Olga's Kitchen

I ordered delivery from Olga’s up on the hill. And they forgot my zucchini fries. My favorite thing on the menu. So I called up and was so happy with the results I got. Big thanks to Ruby for not only having the capability to have it re delivered, but also up size my fries, added a small side of snackers, & a card for a free side item on my next visit, along with writing a very sweet note. I was definitely not expecting all that when calling. I was just hoping to get my $2.98 refunded. Ruby went above and beyond. I’m truly amazed by her. Thank you Ruby. I hope you see this.

Loved the food and ambience, they had multiple appetizers and that too delicious at every single one of them. Kids friendly and kind staff. Loved food over here, I wish they add more menu to main course, as we felt less option for main course other than that everything was perfect and mouthful

Normally I'm a big Olga's fan. This one was a little rough and they had a hard time getting the food out warm. A couple sauces were also missing and no utensils were included with a salad.

This place is AMAZING!! The new manager Celeste is an absolute delight we loved her sense of humor and the fact that she is right there greeting us every time we are there and she’s working. I will say as a repeat customer we can see and appreciate the positive energy in this restaurant. There’s teamwork that we have not seen in the past! You guys did well with her! Hope you realize what a gem you have in her!

The worst place ever, two hours I'm still here waiting on the order I paid for online. 640 it's 840 and nobody has even come to the desk to check. Order says it's ready it's soup I understand being busy but the staff has given up and not even trying to serve at this point. They say not responsible for pickup times online then who is? I emailed the olgas feedback email and it is not a valid address anymore I see why. Don't come here!

I walked in to do a carry out....I noticed it didnt seem to be alot of staff because girl responsible for seating ppl was actually leaving to help in kitchen also, ppl was walking and no help at desk person seemed to be frustrated as well that took my order. I placed order to whind up getting brown lettuce and walked back in to have it re-made unfortunately, I also felt my order wasnt hot for it to have been just made... No one wants cold food! I feel that focus an communication is off and certain employees need to understand customers request after clearly being stated. I felt a lack of care for food safety & also felt walking from cashier desk to kitch to help hand washing should be implimented and wearing gloves when food handling. Also cashier wasnt smiling nor really greeting which is very un welcomning behavior. Some things definately need to change at this location, I hope management/ corporate sees this review.

This place is great! So festive and fun for our kids! They even let them take pictures with their decorations and we got to take home tiny pumpkins 🥰 my kids really enjoyed being made to feel special. I watched who I later found out was a manager named Celeste who was really ensuring that all the kids were made to feel special in some way. That’s really a sweet and personable touch!

My daughter said, "It tastes like they cook with love." The food was absolutely delicious 😋 Our waitress was kind, friendly, and attentive. When we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly and hospitable young lady. The food was awesome. The service was great. The restaurant was nice. However, that ladies restroom was unkept. 😔

I love the Olga salad. I always ask for extra olives because I'm an olive addict. The ingredients were very fresh. No wilted, brown or slimy lettuce like I sometimes get when I order salads elsewhere. That is a real turn off and majorly grosses me out if I get even one non- fresh piece. I got the soup and salad with the broccoli soup. The broccoli soup is always good. I absolutely love their Mediterranean feta soup which is seasonal and they say they're not even sure if it will be back on the menu but definitely worth a try if it does come back and you haven't had it. The Orange cream cooler is really yummy. It tastes just like a push-up and takes you back to when you were a kid. I really haven't had anything I didn't like here. When I get a wrap I get the veggie since I don't eat animals (my pets appreciate the sentiment) and they do a pretty good job with that too.

Having to wait for our server to cash us out at the register is annoying. We waited for our server for 5 minutes (not her fault, the table she was waiting on took too long to order). The food wasn't great either. Their garlic aïoli was just mayonnaise.

