We had a great time on the tour! Terry was a fantastic guide & was very informative about the distilling process, as well as being friendly and engaging. The small tastings of 13 different liquors were so fun! Terry talked about the background of each liquor & gave us ideas for drink and food recipes. We loved the products so much & purchased enough to get a free wagon 😂! I highly recommend this distillery & tour.

Google
Super fun spot in downtown Gatlinburg. They have an outdoor stage with rocking chairs to sit and listen to live folk music between the store and the distillery. You can read about the moonshine making process and the history. In the shop, you can pay a few bucks to do a fun tasting (they'll give you a $5 coupon to buy something when you do the tasting). Recommended!

Google
This place is quite an experience. Good vibe and tones of moonshine options. Highly recommend the tasting experience for $8. Totally worth it 👌. Got some moonshine to go too. Tasted great.

We took the distillery tours and had a great time. Brooklyn was super informative and had a really fun energy. The tasting included a good variety of their products.

Google
What a fun experience. The place was super busy, but after a short wait, we were able to belly up to the bar and start our taste testing. Our bar tender was awesome. Super friendly and a barrel of laughs. We loved all the great samples, and they had a great deal going on, so we came home with plenty to drink. If you visit all 3 locations and get a stamp, you get a free T-shirt. We will definitely come back for another visit..

Had an amazing experience at Ole Smoky! Terry was absolutely fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire tour a blast. The atmosphere was great, and it was awesome getting an up-close look at the distilling process. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great time. Whether you’re a longtime fan of their products or just stopping in for the first time, this place is well worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Google
Such a great experience!! Best tasting ever! Such a fun group setting wether there's 2 of you a whole group. Jordan was the best bartender!! Hilarious and made it a good time!! Highly recommend this place. Best deals and great merchandise selections.

Yelp
The most fun in Gatlinburg!! This is my favorite place to visit while on the strip. The moonshine tasting is so funny and entertaining and worth the $5 admission! The bartenders are comedians and you definitely get your money's worth with all the different flavors they let you try. The moonshine is strong and flavorful. My favorites are blackberry and banana pudding. They also have really cool clothing and souvenirs!

Tania G.

Yelp
We went on the distillery tour and it was amazing! We learned so much from our wonderful guide Brooklyn! She told some really funny jokes and had a lot of knowledge on moonshine. We will definitely return around and take her recommendations further. Out of the 9 flavors of moonshine she allowed us to taste we ended up taking home two of her recommendations.

Patty W.

Yelp
There isn't enough moonshine to go around in Tennessee. I thought dinner was enough and we ended up here before heading back to our cabin to unwind. Our kids were at the arcade with family and friends while my husband and I snuck out across the street to have some Ole Smoky. It was around 9 o'clock at night and it wasn't packed. The rainy weather had a factor in it and we didn't let it stop us. I sadly did not get any pictures of the tasting shots and I do remember they were good...lol. We had a white chocolate strawberry cream, peaches, and some other ones to try. The bartender had a fun personality and she described how each one of the shots were made by the distillery. The butter pecan and key lime cream jars were our souvenirs to take home.

Yelp
Just one of the several places we stopped by for some sampling. Compared to the barrelhouse where you sample their whiskies, this one you get to sample the usual different varieties of their moonshines. We stopped by at the distilleries across the street before entering the store. They sell many merchs and if you are an OCD like me, you'll definitely enjoy looking at the jars after jars neatly organized by colors on the sea of shelves. Inside the store was spacious but the amount of crowd makes the place feel really packed as you can expect. You just walk up to any bar where you see a session was finishing up and in between shifts of bartenders. It cost $5 (minus tip) which you can pay with cash or credit card, and they'll give you a stackable $5 coupon. I didn't get the name of our bartender, she was friendly but she definitely was buzzed. Her voice wasn't loud enough to compete with all the chaotic background noise from the crowd, but she tried as best as she could to be informative before each pour. Most of the customers did seem uninterested with what she was saying, they just wanted a sip of those booze lol. Comparing the moonshines between Ole Smoky's and Sugarlands' is futile cause everyone's preference is different and personal. I personally think each distillery has their wins over the other on specific flavors. I'm in the minority who doesn't like their Apple Pie because the cinnamon flavor is just way too strong. From our tasting, I remember trying out the Blackberry, Pineapple Pina Colada, Strawberry Mango Margarita (I like this one!). I also remember being reminded of a strawberry Chupa Chups when I saw their White Chocolate Strawberry Cream but turns out it didn't really taste like Chupa Chups lol. I was surprised at how much I like their Banana Pudding Cream, it was well done. Last but not least, our bartender forewarned us as well as he did before I took a sip, but alas their 128-proof of Blue Flame took me out. He bagged two jars of the Orange Shinesicle Cream and Banana Pudding Cream on our way out. Love those coupons! He was really looking forward to getting their Lemon Teashine, and despite them telling us that the Lemon Teashine and Grape are their best sellers, those two flavors are just seasonal hence not available all year round. One other thing, pay more attention to the "Distillery only" stickers. You can only get those exclusively there.

