Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This was our anniversary treat. I didn't use the bathroom but everything seemed clean. Staff were welcoming and the service swift, pleasant and attentive. The salad as always was fresh something to look forward to although the second bowl was drowned in dressing. We got an appetizer of creamed spinach dip which was hot but really salty. Maybe someone makes it fresh but it was overly salty tasting like a processed dip. I got the chicken parmesan served with spaghetti. L got the eggplant parmesan. All was hot with generous portions. My chicken just didn't seem fresh like maybe premade somewhere else. I might be wrong. L loved hers, so maybe it's taste preference. We love coming here because the food and service is consistent and will keep on returning.

Finally worked the courage up to take the kids out to dinner with a friend and her children and as any mom knows that’s a mess in itself. Anyways I tried to join a waitlist online just to give them time to set a table up and be prepared it’s Tuesday night for goodness sake not Friday anyways the website says for parties larger then 6 call so that’s what I did I was at the light preparing to turn in but again why bring 6 kids inside an establishment to wait on a table ? I said well your website says to call it I had less then I could have joined without being in the building and she very rudely and condescendingly is like well that’s not an option. I said please add me I do not want to bring in multiple kids to a waiting area no compassion empathy etc I walk in and she’s rude again I go to my car contemplating it I really do love Olive Garden but I also don’t patronize businesses that are rude an not willing to work with you so I call outback never been typically do Texas road house but was feeling froggy tonight explained what happened at Olive Garden she says I’ll get your table ready yall come on 🥹 the night was tough but I just wanted to have a meal with my friend who also happens to have babies and we made it work I also feel like maybe I was judged because I look young but don’t let the red hair lashes and nails fool you baby I don’t go out to eat often but when I do I tip 50 plus so you know the server at out back had a great time with us 🙂‍↔️

Server was the best! She thought of everything we might possibly need. The atmosphere was a bit crowded and a few screaming babies, but we could still talk and enjoy our date. Food was as good as I remember it from a few years ago with my first love. Only now it’s a more happy ending! Amore vero!

The food was great, there was no wait, and even though they were short-staffed our server was polite, helpful, and in a good mood. It was my mom's first time going to an Olive garden, but she said it definitely won't be her last!

I’ve eaten here several times. Food is very good. But, the service for my husband and I tonight was top notch! We had Brady as a server. He was absolutely phenomenal. Please give this man a raise. I work in the service industry, and his all around vibe and personality really was a breath of fresh air. Husband and I will be back soon, and we will make sure to have him serve us again. Thank you, Olive Garden.

Haven't been to this location in a long time. Nothing wrong with it just never felt the need to go. But my visit there the other day wss quite pleasing. The frozen drinks they have first off are quite tasty. The amount of food you get here is nice, got our app, then the salad and breadsticks, then finally the entrees. Everything was actually really good, which is quite the surprise. The restaurant was clean. The only thing I would have said is that maybe you should have more wait staff we did have to wait a little longer unusual because there wasn't many servers but That's okay food was delicious. Definitely try the spot.

We moved to Mobile a few months ago and have been hesitant on trying a new Olive Garden. In GA , our local restaurant was top notch. This restaurant exceeded our expectations! Especially for take out . Everything was fresh, super hot and absolutely DELICIOUS! We’re so excited to have another OG that will meet our expectations .

UPDATE: Be careful treading in at 7:45pm on a weekday for dinner and drinks. We were greeted with an immediate 20-25 minute wait for a party of three. We waited 43 minutes before being seated by the “manager.” To be apart of the, “no coke, no dr. pepper, no sweet tea” announcement. What an experience. Went during lunch hour and had a pleasant meal! I enjoyed the fried mozzarella appetizer! Thankful for the accommodations to have my speggatti sauce on the side.

Visited this location twice in two weeks -- once for late lunch and once for early Sunday dinner. The lunch visit was exceptional with everything being made exceptionally well. The only picky complaints were under-proved breadsticks and the Alfredo dish could have been sauced more and Chicken gnocchi soup wasn't thick enough-- but that was being super picky. Our waiter was 10/10 (not young/not old but obviously he was experienced at waiting in nice restaurants.) Our Sunday dinner showed us excellence again with the stuffed appetizer, fluffy breadsticks (yay) and saucier Alfredo. But the ziti wasn't lusciously bubbly baked like the first time. Service was as expected for this chain. My point? Olive Garden can surprise you. Will it ever be the establishment that made their pasta in house with it being demo'd? Doubtful. But when whoever's in the kitchen or waiting tables puts effort forward, well it shows. This location is tired and well loved but again also expected in an almost 40 year building. The ambience is what it is. 4 stars for inconsistencies in dishes.