I will start by saying the hostess was super nice and friendly. Our waiter not as much he was okay but he kept getting stuff wrong I'm assuming he probably just had a long day. The food on the other hand wasn't good at all the snackers were the only thing that was decent. The fried chicken was cold and dry. The fries weren't good at all I just remembered everything from years back being better. The snackers wings were so dry and overcooked and the flavor from the snackers do not go on chicken they should stick to making Olga's because chicken isn't there forte. The ambiance is pretty basic nothing spectacular. Overall I wouldn't go back I did not enjoy this experience at all.

I wish it were possible to leave zero stars. Not only was the service terrible, I woke up at 630am with food poisoning. The kind where you pass out in the toilet from heaving. 0/10, do not recommend. If you decide to eat here (the snackers are safe, at least,) stay away from salads and anything else with lettuce. I doubt they wash it or take recalls into account. The music was also loud and horrid. I miss the old days of Olgas. RIP.

This was an awful experience. Extremely slow with incompetent workers. Would not recommend.

So I love Olgas but something odd is happening at this Olgas that I can't explain and I haven't been back to this location since. The day we went there were multiple spaces available but we were requested to wait. Which is fine but odd because there were only like 4 table that were sat. So now there were two sets of us waiting to be seated. Than a family came in and was seated immediately, while our two parties waited still as if we were forgotten. We were there for only about 15 minutes so not even the issue. The off putting part is than one of three hostess/ cashiers came up and said they had called our name...they had not. So why they can have three people hosting and cashier and only seat like 4 parties is odd and covering an error up by putting it on the customer is also off putting. So now i go out of my way when I want Olgas and go to the Taylor location.

Love olgas! definitely a staple in the area, when I come home to visit I always have to get some snackers. They're so unique with the sweet honey taste and are soo good. Never had any issues with my food or the staff at this location, will be back always! Love olgas!

It's been awhile since I ate at an Olga's Kitchen. First I have to say, that the price is not worth what I get for the food. The menu has changed since I ate here last. Same great taste but my sandwich had less meat and onions in it. Salad changed as well, now its a mixed leaf salad instead of just iceberg. Ridiculous price for a hummus and pita appetizer! Not many people sit down in the restaurant, don't know if it was a weekday or just a few hours after the noon lunch crowd. I guess I'll wait a while before going back...maybe something will change.

Great, classic Olga's food. Helpful service. So glad to have the burger olga back! Chris the manager was extra helpful. We'll be back!

I had the worse service I ever had in this location from the cashier and manager literally had me waiting for my food that I order about 30min before I arrive to pick it up

So we came here to grab a quick bite to eat, got inside and it wasnt packed and we didnt have to wait for a table and it's quite convenient since we were on our way to Home Depot anyway. So I ordered the cream of Broccoli soup & the Original Olga Pita sandwich. When I got the cream of brocolli it was very creamy and u could taste the Brocolli inside of it, it was very good. It had a great soup feeling. Then the pits sandwich came out and it was very delicious. It had lamb, sour cream, onions, and other types of meat, cheese tomato and the Olga Sauce. It was really good and the staff was very friendly and helpful, a very good place to come for a quick bite before spending a bunch of money shopping.

The All You Can Eat Soup and Salad is the ONLY reason I came here. Server told me that because of Covid they stopped the All You Can Eat deal but I can purchase it as a single serving? Basically empty with many tables needing to be bussed. Very disappointing experience. The others in the group weren't impressed with their meals either. Chicken was dry and the Olga sandwich meat was cold. Room temp cold

I worked at Olga's off and on for 9 years back in the 90s. I now live in California and crave Olga's food all the time. I stumbled upon Gold Belly who ships Olga's nationwide. I ordered and received my order quickly! Food was fresh and absolutely delicious!... just like I remembered it. The Original Olga's and Snackers were easy to cook and put together (per the directions). The food was packaged so nicely too. I'm so grateful you're willing to ship your food because it made me and my family very happy! Thank you!

