Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Not one to write a review usually, but our server, Vickey, was AMAZING! She was so sweet and welcoming and very patient with me and my parents. Stellar service and quality food delivered quickly! Thank you again to Vickey for making our experience here wonderful!

The manager, I believe that's who she was, was AMAZING!!!! The lady didn't miss a beat!! Our server certainly pick led it up as well, Brooklyn. All in all I would absolutely recommend this location. They accommodated our large party well. Additionally, we had so many people and they did not add gratuity to the checks. I tip well, and was surprised not to see it, needless to say I tipped well above the 22%. I understand the practice of adding gratuity to large parties, it's just something about establishments not adding it automatically.

They are getting very stingy with there soup orders. My soup looked like someone ate half of it! And this was not the only bowl of soup we got. The other one was same way. . Why are y’all not filling the bowls up ? These should have been half price. We dined in and got to go orders . If this is the new bowl size you should cut the price in half!

The food was great, the service was spectacular, and the atmosphere amazing. Pamela was our server, and she was phenomenal... The manager, and the entire team were fantastic. The food here was pretty good. The atmosphere is amazing. Not too loud and well lit. Unfortunately our waitress was absolutely terrible! She never refilled drinks or our soups unless we asked her. She told us that she was going to get us more breadsticks and then forgot. When we asked for more she never apologized for forgetting. She just seemed like we were inconveniencing her. This was a bad experience for my family and I.

It was National Ravioli day and we decided on Olive Garden. Hadn’t been to this location before and they did not disappoint. WAY better than the one by The Parks mall in Arlington. Food was delish and cooked properly and the waitress, Kay, even took our adjustments to the salad and got that right too!! They NEVER get that right. At ANY location! She was AWESOME! Fun, cheerful, attentive, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend THIS location!! Tell em Roxanne sent ya. LoL

I enjoyed lunch at this location. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great. The food came out hot and was very favorable.

This Olive Garden was on point for delicious food and amazing customer service. Our server was really one of the best servers we have experienced. Loved her professionalism, conversation, and not once did we have to ask for anything...she was with fresh drinks with everyone ...as well. Loved this visit.

We ordered olive garden for delivery. Let me start by saying we received top notch customer service and I will definitely be back!! Can't speak on ambiance because it was a delivery order. What I can say is we placed an order totalling about $40 before tip. Our food came quickly but it wasn't our food. The delivery driver gave us the wrong order. I do not hold OG responsible for this at all. We called and asked to speak to a manager, who let us know she was expecting to hear from us. Apparently the other man had also called. She went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Even though we got someone else's order, I am beyond satisfied with how it was handled. The food that we did receive was hot and delicious. We were obviously told to keep the food since it can't go back once delivered. So we ate it. It was good, just not quite what we expected!! 5 stars for incredible customer service!

Arrived there on a weekday at dinner and noticed it was not busy. Our waiter obviously was overwhelmed and appeared to have been a busboy recently. While he was polite it took longer than expected for refills of drinks and our meal. The food was okay until my extra soup which was inedible. Very disappointing experience.

I came to dinner with some friends and I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. We had an awesome waitress by the name of Kylee that answered all of our questions and quickly took our order. Our food came out hot and delicious!!! Kylee took very good care of us! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends!

Disappointed in Olive Garden Mansfield Texas tonight. Spent $48 for a meal and couldn't even get a water refill. The salad was great as usual but the minestrone soup was too thin. I would have ordered another bowl of something else but our waitress never came back. We waited for over 15 minutes and was really trying to be patient but gave up. It was a frustrating experience for sure, was hoping for a nice meal after a long week but that wasn't the case. Olive Garden Mansfield will not be getting money for me for a long time.

Me and my sister comes here once a month to have lunch and this is our favorite spot.We always ask for Vickey,she is fantastic.Best service ever.She goes above and beyond.Just a sweet and wonderful person. Restaurant is always clean in tip top shape.

The worst experience we've ever had at this Olive Garden was when the wait was too long, and we had to settle for the restaurant next door. Luckily, they now offer a virtual waitlist and check-in, which we used this past weekend to bypass a crowd that normally would have deterred us. Olive Garden is consistently filling and flavorful. It's one of the few places our kids will eat salad, spinach artichoke dip, and eggplants--with the expectation of an Andes chocolate after dinner. Our waitress served with a smile and seemed happy to be there, as did the manager, who checked on tables throughout the full house. In fact, they (and whomever our mystery benefactor was) inspired this review with their generosity. Thank y'all so much for picking up our tab! If we're not back at one of their tables soon, it's only because we've used the curbside pick-up.