First I want to say our server, Kaitlyn M, was outstanding. She was enthusiastic, proficient, and very kind to my two granddaughters. We went on a Monday night, but it was quite busy. I think the restaurant was understaffed, but service was reasonably quick. The sweet tea tasted very fresh and was sweetened just right. The Fettuccine Alfredo was a little bit bland, but otherwise ok.

The service was great and fast. The bread was buttery and soft, and the salad had a lot in it (more than 4 olives)! Bring a sweater because it's always very cold Shrimp Alfredo - really rich, shrimp was cooked well Creamy alfredo sauce made from scratch with ingredients like parmesan, cream, garlic and butter, tossed with fettuccine and sautéed shrimp. Eggplant Parmigiana - I love how they cut their eggplant. It's thin and crunchy! I would like more sauce on the spaghetti though Hand-breaded eggplant, lightly fried and topped with marinara and melted mozzarella. Served with a side of spaghetti.

This was the worst Olive Garden experience I've ever had! If there was the option for 0 stars I would have used it. The service was not great, but much better than the food. So first item to mention is that for some reason the soup was brought out not using the standard plate underneath. This method causes the server to have to touch the rim of the shallow bowl where the soup also splashes and touches. This is not proper food safety standards and I suspect that is not the only corner that is being cut for food safety standards. My salad plate had a large chip missing and was sharp. If you like grated cheese on your food this Olive Garden is not the place to go. You would have thought I said something rude when I asked for cheese but I get no one really enjoys grating the cheese. Really on to the actual issue which was the quality of the food. It was terrible! We got the soup, salad, and breadsticks. The salad came first and it looked like it had been sitting dressed for a very long time and the breadsticks were cold and dry. The Zoupa Tuscana was thick and chunky; there was no broth at all. In addition to having no broth there was also no sausage and one piece of kale. It was cold. We thought maybe they were switching out to a different batch being how what we were served was just like cold mashed potatoes; when we asked, the waitress told us it was the same way. So we thought we'd try the chicken gnocchi being how the Zoupa Tuscana was inedible. The gnocchi was mush in the soup and the taste was really off so at that point we decided we should talk with a manager being how there was no other soup that we wanted on their menu. The manager was incredibly rude. She made excuses of how the soup was actually fine. She said we could change our order to something else that would come with salad but we declined as we actually only went for the soup and didn't trust they could prepare anything else any better. Then she said she could just make it salad and breadsticks and take off the soup which would only remove $1 per meal. When confronted about the terrible service and atmosphere she said to "just leave then." I have never encountered a more rude and arrogant manager at a food service establishment. It really rounded off the experience with this Olive Garden. I have my questions if the food was actually safe to eat, as both people in my party that had a small amount of the Zoupa Tuscana had terrible stomach upset for the rest of the day.

It's Olive Garden. It's not upscale dining but the salad is always great, seems to consistently be great at all locations.

The food and service was terrible. My drink was delivered to someone else's table and then moved to mine after it sat with another diner for 15 minutes. Service was slow and my tiramisu was frozen rock hard, not to mention that its taste was atrocious. It should have never been served.

Will not be back me, and my mother were not treated well at all we had a African American server . I guess she was not fond of white people, also everyone around us had glass cups evens the tables that sat down after us but we got plastic, also my mom asked for a refill on sweet tea twice said there wasn't any left then She slammed plates down on the table and was rushing us didn't even ask us if we needed to go boxes or to go drinks. Then didn't even give us lids for our cups nor straws. Won't be back at all mind you I have been serving and bartending for 7 years never treated anyone differently or like we were treated.

