAME TO THE WINDOW BOTH TIMES. ON REPLACEMENT ORDER THEY GOT THAT WRONG TOO. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CREDIT MY CARD BACK AND WE SAW NO REFUND THEN COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS A COME BACK CREDIT ONLY TO MESS UP ON MY ORDER AGAIN. FIRST TIME I CAME HERE I WANTED A STEAK BREAKFAST BURRITO 🌯 AND THEY PUT BACON IN IT WHICH I AM ALLERGIC TOO. THEY NEED TO LOWER THEIR PRICES AND DOUBLE CHECK ORDERS. $37 FOR A BURRITO AND DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER COMBO. COME ON!! AT LEAST GET THE ORDER RIGHT!

We love Old Time Drive In! We’ve been coming here for years and are never disappointed. Lately we have been ordering online & picking up and it is the easiest thing ever. The food is always ready quickly and the order is accurately fulfilled. The menu has something for everyone and they are so friendly. Great service!

came back to visit from out of town. this is always my number one choice to visit for the family recipe of zucchini fries with ranch and the delicious pancakes!! i had the pleasure of getting to know voula, the owner. She sat and spoke with us for quite a while and was so overwhelmingly kind. im lucky to have made a friendship with such a lovely woman. i will be coming back here whenever i get the chance! the food is always so yummy and the staff is very kind!

I worked here over twenty years ago, and I came back to visit recently and the food has not changed!!! The place is still owned and ranned by the same Greek family. They are friendly, and the workers are exceptional. You must try the fried zucchini and the house made ranch, it is the best ever, and while your there you might as well try their Pastrami sandwich. I forgot to take pictures of my food, it was so good.

Wow, what a great place! I’ve had breakfast there and I have to say everything was top notch. Friendly service, tasty food and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely come back to try their burgers.

Came here this weekend with the family. Place is kinda small but has a lot of tables on the inside. Food was really good and nice portions. We were there around lunch time and the place was packed inside, and the drive thru line was around the building. We had a family pack of burgers and an additional order of onion rings. Came out to like $50 bucks.. not bad, and a lot of food. I like that they bring you the food to your table which was nice. Pretty clean as well. Would definitely come back if im in the area.

I walked in to the Old Time Drive in and stood there for a few minutes. I couldn't figure it out. No one said a thing. Went to a counter, no response either. No hellos or advice from patrons inside. I left the establishment and continue walk by on the way to grocery. Smells good though. Feeling unwelcome is not good.

Old Time is a cute little place. Let me tell you, it has been quite a while since I have been able to take my family of 4 out to breakfast for anything reasonable, I'm talking about $55! Their portions are quite large and are made of some serious quality ingredients. One of our orders was sausage and eggs. @h3n is the last time that you ordered that same breakfast and you received 5 sausage links? I mean, c'mon! That's awesome. Eggs were cooked to perfection and then some. The toast was toasty but not too dark and not too cold. The pancakes were fluffy and were just right. My lil one loved her breakfast: buttering her own toast, cutting her food, etc. My corned beef and hash was so yummy. It went perfectly with my over medium eggs. While we ate in the dining room, we watched so many people come in, order and leave with some massive burritos and bags of breakfast combos. There is a drive thru here too. Wow. This spot has apparently been here for quite some time now. I hope to make it back here very soon. There is free parking in the back and a nice patio along the side of the building if you prefer to dine al fresco. It Is a family spot for sure. Order in the front and find a seat. They'll bring your food to you. Good times.

This diner has been here for a long time and they have a drive thru. Inside has been decorated for the Halloween season. From what the server stated it was her bosses doing. The boss just so happened to be right there. Super nice lady. The employees here are all so nice. I had a cheeseburger with grilled onions and zucchini sticks. My mom had a broccoli and cheese potato and a hot dog. For diner food this joint hits the spot. They have a variety of options too. Reasonable, clean, great service and good diner food. Definitely a great spot.

I'm a local, I have had a property close by for nearly 30 years. I occasionally walk over after I run my errands to grab a cheeseburger to go and walk back home with me. I walked in, the workers are extremely rude. The girl yelled at me and I waited there staring blankly ahead and said "do you have MONEY for this? It's 10.50." I'm like first of all fuck you and that's ridiculous. Decided I didn't need a burger, and walked home.

So I wanted to give it a try. Got sick for 3 weeks in and out of the hospital after eating here. Stay away.

