The cinnamon social is honestly worth the hype. Enjoyed every bite. Insanely good! The staff are nice and welcoming. The place is also cozy and calm, especially the basement seating area. That said, the coffee could be better to be honest and I noticed the utensils by the entrance are not as clean as I would have liked. But they do have disposable wooden ones, so that's ok. Enjoyed my visit overall.

Bought a loaf of bread. Halfway through roughly a week later, I noticed that a piece of plastic was baked into it. I returned the loaf to the store and the manager stated that “this can’t be our bread because our bread only lasts 2 days”. I evidenced the purchase via a receipt, the bag as well as the fact that the same loaf of bread is being sold right behind her. I was treated very poorly and the fact that a piece of plastic was baked into the bread wasn’t acknowledged at all. No apology was given. Unfortunately, given this treatment I won’t return to this bakery.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had getting breakfast. It was super busy and there was no noticeable que and the staff did nothing to organise it. All the sandwiches are more expensive to eat in even though there is no table service (nor any service at all since the staff don’t acknowledge you), and then you have to eat your food in a dingy Mc Donalds basement. Very overpriced for the portion sizes, especially if you have a piece of inedible salmon with the scales still on it on your tiny bun. 1 out of 5 stars never coming here again.

The service terrible the girl on the counter is very rude and took the order wrong. The table are not clean. I ordered egg with avocado they refused to heat and it tasted like rubber. There is no much options to choose. I ordered the yogurt with coconuts taste good. The cappuccino is ok

used to be my to go place - very poor service. your order is not what you asked/paid for, then you get blamed. this happened many times. you pay eat-in price just to get food in the bag that isnt even sliced. the only person with decent service is big white guy who is a real gentleman, everyone else is a joke there wouldnt recommend

Perfect place, absolutely lovely service and absolutely lovely food. We was served by Shah and had a wonderful chat with him. Couldn't recommend this place enough :) The cinnamon social was unbelievable.

Unfortunately this didn't quite do it for me. The chai was okay, a bit watery. There was a specialty pastry that they had which was too sweet and tasted quite stale. The sausage roll similarly was decent, though.

Came in for a quick drink, didn't have the time or appetite for any food. The previous day I went to the costa coffee next door and didn't care for it. I ordered a simple latte with non fat milk. The coffee was good! One of the better coffees I've had since staying in the city.

Great Americano and almond pastry! Walked in from the cold rain and was in need of a hot cup. This place was cool with a lot of character. Packed, we waited for a bit and sat by the window. Good people watching too. There was a popping downstairs too. Will def visit again.

I was immediately excited walking in because I was welcomed by rows and rows of colourful and fun open faced sandwiches. I have a strange thing for lots of pretty options all sitting in lines looking at you, especially savoury options. Anyway, the open faced sandwiches were fun and we enjoyed the salmon on rye and mackerel on rye. It's located in the wonderful St. Christopher's place, quite close to Oxford street. Their breads and sweets also seem delicious. I tried a sample of their cinnamon roll and it was heaven.

So glad this place is a stone's throw from the Mandeville. Delightful fresh porridge with berry compote and fresh salmon toast makes for a satisfying morning. The vegan pumpkin sandwich is an absolute delight. A wide selection of breads includes a carrot and oat brown bread -healthy with a nice texture.

awful service the staff member who served me didn't give me the full order and when I asked for the rest another staff member shouted across and asked if I had even paid for it having shown my payment the grumpy staff member gave me the rest of the order when I questioned her attitude she rolled her eyes and mumbled and walked off manager at the branch was useless and gave me an email to complain to which still has not been acknowledged find another coffee shop pls and give your money to a friendlier company

On my second day in London, I came here for breakfast. I had the avocado toast with poached eggs and a pot of English breakfast tea. The whole experience was so good that I came again on my last day in London. This time I had the avocado toast with smoked salmon. Service both times was prompt and courteous in spite of being super busy. Definitely recommend!