My mom and I were treated terrible by our waitress. She had an attitude as soon as we sat down. I asked for ice water with lemon. She brought me water with lemon dumped in the bottom of my glass not on the side. They looked smashed and nasty like it had been just dumped from the bottom of someone else's glass or from the empty bowl from the day. Then when she brought my soup with my salad, she put the spoon all the way down in the soup. No plate underneath my bowl, no spoon on the side, I literally would have had to put my fingers in the soup to pull the spoon out. Not to mention the soup looks disgusting like it was old. I love olive garden soup Toscana, but I will never go back to Olive Garden in Mobile again. After I read some reviews, I see another lady was treated the same way down the thread and I hate to say I do feel this was racial. I am a white women same as her. I've never felt this way at any eating establishment. I was literally afraid to eat my food. I'm a nurse so I get people have bad days but I've never been treated like this ever in a restaurant and no one should be ever treated this way anywhere. God bless

They have good prices and there food was impeccable it did not take long for my food to come out

I was genuinely excited to eat here but I could not have had a crazier plote twist ever. First things first the staff was Nice, and polite, they were great!! Second we got our drinks, salad, and breadsticks and the Salad had ICE CUBES!! LIKE WHAT and our some of our breadsticks were cold and stale. oh and I totally forgot to mention they put us at the darkest table I have ever seen. We could Barley read the menu without using our iPhone lights, and yes I use a IPhone. Oh and there was a giant table we could if used right next to us but they just didnt decide to put us at the Nicely lit table. Food was ok not good not bad. French Fries was not salted enough.

Dinner here was okay. If I could rate things individually, our server would've gotten a 5/5 because he was so fantastic. We started with ravioli for an appetizer, and we each got a margarita. The ravioli wasn't bad, and the margaritas were alright. We also shared a bowl of endless salad, but I was disappointed with the ratios. There were 3 olives in the entire bowl, and D got them all without realizing there were only 3. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara. It was bland as all get-out. Absolutely no seasoning, no flavor to really speak of. D ordered the shrimp alfredo, and she said hers was pretty good but light on seasoning as well. We decided against dessert as we were both uncomfortably full. However, the dessert menu looked pretty delicious!

The olive garden in Mobile Ala. Let's start off with the good , beautiful restaurant, truly captures the Italian ambiance , the service was good , we were served by Maria, and she was very polite and helpful , ok from here on is downhill quickly !!! Order the toasted Ravioli , this tasted like Walmart reheat ravioli !!! Onward , I ordered the shrimp alfredo the shrimp were like no taste oh yea it has scallops the size of a raisin and the Alfred sauce was no where to be found ... This meal was $20.95 I have had this dish at other Olive Gardens it was delicious . I understand we all mess up on dishes we cook or in olive garden case warm up , but I must say Great effort was put into to make all of this meal bad ...... congratulations!!! I'm sure I'm not the only one that has had this great effort of bad food bestowed upon .,this Olive Garden, as a corporate company shows very poor leadership skills and no concern about their customers , only their bottom line .