A bit overpriced for some items, but overall I like this place and have come multiple times over the years. Drive thru takes a little longer because there's more food prep going on, which is totally fine with me. My favorite thing is the chicken filet sandwich with fries or zucchini. I don't particularly enjoy their onion rings as much because they're too greasy. I like their burgers as well, but they're just regular diner type burgers. Sometimes this place is hit our miss, but mostly good. Occasionally I've gotten limp fries or rubbery chicken, but it's usually been fine. I've actually always received good service when I've gone there. Everyone has been friendly or at least pretty friendly.

We enjoy the food here. Been ordering more often as my son likes the chicken fingers from here only. The sizes vary though. The chili cheese fries are delicious as a side for the bomb pastrami sandwich. Homemade ranch is really good

Old Time Drive In, an independent family run business, simply said a great place to eat, all food is cooked to order and served hot and tasty. I ordered back avocado double cheeseburger combo with fries and a soft drink(pictured above). The burgers are perfectly charbroiled served on a toasted bun with fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onion, and pickles, The French fries were crispy on the outside, hot and fluffy on the inside. The combo comes with a drink and their is a large selection of drinks to choose from including unsweetened and sweetened teas. All said Old Time offers great value for money with delicious foods .

After seeing a suggestion in a FB group, decided to give this place a try at around 3pm on a Sunday. The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! My day started out ho hum, but with the amazing friendly service and great food, it made my day I left with my tummy and heart happy. This will probably be my new Sunday spot Appreciate Y'ALL!

Been coming to this place for years, love the steak sandwich, cheeseburgers, and chili cheese fries. Would recommend trying!

What an awful experience, Briana or whatever her name was has a huge attitude issue and rude customer service , immediately accused me of side eyeing her which is ridiculous thing to say to a customer, the food sucked so bad, this is the last time I'm ever coming here, the chilli cheese fries were not edible, the kids burger bun was smashed, this was the second time I had a bad experience at this place so this is a well deserved 1 star. Do better it doesn't take a lot of be nice to customers who are paying your paycheck!

Husband and I went for dinner Easter Sunday, cute decorations, delicious food and great service. Had driven by this gem of a diner for years. So glad we stopped in for dinner. Will definitely dine in again soon. Thank you.

I had not been to this restaurant in 30 years with my kids the food and customer service is excellent the pastrami sandwich and the zucchini sticks amazing I really enjoyed the visit and will definitely return I highly recommend this establishment

That was literally the worst breakfast burrito I've had in a long time, 80%, super hot potatoes, and a hard ass tortillaJ!! Kind of surprising because lunch and early dinner is usually pretty good

First time for breakfast and not the last. Had biscuits and gravy the best in all my life. 4 large fluffy biscuits covered with creamy bacon and sausage gravy.

Great service! great food! I'm always there twice a week picking up pastrami burger, large chili fries and raspberry ice tea. They fries are always hot and crispy. It may take a little longer to get your order but it's worth the wait.

Took a long time considering the place was empty Burger was super greasy and drowning in mustard. Fries were a combination of cold and kind of warm.

Killed my high last night ...... Got stoned and headed to this place for some much needed munchies/food items ! I pulled up 16 mins before they closed and was told they were no longer taking orders ! I sat there looking for somewhere else to go for about 5 mins and watched 3 more cars pull in and were told the same thing ( so they can't say they closed early because it was slow) shame on the employees!!!!!!

Great place. Loved all the decor and quotes!! Asada was perfect! Hamburger & fries were great! Chili was a bit different then I'm use to but not to bad. Overall happy we tried it!

The date was July 11, between 7 and 9 pm. Made an order at the drive-thru for a Chef's Salad with carne asada instead of ham. "Oh you want a steak salad?" squawked the speaker. I repeated my order. "Ok. anything else?" "Nope, I just wanna Chef's Salad with carne asada instead of ham, no cucumbers and 1000 island dressing." I replied. Despite repeating it three times- I did NOT get what I ordered. As can be seen in the photo; I got a paper thin piece of meat (closer to a deli slice than a steak) on top of lettuce and a sliced quarter of a tomato. It had none of the standard chef salad ingredients (like egg, pickle, etc.) and it cost $2 more! The meat was over-done and tasteless, if not for the tomato pieces the meal would've been a total loss. Not Cool Mr. Old Time! I place the blame entirely on the senior management because (I assume that) they make up the ingredient lists for the Huge menu selection available all day every day. High staff turn-over doesn't help either.

Burgers are good and the salads are great. Preorder and the pick up was great. Many options including breakfast.

They have replaced most of the old furniture, really trying to fix up the place. Great holiday decorations inside and out. Food is good, with reasonable prices. Staff is very courteous. Beginning to look like a nice restaurant! Family friendly.

