Most restaurants at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport close at 10pm, so this was one of a very few choices open slightly later after I landed. There was a decent number of customers seated, so I figured I'd give it a try. As I perused the offerings, three different staff members greeted me and asked if I was ready to order, which I found surprisingly nice and much appreciated. Initially, I was torn between the deep dish pizza slices and grilled sandwiches but for some reason chose the later. Looking at the display area, the sandwiches were premade and stacked tens upon tens; they looked plain & unappealing but I also didn't know how long the pizza had been sitting out so I figured my option would at least be freshly pressed. I decided to order the grilled cheese with tomato because of the variety of cheeses included. The gentleman who took my order brought it to my table, completely encased in a foil sandwich wrap, and told me to be careful as the contents would be hot. Much to my surprise, there was a good amount of cheese but the sandwich was barely warm and individual slices were still visible so...not "hot" at all as the sandwich wasn't grilled long enough for the cheese to fully melt. And it was as dry as the Arizona air. Never in my life have I had a grilled cheese prepared anywhere without butter! Frankly, I'm fed up (pun intended) with mediocre airport food at outrageous prices and adamantly believe that merchants repeatedly get away with this because people are either tired, in a rush and/or desperately hungry. I've had much better food from 7-Eleven and at least fast food chains like McDonald's have predictable quality. I'd rather go hungry for a few hours than waste my time and money here again.

The deep dish pizza here is excellent. I had the cheese pizza. I would definitely recommend and would have it again when I pass by next. I also had the Simple Green salad which was nice too. I also had the chocolate chip cookie and red velvet brownie, both of which were alright.

Google
Olive & Ivy is a nice restaurant with excellent food inside terminal four, near gate A3. The things that I’ve had there have been good, including the Panini/pizza, and the prices are typical airport prices, but unlike most airport food, their food is actually good and the seating is nice

Google
Just went here for a coffee because their espresso machine looked decent. Service was very friendly but the Cappuccino had nothing in common with an actual Cappuccino, or coffee in general. At least it’s that hot that you won’t be able to try it before your plane leaves. Tables are not getting wiped down, so not a good place to unpack your laptop to work either.

Google
Solid breakfast sandwich of bacon and eggs. Fluffy brioche bun. It’s busy but service is quick. Prices are as expected at airports

Google
To start off all those bad reviews do not know what a good pizza taste like clearly. Came here at around 9 pm (MST) time. While waiting for my connection flight I saw this restaurant sold pizza so I decided to check the pizza out. Now when I saw the pizza it looked amazing so I decided to give it a try and order it. In the image below the pepperoni pizza and the butcher pizza is shown. When I tried the butcher pizza oh lord was I amazed this is no joke the first bite I took I felt like I was in another world with the taste of it. I dont know how to explain it but the pizza is fluffy but the crust is crispy, the temperature is perfect everything and I mean EVERYTHING about this pizza was spot on. I would most definitely recommend this place. Price was very good for airport prices. The service was great didn’t take any time to attend us and we checked out quick. And the overall atmosphere of the place is great not loud but not quiet.

Google
I think it is the best restaurant inside security at PHX. I think their best is the simple salad with the chicken, but the place smells great and had nice seating. Staff will walk around when they get a chance and ask if you need anything just like you would expect in a restaurant inside town. Thank you! And appreciate the employee discount too!

Google
The bagel was good and the regular hot coffee was okay, it tasted a bit watered down. The prices were a bit expensive in my opinion. The staff were friendly, had good camaraderie, and worked efficiently. The staff did frequently have to tell people where to go for food verses coffee. This caused the atmosphere to be a bit louder than hoped at 7am. I was hoping for a quiet environment.

Yelp
One of the best airport lattes I've had. The ladies were also super quick and efficient.

Yelp
We stopped by its store in Sky Harbor terminal for a brunch. They no longer serve the Mediterranean salad, so we got the Gorgonzola pine nuts chicken salad with Gorgonzola vinegrette dressing. ($14.99) It was full of flavor (Gorgonzola and pine nuts) and I would get it again. I got the 20oz cappuccino and it was a good one. Service was fast and friendly Ambience was good. There is a small seating area in front of the rod the store but at 10:30am on a Saturday it was full.