So my brilliant brain thought it would be a swell idea to get supper at the Olive Garden. There were tornado warnings.. so surely all the hungry people on a rainy night would have the good sense to stay home. That being the case meant there wouldn't be any long wait lines. Aw yeah: introverts unite! So we went for it. We walked in and there was no line! About 5 employees milled around glancing at us like we were broken statues being wheeled in. Finally someone took mercy on us and led us to a table near a crying baby & left without saying a word. We waited & wondered if things had become digitized since the 90s. I say this because there was an electronic tablet on the table. After waiting a few minutes, we wondered if we had to order on that iPad - so we investigated. But there were no entree options so we decided to try an appetizer. We ordered spinach artichoke dip & clicked submit. Finally after we became skeletons from waiting forever, a young man appeared & asked us if we wanted beverages. We placed our order - I wanted the Endless soup/salad. Minestrone soup, to be exact. I asked if the appetizer would come out first - and he assured us it would. He asked me if I wanted the soup the same time as my dining companion's entree. I said yes please. So a minute later - EVERYTHING comes out including appetizer. Everything except my SOUP. I try the dip.. A goopy congealed dip - lumpy and dry & the flatbread crisps were tasteless and burnt. Ugh whatever. The salad? He tried to leave without grating parmesan cheese but we called out loudly with our voices before he escaped. Yeah you better grate that cheese, young man. The croutons were STALE. Slightly soft and gross. Red onions were cut haphazardly, like 3 small 8-onion-legged octopi. I waited around for my soup but I had a feeling it was forgotten. So we pushed the button on iPad for help. He finally arrived & grinned & said he'd be right back with it. Finally he dropped it off - his dirty bare finger touching my soup from the INSIDE RIM of the bowl. Gross! No plate beneath the shallow bowl like in the commercials. Guess the kitchen didn't want to wash an extra plate. Oh well - time to build my immunity - I'll eat this soup contaminated by the server's hands. Bear in mind our table had a dim or missing bulb, it was kind of dark. But holy moly!!! I spoon up a chunk of... BEEF?! What!! Uh homie don't eat that and last I checked, Minestrone soup is vegetarian. I asked my dining companion to taste it to confirm - "Yes, that's beef," he said. We pushed the button on the iPad (the call button, we joked, as we felt we were in a hospital room from hell). Our server chuckled about the mixup of the Pasta e Fagioli/Minestrone soup. This was upsetting and we should have been comped. Oh guess what else? The breadsticks were DRY and old AF. I took one bite and threw it across the table, back in the basket (Air Jordan!). I understand that it was low class of me to toss bread from whence it came from but it was NOT fresh & soft. It was inedible and stale and cold. They just didn't care or have pride in their service or food. Anyway - it was time to go - our server never once asked me if I wanted more soup or salad (Endless soup and salad, my foot). He didn't even offer dessert. But I asked him for a takeout-container for the remainder of my salad. He came back with a new packed salad with a snap-on lid featuring an *empty* compartment for a small container of dressing and a package of croutons. However - no dressing or croutons were included. (Did he skip the training? Though that's basic common sense ). Ummm - I said I asked for an EMPTY container to shove in my leftover salad - he seemed confused and amused - but finally he agreed to get me an empty container. Good grief. And when did they stop giving out Andes chocolate mints at the end? What the heck! That was going to my salvation, a little something to boost my sour mood. YET.. We didn't receive any mints. Trick or treat indeed - we got all the tricks played on us tonight. Honestly I think management sent the capable servers home because of the inclement weather. Or maybe it was a bad day. Or maybe it's downhill in general like my momma said when I told her what happened to us. Either way... We truly had a terrible time. Incompetence and negligence abound. And the food was not fresh. It must have been left out from the lack of expected business. Olive Garden on Airport Blvd used to be THE place back in the 90s.. with savvy waiters. We tipped 20% despite the torture. Oh and something else happened that made me bust out laughing because it capped off the night in consistent disappointment: the iPad from hell spit out a receipt & THERE WAS NO INK! We just left that slip of paper on the table. We shan't return. "When you're here, you're family." Like hell we was. Maybe like scorned red-headed stepchildren, we're family. Goodnight, nightmare Tour of Italy.

At the door, we were given a 20 minute wait time, but we were called up to be seated only 5 minutes later. Our server was attentive and friendly, and we never had an empty glass. She made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. Salad was excellent, as always. The spinach dip appetizer we got was a very large portion, to our surprise. We didn't get any breadsticks until after our entrees had arrived, but that was due to the kitchen, not our server. Noise level was quiet, even though the place had a lot of guests and all the tables around us were occupied. The only thing I'd change about the experience would be to have our "old" dishes removed from the table. We had them stacked neatly and pushed to the edge so she could take them, but she never did at any point. Not a dealbreaker, just something I'd like to see happen next time we're there, and there will definitely be a next time.

Came in Monday December 18th, '23 The host was not to be seen for a while and multiple servers passed by saying they would be right with us and still waited we seen a young girl doing silverware that and they said it wasn't their shift to help. The host that was sitting us seemed to have an attitude while there.

Let me start with the positive. The waiter was extremely nice. They seated us immediately, which was great. However, I ordered water to drink and all the family got sodas. My water glass was completely full of old food or sauce, down the whole inside and was floating. I asked for another water and it still had stuff in the bottom. Maybe the ice itself is dirty? The glasses and silverware were not clean. About 15 minutes after dinner my husband got very sick. I will add that my kids all had meals and they all said they were really good.

Three stars for good effort. Like most chains, quality and service can be inconsistent. On a recent visit the food and service were both great. I don't frequent Olive Garden but now that my daughter knows about their soup, salad, and breadsticks, I'm sure she'll be dragging me there on occasion. My daughter and I had soup, salad, and shared a bowl of fettuccine Alfredo. I spent around $15 so I felt like that was a good value for both of a nice meal. I wasn't crazy about the alfredo sauce. It was a bit thin and not seasoned really. We had to add salt and pepper, and that helped a lot. The soup and salad were great on this particular visit.

