This place is such a hidden gem!! I was down for a doc appt and was starving but wanted something different from the usual suspects. A lot of places are closed on Mondays so I was excited to see poke as an option. The food is sooooo good, so fresh... AND amazingly accommodating to dietary needs. I was able to get a poke bowl AND spam musabi all gluten free and my kiddo was able to get egg free. They were patient and knowledgeable. Almost their whole menu is GF. Just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Delicious. Very flavorful. Highly recommend the green onion tofu. Good portion sizes, in my picture that is half of it.

Came here alot when I was in college and it never failed me, so I wanted to give this place their flowers. Made me a salmon poke addict haha

All the food we ordered was very fresh, taste great, and were made quite quickly ☺️💗 the only thing I would want to change is the portions for the poke bowls: I wish they were a bit bigger. Besides that, taste great! Place is clean and nicely decorated, there are bathrooms available if you need.

Absolutely delicious and so fresh tasting! The atmosphere is bright and fresh and so clean (it’s probably all the lovely plants!) I could laze here all day. The spam musubi is savory and satisfying and the poke bowl (fully customizable with plenty of options) has more than enough to satisfy your appetite and has such fresh tasting fish with flavorful sides, toppings and sauces. We’ve been ordering for a while but our first in person visit has convinced us to come by more often!

Absolutely delicious food and amazingly kind people! They are very accommodating for people with allergies, celiac, and other food restrictions and are flexible about adapting the order. I’ve had a poke bowl each time, and there are so many options to choose from! Also recommend the spam musubi! The space is also very comfortable, bright and clean and easy to relax in. Recommend! Update: I’ve been back multiple times and they are always amazing! I’ve had the poke bowl and their salad rolls, both awesome! They are open for take out not seating right now, but there are lots of outdoor benches and places to sit and eat outside nearby so it’s a nice takeout meal.

Oh this place is good. I found the portions rather generous. I spent about $24 here and I don’t mind spending that much for healthy tasty poke bowl. I also got miso soup & was hot & flavorful. Looking forward to coming here every Wednesday!

We have eaten at Olia several times, and until now it was one of our favorite pokè spots in town. While the ambiance and service were commendable, and online ordering was a breeze, one dish was disappointing to say the least. Firstly, the ambiance of the restaurant is delightful, with large glass windows letting in abundant sunlight, creating a welcoming atmosphere perfect for enjoying a meal. The young server/chef was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive impression. However, we found the portion size of one of our pokè bowls to be notably smaller than the other, and it looked to be haphazardly thrown together. Every other pokè bowl we've received looked like the photos others have posted: full of beautiful ingredients and cleanly plated. But this one with creamy shrimp, cucumbers, corn, edamame, and noodles/rice looked almost half empty when we got it; see the picture and judge for yourself. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed by the time we discovered it, so we couldn't follow up to see what happened. We're inclined to write it off as a 1 time mistake, with the hopes that it doesn't happen again since we really do love this restaurant, but hopefully their quality control can be improved to prevent this kind of mistake in the future.

I think this place has a really good poke bowl. The ingredients always taste fresh. They serve generous portions. The owners are super friendly and service is fast! The vibe is bright, light and clean. What else can I say, I'm a big fan!!!!

Fresh fish, ordered it three days in a row! The portion of fish could've been better hence 4 stars instead of 5. I'd advise to ask for sauces on a side because they could be overpowering :) I recommend trying it!

My fav poke place in PDX closed temporarily so I had to look for another restaurant and I'm glad I found Olia. I ordered their poke two days straight and every time the fish was fresh as well as all the toppings. The only reason why 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like the portion of fish could be bigger compared to other places I've been to.