Yelp
The espresso is just terrible. I'm not sure how it can both taste bad and like nothing at the same time. The cheese panini was completely overpowered by american cheese but still cost $12. I threw away over $20 worth of food because it was inedibly terrible. Save your money and go anywhere else. The service was ok, but the food was god awful.

Yelp
Great dining when visiting Sky Harbor for a quick breakfast! Loved the ability to get a great cappuccino and a bite to eat before my flight. The staff was friendly and the coffee shop vibes were cozy before wheels up on my trip to my happy place - Disneyland! I'll definitely return if in this side of the terminal again.

Yelp
Stopped by Olive & Ivy for a quick dinner on my way back home from MX. I enjoyed the hot turkey panini although I would have liked the turkey more distributed and a greater portion of lettuce and tomato. The bread was very fresh and toasted perfectly, still soft yet crunchy! I also ordered the pine nut salad which was good although I would have much preferred the chicken be heated before put on the salad and delivered to my table. I found it to be rather dry and cold which detracted from my joy :-) their staff were helpful, though not quite as warm and friendly a professional.

Yelp
Good option to have a quick snack, breakfast and coffee. The Breakfast Club was tasty, and for an airport venue, the price is decent. A bit tight space during busy hour.
google avatar

Taylor G.

Yelp
Just skip this place. If it's the only thing open, get a pre packaged items from the cold bar. The grilled cheese and pizza was gross. The cheese was solid and honestly just bland. Service was at least good, but it's in an airport... this place is if you are in a rush and can't get into one of the lounges.
google avatar

Yelp
Plus - I was able to use my tumbler that I brought. The two people I interacted with were super grumpy. So, I of course showered them with kindness and a tip!
google avatar

Krissy H.

Yelp
i'm very unimpressed sadly because I love theOlove and Ivy in Scottsdale thought I could get a bruschetta or something somewhat healthy not the case, unless you want a boring salad. The cheese sandwitch was blah With to much bread. our cashier could not speak English and could not understand what we were saying at all it was a struggle or Should I say the struggle was real.
google avatar

Elizabeth A.

Yelp
Quick service, friendly cashier. Ordered an Italian panini, got it pressed and it was delicious! Place is also has a cute aesthetic. Expected prices for airport dining. My sandwich was $13.95 but a good size portion

Yelp
Marc Anthony was a beautiful server! We shared a bottle of German resiling, one watermelon Spritz, complimentary foccacia with pesto, artichoke hearts, vegan sweet potatoe entree and salmon entree. The finale was a chocolate carmel cheesecake with two espresso. Marc Anthony moved us to a small lounge table at the conclusion of his serving shift. This was very accomodating because we still had wine and espresso to finish. There is also a "happy hour" 20 percent off some menu items. To note the entrees available during lunch expire at 3pm so ensure to order prior to 3pm.

Hussain K.

Yelp
Most disgusting pizza you could ever have. Got the cheese pizza for $10 which was a square slice. It's an airport so it's expected. BUT the pizza was absolutely diabolical, cheese slipping off, drenched in oil and grease, horrible taste. Had to throw it away as I didn't want to throw up on the plane. Disgusting and disgraceful effort. Never again.
google avatar

Kala J.

Yelp
Overpriced powdered eggs, not even made fresh. The bacon had sat so long it was stuck together. So I got about 5-6 pieces when I'm sure it should've been 3...I get it, it's the airport but for $15 it should be made to order. Other than asking what I wanted, I didn't really deal with anyone. The cashier was nice, she cracked a joke. It's chill, a bit compact but I posted up near the exit to people watch. Good place for that!

Yelp
Traveling from Chicago to Scottsdale and our hotel wasn't available just yet and they were extremely nice to keep our luggage while we ate. Brunch menu has plenty of great options to share, vegetarian, and gluten free. The portions are pretty good, the service was great and the restaurant was very busy for a Thursday afternoon. They started us out with bread and this pesto/oil which was surprisingly really good and I'm not big on pesto. I got the Mediterranean salad and added chicken to it. It was light but fulfilling! I would recommend this restaurant, great ambiance, good food and our server was super sweet (Ash).

