Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We has excellent food and service there. I got the endless spaghetti special. Also if you go there make sure you get the doughnuts. It’s like a secret dessert for two. You can get a chocolate or a raspberry dipping sauce (recommend raspberry.). The doughnuts come out hot and covered in sugar. Just dip in the sauce and it’s perfect. And it’s under $10!!

Great time catching up with my sister and my daughter. All the service,food,and atmosphere was superb.

this Olive Garden was extremely disappointing. Me and my friend went to the Olive Garden expecting a nice lunch together as friends me and my friend are under the age of 17 we were treated horribly compared to the table in front of us. The waiter was extremely impatient if you were coming here with a group of friends and you were under the 17 I would not recommend the waiter kept trying to get rid of us quicker. She didn’t ask us if we wanted anything to go. She gave me a box and a receipt and then left.She ended up charging us an extra $20 for chicken Alfredo, which we did not order. I am highly disappointed in the way me and my friend were treated at this establishment. The table in front of us got much better service just because they were older. We left a $15 tip and we were nice and respectful and all that waiter did does was act like we were a chore. Our waiters name (i think) Siana if you ever come here and she’s your waiter ask for different one, especially if you’re under age of 17. I hope that chicken Alfredo was good sienna and I hope you feel proud of yourself for treating two girls who just wanted to eat lunch at Olive Garden terribly sending love and help this review

Overall this place is amazing! I was greeted by an awesome hostess named Averie who took very good care of us and made me and my friend feel at home. Our server Madi went over the menu since it was my first time and made sure I was made aware of all the deals that they had. I would absolutely come here again :)

So…. My cousin warned me that she went to dinner here while back with family and they all got sick. She did say that the last time she went she did not get sick. Against my better judgment I went to dinner tonight and my stomach had been a mess since. I read that other people have had the same issue. Please clean up whatever the issue is because we want to eat here! The staff are always nice!

Our family comes here a lot. The staff is always great. It's clean and the food Is always good! Love the curbside when we decide to just pick up.. the fried lasagna frita is the absolute best! Love the meatball paramsaina also... can't go wrong. Even the kids love it!

Love the food and love the atmosphere, but service needs work. Need to improve server attentiveness for in store diners and get on the food delivery platforms already. Takeout provides the same risk of food quality concerns. Abandoning an entire segment of customers seems like a mistake.

For chain restaurant pasta I have to admit this location never misses. Every time I eat here my food is great. I'm not sure what the deal is but they have new servers every time I am here. I hate to think it's how management treats the staff because this would strongly change my opinion. Without assuming I will say I enjoy eating here and I definitely recommend.

Makala wined and dined us! The lemon water was superb, refreshing even. The lemon slices were larger than usual one could call them wedges. We were very pleased to find out that upon request we were granted a large amount of breadsticks at once rather than the typical breadstick rotation.

Staff: The staff here are so sweet and welcoming. They treat you like family and always greet you with a smile. Service: The waitress was so polite and patient. She was very quick on her feet to get us our drinks and food. Drink Selection: They have a great selection of mixed drinks and a very nice selection of wine. Food Selection: Their food selection is great, they have a lot of different options to chose from which I love. Experience: My experience here was a very good one I look forward to coming back again. Ombiance: Is so calm and welcoming. I definitely recommend everyone to come give them a try.

This is a really nice Olive Garden. Kara is the best. Everyone is super friendly. An obviously well managed place. Service was efficient, friendly and on point. Meals came out quickly. Everything was good. Overall we were very pleased. Well done.

Nothing to complain about. Endless soup. Endless salad. Both the best tasting in the US in any price range. Superb, fresh entrees. Superb drinks. Alcoholic and not. Excellent service. Family atmosphere.

I have only been here for to go pickup but each time it has been great! I order at lunch time and they have the food ready fast! It is very tasty, great portion sizes. The people who deliver the food to the car are also so sweet! I love Olive Garden :)

After waiting 45 mins for our entree we asked to be charged for drinks and salad and left. Poor service and management 45 mins for a child's pasta and cheese ravioli is ridiculous

Great food,Great Service, Great Atmosphere, but getting somewhat pricey. Used to go there all the time, but now that I'm retired it hurts my wallet.

