Beyond Spectacular. The people that work here define excellence. It was my sister birthday and wanted her to experience something amazing. This spa and people that work here made it so special. There plenty of outdoor parking and it’s secured. The facility is perfectly clean. I called and had the pleasure of getting my appointment booked with Katie. She was extremely helpful, she is a has a lot of knowledge of the services and provides outstanding support!! Not only is the OLEHENRIKSEN spa an iconic landmark as a brand for their quality products, this spa reminds me of how important it is to take care of yourself and relax, I call it a mini vacation without going far. They treat you like royalty here and they try to accommodate you as best as possible. I am tearing up in appreciation to how amazing they have shown to be not just on this occasion but every time I have been here!! Sara checked me in upon arrival, she was so kind and bright. If you’re running late to your appointment call them or try to show up 20 minutes earlier. As we got in our robes, everything was delightful, every inch of this place was so clean, relaxing and extremely aesthetically pleasing!! Elizabeth in the front desk checked us out, she was professional and pleasant. Throughout our visit, Melissa checked in with us, she a star and made our experience shine!!! She was absolutely amazing to be around and was extremely detailed oriented. Out of all the options in the area, there is nothing like the ole henriksen spa here in West Hollywood!!! Everyone must try and bring a loved one, it’s so important to wine down and not deal with life’s matters, definitely the perfect getaway! Forgot to mention, it smells so delicious in there. This is the most beautiful relaxing place in West Hollywood.

I booked a traditional facial here because I had to use some ClassPass credits that were expiring and I’m so glad it introduced me to the OH spa! Firstly, I was treated with such hospitality and care upon arrival. I was quickly checked in, offered water & tea and given a tour of the relaxation room, locker room and the steam room - all amenities I was able to use within my appointment window. I got there 30 minutes before my appt so I could do this. I went in the steam room which was clean & so relaxing, smelled like lavender and eucalyptus. Then I was taken to my treatment room with the amazing Gary. He was so kind and friendly and left me insanely relaxed, fresh and glowing. 100% will be back and definitely request Gary if you can!

Finally I was able to surprise my bf with this date night. It was a trek to get up to West Hollywood. Parking was surprisingly easy in the back lot. It was very relaxing as we arrived early to use the co Ed steam room and shower. Everything was really clean. We waited in the meditation room before we were led to the moroccan bath room where we were served w Champagne, cracker, orange, tea, water, and freshly grated cucumber eye mask. The atmosphere was incredible. The tub was the most comfortable one I ever had. The jet wasn’t strong but rather soothing bubbles. Overall, we love how everything smells and looks. This danish spa won us over. We will return again!

I booked a VSOTO facial here through ClassPass and unfortunately had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Before the treatment, I filled out the intake form and clearly stated that I have very sensitive skin. Despite this, the products used during the facial were much too strong for me, and I ended up with a significant reaction afterward. My skin was actually in worse condition than when I arrived, with redness, irritation, and inflammation that I am still actively dealing with three days later. The most frustrating part is that this reaction was avoidable. I expected the esthetician to adjust the treatment based on the information I provided or at least do a patch test, especially given my skin concerns. That did not happen, and I felt the service was not handled with the level of care I needed. I am now dealing with ongoing irritation and having to take extra steps to calm my skin. I personally would not return, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin. I wish my experience had been handled with more caution and attention.

After traveling for 3 weeks, I needed a reset and I am so glad I came here. I got a body scrub and a massage, both were amazing. The body scrub left my skin so soft even days after. I can really feel a difference, so I will always be sure to get one. I was in desperate need of a massage and let me tell you...mine was amazing! It was gentle enough where I didn't feel pain, but just the right amount of toughness to get rid of my knots. I am feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated!

my first time visiting the spa I had an 80 minute massage with Nikki-It was the best massage I've ever had in my life. Even before the massage started, I could tell how skilled she was just by what she said the questions she asked and how she listened-The actual Massage was incredible. Last weekend I visited the spa. Took my date there for a nice relaxing afternoon. Enjoyed the bath, salt and sugar scrub, and massage. Michael did my massage and my goodness…best massage of my life. The salt and sugar scrub was a first for me, with the nice rainfall shower after. If you have not had a body scrub before, I can’t recommend it enough. Next time I go back might have to do 2 treatments. It was heaven. The spa is very clean, very neat, very zen. The spa has some great VSOTO skin care products, and the front and staff was particularly kind and welcoming. Probably the best Spa in LA!