Yelp
We were customers here had pizza asked Jayla a question and she was very rude. Very bad customer service she even laughed about when I said she was giving bad customer service. Don't buy anything here avoid this place at all cost. People like this shouldn't be allowed to do customer service at all. Whoever do the hiring is getting the worse ever. Food was bad anyway so I don't recommend it.

Yelp
I was enjoying a by myself day, a shopping therapy, day-drinking type of day, and it was fabulous! I decided to have lunch at Olive and Ivy, and it was very very pleasant. The service was good, although I had to ask for them to wipe down the bar because it was dirty when I sat down. However, they wiped it up and gave me a fabulous spicy skinny margarita! It was awesome! I also had the Seabass, which was very good. The ambience at the whole place again was wonderful, but it is a bit loud. If you are trying to have a conversation with someone know that you may have to yell or speak loudly for them to hear you. However, other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon, lunch and day drinking time!!
google avatar

Taylor B.

Yelp
I feel like the Phoenix airport has some pretty terrible options so I was excited to find this place. I got the chicken and pine nut salad, which came with mixed greens, Gorgonzola crumbles, grape tomatoes, and a Gorgonzola vinaigrette. The serving was generous and it was both fresh and good. This will be my new spot when passing through!

Yelp
I booked a reservation for me and my 2 girlfriends for Saturday brunch and we had a lovely time. Simple delicious food and bloody Mary's, sweet hostess and our waiter was the best. He was so accommodating and attentive (it was my friends birthday) he brought out a dessert for her. Overall fantastic time. I've been plenty times before, usually when it's cooler because they have a beautiful patio along the canal that I like to sit at. Perfect way to start our weekend.

Yelp
Initially, the parking garage situation was difficult to maneuver until I called to see which garage was best. We had reservations and were seated right away. The lighting was perfect; dim and elegant. The atmosphere and ambiance were relaxing. Our server was attentive to our needs and watched over us without interrupting. We each started with a glass of wine and chose to have the bruschetta appetizer. Main course, I ordered the pork tenderloin. He ordered the braised short ribs. Each dish was prepared to perfection. I absolutely would recommend, but I encourage you to make a reservation several days in advance. Enjoy!

Yelp
Advertised as Opens at 430a, but I was told for "coffee and pastries" only. Breakfast at 530am. You should know this if you're planning to visit. Not the friendliest reception, but this is not "America's Friendliest Airport" in the early morning hours...anywhere in the Airport...so I don't hold that against them.

Yelp
I was pleasantly suprised by Olive & Ivy! For one, I despise the PHX airport. It's truly the worst. Second, airport food is generally garbage. I had a layover here one evening and was thankful this place was still open (right across from the gate I was departing from) despite being surrounded by closed eateries. Good for them for getting everyone else's business. I ordered an Italian sandwich that didn't look super appealing but turned out to be delicious! A little "breadier" than I would have liked, but I was content by the end of the meal. Customer service was great too, even though they were busy. Happy to have found my go-to at the PHX airport whenever I'm here in this terminal. Score!!
google avatar

Ta'keisha R.

Yelp
This place was really good. I was short for time and needed something to eat before my 3 hour flight east. They were open with several options to select from. I ordered a turkey panini and coffee, the service was great and my food was delicious. I definitely recommend them. They have great coffee
google avatar

Yelp
Best place at PHX airport. Been coming here for 10 years. The workers are so kind and caring and the food is always great!!! Not too overpriced for being at the airport too. Thank you olive and ivy

Christian C.

Yelp
Someone said powered eggs? You can literally watch them crack the eggs in front of your eyes. Wood fire oven is a nice touch. Breakfast club is better than an airport deserves. Decent latte. Did this spot get new management? They do a good job.
google avatar

Sarah G.

Yelp
Such a fun spot to go out for a celebration dinner!! The menu has a great selection so it has something for everybody. We started with the bruschetta and ordered the short ribs and a chop salad which was all delicious!! Food came out very quick but we didn't feel rushed by our server to finish up. Overall a great dinner!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow what a great salad! At the airport in Phoenix. So glad to find such a fresh, crisp salad at an affordable price in the airport! Only $7.06 with tax. Staff is friendly and efficient. Ambiance is nice. Well decorated with music and tv (no sound just closed captions)

Sean F.