The chicken Parmesan is one of our favorites. They're so good. The catering tray is worth it! Comes with 10 pieces of chicken Parmesan & generous spaghetti & their yummy marinara sauce. They included 2 cups of Parmesan cheese & 1 cup of red pepper (by request) at no extra charge. They included paper plates, 2 plastic serving tongs & utensil sets, which made dinner even more convenient. The order was ready on time, fresh & warm. The manager was friendly & helped me with my birthday dessert coupon (the code didn't work online). For dessert, the black tie mousse cake is our favorite.

The service we received from Grace was top notch!! She had a beautiful kind attitude and was helpful and attentive. Our food was portioned perfectly, fresh and tasty. The prices are fair. The atmosphere is lovely, especially with the Italian music playing. The restaurant is very clean and decorated beautifully.

Me and my girl went to olive garden today and kay took care of us service was nice super friendly if you are ever in area please ask for her !

Decided to step in on a random weekday and our server Vickey was very sweet and attentive during our visit. Food came out fast & was good too.

My wife and I were in the Mansfield area after a doctor's appointment and procedure. We were both hungry since we had skipped lunch. It was way before the dinner rush so we both felt safe and knew we'd be able to social distance in the dining room. My wife NEVER orders anything but soup and salad accompanied by Olive Garden's incredible and addictive breadsticks. I decided on the Create Your Own Pasta option. I had sauteed shrimp and mushroom cream sauce over angel hair pasta accompanied by salad and, of course, breadsticks. Our server was very attentive and "masked" up the whole time we were there. I watched the staff that was taking extra care to sanitize the tables and chairs after guests left. We were happy to see the extra care that was being taken. Of course, the salad was as great as it always is and the breadsticks so YUMMY. My shrimp and mushroom cream sauce over angel hair pasta was almost to the point of being decadent. It was SO rich and SO good. Thank you Olive Garden for a wonderful experience and meal.

I've been here several times but have yet to leave a review... we sat in the bar area (not at the bar) and Corina was our server. She was great!! She consistently checked on us and made sure we were well taken care of. The restaurant was clean, and the food was well prepared. I ate the Ziti... thats my go-to there. I highly recommend it (who doesn't love cheese, am I right?!). Great place for the family and I've always had good service here.

I avoid this place due to the stigma associated with it. I shouldn't. Or service was excellent, food was great, and prices were very reasonable. Go and enjoy yourself for a casual night out.

Decided to go to Olive Garden for their "world famous" breadsticks. Horrible choice. The breadsticks were somehow soggy, hard, and lacked any flavor. The service took 15 minutes for a simple soup bowl. The lady at the counter was rude, and worst of all, they forgot my mint!!!! I had 3 people tell me that MY BREATH SMELLED! You do not understand how embarrassing and humiliating that was. Having and knowing that your breath smells bad and not being able to fix it is truly humbling. I now thank the lord and our savior God himself that I no longer go to this Olive Garden in order to spare my co worker's nostrils.

I really do love Olive Garden and I know a lot of y'all will say it's not Italian but idc their salad, the breadsticks with the Alfredo sauce uhg that's life.

What a great experience having dinner on Saturday night! We had the pleasure to be served by Sam who was also the bartender on staff. Everything was hit and tasted awesome! This was the best Olive Garden we have ever been to. We will go back again and ask to be seated near the bar where Sam is working! Great service! Perfect bread sticks!

Great service from Izaac first of all, but everyone was very friendly for a busy lunchtime. The drink was fast, the food came in perfect time. As always, your salad and breadsticks are to die for, I could skip the entree and just eat nothing but salad, it was fresh, and crunchy and delicious. The pasta and chicken was perfect, thank you, can't wait to come back again.

I went to Olive Garden years ago. Chose to go again yesterday. My daughter , granddaughter 3 years old. Myself. I think they have changed their menu from a few years ago. We received a kids menu ,so we ordered a pizza and fries for my granddaughter. We just had a appraiser till we looked through the menu to see what we wanted ,thinking the pizza and fries would be out for the 3 yr old,so she could eat . We decided we couldn't find anything we wanted and just had bread sticks.When we ordered the bread sticks we let the waitress know we were done ordering . We were going to let her eat and go eltswhere.I had to go find someone to ask where the pizza and fries were after awhile. Then then a little bit later it was brought out. Probably 30 minutes . Then they also said they don't sell adults pizza ??? I don't know why they would say that. So she ate some of her pizza and fries then we left. Waste of time and money . Mansfield Texas . Wish it was better I was looking forward to dinner. I would love to eat a meal there , I'm not fond of spaghetti and chicken .

