The leg of lamb I had at this restaurant was a highlight of our trip to France earlier this year. I'm very late in getting caught up in the reviews from that trip. The best food experiences are usually those that are somewhat unexpected and that's what happened here. I thought it was just going to be a typical lunch, not something quite so spectacular. The lamb was, without a doubt, the best lamb I have ever tasted in my life! Slow-cooked leg of lamb that was so incredibly tender I will remember that lunch, maybe forever! Served with gratin dauphinois, the perfect compliment, I reminisce about that lunch and hope to return someday. If I'm even reasonably close to St Remy again, I'm going back to Olga!