I visited this Olga's location yesterday! I believe this restaurant is newer in this location in Allen Park. It is on nice a lo-key actually, on the "Hill". I think it's in a great spot, Bc there are so many stores surrounding the restaurant to shop at. I usually order the Perfect Pair, and that's what I ordered yesterday. With the half size Classic Olga and seasoned curly fries. Plus a small cup of Broccoli soup. And of course, extra snackers! I love the snackers! And when I went to check in on Yelp, there was a free dessert offer. So I ordered the Birmingham Brownie. Everything was really good! Food and service! So I definitely will return to this specific location in the future to dine again.

It's an Olga's - the food is better here than the Taylor location. Clean, nice staff, nothing stellar, nothing horrible. Parking is good. I'd come here again.

Jenn.Lee was the best server this place has had in a long time. Friendly, attentive, talkative when we asked questions. Very nice. Had decided to stop going to Taylor because their service felt like it was going downhill. The last three times we came to Allen Park location we have had Jenn and finally asked for her name so that we can request her from now on. Food is usually very consistent across the board here, glad that there is good service to depend on.

Truly I've always had a great experience at this Olga's. They are not pushy, they are nice. I love their food and who doesn't love smackers. I've been there a dozen times and the floor has never seem greasy or dirty. Tables are always open and clean. I love getting coupons in my email ---update I will suggest staff to look at the table first before walking customers to the table .......our table was dirty and we had to wait for the table to be cleaned and dry .....

Ruby was an awesome waitress! Payed excellent attention to my table and gave great service. She deserves a promotion AND a raise!

I was highly disappointed in the service and the wait time, for my zucchini fries because they gave me a LARGE CONTAINER FOR ONLY SIX SMALL FRIES AND I WAITED TEN MINUTES FOR THE CRAP‍‍‍ I paid $4 for what???!!! Iwas a first time guest and I didn't enjoy the service I received from the cashier who didn't know anything about the menu, barely could work the cash register etc.

Glad I chose to eat this today. Needed something to recharge my taste buds. I ordered the Peasant soup which has always been my favorite. Till this day it has not disappointed me. Along with the soup I ordered the Mediterranean salad. This salad along with sneakers complimented this duo perfectly. Great service and great food.

Had a great experience. My server Ruby was very polite and attentive and made my dining experience enjoyable. The food was very fresh and delicious. Definitely my favorite Olga's!

So sad and disappointed. And because I was on the go and they were busy I never went back for a refund. I didn't even call to complain, so here I am. I placed my order inside. I asked for: 2 Olga's , no onions on both. A basket of fries. A basket of smackers. & for my son I asked the cashier what she suggested for a child, she tells me pb & jelly and maybe like 2 other options. I picked the pb&j. When I got my food not ONE single thing was right except the fries. The snackers were SALTY. The peanut butter and jelly that was NOT on the menu was a tortilla with a GLOB of peanut butter on one side and GLOB of jelly on the other side, so if it at all looked appealing to try it would have ended in a bigger mess! One Olga has onions with no garlic sauce and the other one was VERY SLOPPY. I tipped and was so very disappointed that my food came out to $40 and probably $5 of it was worth it. This location was not IT!!!

I came in midafternoon with my sister and my daughter, the young lady who was serving us showed up right away to grab our drink order and offered appetizers. She returned promptly and gave us a few minutes to decide. Food came out exactly as ordered, she offered refills and we were in and out. I didn't catch her name but she was great.