Yelp
Our group had the most fun and interactive tasting experience! We hands down recommend coming in to try it. Karima was fun, informative, and engaging.

Yelp
I have been here several times. Anytime we come to the mountains - gatlinburg or pigeon forge we always do the moonshine tasting. Last time I tried pigeon forge and this time gatlinburg and I do think the flavors have changed which was nice I got to try something different! We did a tasting with Emmy and she was super nice! She also was very insistant on the rules - one man clearly at least 40 years old had only a photo of his Id and not the ID itself and she said she couldn't let him do the tasting without a physically ID. So I was a bit sad for him he clearly was well beyond 21 but she definitely does her job! We tried 10 mini shots (equals about 2.5 real sized shots in total) for 5$ and then you get a voucher for 5$ off in case you buy something in store that today you can get your 5$ back. It has always been like that which is nice because usually we wanted to buy something anyways so it's nice the tasting becomes " free " haha but I didn't mind paying 5 for a tasting anyways! The flavors we tried were: Pickles Peaches Apple pie or whiskey - you pick Salted Caramel Strawberry lemonade Amerretto Pumpkin pie Butter pecan Strawberry banana Mint chocolate They were all actually really good even the pickles! I highly recommend doing this on your Tennessee trip :)

Michele O.

Yelp
Great tastings and service! The amount of moonshine varieties you can taste is impressive, and there's a discount for in-store purchases! I'd go back when in the area.

Cassandra T.

Yelp
We did the moonshine tasting for my sister's bachelorette over Labor Day weekend. A little bummed by how the tasting went. I specifically told the bartender I was excited to try butter pecan and it was the whole reason I came. She had me save some of the previous shot to try pumpkin pie with it but didn't let me try on own so got shorted half a shot and didn't even get to try flavor I wanted by itself cause she said couldn't re pour ... bummed still a month later lol. I bought a bottle to take home hoping I'd like it based on smell alone. She was a little put out seeming too. Overall worth a visit and tasting was worth it you get a coupon to use on purchase when you buy a tasting.

Annette D.

Yelp
This was a fun stop to get out of the sun and heat. We taste tested nine types of moonshine (thimble sized cups) and had fun doing it. The cost was $5 per person. In return, we each received a $5 off coupon which could be applied to merchandise. We wound up buying three jars - banana pudding, watermelon and Java. It was fun and the team could not have been more friendly. I never saw myself as a moonshine consumer but don't don't knock it until you try it!

Justin L.

Yelp
We did a tasting session inside. You pay $5 each plus a tip for your employee serving you. We tried pineapple fruit, mandarin fruit, sour watermelon, blue flame, some beach, and a Java moonshine. The inside is nice all the bottled ole smoky moonshine you ever want to buy. We got a six pack of the blue flame, and a couple tshirts they had for sale inside. Outside across from the store is the vats with corn being processed into moonshine. Seeing that was pretty cool.

Lisa H.

Yelp
There are several locations all are a little different. They offer $5 moonshine tastings. 9 flavors to try. One of the locations included moonshine pickles another offered pineapple colada both were delicious. The bartenders are funny and it's more like an interactive experience. They sell all the flavors offered plus many many more. And every kind of merchandise imaginable. We learned this after our second location they offer a stamp card. If you go to all 3 for a tasting you will receive a free hooch hopper T-shirt. You. Will also revive. A $5 off coupon at each tasting they can be used at any location. This is something fun and unique to the area to do with friends. Highly recommend trying the different flavors. Only downside kinda expensive the food options are $30 a jar and moonshine $27

Shannon S.

