In all honesty, this establishment is a favorite among my family and I would always visit if we were in the mood for Olive Garden. However, due to the negative experience we had on December 7, 2025, I do not believe we would be attending here again. Firstly, we were a party of eleven people, and the manager, Julian, attempted to seat us at a table of two on the back by the stairs (which had an unpleasant odor). This resulted in us being crammed together, so we requested to be seated again at a table of three. They informed us that it was acceptable, but it would take an additional 15 minutes, which I found to be significantly longer. Upon being seated, we were placed at two tables that were not connected. I informed the manager, Julian, that we wanted to sit together and requested three tables, as we were there to eat together, not spread out. Julian’s response was that he had already seated us twice, so he was unwilling to seat us all together. However, I could see that they could have made some space. So at the end of the day we ended up waiting 1:30 minutes and we didn’t even eat there we ended up going to Yard House were we were sat as soon as we arrived on a big round table.
In my opinion, Julian exhibited poor customer service, poor management of the restaurant, and a negative attitude. While there have been no issues in the past, this was the first time I encountered him here.