Food: I came into Portland for 2 days of work and this is what they ordered us for lunch the first day. I have spent a collective 4 months in Hawaii and can say the poké here is just as good. Poke Bowls: 9/10 - incredibly fresh, buttery, fish. flavorful sauces, great options for bases, toppings to build out a filling and healthy meal Service: 6/10 - felt somewhat aloof and apathetic to be there but the food was put together nicely, not quick but not slow either ambiance: 4/10 - no music, storage out in the open everywhere, not freshly bussed tables, not a fun or relaxing environment to be in. Conclusion: come for the food, leave for a better time. For sure a great place for take out if you are in the area. Considering we drove 45 minutes to get it a second time and actually experienced the place itself, I don't think we will go out of our way again, but will happily go back if we are in the area for work again

I come here probably twice a month since I work nearby, and my coworkers love it. I typically place an order online and pick up. Parking is awful but the structure nearby has free 15-minute parking. The email confirmation usually says it will be ready within 20 minutes; I typically give them 30. It usually works out well except every time I order, I end up waiting an extra 10-15 minutes for my order. Last time I got food here, from the time I placed the order until I was handed the bag was 55 minutes. I generally don't mind good food taking a long time to prepare but if it's going to take an hour, tell me that on the confirmation email, don't tell me 20 minutes! All of that being said I know I'll be back because it's really good poke and I'm a sucker. Plus, they're really nice.

This is the best Poke I've ever had in Portland. The food and service are unmatched. 10/10

Hands-down, Olia is the best place for poke in Portland. The ingredients are clearly of a higher quality than the other poke restaurants in town, and the staff are excellent & accommodating. Great atmosphere, very family friendly, and well worth the price. Highly recommend that you try them out.

I've become a regular thanks to their friendly service and fresh ingredients. They are my favorite restaurant in the OHSU area. The restaurant is very welcoming,and the food is all fresh and delicious.

I love the poke bowls here, especially that Obama sauce on them. The variety is great and the flavors are delicious. The environment and atmosphere is pleasant too. I highly recommend eating here after a good walk on a nice day. The soft drinks are tasty as well and they chose a yummy assortment to choose from. There's parking, but street. Not far from there you can find a whole street of available spots too.

What's not to love? Great food and service. Decently priced. We ordered bahn Mi, Fresh rolls and Poke. It was all really tasty and extremely fresh. The portions were great for the price. I'm glad we finally went here. It will definitely one of the places we frequent in our neighborhood.

Poke in PDX. It's like a pokemon that I caught in the Pacific NW. I got the poke bowl with spicy tuna and the ono tuna. Fresh and delicious. I got a lot of the toppings, but I don't want to bore you with the details. The important thing is that this spot is really good. I enjoyed each bite. The quality and quantity was rock solid. I would recommend for you to visit! PS. this is bonus, but it is difficult to find parking, which mean you may need to pay. (this does not impact the review score, but just wanted to let yall know to come 5-10 minutes early to find a parking spot)

If you're looking for legit poke, Olia is the best. I ordered the two protein poke bowl with salmon & creamy shrimp with rice and kelp noodles. The fish was fresh and the taste was amazing. Olia is the next best thing to eating poke from Hawaii. The service was also outstanding and friendly. Loved it! I can't wait to go back and try the banh mi sandwiches.

Poke is very fresh and delicious. The serve is very friendly. The place is very clean. It has two bathrooms in the back. Recommend spicy tuna and creamy salmon. Edamame is very fresh.

10/10 for the poke. Tried the 3 proteins with Ono Tuna, Creamy Sesame Shrimp, and Spicy Salmon. Plenty of topping options and they basically let you pick everything. All the ingredients were super fresh. The fish wasn't overly sauced so the different flavors plus additional sauces didn't clash at all; they even worked really wel together! I like how they seem to flavor their rice and also mix the toppings in there. Never had it like this before but I'm a fan. The fish may be on the small size but that wasn't a turn off for me. Love the texture of the shrimp as well. Totally would go back for their poke bowls. The banh mi, on the other hand, was a different story. Not sure if it's just because of the filling I picked (Ham and Pate) but it's all around pretty bland. No flavors from the pickled radish and carrot at all, I don't think there was even jalapeno peppers in there which there was in the poke bowl. 3/5 probably wouldn't try again. So, go for the poke!