Such a great little spa for a facial or services. I love coming here and getting Ole products as well as a facial or massage. Great location and easily accessible!

Ole Henriksen is a lovely spa located at Sunset Plaza. I came here ages ago and it has always been a pleasure to visit. Still is. From the moment I called up the receptionist was so nice, understanding, helpful, and classy. I needed to get my legs waxed for an event. Since I hadn't been there in a long time, I was no longer in the system so they added me as a new customer. New customers have to pay in advance. However, they also accept walk-ins so I decided to do that instead since my schedule was unpredictable. Parking was easy because Sunset Plaza has a free private parking lot. Once I scheduled my appointment, I was shown to a locker room where i was given a luxurious robe and comfy slippers. There was nice music and refreshments. Everything looked so clean and relaxing. It was a really nice ambiance. There is only one person there who does waxing at the spa. She's been there since February. The ladies who I had before no longer work there. I wish they had more people as the waxer does not work every day. Hopefully they will hire another person so that they can have that service every day of the week. I'm so happy with my wax. She did an excellent job. The only qualm I have is that it did take longer than expected. I've had this same service done in the past and it didn't take as long. I had another appointment afterwards and since I wasn't keeping track of the time, I ended up being late. But it all worked out and I was so happy I was able to get my legs waxed in time for the important event. Definitely recommend this spa for all your pampering needs. It's been around forever and there's a reason for that. Would love to go back when I have more time and try more of the services. Services also available to purchase on class pass.

I went here for the first time and was totally impressed! The place is very clean and nice, and everyone was so helpful and courteous. Even the bathrooms were spotless. I just recently had liposuction surgery and was feeling to tight and sore. after my session led bed session, I felt so much better--more mobility, less discomfort, and overall so refreshed. This is highly recommended for anyone post-op or even if you just want a boost of collagen or some pain relief. Definitely worth it! I can't wait to come back.

Walked into the spot and instantly smelt The Amazing soothing scent. I went in for a last minute appointment with Lana. I went to get my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted. Not only was Lana professional and super kind but she was extremely good at what she does. Lashes and brows look great and I will definitely be coming back for a facial. Lana Is fabulous!

Was gifted a service here from sis & got a salt body scrub service. Very nice!!! Tons of free parking, huge lot in back. They have a shower, steam room or sauna, but I didn't use it. They have a meditation waiting lounge which I sat in before & after my service. They have vanities in the locker room with free razors, products, hair dryer, etc. Great customer service, lovely facilities, top notch results from treatments, highly rec! The size & offering of facility/amenities isn't as huge & plentiful as Burke Williams or large spas at upscale resort hotels, but is very boutique, quiet, less traffic, and more focused.

My boyfriend surprised me with a spa today & I fell in love with this spa. The service was amazing my massage was sooo good. The massage bed is heated!!! I definitely recommend coming for a date night/ day or even a solo date. I will definitely be coming back to try a different service. The staff is amazing!!!

I always forget how relaxing the facials at Ole Henriksen are until I visit again. The treatment rooms are on the smaller side, but they make up for it with their incredibly soothing treatments and the expertise of their providers. The staff is friendly and highly experienced, making each visit feel like a luxurious escape. The spa also has great amenities, including a small co-ed sauna, locker rooms, and showers, which enhance the overall experience. Whether you're looking for a rejuvenating treatment or simply a moment to unwind, this is definitely a place worth experiencing. Highly recommend!

Massages have become a part of my routine. I've tried a few studios and spas in LA, and Ole Henriksen is my new favorite. This was my first visit and I booked a massage on short notice. When I arrived, parking was quick and easy. The lot is shared with a few businesses so it's big and there were plenty of spaces. The staff gave me a warm greeting at check-in and walked me through the amenities before my service. My service started on time and the masseuse, Felix, was spectacular. Afterward, I took the steam room for a spin. Everything was clean, well stocked and luxurious. Thank you, Ole Henriksen!