Yelp
So you usually visit Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery in Gatlinburg, TN at The Holler for one reason and that is for their moonshine tasting! They do charge $5 to do it but then give you a coupon to use for purchases. They also have a stamp deal where if you visit all the Ole Smoky location in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge you win a prize. So $5 isn't a big deal ultimately for the way they have things set up here. If you are traveling to Gatlinburg, Tennessee you should stop in at this location of The Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery at The Holler as it is America's most visited distillery according to Ole Smokey Moonshine. Many folks say they have some of the BEST flavored moonshines in Gatlinburg Tennessee and even Pigeon Forge, TN. Ole Smokey is more than just a moonshine and whiskey distillery as they also have a large retail selection in their gift shop that offers a lot of Smoky Mountains themed gifts along with all sorts of moonshine themed items with a huge selection of t-shirts. When doing your Gatlinburg vacation planning make sure to look at the moonshine trail as one of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN options for fun to make sure you visit as many moonshine joints as possible. If you are looking for where the fun is in Gatlinburg many locals we asked say this is one of the cheap attractions in Gatlinburg TN for a really affordable fun time. Your trip to the Great Smoky Mountains could certainly use a visit to the Ole Smokey Moonshine Tasting at the Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery during your visit. Overall this is definitely high on the list of cheap thrills you can have in the area! My video review of Ole Smokey Tennessee Moonshine in Gatlinburg is here: https://youtu.be/xq1H59KOXS0

Yelp
The Holler is so much fun!! Do yourself a favor and stop in here if you're strolling down the strip. Not only do they have ever flavor of moonshine offered, but they have cute cups, shirts, and other accessories as well! Make sure you do the $5 moonshine tasting; the tenders are absolutely hilarious and are guaranteed to make you laugh. Make sure to bring some cash to tip them as well! The inside is nice and large and never feels too crowded which is usually a problem on the strip itself. They also do tours of their distillery! I highly recommend a visit.

Yelp
What a GREAT time!!!! To be honest I come here EVERYtime i am in the City! And each time I love it!!! I don't believe I have ever ended up w the same "host" but i come pretty far out from each other. I will say there are 2 locations and i prefer the one in Gatlinburg. I believe to partake it's about $10/person; possibly less and you get 13 shots!!! Yes shots!!! You take them as a group too, which is nice. I will say if there is a flavor you're not interested in they have no issues swapping you out for something else behind the bar. You start out hardcore and when I say it you feel it going down you FEEL IT!!! Lol I don't know who is drinking that or taking it home but whew!!! It exists. By the time you get to the end the mini shots mellow out. Like i said I highly recommend stopping by, i come EVERYtime i am here in the City and you will not be disappointed.

Yelp
Gatinlinburg is a cute place. It was fun walking up and down the Main Street while people watching and shopping. We decided it would be appropriate to do a whiskey tasting while we were there. So we walked into Ole Smoky. It was a very welcoming and open entrance. We walked to the back where they have several areas where they do tastings. The tasting was $5 and came with a little plastic thimble size "glass". This isn't like a high end whiskey bar. You're getting a chance to try the flavored whiskies that are used as like mixers in cocktails. The tasting started with a boozy piece of pickle. We then tried 8 or so different flavors. Our person giving us the tasting was funny. She was telling us about how she has never left the state of Tennessee and that little tidbit was aligned with my experience here. It's very small town feel and like less about good quality whiskey. Anyway, I always bring back gifts for my friends and decided I had enough room in my luggage to bring back a couple bottles of flavored whiskey. They were kinda pricey--$30 per bottle, but what the heck. I was on vacation! Price is insignificant haha. The cashier wrapped up my bottles very nicely, so I just put the whole bag in my luggage and it was completely fine. I'd probably be back for the whiskey tasting because it's like ordering a cheap drink lol. Im kind of intrigued by the canned fruit in the back. There was no one to ask if they were boozy canned peaches lol if they were, I'd be down.

Edward J.

Yelp
The sampling was worthy the $7.00 and Matty T was entertaining as hell. Walking through you could hear all of the sampling servers interject humor to their presentation, but Matty T spoke to us. He was hilarious and did a fantastic job presenting the products. We took advantage of the special and left purchasing 5 bottles, received a free bottle and complimentary cooler. I highly recommend hanging out at one of the three locations in the area.

Ian M.

Yelp
The tastings are a fantastic deal. Wish I could have done 2! Thanks to Jessica V you rocked it

Don C.

Yelp
Stopped here and had Jake as our bartender. Got to try 12 different shots though I skipped the pickle one. Ended up buying a few bottles with the 5 dollar off coupon. Awesome experience!

Maria B.

Yelp
Ashley A was an excellent concierge for our distillery tour! She was funny and very alert to our group.

Karoline M.