The Lancaster Olive Garden restaurant is by far the very best at which we've ever eaten or ordered for take-out. Every entree is exactly as it's described on the menu. The service is always great, too. The only reason I didn't give this store 5 stars is because all entrees with tomato or marina sauce are always very light in carryout orders. We have to continuously order a "boat" of tomato sauce, which is expensive. The difference is that when you eat-in, any extra sauce you may need is always provided free of charge. Beyond this, I assure you everything is always fresh and like eating at an authentic, old world Mom and Pop Italian restaurant. Again, this review is exclusively based on the Lancaster store. I'd recommend it every time.

Food and service are excellent. Like to be able to go more but the prices are getting out of my budget.

My bf had the five cheese ziti and said it was awful. It looked like a microwave meal and did not mix well. Our server forgot straws and took very long to get them. I also asked for breadsticks which he said he would get... we never received breadsticks. I usually try to be lenient but the restaurant wasnt that busy. The tablet menu also looked like it hadn't been washed in days. Overall just a very poor experience. Most likely will never be back.

Ordered the Five Cheese Ziti and it was most disappointing. The dish was dry as a bone and the cheese was barely melted and clumped the noodles together. It looked like it was a frozen meal that had been microwaved. I could have done that at home. If I return, I will try something else. I hope the quality isn't that bad with all their dishes.

Come here every now and then with friends for dinner. Food is always great. Salad and breadsticks are definitely a highlight. Salad is fresh tossed and the breadsticks are always hot and fresh. Service is very consistently great every time I visit.

Do I love OG? No. Do I tolerate eating here, because my grandma always picks it for family dinners? Yes. The food is tolerable - nothing worth mentioning. But that's the thing! I feel it is exorbitantly over priced. Is the meat butchered on sight? Is the pasta hand made and turned out to order? I understand, and accept, if an establishment's prices are higher do to better quality ingredients/products. I mean, come on, such high prices in a blue collar town (Lancaster)? Things that make me go hmm... I always get a white-sauce menu item - I don't do tomatoes/red sauce. Usually always Chicken Carbonara, or, this time, Steak and Tortellini. I could definitely taste cheese. The steak meat was tender, but not very flavorful. Wasn't very hungry, so I took most of the dish home. Bad idea. Eating it the next day, the Alfredo sauce had clumped together, and a whole lotta oils left in the bottom of the dish. Not pleasing to the eye. I much prefer the mom and pop Italian joints around town.

I'm very disappointed they don't have the steak Gorgonzola anymore. My wife doesn't really like going there because she doesn't like their salad. But would go for me that's the only thing I would ever order loved it. There is a very good chance we won't be back.

5 stars mostly for the service! Josh was our waiter and he was top notch! He kept our table overflowing with bread and salad. We barely had to wait any time at all for our appetizer or our entrees. He even brought us extra bread and extra sauces for us to take home with our leftovers without us even asking. The food was as good as any Olive Garden I've ever been to. If you go, ask for Josh!

I have dinner here quite often with my parents... this location is pretty consistent. We last dined here last night for Valentine's Day; to be expected, there was over an hour wait. Once seated, our server was awesome. There was a lag with salads - due to high customer volume, but our server was on top of it.... she staulked the salad makers, and swoop in for us ;-) The kitchen was slammed, and accidentally messed up my mom's meal - the server was on top of it, and even the manager came to express his appologies. Everyone was so very happy with their meals.

Been to this Olive Garden twice now and has been great so far. The food & service is always great. The only complaint I have is the breadsticks are usually a little hard and because of that they can be hard to eat.

Honestly this is my favorite place in Lancaster to eat! They have great wine and cheap wine samples. They also know a lot about their menu and their wine selections! The waiter helped me fine what is now my favorite wine . The food is always hot and delicious. I really never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time . I also love their easy to order website. If I need a to go order I never have to wait they always have it ready to go and are willing to put extra dressing in there for me. I will always love this place and could eat there every night. You get so much food for your money.

I love the lasagna at the Olive Garden. But every once in a while I would like to get the spaghetti. I asked for extra sauce because they hardly put any on it it's just like a bowl of noodles. And they give you a little soufflé cup that is like one bite of sauce. Is the driest spaghetti I've ever had.

Extensive menus with of options and the staff is VERY friendly and attentive. But, I find it is still so salty which is typical of this chain. So if you know that "style" you'll be happy.