I Always wanted to try this day spa. My visit was actually everything I envisioned it to be. Ole Henriksen makes very good products. The brand is actually one of my favorites when it comes to good quality skin care. Their actual spa houses all of their products here and sales them. There was a moisturizer that was sold out on Sephora's website for the longest but I was able to purchase it here. What makes a great spa experience for me is the services, the customer service, and also the overall ambiance and atmosphere. Ole Henriksen's day spa gives very much luxury to all of my senses. This spa smells very lovely and creates a relaxed, positive, calm, and comfortable feeling. Whatever the fragrance of choice is they use for the facility, it definitely was well thought out and crafted exactly for this facility. The furnishings were also comfortable. whether in the dressing/locker room or the treatment rooms, every thing I laid on or in was enjoyable. I enjoyed my Moroccan bath and everything that came with it. I even added on an extra scrub that made my skin so soft. Booking a spa day here is a great choice for anyone in the LA area or visiting and I highly recommend.

I loved it here! It's my first time and didn't know what to expect but the second I walked in they were very kind and informative . I shortly got dressed in my robe and was walked into my room with a prepped tub , champagne, tea and snacks. It was so relaxing private and lost importantly clean! Then when I finished I stepped into a little waiting room while I was shortly taken to a different room for my facial. It was amazing and super refreshing . I loved everything about it and a week later my skin is still super super soft! Parking is great too :)

I didn't love this place for the prices. First I don't appreciate the cannibas scented candle in the main lobby as a drug free person. Do something more normal and neutral. Then they told me I was early even though I arrived when they said to fill out paperwork. They call something a meditation room but it's just a second holding room and people were talking. The massage was fair super light and she opened and closed this noisy drawer so many times to get things out. Facial was good and I liked the lady who did it. She was nice to explain everything. But again not worth the prices. The prices says fancy and the vibe and experience say mid level.

I booked a facial through ClassPass and it was the biggest waste of time and money, have NEVER been more disappointed in my life.

Let's start with parking, it has ample parking spaces which was a huge plus. Upon entering the spa, you are greeted by their products and their testers (that was amazing!) and they are made in the US. We were then lead to their lounge where they serve water and tea while we filled out the forms and chose what face mask we want. The locker rooms were clean, the combination lock was easy instructions on the door. We had the couples Moroccon bath, the ambience was amazing. The tea lights created a nice atmosphere, the music and scents. They served fruits, biscuits and champagne. The steam room was a little snug with 4 people inside. No shower room available inside the women's locker, but there's one available outside the steam room. Overall it was an amazing experience, with very courteous staff who kept their voices down and the rest of the customers were very respectful too.

Yesterday I took my boyfriend to this location to experience : -Spa Room -Couples Massage & -A facial. I'll start off by saying the location itself is it a good place. Great parking. Very relaxing once you go inside. There is music and essential oils. That is super relaxing. We enjoyed the spa room. We sat in there together and enjoyed some champagne and relaxation. The couples massage was mediocre at best. The woman who massage me hardly touched me and when she did she was either karate chopping my bag or doing nothing at all. Lastly, the facial was great. I feel like if we came back we definitely wouldn't get the massage again. Based on my experience. I wouldn't pay one dollar for the person that was massaging me. Pretty disappointing to be honest especially with the cost. Lastly, they really insisted on me buying face products and when I did, unfortunately I didn't open the box until I got home only to find. There was only one out of the three products in the box. They literally sold me nothing.

The whole space was very clean. The Moroccan bath ritual is so perfect. Champagne, cucumber mask, decaf tea, and snacks! Came out with such smooth skin and immediately went to the steam room (which has a shower right outside). The lockers were super easy to use and the staff were very chill and accommodating. The bath ritual rooms have two tubs in them so it really is so cute and romantic. Perfect for the start to an anniversary or special occasion.