Yelp
We visited midweek for a tour and really enjoyed the experience! Our tour guide (Terry) was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The tour included a t-shirt and tasting of several flavors of moonshine (which were delicious!) We should have booked much further in advance, as there were limited tour spots available, however, we were able to book an 11am tour. While we initially felt this may be too early, it worked out perfectly as we wrapped up just after noon and we're ready to get some lunch after the tasting. Overall, the tour is worth the price and we learned a great deal about the distilling process. Highly recommend!

María B.

Yelp
Super cool experience at Ole Smoky for my first moonshine tasting!! Once you walk in there's a huge bar in the middle, and you find a spot. So they way it works is you pay $5 per person, and you each get 7 tiny samples of moonshine. After that, you get those $5 back as a store credit so we had $10 off coupon. (Plus if you buy more than 3 bottles you get a free mini cooler) The tasting was around 15 mins, but be aware that it can take longer than that because I saw it get really crowded right after we were done. Some of the flavors we tried were Banana Pudding, Strawberry Crème, edible pineapple, and one that was 128 proof! WOW. We ended up getting 3 bottles (with free cooler) 2 shot glasses and a pour lid that you can just put in the jar! Our bartender was soooo funny, he made the tasting so much better. After shopping the also had a band playing outside plus you could also see the process of making the moonshine through a window. This really was a cool experience and we'd totally be back!

Joanne C.

Yelp
Highly overrated! We did not buy any! Really sugar, food color and moonshine. We tried a drink in the cocktail area, I wasn't impressed. Their Mary is spot on but honestly, I would much rather this

Blake W.

Yelp
Ole smoke is an alright place to go. The moonshine flavor are like every other places. Nothing really stands out. The tasting have become boring. They say the flavor pour it. No information about it or anything. I still give this place 4 stars because of what they do have is good.

Jillian S.

Yelp
Wow I am surprised we made it here after starting at Ole Smoky Whiskey Distillery and stopping at the wineries and cider bars along the way. I am glad we made it since we enjoyed learning about moonshine production. At this location, Ole Smoky offers tastings, live music, merchandise, and moonshine. Plus you can look through the windows of the distillery to learn how they make moonshine. Since we drank enough on our way over, we chose not to do a tasting here. I imagine the tastings are similar to their other locations. $5 for a standard tasting of various flavored moonshines with a $5 off coupon provided afterwards. We enjoyed the tastings at the other Ole Smoky locations. They provide a lot of great tasting alcoholic creations. We did prefer their whiskey over the moonshine. For this location, we parked in a paid lot down the road and walked here. I recommend checking it out, particularly if you like whiskey or moonshine.

Brittany M.

Yelp
Was happy to come back after a year. Of course we did the sampler, it's worth the price and make sure to tip the gentleman we had was awesome and very generous on his pours so we had a blast, got two jars of moonshine and headed on our way. Luckily we got there when it wasn't to busy maybe waited 15 to get a spot but when we left there was a line around the building so it really can get packed

Miranda F.

Yelp
Fun and unique experience! 5 dollar tasting of 7-8 different flavors of moonshine, and you get a free 5 dollar coupon! You won't want to leave without purchasing some for home. Our favorites were the sour watermelon, apple pie, and blue fire. Our checkout lady was "Damnit Janet" and was such a doll! Don't hesitate to go!

Malisa R.

Yelp
Tourist trap, but a must. Definitely opt for the $5 moonshine tasting. It's not your bootlegger moonshine, it's really good stuff! My group and I enjoyed our tasting. Our bartender was so much fun! Be prepared, you're tasting a lot.

Jasmine H.

Yelp
Ole Smoky Moonshine is someplace I've always wanted to come. It's in Gatlinburg which is in the mountains. It's a very cute town that reminds me of someplace on a tv show. I went on the Behind the Still tour where you get to see and learn how moonshine is made and then you get to taste about 13 flavors of moonshine. Our guide, Tim was amazing. So I went moonshine tasting at 10am and maybe because there was nothing on my stomach, I had a slight buzz but hey.. when on vacation. But if you do not go on the tour, it's $5 for tasting at any of the bars they have. My favorite flavors were sour watermelon, butter pecan and banana pudding! They also have a 128 proof moonshine that is guaranteed to make any living being drunk.

Alyssa M.

Yelp
Ashley A was the BEST tour guide ever! Went for my 21st B-day trip and let's just say I sampled a little too much

James C.

Yelp
Great selection of locally made moonshine and fun tasting before buying. Be sure to stop in and sample several.

Amanda E.

