Olga's Fresh Grille

This was a first for us... counter service, like Panera. It makes for a different experience than we expected. The facilities were clean and tidy. The food was good but the bread was a little overcooked and the original Olga sandwich had too much yogurt sauce.

Only scored lower on service because this is an order at the counter location. Both hosts were very nice and helpful. Ordered the original gyro platter. I wish they had this brand in Florida. So good and the dough melts in your mouth. The curly fries were cooked and seasoned well. Always eat at Olga's when in Michigan visiting.

We love Olga’s. The food is always fantastic. We have never been to this location before. They were incredibly slow. There’s no way that they should view themselves as a fast casual restaurant. Also the children’s high chairs were filthy. We couldn’t even use them. The food was great as always. I’m sure we will be back but just to a different location.

I ordered food today from olgas for the first time. I ordered a fried chicken pita spinach and feta side dish and also a spinach and feta pie. I did do my order through door dash. I ended up calling the restaurant and speaking with the manager Katie. I wanted to tell her that this was not only a delicious incredible meal.I feel like it was prepared with care for me today. I have been going through some terrible physical issues, which include chemotherapy and numerous shoulder surgeries. I only mentioned that because I felt not only did.I receive a meal but I actually Felt cared for by this restaurant. They're kindness, care and attention to detail while preparing.My food made it more of an experience than a meal. It truly improved my day and I called and thanked the store profusely. Sometimes when we are at work, we are so focused on what we are doing.We often don't know the impact it can have on others. This was the high point of my day , and I wanted to let her and her staff know That they have made a difference in my life today. People feel so comfortable complaining and not understanding the humanity behind others.And I just wanted the staff to know that they were incredible and that I feel better as a result. This restaurant serves incredible food made with kindness and caring behind it. I highly recommend ordering from Olgas.

I’ve been eating at Olga’s since the mid 70’s and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First, there are no servers anymore at least at this location. It appeared there were only 2 employees which makes me wonder about the cleanliness. Then they make you bus your own table. Now I know why there were only 3 tables occupied at 6 pm. Food was ok but not up to quality of previous visits to other Olga’s

Robin, the manager at this location, made my experience wonderful this evening. Unfortunately, the past two carry outs that I had were not correct, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my order was just perfect this evening. Mistakes do happen, but how they are handled is the ultimate testament to a business. This location is very fortunate to have Robin and a good team behind her. Thanks again for everything!

I used Olgas in Novi for a catered lunch for 30 people this week for a business event. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was super helpful, and Ellie our delivery person was excellent. She arrived on time and helped me set everything up. We had plenty of food with the buffet option and it was a hit with our group. I will definitely use Olga's catering again in the future.