Love this place! The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Came for the couples bath experience and it was nothing short of relaxing. Will definitely be back

This spa is completely expensive however it is worth every penny! I've been coming here for over three years now, and never disappointed by any of the services I get! Recently experienced the baths and a couples massage for my birthday and it was just what my body and mind needed! Such a relaxing experience.

I spent the afternoon at Ole Henrisken today for body scrub and massage. The experience was beyond outstanding as I was so lucky to meet the exceptional therapist Nadine!! Nadine's touch, skill and genuine caring truly made for the most memorable day and I feel fantastic. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Ole Henriksen !!

Everything was great , mediation room wasn't all that . Michelle our masseuse was terrific , just wished she would go a bit deeper on the massage , after all we requested deep tissue . However, her flow was great ! A lil pricey though not what we expected . The morrocan bathe was definitely an experience nothing that special . The overall ambiance and decor was great , the champagne was a nice treat in the bath room . Some more fruit or additional snacks would be great

I have been coming to Ole Henriksen spa for years and it is all because of the most amazing esthetician Loris! She has so many years of experience working her magic on my face and I always walk out feeling brighter and tighter than ever! I've tried the red carpet plus facial, hydrafacial, Venus freeze, and jet plasma treatments and often bounce between those depending on what my skin needs on the day ( I trust her with my life!). She always recommends for me to come in earlier so I can take advantage of the steam room and meditation room -the vibes are immaculate! Thanks Loris for keeping my skin in check year round

Wow! I cannot speak well enough about Nadine. I was so relaxed the entire massage, she worked on what I asked and I left feeling brand new and SO relaxed. The entire massage I kept wishing I would have booked a longer massage. Went to the steam room after which was a perfect ending. Highly recommend Nadine. I will be back just for her.

I've been trying to find a new place in LA for my go to spa experience and I think I found the place! Gorgeous medication room, awesome womens locker space without anyone there, and a fabulous massage from Nadine. It's a smidge too expensive to make sense in my brain to come more often then every 4 months but the facilities were top notch.

Came in for the infrared blanket session - the session itself was great no complaints. I do not think it was worth the price but felt good afterwards. My friend recommended this spa highly. However once my session was over I was led to the relaxation room and was told I'd be led back to the showers and steam room in a moment. I had a cup of water and oranges she brought . 30 minutes went by and she was no where to be found. I walked around looking dumb for about 5 minutes before I just called it a day and head back to the locker room. I changed and used skincare which was great and still she or any staff was no where to be found. I mainly booked for the amenities granted. Very very disappointed and very poor service, the vibe to the place was great and ambiance was relaxing.

This is the best spa! You feel so at home. The bath is relaxing and luxurious. The massages are a dream. I highly recommend. I've been a repeat customer for many years and this is my go to spa.

I don't normally go to Spas but a close friend of mine really wanted to go here for her birthday and asked me to go. Because I arrived to the facilities much earlier than my appointment, I spent a considerable amount of time in the sauna. I ended up getting the hydrodermal facial and I found it to be pretty relaxing because all my pores were open from the time spent in the sauna and so my skin was ready to be cleaned and absorb all of the creams and gels they placed on it. The facilities here were top notched and I really enjoyed their Zen room. The room is located in a glass enclosure in the middle of large hallway. All the sound from the outside is muffled and within the room there are plants, air filters, and some rooibos tea. Funny enough, I think my favorite part of the room was the tea haha. You can also read in this room while waiting for you appointment. Price wise, I don't really have a good comparison but, it was fairly costly to go here. I think its worth it though.

We tried a couples bath, and while the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic experience, the bathtub itself wasn't very comfortable. The service was okay but could have been better.

I've had the scrub and massage here and it was fantastic. So now I occasionally surprise the wife with a scrub, massage and facial and she loves it. About do it again!! You must try this place.