Had lunch 02/20/2024, in Mobile, Al. Something very wrong with this restaurant. Sierra M, server, was border line rude and acted irritated that we were there. I ordered lasagna, which was thrown on my table as she raced by in a small soup bowl. About 3"X3", only two layers, with ricotta in the middle, swimming in a very odd flavored sauce (which was not their norm, and had not been prepared correctly). Was so bad I could not eat it. Server stopped by and opened up a cheese grater that was empty and dumped the leftover cheese powder on the lasagna. Worst meal I have ever had at the Olive Garden

Came in with a local soccer team of 20+ and despite being short staffed got us taken care of. The manager and staff were great. As for food and stuff, the quality is consistently good.

It's ok! We went to Olive Garden upon request of my child. Italian style salad was great! Breadsticks were great! Salmon was a bit dry and I didn't love the broccoli one bit. (They tasted steamed with no seasonings.) Our server gave us a whole cup of the Andes mints so that was pretty cool. Overall - it's not bad - not my fave. I paid using their tabletop tablet. Pretty easy to do. Next time I will order the soup and salad. Really can't go wrong with their chicken gnocchi or their minestrone.

I came to get a quick dinner here.... and as soon as I was greeted by a horrible stench creeping up my mask. The whole entry smelled like a dirty wet mop. After waiting for a table for a minute and complementing my life decisions- I was seated in the seating area. I took off my mask and BOOM. The smell was overwhelming. I couldn't even stomach eating there around the smell so I left. I don't know if the mop water needs to be changed or if the carpets need a deep cleaning - but yeah something needs to be done for the moldy mop smell

So to start off the staff was super nice! The food tasted good but i'm not sure if it was the cups or the ice? In all of our drinks you could see stuff floating on the top. Before I got back to my hotel room I got sick and I think it was something to do with the dishes or something not being kept clean

I always loved Olive Garden. Been going to various locations for 30 years. My wife and I went there today and as always the food is delicious. Our waitress was very nice and did a very good job. She did fail to mention an up-change on an item but quickly and genuinely apologized for it when brought to her attention. I could tell she was sincere so how can a reasonable person fault that. I worked as a waiter in the past and understand how multitasking tables can cause one to miss small details. Only giving a four star because I barely remembered paying nearly $60 for two at the Olive Garden in the past. We didn't buy the most expensive dishes but maybe the issue is food cost inflation which the restaurant has no control over. At any rate I recommend eating here. Happy dining!

1/2 the bowl is empty when it arrived, there was soup all around the inside but not on the bottom. After stirring it alittle, found very few potatoes and it's very watery. I love Olive Garden, glad I'm just driving thru and don't live here.

Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Walked in at 7:00pm and seated right away, was not greeted at my table by the "waitress" for a good 10 minutes, when she finally came and got our drink order and appetizer, she returned another 10 minutes later, no drinks but to inform me they were out of the appetizer I ordered, she proceeded to walk away and not return for another 15- 20 minutes again with nothing for us but for the appetizers for the table that had been just sat. We chose to walk out, save yourself the time and money and do not go to OlI've Garden. you will be disappointed

All our food came at same time. Salad, appetizer and entree. I ordered a Prosecco and waitress had no clue what it was. Asked if it was sparking water. Then when my drink came out it was Moscato not Prosecco. Waitress couldn't even tell me what she brought me to drink. Food was good but that was about it.