Food is always hot fresh and delicious. I particularly enjoy the soup and salad. Waitstaff is efficient and friendly.

Service was wonderful but the food was a little bland, not like most Olive Gardens I have been to, but ok and we may try it again just because the service staff was top notch and very welcoming! I have no problem with spending my hard earned money on that service any day!!! The best!!

Great service from our waiter Patrick, he was very attentive, and so kind. He did a splendid job thank you so much!

We had a party of 16, 7 adults and 9 kids, 8 of them being a hockey team. Our kids just had a hockey game and needed to eat so we stopped here. Our server was Kaibre. He was absolutely amazing! He smiled the entire time, treated all of us with respect, was really good with the kids and always made sure everyone had what they needed. Our kids had another game in Frisco and had to leave to make it on time so right when they got done eating they all left with the coach and a hockey dad while us moms stayed back to pay. Kaibre got us our checks and took care of us right away. We had about 8 or 9 different checks and he sorted them for us. I give this young man so much praise for the job he did. He never once lost his patience or his composure, even when things got a bit hectic taking our orders or having 2 or 3 people talking to him at once. I could not have handled a crowd like us but he did so with no problem. If we go back to this Olive Garden again hopefully Kaibre is there and we will ask for him to take care of us. He's the best! More people in this business need to be like him!

The girl upfront is a LIAR! They told us our wait was 25 min so we took a seat in the waiting area and waited and waited. We then asked for an update on the time and the girl said she had called our names repeatedly and even texted us (never received a text) so they gave our table away! Like ma'am no you didn't just say you skipped us and offer us the next table. Like there were 6 of us inside y'all's store and we weren't even talking we would've heard y'all call our name. we ended up leaving because this is ridiculous!

I frequent Olive Garden in Mansfield and today I stopped by the bar for some soup & salad and a drink and the bartender Pierce did an incredible job! He greeted me with a smile and had a wonderful attitude during my whole visit. I will definitely be coming back again!

The service is great! Always had drinks coming . Food was delicious ! I had the lunch spaghetti and meatballs ! Very clean inside

The food was okay not very many options for vegetarians, the service how ever was not good I want to re-assess this restaurant later on but I went back in July and the server we had we saw twice for the drinks and food she didn't bring us our salad and bread till we got our entrees and we didn't get one refill our whole service, like I said we have to re-assess the business to see if that is the pin pointed problem so we will see how next visit goes!

I really Olive Garden Spinach dip it's delicious and will recommend it to everyone. Customer service was very good I have to say Chris the manager at the Lincoln location is awesome. I had a problem with my order and he stepped up and took care as a manager us to do Thank you Chris good manager.

I haven't eaten at this location in a while but the wait time for a table was short. The waitress was nice but not so attentive to our order. We ordered a meal to go that she didn't bring and left table after we paid that we didn't get a chance to ask her about it. But our dining experience was pleasant and the food was served hot and it was good. Wasn't so bad that she forgot our to go order because we weren't charged for it.

I love Olive Garden and so does my family. Not a lot of keto options but you can get salmon which is a little pricey but it is good. When not on keto i usually get soup and salad - chicken gnocchi is the best!

We are waiting for a table, multiple people get set before us, granted less people 2/3 people but they are here after us. We asked about our table after waiting 5 min over the time. She said there isn't enough staff to seat us. Then we were told they are waiting for a big top to open, this is a pet peeve of mine. It's inefficient, it's poor management. Waiting for a "big top" to open instead of creating a big top needs is such a rookie move. We have 6 of us, it's not like it's a huge party. Also, they sat a 4 top at a big table that would have accommodated us when there were open booths next to it without an X, meaning they were marked off for social distancing. Not sure who manages

Still good dessert and good food ! Good service too she was sweet and nice , s/o to sierra. My pasta is still delicious and everything

Blake was our server, he is one of the best, smiling all the time, kept checking on us, recommending us what to have on dinner. He deserves more than a five stars and the food was amazing beyond the highest rating available.