Yelp
5th time on a flight with the wrong order. Check your food, nobody here cares. Not sure why yelp needs 85 characters.

Michael R.

Yelp
Great food and ambiance! I had the veal and spinach ravioli. Service was very good. I will be back soon.
google avatar

Bobbie J.

Yelp
The line is always very long. You are not able to order online at this location. The number attached elongs to the airport customer service
google avatar

Teresita C.

Yelp
Freshly made-to-order panini sandwiches and pizza. We searched high and low for something that didn't look like it had been made yesterday and this place fit the bill. Nice little cafe space (though pretty messy) and service was efficient and competent I had grilled cheese and tomato (wish there was another veggie choice) and my partner had roast turkey. They don't skimp on ingredients and the panini was grilled to perfection. Surprisingly reasonable for airport food, we'd eat here again but grab a salad too.
google avatar

Max H.

Yelp
Panini was crusty outside and cold inside with the cheese solid, thus defeating the purpose of a panini! That made my eating experience here not great and awkward!
google avatar

Brenda A.

Yelp
This place made my stay in Phoenix. We tried to get a table at Maple around the corner, and I'm happy we didn't. We came in 15 mins to close and had to sit at the bar. Bartenders were super attentive. We ate everything. The mussels were the best. They said they are new to the menu. And I'm saying KEEP them on the menu, I'll be back! I had the shrimp scampi rissoto and my friend had the short rib. My portion was generous. Not sure if that was because I was the last meal of the day, but no complaints here. The short rib could have been a bit more tender, but otherwise good flavor. Also, the bathrooms are quite dark. I didn't love much about PHX. But this place stood out. Kudos to the chef.
google avatar

Nicole R.

Yelp
Ordered a Mediterranean salad with chicken. Only thing that's makes it a Greek salad is the feta cheese. It was definitely tasty. I liked the almonds for the crunch. What I am sensitive to is service. The guy that checked me out was whistling the whole time never acknowledged me and only stopped whistling to give me my total and went right back to it and When I asked if they had icedd tea he said really quick "unsweetened" I had to ask him what he said. When I asked for a fork he just said under the TV. There are three so I had to look round. Never made eye contact once ... hand in pocket whistling the whole time. Just odd. I am on a strict diet and there are little whIte balls in the salad not listed on the label ... do you know what that is? (Picture attached) It was good regardless of the weirdness
google avatar

Lynne A.

Yelp
Stopped here for a quick bite on my way back to Burbank yesterday. I had the Turkey panini. The turkey was very good, bread a bit hard. I was starving and had already been on one flight without anything to eat, so I was starving. Wait wasn't to long, and they were pretty busy. Grabbed a bag of Vicki's chips and ate quickly. Price was very fair for airport food.

Margie M.

Yelp
The worst service. The cashier literally yelled at us when we asked to please update our coffee order to ice since she didn't hear correctly. And then we walked to a table where she and the other co-worker talked poorly about all the customers loudly. I mean airport dining isn't the typically the best but talk about having a bad day for no reason.
google avatar

Yelp
My original flight was from Vegas to San Antonio Texas, with a connecting flight into Phoenix International Airport. Olive & Ivy is located inside the airport. I had about 2 hours before my next flight out and decided to stop here for lunch. There were a variety of foods already prepared such as pizzas and sandwiches. You order at the register, unless you're picking out a pre-made food selection. I ended up choosing the Grilled-Cheese, with a bag of popcorn and a soda. It came out to be approximately $15.00 for the entire order. The staff is super friendly here and walked me through the entire process of ordering a meal at Olive & Ivy. I took a seat inside Olive & Ivy. I waited about 10 minutes for the grilled-cheese as they warmed and prepared the food at Olive & Ivy. Olive & Ivy team members then delivered the grilled-cheese sandwich to my table, which is super awesome! I ended up eating while catching up on some work inside Olive & Ivy. It wasn't too busy. There were plenty of team members cleaning up the restaurant inside as well. The staff would ask if I needed anything, and always responded with a "Thank you." I'd recommend this restaurant if you're in the concourse and have some extra time before your flight.
google avatar

David C.