Great to have such fresh & healthy food at the South Waterfront. Located on the first floor of the OHSU School of Dentistry, the restaurant is bright, modern, and immaculate! Unfortunately now that Covid hit, we can no longer dine inside but they still offer take out. They are best know for their delicious and gorgeous poke bowls. The process is similar to a subway where you pick up your base which can be any combination of brown or white rice, sea kelp or greens. Then you add a variety of proteins and toppings plus sauce. I'm not a poke fan since I don't eat raw fish, it's a texture thing that I can't get past. And I don't care for tofu for the same reason. No problem because Olia has the best Banh Mi sandwiches!!! I'm hooked in the Vietnamese ham and BBQ pork on their toasted baguette with Pate, pickled daikon & carrots, crispy cucumber and jalapeño for the perfect blend of textures, heat, salt, sweet and sour. Love! Their fresh salad rolls are wonderful! Shrimp or pork are my favorites. Rolled in rice paper with salad greens and fresh herbs, they make a great appetizer or a even meal. Satisfying without feeling stuffed. Since I have a few friends who are gluten free, I order from here frequently and everyone is happy with their choices. Parking is a bit challenging on the street, but there is a garage. Luckily I can hit this spot on my way back from a walk, picking up lunch or dinner on the way home. So grateful to my neighbor who sent an email to all of us in the building raving about Olia Poke & Tea. The owner is so sweet and friendly. The restaurant is clean and the ingredients are fresh. Love having a healthy option close by. Hope to be able to dine in again once Covid is under control.

One of the best Poke spots I have been to. Very fresh tasting, the ohana sauce With the ono Tuna was perfect. Half rice/Half organic greens. The inside is closed so you just order at the door.

The only place I'm aware of that does poke in the waterfront area, and also the only place I've seen that offers kelp noodles and pickled radish. I ordered for delivery, and went with the only poke option listed (2 protein servings). I usually get spicy mayo, but whenever any shop has their own sauce mix (in this case, ohana sauce), I'm obliged to try. The bowls came well packaged in recyclable containers, and the portion is definitely good enough to make 2 meals per bowl. Pricing is a bit more than some other common poke shops I've tried, but comparable to more high quality poke restaurants, and I'd say the quality lives up. I love the option of having sea kelp noodles as my base for how light it is compared to rice, and the pickled radish has the perfect flavor and crunch!

Poke bowl was average in quality and amount. The milk tea was extremely sweet yet watered down. I had high hopes for the food but was disappointed.

If you're in the aerial tram/hospital area, you need to come here for poke! On a rainy night, this place had low lighting and beautiful plants that created a relaxing setting to enjoy fresh fish. I'd recommend the yuzu shoyu sauce for sure. The rice is really well-seasoned. Not as many topping selections as some other poke places, but everything I tried was perfect (especially the seaweed salad). It's very close to a MAX station, too.

Man, this place use to be the best spot in Portland, but I just paid 26$ for a poke bowl and got 6 pieces of tuna. Base bowl price *2 proteins, + seaweed salad, +crab salad +1 more tuna protein. While it is still so fresh and delicious, the price point and absurdly small portion size is insane to me. 3.50 up charge for tuna and there is definitely not even 1 serving size worth of tuna in my bowl. I am unlikely to return. There are significantly cheaper options that come close to the delicious factor that olia has. I'll sacrifice a tiny bit of flavor for what comes out to about 12 dollars less per bowl and WAY more protein in my bowl. So disappointing.

I've been on the hunt for a new poke spot since my favorite one closed down. This is it! Good serving of tuna and they serve a generous amount of all of the other toppings. Everything tastes so fresh and I was also in and out in about 5 minutes with my to go order.

I have tried numerous poke places in the portland metro area and this is by far the best place to go! The fish and other toppings are so fresh and they don't skimp you on the poke. Definitely give it a try!