My and wife just ate here. The food was delicious. If are looking for a place to get away and eat in a quite setting this place is perfect. But how they about to play "Bom Bom Pow" by the Black Eye Peas and except me not to bust a move. They kicked me out... and like do you blame me for wanting to dance when such a killer song is one. #sorrynotsorry #1star

Very poor menu. We order Mediterranean plate and got small gyros sandwich which did not included items listed in description.... My friend ordered curly fries and after that ice cream Ice. Ice cream cane first and soon after... fries . When I asked why the waitress looked at us like we are crazy and left without apology or trying to fix mistake . Ice cream was served in small bowl . Just plain very small portions without any nice presentation. Looked as cat food ... we did not eat almost anything and the bill was 25 $ As comparison: another places serve gyros sandwich plus two sides of your choice for the same price as this place of one poorly looking gyros . Will not go there again

I got the original Olga's and it was flavorless and looked horribly disappointing being a tiny pita for $8. The snackers are worth it as usual though. Another member of my party got the three cheese Olga and the cheese was barely melted. Honestly, I don't know how Olga's is still open.

Excellent service from Liberty! Food was fast and excellent. 5/5 Definitely recommended. I was in there on a Sunday.

I went here to eat lunch with my mother this past Saturday afternoon. We ordered humus snackers, spinach pie and original Olga sandwich. The meat seemed to very dry and over cooked on the Olga. The French fries were way to salty to eat. The waitress forgot about us for awhile when we needed refills on our drinks. Even the manager stopped by and asked us how our food was, I asked her for a container to take the humus home in and she forgot to get one, we waited 20 min but never got one, which was a bummer. Usually I always have good service at Olgas. But now I wished We ate somewhere else.

Awful, tasteless, and overpriced gyro. Bland, sparse sauce. Head down the hill to Leo's, or better still, Gus & Us for far superior food.

Walked in there and immediately sliding all over the floor because it's so greasy under every single table and where you're walking. I changed tables 3 times and ended up just walking out. The bottom of my shoes are greasy now. Thanks a lot. Your customer service and cleanliness sucks.

Love Olgas food but I was there last week at the Taylor location and the bathrooms were disgusting they were filthy and smelly and the floors in the dinning rooms had not been swept for a few days. Complained to the waitress and she said sorry we did not have a cleaning crew on last night. I hope the manager sees this and starts to look at the cleanliness of things before opening the door in the morning because I really enjoy their food and want to go back.

Olga's has always held an interesting place in my mind - rare enough that I don't feel as though I'm eating at a huge national chain, unique enough that I feel the menu has its own character, yet expensive enough that I always feel like I overpaid a little for what I received. Still worth visiting from time to time. I really like the Classic Olga, the Mediterranean, the Peasant Soup, and the White Bean Chicken Chili. I can't 100% honestly say which sandwiches and entrees I had at this location, but every Olga's meal I've had was tasty and prepared correctly, so always expect either good or great from a food perspective. I've only been to this Olga's three times, even though it's the one closest to my house. The first time met my expectations for an Olga's experience - clean restaurant, pleasant service, solid food, a bit pricey, but overall left me happy. The second trip was a carry out - I was overcharged and didn't receive part of my carry out order. I was too far away to drive back and have them fix it. My third (and final) trip to this Olga's was for lunch recently. We were told the wait for a table would be "5-10 minutes." We waited 10 minutes and inquired on status with the hostess. She told us "10 more minutes." We waited 10 minutes. Inquiring again, we were told "10 minutes" for the third time. Since my lunch break, which I can stretch to an hour and fifteen minutes at most, was already half over, I had to grab fast food and head back to work. Very disappointing. I don't mind a long wait - but the "bait and switch" of telling someone a time that is 1/4 the actual wait time is a quick way to garner REALLY bad karma with your customers, even if the hostess is polite about it. It also weirds me out a bit that even though Olga's is a chain, some of them (like this one) have a waiter/waitress and you wait to order. Others are cafeteria style. Others take your order at a counter and then bring it to you. Some are heavy on Mediterranean / Middle Eastern food (which I love), yet others shy away from it completely. I sense an identity crisis across the chain as a whole. If you're already in this shopping center, don't want to explore other options nearby (none of them are phenomenal), and you have plenty of time, this place will likely suffice, but I certainly wouldn't make a trip solely for this experience.

