The restaurant has such a nice vibe, and the food was absolutely delicious 😋. They specialize in pasta dishes, and even the soup was really tasty. They also offer healthier options like salmon and broccoli, which I really appreciated. Shoutout to our server, Jacob, for the exceptional service. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and extremely helpful throughout the meal. This was my first time at Olive Garden, and the entire experience was top-notch and genuinely impressive.

Service and location great. Our Server was amazing, friendly efficienct. Our 1st time at an Olive Garden, not sure if we didn't order the best selections of Pastas but dishes were just okay. Ordered the Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Parm, Spaghetti and Meatballs. Our Appetizer was good Shrimp Fritto (recommended by our server over calamari). Soup was on salty side and side salad was good.

During our trip to Niagara, we stopped at Olive Garden for a meal, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. As expected, the food was classic Olive Garden quality—nothing fancy, but comforting and consistent. We arrived quite hungry, and the staff wasted no time in getting us seated and taken care of, which was much appreciated. The house salad was fresh and crisp, with that signature dressing we all love. The chicken gnocchi soup never disappoints—warm, creamy, and comforting. I especially enjoyed the Alfredo chicken with linguine—creamy, rich, and satisfying. My family also ordered the chicken piccata, which was flavorful and well-cooked. Overall, it was a decent establishment that delivered exactly what you’d expect from Olive Garden, making for a satisfying meal after a long day of sightseeing.

Good for a casual family dinner Nice place overall. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, which is pretty standard. The menu has good variety, and the service was friendly and efficient. Nothing over-the-top fancy, but it’s a solid spot for a regular family night out. The portions are generous — definitely big enough to share. The margarita was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the shrimp assortment and chicken breast completely surprised us! I’ve honestly never tasted such a fresh and creative take on something as simple as chicken breast. Worth coming back just for that!

This was my wife and I’s first time finally trying Olive Garden, and our buddy was so excited for us to experience it — and honestly, it didn’t disappoint! The breadsticks were everything we hoped for, and the soups were even better. I got the Chicken & Gnocchi soup — creamy, hearty, and full of flavour. It actually reminded me of chicken and dumplins from Cracker Barrel, but even better! My wife went with the Minestrone soup and loved it so much she had two bowls. For mains, I ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo — it was rich and delicious, though a bit on the salty side, but still super enjoyable overall. My wife had the 5 Cheese Ziti, and our buddy stuck with his go-to Tour of Italy, both of which were awesome. To top it off, our server Saphire was fantastic — super friendly, patient, and rolled with all my tomfoolery, haha. Such a fun first experience — loved this place!

Nice Italian restaurant. Loved the pasta here! Portions were great, service was quick and friendly, and the old-style vibe inside makes it really cozy. Definitely a nice spot to enjoy a meal.

My first time in olive garden and loved the experience. Unlimited bread sticks and salad were my favourite part, and I've never eaten a better salad in a restaurant before. Main dishes were delicious as well, some of them were a bit bland but still enjoyable. And our waitress was extremely helpful and nice:))

Canadian here -- this is easily one of the best Italian chain restaurants I've experienced. Americans are lucky to have this, as we don't have anything quite like it up north. The staff were warm and attentive, checking in regularly and keeping the breadsticks, soups, and salads flowing. The pasta was exceptional--rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I also appreciated the convenience of the table-side tablet for ordering and payment--it made the whole experience smooth and efficient.

Outstanding service on Valentine's Day! Everything was reliably good, as expected from a chain restaurant. I highly recommend the Pink Champagne Wine if you like a sweet wine. Sweet with a touch of fizz

The only saving grace for this location is that the staff are friendly. The last few times I went the soup was watery and lukewarm warm. Even the breadsticks were lacking. Used to love going here for the soup, salad and breadsticks but keep leaving disappointed.

So ridiculously busy on a Saturday afternoon. I guess it's the Canadian shoppers? One of best OG I've eaten. Great service too. I hate to rate chains so highly but in this case they deserve it!

Its a olive garden...you know what to expect, the decor and setup try and make you feel like your in Italy, this one fails becuase the AC is cranked too high (personal opinion). The food at this Olive Garden is actually been cooked betterv than other Olive Gardebs I have been to, I got the ravioli last time we were there and it was very, very good! Plus the breads sticks, while bad for you, are absolutley delicious. Out of all of the chains in this area, its one of the better ones!