Three words. Wow. And Wow. This place has the most amazing poke. Even better than some restaurants I've visited in Hawaii and I have a very sophisticated pallete. The spring rolls are exceptional and the size of a hot dog. The ingredients are super fresh and the lettuce has a nice crunch. They make their own peanut sauce but make sure you ask for the chili paste. It has an out-of-this-world zing! They need to sell this stuff. I had the 2-protein bowl and asked them to put "everything on it." For my base, I asked for sea kelp only because I need to watch my weight. Best decision ever. The sea kelp looks and tastes like glass noodles but 100 times better and healthier. I give this place my best rating.

This poke, Banh mi, salad rolls & tea shop is located where the OHSU school of dentistry is at. It's really modern, hip & sleek. Unfortunately there's no dine in right now, but they are still serving food. There's a limited amount of parking on the side street but there is a parking garage right next to it. I ordered a two proteins poke bowl with ono tuna and the salmon. I really enjoyed the marinade in the ono tuna. I do wish the fish portions were a tad bit bigger (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars). However, there's a good amount of mix-ins to choose from. I added in red onion, green onion, cucumber, crab salad, seaweed salad, ginger,edamame, corn mixed with the ohana sauce. Topped it off with some pickled radish, Masago, crispy onion & furikake. I've never seen pickled radish as an option before but it was a great addition. Overall this poke bowl was delicious. The portion size is decent and I'll definitely be making the trip back here again when I'm craving poke.

I don't often have poke bowls but I always enjoy them when I do and this was no exception. They're structured like a Subway's- only it's fresher, tastier, and healthier! For the base you choose your base, your proteins, add-ins, sauce, and toppings. Each category has a variety of option to pick from. I went with mixed green and kelp noodles for the base. I had no idea what kelp noodles are so they let me sample it (they're kind of like fat, crunchy cellophane noodles?). I tried the plain salmon and creamy shrimp, both were very good and tasted fresh. Fyi, their spicy ohana sauce has a good kick! The service was good. Like I said they let me sample the noodles. Also they put up with my scarily indecisive self so A+ for them! They space is nicely designed and minimalistic. Additionally the prices seemed reasonable for the quality and portion of food. $12-something for the two protein bowl. They also have bahn mi's, which is a sort of odd combination with the poke but I love bahn mi's so I won't complain. I didn't get a look at these but quite anges people ordered them to go while I was eating so I have a suspicion they're good.

I used to live within 5 minutes of Olia Poke & Tea so I used to eat here pretty often. I've moved out of the area, but still eat here about once a month because it's one of the better restaurants in Portland to get a poke bowl. Their fish is good and the ingredient options are abundant. However, my last few visits have been disappointing solely because of extremely long wait times. One time to try to avoid a long wait, I made a pickup order through Yelp, which is operated through GrubHub. I never did this again because not only did I still have to wait when I got there, but the prices are more expensive when you order this way. So the next time I went there in person to avoid the GrubHub surcharge and had to wait 45 minutes for two poke bowls. The time after that I placed my order directly on their website and was given instructions to arrive in 30 minutes, which I did. When I got there I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I'm not sure why their wait times have gone up significantly over the past few months or why it takes 45 minutes to make a poke bowl, but hopefully they can work out the kinks. And if you're someone who is planning to come here on your lunch break, plan ahead!!

Come here if you have all the time in the world to wait for what's supposed to be a quick-grab lunch. Most poke spots are "chipotle" style right, where you walk up and recite your order/toppings as you walk along the bar. This one makes you place your order off of a sheet of paper at the register (slow).. then prioritizes online orders over walk-ins (even slower). The owner lady is also off an addy and needs to chill. She kinda rude.