How in the world do you manage to burn lasagna? I guess anything can be overcooked if left long enough under heat lamps. Don't expect much from the food prep people here. Service was nice enough and apologized for the food but it was obvious when she put it down that it had been ruined. She was just hoping that I would just eat it and shut up. There is only one decent place to eat in Lancaster Oh, and that is the Texas Roadhouse.

Absolutely SPLENDED!!! Digging me some Italian yum yums!! Folks this establishment has a good feeling and friendly feel..from the first step walking in to our tails walking out,These folks have it together! The food was delicious and fantastico! Highly recommend! ya just get in your little gogo mobile and scooch on in here!! Come on and "Getcha Sum!!

We ordered the pasta bar, we had a party of 8. It was perfect, Olive Garden did a great job. It would have easily served 10 and possibly 12. I would highly recommend it.

We ate at this location with our children and grandchildren about 7:30 Saturday night. The salad was good, the breadsticks were great, my husband's pasta fagioli was a watery mess. The stinger came when we got the bill and my husband and I had been charged $11.49 each for soup, salad and breadsticks. This is 8.99 at the usual location we go to. We drank water so we were way overcharged. Called the restaurant to check and was told it was a corporate change in the price. They must be the only ones to have gotten than menu. This location is off our list of places to go to.

I am always happy with the food and service at this Olive Garden. I asked for a gluten free menu and I ordered the Rotini with sauce. The server was concerned of my food allergy when bringing out the salad and left the croutons off without asking. :) That made me happy because I forgot to ask for them to be left off.

The food here is always fresh, and the staff are all very friendly! They offer alternatives to suite everyone, like a gluten free menu and whole grain pastas. While some options can be expensive, if you take your time to read the menu you can find some deals if that's what you're looking for. Overall amazing restaurant, would highly recommend

The server was super nice but I will not return because I was nothing but sick from that same evening lasting 3 days. Had salad and chicken parmesean and that is all that came back up for those 3 days.

Server was very friendly and kept my ice tea full throughout my meal. I got the Tour of Italy which I found to be very overlooked. The breadsticks were also over baked and hard. The croutons on the salad were so hard I couldn't even chew them. This location is in desperate need of a major renovation and a deep cleaning.

It was packed but my husband and I love love love this place! Our server was amazing and the food was delicious. We had the chicken and shrimp carbonara and lobster ravioli. Definitely will be coming back.

0 stars order the lobster mac & cheese and chicken alfredo had the lobster mac and cheese for myself after eating it 3hrs later became deadly sick from 8pm till 2am did not sleep had to call off work due to severe pain puking and you can guess what else at the other end was happening ,so my review and opinion is I WILL NOT BEGOING BACK TO LANCASTER OHIO OLIVE GARDEN AGAIN. Food is always terrific and service is usually good. Last two times I've been in, the wait time has been over an hour. Would like to see that improved but it can't be avoided at times.

Decent meal, service was alright, but meanwhile during my meal, my legs was eaten apart by fleas. All within last ten minutes. Ew.

Waited for 45 min and seen the waiter once. Can't tell you about the food because we did not get any. The waiter said he would right back and we never seen him again. So we walked out and will never go back.

The management, staff, wonderful. They recently catered a very special family dinner and were simply wonderful, caring, and went above and beyond. This is a chain restaurant, but they are very much part of the community. Eat here if you're in the mood for good ol simple food in. Lancaster, oh and you also appreciate what businesses show appreciation to their patrons/communities.

Great service. Good italian food at reasonable prices. AMAZING DESERTS. Staff was very friendly and polite and did all possible to make sure experience was amazing! Get there early there is always a long wait to sit.

It was an average dining experience.. Value has decreased lately.

We often eat here when in town. I was disappointed this time with the shrimp scampi. It came out looking nothing like the picture. It was just dry popcorn shrimp on a plate with slices of lemon. My wife was irritated to find some wilted black lettuce in the salad. Other than that the food and service was fine. Garlic Rosemary chicken and chicken shrimp carbonara were quite good. We used the self checkout tablet at the table and the slip it printed didn't match what showed on the tablet and what we paid.

Food was awesome. Steak grilled perfectly. Manager Larry very personable, visiting EVERYBODY. Waitress Kay was exceptional.