$3.75 for a medium coke ? Cmon now . . Chilli cheese fries were bland and soggy . Need to set up your game , food is weak

If you're looking for a new local fave, this is it. The menu is massive. It's not overwhelming but offers everything from breakfast to dinner. Big plates and small bites. Personally love the breakfast burritos, which are big enough to share. They have delicious pastrami which was a first for me. Quality is standard, you're not gonna get any fancy aiolis but the food is good.

I just love coming here. Prices are great, especially for all the food you get which is absolutely delicious and made fresh when you order. I've been coming here since I was a child. Now I come here on my own for the comfort food and kind and friendly employees. They also decorate for all major holidays which is always a treat to see!

Today was the first time i had a bad experience with old time burger. Was excited to try the fried zucchini but disappointed real quick when they were super soggy and ass. And my caeser salad was almost dry compared to other places. Like i said, really disappointed today with this meal.

Went in ordered over the phone the 6 pack family meal food was a great reason for one star I asked for condiments lady said it's in the bag umm nope there was 2 burgers in the bag I live 8 miles away not going to drive back for condiments

I loved my first experience here! I always wanted to try this place and I am so glad that I did! I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and it was delicious! The staff was so nice! Very welcoming! Would be coming back!

Been coming here for a couple of months. I have been driving by for years. Decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. After probably 6 to 7 visits my husband came home with our order$58 , I ordered a pastrami burger. Imagine my surprise when I bit in and tasted charcoal after uncovering my Burger I realized that the char marks literally went almost all the way through the burger. After calling the restaurant and the basic non response from the manager I decided I would spend my money elsewhere. I have thought Alot about posting a negative review but the more I thought of how they really didn't care about the fact that they served inedible food and didn't try to make it right. I guess as it says on the reciept I have been served.

Finally went here after living nearby for 11 years! The menu is H U G E ! We ate inside but they have a drive-thru too. I had the 1/4 lb. cheeseburger. He had the patty melt and we shared fries. The burger was good. He liked his melt. The fries were over cooked to my liking but not horrible. There's so much to try that I'm sure we'll return.

This place can NEVER follow a simple order, and the wait time.. forget again it.. Save your time and money and just go elsewhere.

As a regular at this establishment, I don't appreciate owners/management ghosting me and not giving my refund and stealing money from me. the front young lady at the front cash register charged me twice and was rude to me that day as if I was a problem but she was not paying attention and trying to rush me and she always kind of has a attitude and rushes you so she can talk to other employees and to be honest I don't care I never even pay no mind to people like that. she also swore she didn't charge me twice but she did.. the second charge was for a greater amount and they've been giving me the run around on my 34$ refund for months trying to say they didn't see the transaction and they also told me I would have to wait for a bank statement proving I was charged twice because the double charge on my recent transaction and a statement of my bank telling me I was charged twice wasn't enough for some reason. I was advised to reach out to Voula and was given her number. she asked for the bank statement so I gave her one and still told me she had to look at transactions again on that date even though they did that on the day after I came in to ask for my refund... after that days go by I've been very lenient and respectful and I tried reaching out a week later and got no response and now it's been months . That's old time for you that was done to me spending my last hard earned dollar to feed me and my fiancé I used to walk there because I used to live in the neighborhood behind old time and it wasn't too expensive and was better than eating at chain restaurants

Went to old time drive in on Saturday for lunch, drive through was quick , got a taco burger ! The only place I know that sells them! And a small onion rings! I was in and out in 6 minutes ! Food was very good and not to pricey! If you're looking for great food, big menu, come on over!

I don't understand the hate for this place, so many really mean reviews, it's a classic diner, most of you people are really absurd with comments like " I've been coming here for years but I'm giving a horrible review because they forgot to put pickles on my burger." The place makes good food at a reasonable price, at times like this, it's important to help small businesses, otherwise, it gets replaced by something generic and over priced like burger king or starbucks.

Every time I come here, the staff is always very friendly and give their best service. The food is fresh and never ceases to disappoint while also having a calm atmosphere to the restaurant. Always a pleasure to keep coming back.

I ordered a small onion ring and med diet code it was 9 dollars and change (WOW)) they had the nerve to charge me an additional .50 cents for ranch I just wanted one!!no thank you I will take my business elswhere!!!what your going to charge me .25 cents for each ketchup pac?? I came here today. Wasn't my first time. Maybe they were having an off day. But sadly, I had to throw all food away. Cheese burger- one bite and no. Then I took another. Trashed it. Also had an order of fried zucchini. Same as above. I even tried to doctor it up but nothing worked. Trashed it.

We love coming here on duty the whole fire station loves old time plain and simple. The food is outstanding the folks that work here are so nice and make it so much fun. The front area was beautifully decorated for Valentine's Day today. What a sweet touch this place is not corporate it's family and great food and absolutely well worth your time and money.