Yelp
Kitchen crew and the young pizza maker we're very friendly but the two ladies at the register were very rude and dismissive It may have been because it's near closing, but customer service shouldn't suffer cause your shift is over. The pizzas were half off cause it was ore night and were pin it very greasy and the pepperoni/sausage one was a bit spicy. This has happened to me before in the middle of the day as well where the attendants arE very unfriendly and not helpful. I travel they PHX often
google avatar

Josh E.

Yelp
Great place to pit-stop in PHX. I had the "Breakfast Club" (2 eggs, bacon, avocado, american cheese, mayo on a brioche bun) and an americano. The sandwich was handmade right in front of me, with the eggs, bacon & cheese right out of the stone pizza oven! The avocado was fresh & the bun toasted.. it was delicious! The americano was HOT.. and did the job. Service & payment was quick, even during the morning rush.
google avatar

Christian S.

Yelp
Had an overnight layover in Phoenix, stopped in here for breakfast and everyone is so nice and accommodating. Their "Breakfast Sub" is delicious and I'm going to be raving about it all morning to my fiancée.

Ian F.

Yelp
It took almost 30 minutes to get a simple panini sandwich. Half the staff was ambling around behind the counter chatting with each other, and after multiple other orders placed after ours were received quickly, our questions about when our order would be ready were brushed off. When we finally got our sandwiches, they'd gotten part of our order incorrect (the grilled cheese had tomatoes when we requested they be taken off). The only reason this review is not one star is because the latte we ordered was made right in front of us as we were at the register and was tasty.

Carol T.

Yelp
I was so excited when I heard that Parlor Donuts is here locally now. I was going to have to take another road trip to Oceanside to get my fix. They are the best donuts ever!!! I went to the open house a few weeks ago and have already been back three times. Thank you so much for being here! I wish there was one in Chandler where I live so I wouldn't have to drive so far but it probably is for the best or I'd be there everyday.LOL
google avatar

Wesley W.

Yelp
I ordered a Italian Grinder Panini from Olive and Ivy. I enjoyed this sandwich very much. The bread was crisp and the inside fillings were not piping hot where you had to wait several minutes before biting into the Panini sandwich. This is important at the airport when you're pressed for time. There filling of salami, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese blended perfectly within the toasted sour dough bread. The Italian Panini sandwich was tasty. I would go back again and order the same Panini sandwich if I'm back at Phoenix International airport.
google avatar

Harper F.

Yelp
Yum!! Visited olive & ivy with some friends and we had a fantastic time! The food is fresh and delicious. I ordered the scallopini chicken. I am a big sauce person and the sauce is what made the dish so good! We also ordered the chocolate bar dessert to share. Decadent! Fun place for dinner & drinks.
google avatar

Michael F.

Yelp
Surprised by the quality and price point. Nice sized fresh salad for under $7. Turkey sandwich was good too, not the slimy subway turkey. Terminal A 1-14 food options much better then the otter terminal A.
google avatar

Cactus P.

Yelp
I went to the Olive and Ivy across in Terminal A across from gate A4 late on a Monday eve of when thing when places were closing. They had closed the sandwich items so it meant deep dish pizza. They served me a slice of pizzas being warmed in the oven. Delicious! Really hot the spot if you are a little hangry...

Connor S.

Yelp
I have always had a good time here it has a really great atmosphere and is particularly good if you get a spot on the patio. The service is always great. The food is good but not great, but the atmosphere makes up for it.

Lamarr H.

Yelp
Food was decent but the service was horrible . The lady at the register was mean and snappy. She even yelled at customers causing people to leave the line from her disrespect at 7am in the morning. She also was a bit racist to me . People come up with their box and they tell her what they have to be charged. When it got to me she actually use her nasty hands to open my box to check as if i was lying . She is a white lady with long blond pony tail .
google avatar

Alyssa S.

Yelp
I'm with the woman who said she wishes she could fly through here more often so she could come to eat here. Normally airport and salad are not two words that are very exciting, especially together. But this was a very well conceived delicious salad. I had a Mediterranean, with feta cheese crumbles, almonds, very fresh spring mix, couscous, tomatoes and cucumbers. I ate every last morsel. I also got the Mediterranean pizza, which was very good. This salad is a better value than the pizza, but all in all the prices were fair and I was very happy to have eaten here.