Came around 3pm on Saturday and there was a hive hour wait for table for 2. The restaurant is not packed but perhaps due to lack of staff, the wait existed. My highlights as usual are the unlimited salad or soup and breadsticks! I really enjoy their salad but definitely ask for light dressing unless you like each piece to be drenched. I am also addicted to their Bellini peach raspberry iced tea (non alcoholic) and it comes with bottomless refills. The mango strawberry iced tea was not bad either but less sweet and flavours were more subtle. For the soups they have a few on rotation and the day we went, they had minestrone, a chicken broth gnocchi (creamy based), a spicy sausage one and one more. For the mains we got a spaghetti with meatballs and a tour of Italy, which has Alfredo linguine, a chicken parmesan, and a slice of lasagna. The chicken parm was nice and crispy and the other two were nothing to write home about. The meatballs were good but the spaghetti was slightly overcooked to my liking.

We were seated quickly. Greeting by our server was slow. But she checked in on us more regularly throughout the rest of our visit. Drink from bar very slow! Food from kitchen was lukewarm. Restaurant was clean. I wouldn't go back!

We went last night, and it was apparent they were wildly understaffed. The workers we dealt with were trying their best, but it was hard to keep up. I felt bad for them. The food was typical for Olive Garden, and we left satisfied. I hope they're able to get more help soon.

Worst fn place in Niagara Falls. Totally dysfunctional can't get seated, can't get served, food was aweful. How in the world does it stay in business. Don't go!!!

This is the best Olive Garden I have ever been to. For one, I wasn't freezing like I usually am at Olive Garden restaurants lol. For two, our waitress (name was Lana I think, or possibly Lara) was amazing! And lastly, our food was excellent in taste and presentation. Everything came out in a timely fashion too. I also want to throw in a little side note that I lost my credit card here and when I came back for it they were very careful to verify that the card belonged to me so that it didn't go into the wrong hands. Great job! Everyone was so very nice here .. I only wish this Olive Garden was the closest one to my house so I could come here instead.

We have been going to this Olive Garden for quite a while. In the last few years, we have noticed a decrease in the quality of the kitchen. We visited this location on May 19 around 3pm. It seems like a lot of shoppers go for a late lunch at this time so we wait for about 40 minutes. I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. When it came out, the chicken was noticeably burned so much that It was rock hard. I am not sure why the kitchen quality check and the waitress let this come to my table. I asked for the Carbonara to be redone. It looks like when the waitress entered the order it was entered a new order and went to the back of the line. After the rest of my party had finished eating I asked the waitress to find out what was happening. After she came back and said it should be ready soon, I had no choice but to cancel the order and leave without lunch. The waitress said that the kitchen has issues making the Carbonara and there was a lot of issues. I have cooked Carbonara and it is really a simple and quick dish to cook. If this kitchen cannot handle cooking Carbonara then it should be removed from their menu. OG#1875 Check# 821334

Don't eat there unless your white they do stuff to black people food , the waitress will stare at you and walk pass to just look a you , they will under cook your food because you are not welcomed.

I asked my husband to bring me some shrimp scampi with extra sauce, I barely had any asparagus, some of my shrimp was burnt and if it hadn't been for the Xtra sauce, I wouldn't have had any

At this restaurant, they say that the wait time is one hour, but it ends up only being an 15 minute wait. The food is quite delicious, and the staff are quick and speedy to deliver it to your table, knowing that it's always packed. It is a bit on the pricey side, although your paying for some good quality good! I absolutely love the fact that the bread and salad is unlimited! if they take that off the menu, then I will be very disapointed. :( But keep up the good work! @olivegarden!

this food was so "good" that's is just good. not bad, not great, good. I mean I only ate the the unlimited bread sticks but still. and the candy was... chocolatey. also also they GAVE me a free sign just for walking out. but I had to get it myself. without detection :-)

Last stop before checking into Niagara Falls airforce reserve base for some rest. The place is massive with lots of parking, people were lined up outside to get in. Olive Garden is always busy, so I we decided to go straight to the bar for some dranks and food. They were offering half off on beer & wine while you wait. The wait was gonna be a hour so... The bartender was pretty quick, our orders came out in a timely manner. Everything was cooked to perfection, drinks were yummy! The bar area was full also, we got lucky with bar seats. Im positive everyone has been to Olive Garden at least once, so I wont bore you with all the food deets. All the food was good and seasoned well, no issues. They always have specials and new dishes to try. We left stuffed and content with all, pics added!

