Waiting for my flight at IAH and naively believing their promise to deliver real food ”fast” directly to my seat, I submitted a dinner order around 6:30pm on a Friday night via the QR code. It looked like my card had been charged and I got ”your order is being prepared”. An hour later I realized that the place was closed, so I’m clearly not going to get any food. At that point it was too late to get any other food. Submitted a request for a refund but I don’t even know if they have charged me or not at this point. Hopefully not. Edit: ridiculous response by the owner below. What is there to "learn and address" in this case beyond stopping the ridiculous practice of accepting orders and charging people while being closed. My card was indeed charged and I have seen no trace of any efforts to provide a refund over a week later. Unbelievable that the IAH airport is OK with this.

I’d love to rate the food, but after 2 hours, and their order tracking saying my food was here, I have still received nothing. At least the photos of the supposed food look good.

Sat down at a table at Houston Airport at 6pm and saw you could order food to the table quickly with a qr code. Scanned and ordered a chips and Heineken from Olea Panini bar. The system took my order, I walk over 20min later to find the restaurant completely closed with no one working...

Totally unacceptable. I ordered some drinks here during a layover. It appears that the workers are working through different spots within the airport. I waited two hours for my first round of drinks and still have not received the rest of stuff that I ordered.

Absolute garbage service, items not delivered after 2 hours of waiting, customer service line dead ends into nothing, zero way to get money back. What an absolute joke of a company.

DO NOT order food from them. I was the only one there and ordered a small sandwich - no special order. It never came. I waited an hour and a half... finally, I asked for a refund. Which I then heard nothing about - no confirm via email or text like for my order. So, probably wont get that and will have to report as fraud... Just DONT DO IT to yourself. Even if its more expensive (and it's not) just go somewhere else!

Had a long layover in Houston and construction was going on towards terminal C. Decided to have breakfast. I was the only one there, but didn’t realize it would take an hour to get my food another hour to get my receipt. Glad I wasn’t in a rush, otherwise it would have been a different story. Don’t recommend to travelers with little time. But if your layover is at least over 2 hours, you’re cutting it close. Overall, I don’t recommend this place or any of the OTG restaurants. Go elsewhere and save yourself some time or avoid eating around terminal C14 area.

I had one of the best grilled cheeses here that I’ve ever had before, and my server was such a sweetheart! Service was speedy also and portion size was large. I definitely can see why there are lower reviews though, and it has nothing to do with the food or service but everything to do with the confusing ordering process. I’m 23 and am very comfortable with online ordering, contactless service, and QR codes but I don’t think the older generations can say the same. I definitely see why other people may be confused and frustrated with how this restaurant works and I empathize with the employees because it is likely confusing on their end too