This is my first time here, and I love that this spa is tucked away behind Sunset Strip. I lived in this area 10 years ago and always passed it, but I never received a treatment. I was missing out! I had the most relaxing day. I made sure to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment time, to ease into pure relaxation. I checked in on the iPad and filled out some forms. Tracy and Chris were very accommodating. Tracy ushered me to the ladies' locker room and changed into the most luxurious robe and spongy soft slippers. It's better than the Sunset Marquis and The Pensinsula robe. He he. I was then guided into the meditation room and waited for my masseuse. I flipped through a magazine and had a glass of fruit-infused water. My masseuse was Michelle. She was very polite and asked me about the areas that needed to be focused on. I really liked her flow, and she checked in with me on pressure. I like a lot on the areas that are tight, but not so much on the other areas. It was a firm/Swedish, but she really did get all the areas I told her to concentrate on. I did get the 80 minutes, and I felt like my body was cleansed of all the negative things that have been going on in my life. Michelle has healing and a sweet demeanor. Her flow was very fluid, and she covered my hair per my request because I just got it blown out. There was no oil on my hair--yay! She also wiped off the oil residue off with warm towels. I was really sad when the 80 minutes was over. I will definitely book another treatment soon. I learned that this little spa has been here for over 35 years. It started with facials only. That's why the layout is not a traditional looking spa. They added on rooms, etc. There is a beautiful steam room that is co-ed that I'd like to try next time. I feel so much better after having a day at this spa. Thank you, Michelle, for your magical hands.

I was lucky to get a last minute booking for a Moroccan bath and massage on a Saturday night. The bath was absolutely relaxing and perfect and my massage with Nadine was magical. She has strong hands and a fluid style. I went from stressed out mom to relaxed in the time I spent here. Would absolutely request Nadine next time I'm in LA!

I had an amazing first time experience at this spa - for my birthday, i got the moroccan bath and the return to nature massage. The bath was 10/10, the temperature of the water was hot enough to calm my body, they gave complimentary champagne, eye mask, and a tray of fruit and nuts. The robe felt very luxurious i'm probably going to buy one on my next visit. The massage was also a 10/10, the bed was heated and the deep tissue from (brent) was amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you ole henrickson !

I came for a 25 min Moroccan scrub with Nadine. I arrived 15 min early and waited in the meditation room 5 min past my appt to be grabbed and the service was done after 15 min. The scrub felt rushed and vigorous and not thorough. Definitely not worth $125. I told the receptionist who checked me out and he had no way to rectify the situation and just said "I'm sorry you had a bad experience." I am going to email the manager and will update this if they do anything to fix this but otherwise, def wouldn't recommend this service.

This place is a true urban oasis. Front desk greets you so nicely that your troubles start to melt away as soon as you are in the door. I visit for facials and cannot say enough good things about Gary. No matter what state I show up in, I always leave skin glowing and feeling like I have a new lease on life. The range of services-aromatherapy facials, oxygen, micro derm, hydra facials. All some of the best I've had in LA.

I booked the Aqua-Derm Hydrogen Facial (50 minute). My provider was Gary. This is my third time visiting and the atmosphere is always very peacful and serene. The facial was amazing. Multiple gels, liquids, and gadgets used. I walked out with glass skin. I would highly recommend and will be returning.

Massage by Dawn was fantastic! I have had many massages & hers was by far the best. Faciliteies are beautiful. I definitely will be coming back here.