Granted That I love Olive Garden's salads, the rest of the experience highly depends on the service I get. I'm not a huge fan of the flavors this chain puts together, and it has been this way for quite some years. What's worse, is that the service and the lack of care drives that wedge even deeper for me. This unit of Olive Garden has a very large parking lot to provide its customers. It's not relatively easy getting onto or off of Airport but Montlimar is pretty easy to use. What irritated me about the parking was that the employees park just to the west side of the building and take their breaks there. The problem with that? It's in full view of the dining room which has its main windows overlooking this area. Bad form, OG. We watched your staff go out and sit on hoods of cars and smoke while we waited HOURS for food. We were seated right away at a table after asking for a booth and deciding that it wasn't worth the wait for one. After 10 minutes we were greeted by a waiter who took our drink order, a sweet tea and a San Pellegrino which seemed to confuse him. It's an Italian sparkling water that has been served there for years. We then listened to him loudly announce at the server station that he had greeted the wrong table. There was a loud debate as to who would take the table. 10 minutes later we received our drinks, but no order had yet been taken. I was already very irritated and wanted to leave. But my wife wanted to eat here and I wanted her to be happy. My wife ordered Seafood Alfredo, and I the Zoodles Primavera with Shrimp along with Alfredo dip for the bread sticks and of course a bowl of salad. 25 minutes later we received a bowl of salad and the Alfredo sauce. The bread was not yet ready. Usually we are offered cheese on the salad and had to ask for the cheese, which took literally 10 minutes to get. Still no bread at this point, which took yet another 5 minutes. By this time we had been there for an hour. We finally received our food. It was ok. Not spectacular but ok. We ordered the Brownie Lasagna and a coffee for dessert and several to go dishes. We received the dessert 20 minutes later and the coffee another 25 minutes after that, after we had eaten the dessert. That is just absolutely unacceptable. The bill was not available to pay at the on table device. I was told that it was because the device had been accidentally swapped and that another table had paid for our meal and that they would take care of it if I would just give them my card. Not happening. I wanted a printout of the bill and am glad that I did because there was an item on it that we had not ordered. Why? Because the device had been in another table and they were playing games on our bill. $100.00 for the meal that took two and a half hours to get? That's just dumb and I will not make that mistake again. I don't review restaurants and give bad reviews regularly. You can look at my other reviews to see that I praise what I can even when the experience was bad. I'm not able to do that here. It's Olive Garden. What's the expression? Where you're family? Yep, you'd have to be family to want to come back for that wait again.

Are there 4/30/23 at 6pm for a birthday party , ordered chicken carbonara . Just finished throwing up at 830pm. Food tasted great but something didn't sit well.

Hanging with my niece today. She doesn't get out much, so we're slowly expanding her palate. She said she had never been to Olive Garden, so I figure that might be good place to start with a 12 year old whose diet mainly consists of chicken. We order some fried cheese which was quite yummy and then We get chicken Alfredo bowl and salad from the lunch menu. Several pieces of My linguine were way undercooked. They were definitely not al dente! The food was definitely not worth the $$. I mean you had to pay an extra $3.50 to add chicken to the Alfredo and there was like three pieces and they looked like they came out of one of those pre made grilled chicken bags. They were also out of the pasta e fagoli soup. Obviously, if you know it's a favorite, make more!!! Next time we'll be looking elsewhere to expand her palate

This entire review is banking on the staff. Third time I've been here. Mistakes can happen and they happened this time. The soups were perfect and the breadsticks were hot. Honestly, I was feeling a little full before the appetizer even rolled in. We ordered the sampler appetizer and the mozzarella sticks weren't the best. One was practically just the breading with no cheese. They shorted us on the calamari and the beef ravioli was hard on the outside with hardly any stuffing. Sounds awful, doesn't it? BUT, the staff were friendly about it and quick to fix it. We told them about our concerns and they let us have that appetizer for free. We ordered more calamari and they gave us a big helping of it to our satisfaction. Our entrees were amazing and they kept those soups coming. All restaurants have their mistakes in the kitchen, but a mistake can be corrected. That's exactly what they did and that's why this review is still five stars.

Went here for Valentines dinner tonight and a worker came up to the host right in front of us and got mad at her for taking us and another table after she was apparently told to stop taking tables (discuss that somewhere else first of all) then didn't get drinks and salad till 15 mins after waiting then our actual waiter came like 15 mins after getting our drinks our food came out undercooked, while eating right after getting our food we were asked if we were paying together, if we were paying with card, and handed check and boxes. Then I was being hovered by waitress as I was feeling the tip and signature out and told I wasn't being rushed.... I will not be back everyone is so rude and and disrespectful!

