"OliBea showcases Knoxville ingredients for breakfast with dishes like the Tennessee biscuit with ham, a veggie monster burrito with collards, and a Japanese-style sando with a queso omelet and fried pickle-brined tofu." - Clair Lorell

AMAZING! Absolutely beat breakfast we’ve ever had. Service was on point and excellent recommends. Sat at a table next to the kitchen and the kitchen staff were even having a great time cutting up with us. We will 100% be back next time we visit Knoxville. The smash potato’s are the best thing on the planet.

This is one of those places where you can tell thought & care goes into every dish. We've been going here almost every weekend since spring and the specials never disappoint and I've gotten the same thing every time (the chicken biscuit) and it is always equally as delicious. Great coffee too! And their service can't be beat. Very family friendly. They clearly love what they do and it shows through their food! Thank you for always being a bright spot in our weekend.

This is the best restaurant in Knoxville!! My boyfriend and I went to OliBea for the first time 3 years ago and were beyond impressed! Now we go almost every weekend! The chef is absurdly talented and every meal we've had there was full of flavor combinations I've never tasted anywhere else. The staff is so friendly. Plus, they are partnered with Honeybee Coffee and have a full-service coffee bar. They are great with allergies, too! I have Celiac's Disease and I have never reacted to anything they have served me. Their menu is marked for gluten-free and vegetarian options, and they can typically make any of the specials gluten-free also. They have a separate fryer to accommodate allergies, not to mention their fried chicken can be made gluten-free! They are honestly the best! Go try out OliBea sometime!

Amazing!!! Everything is house made, and mostly organic!! The biscuits were some of the best I've ever had. The House smoked pork was Amazing! Defiantly worth coming here! I can't wait to bring my wife she loves eggs Benedict & theirs are the best I've had!

Great brunch with freshly squeezed orange juice! Very tasty and unique food. Little bit of a wait time, but there a great coffee shop a few doors down called Old City Java. Wish the seating wasn’t so cramped but kinda adds character. Overall very satisfied and lots of friendly service.

Amazing! My husband I were traveling through town and stopped in for brunch. The food looked delicious, and I didn’t stop to take a snap before digging in (that’s why the photos are clearly post-bite). The smashed potatoes are light and creamy inside and crispy outside - the perfect combo. The sage sausage was delicious, and the eggs were poached (for me) and fried (for him) to perfection. The biscuits are fluffy, and who even knew that English muffin bread was even a thing?!? Oh, and the bloody Mary’s and mimosas were top notch. To top it all off, it was blue skies inside with a wall of Dolly. Highly recommend. TL;DR - Yes, 100% you should try this place.

I am not generally a biscuit and gravy person, but I dream about this dish. They fried a chicken thigh, so it is so perfectly juicy. And that gravy is so perfect for the best biscuit I’ve ever had. I literally cleaned my plate. My friend got the carnita tostada with an egg. She was not disappointed. Be prepared to wait for a table, but the wait is so worth it

I stopped in for breakfast while visiting Knoxville. The vibrant Old City location is the perfect setting for this casual eatery featuring an inspired menu and friendly service. I loved the lemon buttermilk pancakes with smoked pork belly. I don't think I've ever had a perfect pancake until today. Light and fluffy on the inside with a delicate crisp outside...like eating a poufy summer sky cloud. And while not part of the menu, is they have blackberry as jam of the day, it pairs perfectly with the lemon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