Undercooked/rare chicken. Ate a good amount before I realized Manager took 15 minutes to get to us just to offer remake or take it off the check. I was grossed out so I just had it taken off but I feel more should've been done being that I can get sick. Meantime we had asked for bread/drink refills multiple times and she finally brought the drink refills and never the bread. Not busy at the time we went so I don't understand why everything took forever.

5 stars for food and because our server Marshall had exceptional service to me and my family. Decided to take my mom out for her birthday dinner and the whole experience was amazing! Marshall took great care of us and we will be asking to sit in his section next time we come:)

Pick up orders? You may want to go some where else. I stood there and asked where pick orders are at. They had four people working there and one said. Just wait there. So I stood there for a long time. I finally decide to sit down to wait and the second I sit. I'm asked what my name is and that I need to pay now. You couldn't of asked me that the entire time I waited right next to you?! Then he proceeds to place my order on the counter, extremely rudely, and walks off saying here's your food. The manager watches this all transpire and says nothing. What a joke. Won't be coming back here again. Couldn't even ask for anything because as soon as I was given my order, they scattered like rats.

I went to Olive Garden in Mansfield on N Hwy 287 with a party of 9 and we had the VERY BEST waitress tonight named Ms. Vickey. She is at the Mansfield store under the manager Manny Chuckwuezi. She was on top of everything and made sure we had full drinks, plenty of food and just made sure we had everything we need.. She had an AMAZING attitude and was very sweet. Everyone in the party was very pleased with her performance and attitude tonight. You guys are very Blessed to have a waitress this amazing. We will definitely be coming back and asking for her. Thank you for the amazing service and amazing attitude you had serving us.

One of my go to restaurants. The waiters have always been super friendly and I really appreciate the food service.

Went lastnight to eat I had create my meal ...omg the spaghetti, creamy mushrooms sauce, and saute . Was delicious and too much to eat. Larry had (my hubby) same type but got spaghetti, 5 cheese marinara sauce, and 2 options together- Italian sausage, and meatballs. The peach tea was great, the salad w as great, Larry loved the tomatoes. I really wanted stuffed mushrooms....

My family generally patronizes this location when we are craving Italian. Today was no different, except we had a four legged insect friend join us. While we were finishing our meal a ROACH comes zooming out on the table. We told the waiter about it and his response was " well it's hot, they are probably trying to come in to the cool." Not satisfied with that response, we ask for a manager. Very casually she responds " Thanks for letting me know." As a result I want to let you all know, that cleanliness and pest control is not a priority at this location. I do believe that a meal compensation would have sufficed for the roaming roach.

Awful service!!!! We came here with party of 30 and we had only 1 waiter. The brought us our food in 1 hour 45 minutes. Never come here if you have more than 5 people. Another 50 minutes to get checks and get out.

Disappointed even though it's Olive Garden. The service was lackluster. I don't mind waiting for a reasonable amount of time but 20 minutes is a bit much esp when I sat in a bar booth. Finally staff came got my water. I ordered. Salad came less than 5 minutes before my entree. My entree tasted like the sauce came straight out of a can. No flavor at all. Nope I know I wasn't in any region in Italy but I didn't expect sauce to taste like it's canned.

Olive garden has gone downhill a long ways. Server had to be called over twice. She seemed to have an attitude of us being an annoyance. Not once did she come by to ask if everything was ok. We had to "request" everything. When u have unlimited soups your not supposed to have to call waitress over for more, at least never before. The portions were smaller than I remember. The tour of Italy, their signature dish and almost $20, looked as if it had sat on the heat shelf for 20 minutes before being served. The soupa toscana was watery (I can make better at home), which is a shame. We haven't been to our local olive garden in a long while. Wife and I will try that one to see if it just this location or the the while chain. So sad, you used to be walking out holding your belly thinking you had eaten too much. I am leaving here wanting to stop at a pizza place. Again so sad.

Great food and fast service very friendly, the manager at this location is doing an awesome job, our server cecilia was very nice and fast bringing drinks and food .

i have been waiting for at least half an hour and nobody has come to serve me, horrible service!!!! would not recommend this location.

This was my first time to this location. I thought the dining area was pretty large compared to other Olive Garden's I've been to. It was a Friday evening probably around 6, we got right in only waited maybe 3 minutes until we were seated. Our server was pretty good got all our order right. Only thing weird was there was no pepper on the table, and I asked him in the beginning if you could bring me some for my salad and I had to ask again and he brought it out after our food came, that's nothing bad though. Food was delicious and good as always little pricey for what I got but worth it I had leftovers to take home for lunch next day.