Happened to be at OHSU with time to kill, so I went outside and came across this beautiful restaurant, all windows with sparkly lighting and adorable children drawing inside. I slowly circled my way around to the front door where I was met with the usual COVID take out set up - table blocking the door, register, menu and a very friendly man. It looked like it was being run by a husband/wife team with their cutie pie kids unexpectedly drawing in customers like me. To my surprise, it was poke and tea! I don't really like cooked fish but I love it raw. Tea: they use Steven Smith teas and while they don't make boba/bubble tea, they do have a few iced milk tea options. I got a matcha milk tea with soy milk. I peeked over the take out table and saw the woman delicately making my matcha milk tea. OMG, I loved the tea! It's nothing like matcha milk bubble tea. There was a nice light foam on top, great matcha flavor and minimal sweetness. It was perfect. Poke bowI: I decided to order a poke bowl after seeing how much care she put into my drink. The man put just as much care assembling my poke bowl. The fish portion was the same as the other toppings. However, you can add basically ALL the toppings for no extra charge and the portions are quite generous. So it makes up for having equal portions of fish to toppings. - I've been to places where fish was more prominent (but no one does it like Uwajimaya, except Uwajimaya doesn't offer toppings). Many sauces are gluten free (some mayo based) and the sweet sesame sauce is vegan and has no garlic (no stomach troubles after eating). The restaurant is beautiful - high key casual dining. They even decorated for the holidays despite not being able to host customers inside. I wanted to go inside so badly, it was so sparkly and pretty. I might volunteer to go to OHSU more often now!

Now that QuickFish has closed (RIP), Olia is my favorite poke spot in town. Beautiful presentation and great mix of flavors. Everything seems high quality. I got the tuna & salmon with Ohana sauce.

I picked out this place for dinner on the way back to our hotel, and the whole family loved it. The serving sizes are very generous and everything tastes fantastic. Vegan friendly- I had a two protein bowl with two different kinds of tofu over spring mix and sea kelp noodles. Their sandwiches are very good as well. The staff was very friendly. They are currently not open for sit down dining but you can order to go and our food for five people came out in about fifteen minutes or so.

Located behind the office buildings near by SW Moody Station, Olia Poke & Tea seems designed for work lunches. Due to the COVID-19, had to stand in the wind to look up the menu. Really like the way to build your own combo bowls with desired nutrition. Colorful, fresh, and tasty!

Wonderful service and food. Visiting Portland and this place was highly recommended. The poke bowls are fresh and absolutely delicious. Many choices are available and we've already been here twice! Parking is questionable but so easy to pick up food and go! Looking forward to our next visit.

I had the most delicious and high quality matcha I've ever had here. The service was sweet and simple, and our poke bowls were really fresh.

First impression: beautiful, airy, spotless restaurant. Food: sushi grade fish, nicely cut cubes. My pet peeve is when my fish looks like scrap parts. I had small size which comes with 2 servings of protein. I picked tuna and ono tuna (marinated tuna). The tuna was firm and fresh. My combination was spicy sauce with edamame, masago, pickle daikon with sprinkles of crispy onion, sesame, chili and dried seaweed on a bed of mixed salad. Drink: must try the iced tea!! I was told they will have boba in the near future Service: awesome. Everyone was so sweet! Last impression: will come back!!

Was in the area working with my dental students and stopped by this gem! A new poke/banh mi/boba spot in the Southwest Waterfront neighborhood; tucked nicely inside of the Knight Cancer Research Building. Very open, clean/neat and good vibes, perfect to pull up a chair, eat a nice meal and or get a good session of studying done! So far only tried the Banh Mi special and it was delicious! A fan of more meat.. this definitely had plenty and was super satisfied! Next time I will try the poke bowls and give this review an update!