Yelp
This place was a great time! The bartenders are amazing at putting on a show and interacting with patrons. Definitely try the 9 sampler for $5, it's worth it!

sarah f.

Yelp
I loved exploring this whole area and loved this place! There was another moonshine distillery close by but the line was too long so we decided to try out Ole Smokey. We waited around 10 min. The tasting was $5 and then they gave you a voucher for $5 toward anything in the store. I was already familiar with this brand but never tried it and loved it. We had around 4-5 tastings of the moonshine. My favorite was the jolly rancher and pumpkin. I couldn't have asked for a more southern and pleasant moonshine experience. The bartender was amazing and very informative too!

Richie D.

Yelp
My posse and I accepted the fact that this "moonshine" distillery would be touristy given its location in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. Nonetheless, we paid the $5 for a tasting of 8 shines and got a $5 coupon credit back to use toward purchases. We enjoyed several of the flavors, whether they were fruity or cream-based. Our group's favorites were: Coffee, Butter Pecan, Some Beach, and Lemon Tea. The process was a bit chaotic, though expected for a Saturday in the summer. Each mason jar of moonshine has card recipes to make yourself at home. You can mix and match flavors. Also they have boozy pickles and cherries. It's worth mentioning there are plenty of vouchers around town with 10% off coupons--or if you're in the military you automatically get it with proof of ID. If you buy 3 jars you get a cooler, cookbook or beach towels. If you buy 5 jars you get one free, plus a medium size cooler and a four pack of canned margaritas. If you buy 10 jars, you get two free, plus a large rolling cooler and two four packs of canned margaritas. A shout out to Jolene at the register who was super friendly and willing to answer our questions, regardless of the Saturday crowds. She wrapped up our cookbook in a plastic bag given the pouring rain storm.

Amanda R.

Yelp
A must if you are in Gatlinburg. We did a tasting of 7 or so different flavored Moonshines and it hit home. The bartenders are lively and fun! Definitely will be back when in town!

Audrine M.

Yelp
Well my husband and I did a tasting at Sugarland Distilling Co. right before we went to Ole Smoky so my review will be a little biased. At Sugarland, we tasted 12 moonshines for 5$ and it was 9 at Ole Smoky for 5$. At both places, you can use the tasting fee coupon towards any purchase in the store. The tasting guide at Sugarland were entertaining, explained each and every moonshine, and were generally fun. At Ole Smokey, our guide just called out the moonshine and served. Overall, I think Sugarland experience is far better than Ole Smokey.

Daviana C.

Yelp
Such a fun experience! Ole Smoky offers $5 moonshine tastings in their store on The Island. With the moonshine tastings, you get seven different shot flavors and most importantly you get the most energetics and funny servers you can ever meet! Not only are the shots great, but you'll be laughing nonstop from the hilarious things your servers will say! At the end of the tastings you'll also be presented with a five dollar coupon that can be used towards your purchase in the shop. This basically means that you get the tasting for free! A tip I would give Is to bring a couple dollars cash to tip your servers because they are great!

Erika G.

Yelp
This place was super fun! Did a moonshine tasting so we would know right off what to get! I chose watermelon moonshine although the were all delicious

Lisa H.

Yelp
Don't buy "to get a free T shirt " it's a scam I SPENT$154 and travelled to get 3 stamps, one from each place. When I went to get the 100 percent cotton shirt, they only had large and smaller. On Father's Day weekend!!! 11am.

Karlie M.

Yelp
I love this store so much, but I have to give it a bad review. My boyfriend and I are from Texas and he was trying to buy some cherries, and they literally denied his real ID, even though he's over 21. They didn't try scanning it, looking him up or anything. They were very lazy and quite rude about it. I understand that they're just trying to abide by the laws, but he's literally over 21 and handed them his REAL ID. They didn't do a single thing to clarify whether or not it was real or fake, despite our seriousness about it. The other Ole Smokey is much better when it comes to customer service-this main location just left us mad and disappointed

Destiny G.

Yelp
Jenna was great!!! We've come to gatlinburg a few times and have done numerous moonshine tastings but Jenna was the most fun!

Nancy N.