My friend and I ate here yesterday afternoon, on Monday at 3. Obviously this is not a peak time of day and yet the 9 tables closest to us were all active. There is a one page menu specifically designed for the Happy Hour or Early Dining crowd, but no one tried to point that out. I looked for it because I remembered an email from several weeks ago. The gentleman who waited on us was nice and he was attentive. Everything was brought promptly except the mixed drink that I ordered. It seems they have a designated mixer, a person out of sight, who mixes the drinks...eventually. I got mine faster than a lady at a nearby table, though, who had to ask several times and still didn't get it until her server got upset at someone in the back.... Anyway, I might have considered ordering a second drink, we were there well over an hour, but I didn't feel like dealing with "may I have the drink I ordered " drama. My friend had the 5 cheese ziti and I had the eggplant parmesan. We both had the bottomless salad bowl and there were breadsticks that came with it but I didn't try them. I wish they had asked, we would have preferred the salad dressing on the side, but it came out with the bread sticks even before we ordered anything. The ziti was good, yes, I tasted it, and the eggplant parmesan was very tasty. It came with some spaghetti and sauce on the side but I didn't try that. Anyway, one of the coolest looking things on the menu was a Giant meatball. A lady at the next table did order that. I took the picture.

Who doesn't love an Olive Garden?! This location had incredible service and food tonight. Dom and Aluna were incredible! I would recommend the cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce.

Okay folks...here is an interesting warning..... My wife is very allergic to cephalosporins. After eating at Olive Garden a while back she developed swelling hives etc. When we inquired we were told they were not using organic chickens but were planning to change. Recently we inquired if the change had been made. After many weeks we received a response from their customer service department......it is remarkable....the paragraph of greatest interest is as follows.... "As of January 1, 2017, our suppliers are prohibited by law from using antibiotics important to human medicine for growth promotion with farm animals and we continue to monitor their compliance. Additionally, antibiotics important to human medicine shall only be used to treat, prevent and control animal illness under the supervision of a veterinarian." I would hope that diseased or previously diseased chickens were not served to the customers.....read it carefully. It is remarkable because somehow they imply that they treat diseased chickens with antibiotics dangerous to humans and then serve them. Be careful MOBILE...... remarkable response...!

I ordered over the phone and everything was quick and easy. I paid and received my food without any complaints. If I ever come back to Mobile, I'll go to this location.

Such an awesome place to eat lunch or dinner, nice place to take Someone on a first date because of the romantic ambience. The food is always fresh and made exactly how I like it. You have to come and visit here if you have never tried it and for those of y'all that has, please go again. They have new drinks on the menu for the summer time! Our waitress is very nice also. And P.s. try the sweet red wine black bottle red top! You won't be disappointed.

Great food and excellent service. Shrimp scampi and zuppa tuscany soup went down great. Looking forward to our next return.

My mother and I were there for a late lunch on FRIDAY. We left around 1:30. We were seated immediately to the right in area with several booths a a couple of tables. Our server was really nice and spot on with great service. The food was good and plenty for the price. My back was against the wall. While there we here loud crashing and slinging sounds. Felt like the wall was shaking. Sounding like shelves were falling with dishes. Not very relaxing. It finally stopped. This young man came to clean off the table across from us. He slung to plates in his bucket and startled everyone there seated. Someone let out a sound like it had scared them. I looked at him and he glared at me several times. He then DUMPED all the scraps of plated food into the salad bowl. It was full and completely gross. It was so gross I couldn't eat. It was obvious he was mad and intentionally looked our way as he dumped food in the bowl like slop bucket. I don't think I can visit again. I hate that because there are some good people there.

My eldest son and I went several weeks ago and had the best time! I hate that you no longer get a salad free at the beginning of the visit but we made it work for us! Atmosphere was amazing and staff was very friendly and of course the food - AWESOME!

Olive Garden is the go to fine dining restaurant in my opinion! The food is just marvelous, the staff is friendly and caring too! I would recommend the pizza because wow it's good, almost forgot to mention the AMAZING sweet tea they have! Stop by if you have the money because it's the best dining in town!

I have read that Olive Garden restaurants across the country are struggling. But not this one. They have recently done a renovation on the facility. The staff has always been attentive and the food has always been great, so no renovation needed there. Whoever manages this Olive Garden ought to take over the rest of them!

My husband and I went to the Olive Garden on Saturday evening. Our silverware was dirty and the area where we were seated in the restaurant was not very clean either. The electronic checkout terminals on the tables are really gross. Our waitress was nice enough but slow and she didn't check back with us until it was time for us to leave. We enjoyed our food but worried about the lack of cleanliness so we probably won't be back.

Went to the Yelp event with my husband. The Hostess Ashley H. Was a very friendly person (: The food was wonderful and so was the server's. We'll definitely be going back soon to see our family (: Thanks for a wonderful dinner! #oktastes #sponsored