Love the amenities and services here generally but i gotta say, it's going to be hard to keep repeat clientele if you have aggressive, unaccountable staff that don't know how to navigate conversations and resort to name calling when mistakes or bad practice is called out. Long story short of it. Booked a couples massage online and added one add on for my partner for his bday. Paid $450 in advance. We showed up early to use the steam room amenity which took 15-20 min to work at all and smelled pretty unpleasant this go round. By the time any steam rolled in we were called out for our massage. Not the end of the world, just would have loved to have used the amenity we were excited to revisit but it seemed to have some issues from lights to steam operation. Had great massages and during the massage, my partner's masseuse asked who the add on was for and whether he wanted hands or feet. I said, "feet for him please." There must have been confusion because they did the add ons for both of us and I was half conscious when I felt plastic on my feet. I didn't want to ruin the peace by arguing it so just thought I'll pay for it. Plus, my massage therapist was so lovely, I don't blame her for what happened at all and really wanted to keep a nice atmosphere going. Where it all went south for us was neither the faulty amenity nor the misunderstanding but rather when Jennifer asked how it was. I said "really lovely and relaxing --but I didn't have the opportunity to decline a service that I didn't buy or approve, it would be helpful to people being massaged that the masseuse asked for clarity for anything I haven't paid for or approved in advance"--something to this effect. It was a little awkward because again, I didn't want to create an unpleasant atmosphere but thought that shouldn't happen to people when they're already spending $450 before gratuity. Jennifer shot back saying that she called me and left a voicemail today asking for clarification. That was pretty weird to me since charges pretty much always require authorization in all business practices and I didn't check my voicemail or ask for any add ons at any point. I explained that I already confirmed my appt the day before and my one add on was verified and she said "really? Who did you speak to?" And proceeded to stare at me blankly. No apology, no effort to mitigate, no accountability, just blank vacant defensive staring. At this point I turned to my partner and said "well that went over well." And she then asked "what was that?" So i reiterated my original points --charges need to be approved or authorized not sprung on someone half asleep in a massage. Anyway, she then called me condescending for repeating the issue at hand and passed me along to someone who tried to charge me $665 despite having paid in advance. I don't know where this number came from but eventually someone (presumably a manager) resolved everything with ease and efficiency. I was really grateful for that because I was starting to question my sanity. Needless to say, I left feeling anything but relaxed. Outside of that, the services and products were great. It's just hard to have a nice self care experience with that kind of attitude at the end of a good massage.

My favorite spa in the world! The staff and management are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The treatments are truly customized to the client - which is amazing and rare these days.

I was in the LA area with my husband and decided to get pampered. We booked a dual Moroccan bath, massage, and facial. The Moroccan bath was absolutely amazing! I shouldn't have assumed it was just going to be a nice relaxing bath because it was more than that! The amazing jetted bathtub, essential oils, dim lights to the snacks was an experience all in itself. Highly, highly recommend booking an "adult" bath. We were sold after the bath, but we still had a massage and facial left. For our massage, we booked the signature massage, and they were kind enough to place us in a room for a couples massage. Kya and Danny were amazing and very nice. Pressure was perfect! Next, our facials... Gary and Siobhan were amazing! It's been 4 days and my skin is still glowing! My husband has never really been one to have a skin routine and now he does. It's been great to see the change in him because he was so happy with his facial results. We highly recommend this spa! The entire team were friendly and the spa is beautiful. We cannot wait until we can visit, again! Thank you to the entire Ole Spa Team!

This spa has the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) of estheticians working for them. LORIS is that person! If you need a great facial, book with her and thank me later. The front desk workers could use a bit more training in customer service but I'll overlook it, as long as Loris is working here. Overall clean and quality spa. I love the Moroccan bath as well.

The best facial I've gotten in my life hands down Book with Imani she is lovely her hands are healing! My skin came out glowing, hydrated, and super clean. Will be back soon!

Had the Moroccan Earth Body Cocktail as a self care treat for my 60th. AMAZING! Brent was terrific. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this entire experience. The facility is spotless, staff is friendly, and the treatment made me feel fabulous. Actually worth the price tag.

Their mineral vitamin c sunscreen is hands down the best facial sunscreen on the planet!!! A must have!!

So this is a follow up review even though it's my 3rds time here it's worthy of a review!! Stephanie not only greeted me but she made sure she could do everything in her power to get me the help I needed. Wow. I am extremely professional and proficient. I enjoyed it 100%. Even though it bougie their staff makes it easy to love!!! I been waiting to go but I didn't find the time but when I booked... Stephanie Z made its super easy and convenient to enjoy. Blanca was also so friendly and helpful.... I also spoke to Mish. She greeted with so warmth. I can't wait to come back here. Everyone is really nice and tired their best to accommodate you (: Definitely a place you should check out for you or any parties!! This is an awesome gifts or treat for yourself. I hope the staff gets recognized for their efforts. Can't wait to bring my friends here!! You made it easier for me to relax. Way better in person.

We were beyond pleased, relaxed and refreshed. My fav of the day was the facial. Xavier is the best! He customized every procedure to support what my skin needed. We will def return!