Yelp
What a fun place to browse, taste and get a bit tipsy! Ole Smoky TN is famous in Gatlinburg for its whiskey and you wouldn't quite know it unless you traveled around and saw several locations everywhere you went. We happened to find one right across or the street from the Gatlinburg lift and decided to check it out before taking the lift. We did well but take note, could have probably not been a great idea to take so many whiskey samples right before you're being propelled hundreds of feet in the air. Example, you could end up puking - whoops. The shop was very well organized, but then again, there's really only about ten flavors to choose from. Our favorite was the Salty Caramel (who knew?) but we also had a tidbit of Cinnamon, Sour Apple, Amaretto, etc. For $5 our friendly bartender, his name was Soda, gave a group of us samples and a good time. He explained each tasting and also went in depth as to what was in the whiskeys he gave us and it was his serving us (the guy should go into sales and be a salesman) that was what led us to buy the whiskeys we did. I will say though however he didn't serve us every single flavor. I wish he did though because how else could we make a decision on the others? I think Ole Smokey would get so much more sales if all of the flavors were on rotation. As a consumer, you likely only buy what you try. It's hard to take a risk with a fairly large whisky bottle without knowing if you like it or love it. Overall the $5 taste tasting was just a ton of fun and the tasting really helped us not only seal the deal but feel comfortable about the $50 whiskey we bought. Fun times to be had in Gatlinburg, be sure to check Ole Smokey out! (They also have a location by the Ferris Wheel over by the island).

Yelp
Went in for a moonshine tasting had a wonderful experience. Our bartender was great explained everything. They were well organized to handle many people and groups.

Yelp
Have been here many times and if you like moonshine and tasting this is the place to go. There usually is live entertainment right outside. Friendly service as usual.

Yelp
We did the behind the still tour and tasting which was a blast. There's a short tour in the beginning and then you get to try over 15 flavors of moonshine. Our guide was funny and informative and we even went home with a shirt. They also provide coupons you can stack on top of each other for any souvenirs!

Yelp
I've been coming to this establishment for many years. Every time I visit it's the same: happy, courteous and good times. Stocked up my bar with some back up moonshine and whiskey.

Yelp
Gatlinburg is a blast... atmosphere .. shopping ... the town itself is full of food... chocolate stores... and MOONSHINE!!! $5.00 tastings ... 6 little shots I believe LOL! Is a MUST... do not hesitate to try this ... the more the merrier and you will find flavors you love ... add to my coffee I must say! Cheers and enjoy shopping in the Moonshine store and the music provided at times outside! A MUST!

Yelp
Went with a paper copy of a drivers license renewal and the license that was renewed. In KY you can no longer pick up your drivers license you are held hostage until they finally mail it out. But, the state tells you to bring the paper renewal along with your license and it is acceptable ID until your new license arrives. Works fine for TSA to board a plane, will get you entrance to federal buildings, and even acceptable to purchase a new vehicle last week but apparently the hourly worker at Ole Smoky says it's not good enough even though we went on Friday night with the same materials and didn't have an issue. So, we went to Sugarlands instead and didn't have a single issue. Enjoyed their tasting, bought plenty of merch to bring home, and they even have a cocktail bar...save your time and money and go to Sugarlands instead.

Yelp
Had a great time taste testing the various of moonshine flavors. Flavors include banana pudding, cinnamon roll, raspberry, blueberry, sour raspberry, apple pie, pumpkin spice, and 120 proof original (be very careful with that last one). My favorite was the raspberry. I bought 5 jars of different flavors and got a 6th for free as well as a cooler and 4 of their mule drinks. We taste tested their whisky and it was great. I'm not a whisky fan but I would purchase that flavor. The minimum price for a flavor is $27 and reaches to $40. For those that go to the store, HAVE FUN!!

Yelp
Dropped by here on a whim walking by while visiting Gaitlinburg. It was very crowded and you had to be aggressive to get a spot at the counter. One con is that it was very hot inside, they really should crank up the AC. They offer a $5 tasting which you can taste 5 different moonshines. The $5 can go towards a purchase in the store, which is nice. The lady that worked there was very accommodating and friendly. They first give out a pickle sample, so if you enjoy pickles thats a huge plus. (I hate pickles so I passed on this). Next we got to try the original, apple pie, sour watermelon, coffee and white chocolate cream. The original is very strong, be ready for it! I wasn't a huge fan of the apple pie but that's to be expected since I am not a pie girl. There's definitely a strong apps aftertaste you get. The white chocolate cream tasted like pepto bismol to me. I think it would be cooler if you got to pick the samples you get to try but I understand that is difficult with such a large amount of people. The coffee one is delicious, very creamy and smooth. The sour watermelon was probably my favorite. It tastes like a jolly rancher. Very sweet with a little bit of tartness to it. I ended up buying a bottle with my coupon. I had a nice experience here and would recommend this friends and family.