My family and I came in for lunch on Tuesday. We had the sweetest, most attentive waitress. Her name was Haily. You guys were pretty busy, but she she made us feel like we were her only customers. I just wanted to let u know how nice she made our visit. We will definitely be back. Hope she's working.

Literally waited an hour and a half for just soup and a sandwich to go. Absolutely ridiculous especially because there were people who ordered after me that got their food first and had a bigger order.

My server Morgan at the Fairlane Green location in Allen Park, MI is the BEST! She takes your order and delivers, even with extensive substitutions. She is very friendly and accommodating. She should be the Store Manager there!

Okay food, nice service, fair prices. I do enjoy the curly fries with Olga seasoning.

I started my meal out with the classic snackers and they were great, but we found a little hair in it... the cheddar broccoli soup was good and filling, but the three cheese Olga sandwich was disappointing. The cheese was partly melted and it was very bready. Not worth $8 that's for sure. I expected more from this place because all my friends hype it up but honestly this place isn't worth it!

The food is usually good- if you can get it in timely fashion. Curbside to go is always full with idiots who park there. The restaurant seems understaffed. The floors are sticky. What is going on with this place?! Needs some attention and quick!

Used DoorDash for an Olga's delivery and almost had a 5 star review. I had the broccoli soup and the snackers. The soup was insanely delicious as were the snackers. Howevvvvver, they forgot the butter dip for my snackers, cue my tears. Boo hoo, I'll get over it.

Just left lunch at this location with a few of my co-workers. I found a hair in my food, sent it back and expected that my meal would have been taken off of our bill. It wasn't, so I requested to speak to the manager and explained the situation and again, expected that my meal would have been comped. He gave us a $3 credit. I am thoroughly disgusted with both finding someone else's hair in my food and with their poor service.

Serious? When I ask the people here for "fresh" food like so the snackers would be hard if they had been left sitting out !! I'm almost Shure that my snackers were!! They were absolutely horribe the we're more like pita chips then soft nice warm snakers I always ask for and it should always be fresh and warm and soft not hard like mine what a waste of money

Claimed can't hear me over the phone which I never had problems placing orders from other food places. I was told to come in and place my order. I got so busy so took my business elsewhere

If you want good olgas this isn't the place, waited nearly 30 minutes past my curbside pick up time. And was given cold food. And they weren't even busy!!! I keep giving this place another try but definitely won't be again.

On several occasions they didn't give us some of our food after long waits during takeout. They refused to refund us one time, and on another occasion gave us a sloppily thrown together sandwich as a replacement. There are better options on the hill. Avoid these folks.

I got distracted from my weekly trip to Famous Hamburger when I saw a crapload of people walking into this place. I figured I had to check out what Olga's was all about. I wasn't really in the mood for a gyro so I figured I'd be safe with a soup salad combo. I went with the Peasant soup which tasted like beef stew with lamb in it. A little salty for my taste. I also had the mandarin chicken salad. Pretty good, but rather than using plain chicken they used fried chicken strips. Not a bad choice but I figured it would have made more sense to use plain. This combo came with the Olga snackers which are an excellent snack food. The snackers are essentially strips of pita cooked in butter and then served with cheese. I could munch on those all day. The service was good. This establishment reminds me of a cross between a diner and a Panera. They have some slightly healthier options of a Panera but you don't have to serve yourself. They also have smoothies which I'll have to try another time.

Olga's menu has drastically changed. Everything is Ala Carte. My wife and I ordered two sandwiches, two soup bowls, two orange coolers and shared some snackers. I knew our bill would be expensive, but between the bill and the tip - we walked out fifty dollars lighter! No joke. We told each other that for a few more bucks, we could have had steaks at Longhorn! The food was adequate but bland. I should have taken the hint when the waitresses brought in food from Moe's which they ate in the dining area (end booth) Gone is the cool set of four tabletop spices. We are done with Olga's.