Great new place at the first level of the Knight Cancer Research! I believe they just opened, as they currently offer a 10% off opening deal on your purchase! I got a poke bowl for $12.95 (without the discount) and got two proteins. It is $14.95 for 3 proteins. The serving size is very generous and worth the money. I received four scoops of rice! There are unlimited toppings and a good variety of options! Avocado is an extra $1, but I don't mind because I am allergic. Currently, they only have Thai iced tea, but again it's because they just opened! I'll be back to check what other options they'll have in the future. They also sell banh mi and goi cuon! Yum! Plenty of seating and very nicely decorated as well! The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. Must try:)

Yay for good poke!! You definitely want to eat here. They have both marinated poke and build your own poke and tons of good toppings. The owner is very nice and gave great recommendations on things to try and combinations to build. The serving was a good size, the fish was high quality, the sea kelp noodles were new and tasty, the sauces were delicious (and the fish well seasoned with the sauces), and there was a nice variety of toppings and there was no limit on how many you can get! My only regret is that I rarely come to South Waterfront...but that will have to change. I'll cross the river for this poke bowl.

The best Poke in town! And probably one of the best Mango smoothies I've had in a long time!

I was so excited to try this new Poke place. It's a little confusing to find being so new and no exterior signage. Located in the OHSU Knight Cancer Center. They did not disappoint! Being a former restaurateur myself, I tend to have much higher expectations. The ingredients are fresh and high quality...not to mention delicious! Generous portion, the staff are friendly and the female employee always takes her time preparing the food with care,almost like an art form. I had the tofu Banh mi and special poke . I've been to many poke places but this is now my fav, and will definitely be back!

I was having a craving after a long flight and stopped by for a poke bowl on the way home. The 2-scoop bowl was super satisfying and a good portion size. Everything tasted super fresh including the spring onion tofu. I definitely loaded up the toppings, and the folks working there even suggested other good ones to try. They were all super friendly and patient. Good poke option if you're in the area!

Literally the best Poke in Portland! It's my go to place and favorited on Uber eats. The price is worth the quality! This place is amazing and customer service is great when I order for pick up. The best tasting poke out there by far and the presentation is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Keep up the good work Olia Poke!

Anh and the rest of the Olia team are amazing! We have a large group order, and they have never gotten our order wrong once! The food is always so fresh and delicious. When placing orders on the phone, Anh is extra careful with our group's food allergies. I have never ordered from somewhere that cares so much about their customer's orders. Keep up the AMAZING work Anh and the rest of the team Olia. BTW you have done an amazing job keeping your cost fair for inflation and how much delivery services take from you!!!

The aioli salmon and classic ahi were delicious! Reminded me of Foodland poke in Maui. The tako tasted old so would probably steer away from that one. Also if you're craving Dole whip, this one seemed to taste better than the one we had at the Dole Plantation in Honolulu (if that's even possible)! Overall we probably prefer SeaSweets, but this place definitely hit the spot!

overall a great poke experience! i got a bowl with half brown rice and half kelp noodles with the creamy spicy salmon and shrimp as my proteins. the bowl was a pretty large serving and the fish and toppings did taste fresh! i would say it is a bit pricey even for like as toppings like crab meat and seaweed are extra per topping- overall, no complaints about the food and the thai tea was also very refreshing

I haven't had poke in a while and this place definitely hit a craving for me. I really liked the variety of topping options and some really tasty sauces. I got the creamy salmon, ono tuna, and regular salmon. For the day I went, I felt like the salmon was fresher than the fish, but overall okay quality fish. The portion sizes are super generous which was awesome as well. It seemed like a pretty popular place because the wait time is long -- so I suggest ordering online beforehand.

It was very interesting to see that a restaurant specializes in poke and banh mi. I was also surprised to see that they do both really well! I got a poke bowl with salmon and tuna, rice, kelp noodles, ohana sauce, and lots of fixins. My fiance got a poke bowl with salmon, spicy tuna, brown rice, spicy ohana sauce, some different fixing. Both were delicious although a bit light so I am still not sure what ohana sauce actually tastes light. I also was not a fan of the kelp noodles as it tasted a little bitter and did not pick up enough flavor. Their banh mi had a great baguette and was very flavorful! The grilled pork was more Cha Xiu style, but it fit in there very well. We will definitely be back again!