We took my 4 nieces and nephews out to dinner at Niagara Falls Olive Garden on a Friday night, the service was great and they were super nice to the kids. The kids actually ate their dinners and had a good time.

Worst Olive Garden ever. Sat at the bar, completely ignored. Zero service, filthy food tray in front of us. This place is a disaster. Got up and left after 15 mins of being ignored, no smile by the server, no eye contact.

The food was very good, service was excellent. Young lady was very good at her customer service, checking in on us and keeping up with other tables. Was shocked cause she didn't use a note taker or anything for our order & another tables order. Yet she got nothing wrong. Perfect service.

The first thing you need to know about this particular location is that it seems to always be busy. If you plan on coming for lunch or dinner, be prepared to call ahead or wait. We called ahead, arrived at about 5 PM on a Saturday and waited about 5 to 10 minutes, while others around us were told 60-85 minutes. For a chain restaurant I was very impressed with what Olive Garden had to offer. The drinks in particular were delightful. We got a green apple and a watermelon moscato sangria. Both were delicious. We both ordered an entre but after eating the unlimited soup and breadsticks that come with them it was hard to actually eat much of it. I do find the soup to be a little thin for my taste. I guess it makes sense with the unlimited amount you get, but I would rather only get one bowl and have it be thicker and heartier. As always the breadsticks were warm and delicious. I ordered portabella raviolis which were really good, creamy with good flavor. My husband got chicken with veggies and pasta that he said was good as well. Overall the food was good, and with the unlimited nature there was plenty of it, but with so many other local Italian restaurants to chose from this wouldn't necessarily be my top choice.

Olive Garden is a place that I've been making jokes about for a decade and probably haven't been to since 2009. Thanks to my girlfriend getting a free gift card however, we ended up coming to this Niagara Falls location last weekend and it totally caught me off guard. This location is absolutely massive and by the time we left it was completely full and had a bunch of people waiting outside. Most people are pretty familiar with the menu for this place so I'm not going to waste anyone's time going over that, but what they were offering for specials is what really made this trip stand out. Basically, it's buy one get one free for select dishes and I don't care where you, that's an amazing deal considering they already offer the all you can eat soup, salad, and breadsticks prior to the meal. I decided to order the cheese ravioli with marinara and the spaghetti with meat sauce for the actual entrees. I was too full from the pasta e fagioli and bread sticks I ate prior to my meal arrive so both of them ended up being take out. The food though, well here's one mans opinion. Pasta e fagioli- I was a big fan of the pasta r fagioli. This soup packed plenty of flavour, was hot, and tasted pretty darn good. Breadsticks- Am I writing about some breadsticks? Of course I am, this is probably the best part about going to Olive Garden. Cheese Ravioli with Marinara- My least liked of the things I ate, the cheese ravioli was missing something that I just can't put my finger on. It was by no means bad, but it didn't do anything to make me want to eat it again. Spaghetti with meat sauce- call me simple, but the classic is sometimes one of the best. The meat sauce had a good flavour and tasted pretty darn good if you ask me. This is something I might order two of if they have this buy one get one in the future. Overall, Olive Garden was way better then I remember when I was younger. Will I still make jokes about them? Absolutely, however this place does have some good food, friendly employees, and of course, those delicious breadsticks. Come try it!

This was our last stop and continuing our family vacation tradition. The kids love this place for the bread sticks! Lol Kids ordered the pasta with Alfredo sauce with fries. They have extreme flavour pairings and will be elite helpers when they get older. My wife had the chicken piccata, I have the beef Bolognese and my oldest had the lasagna. All the dishes were very good! But we filled up on bread and salad before and we're stuffed by the time the meal came out. Our server was training and did a great job! We had a free app coupon from signing up on the website. She wasn't sure how to take it off the bill but found out before she gave us our bill. Only a couple negatives with our time spent for lunch. You can see how Olive Garden are starting to cut corners to save money. They are replacing the napkins with paper ones. Kind of cheesy if you ask me. The other was they didn't offer there house wine when you go to order. We usually ordered at least one glass of wine with our meals.

For being a chain restaurant, Olive Garden is pretty good. We go there often because it tends to be budget friendly and we always leave stuffed. With every meal you get the option of soup or salad. Their salad is BOMB! I swear I could make the same thing at home with their dressing and it just isn't the same. I did the unlimited soup and salad combo, for $9 how can you beat that? My fiancé ordered the fried mozzarella as a starter and got the chicken Parmesan for his entree. The ONLY issue we had was a wrapper in his drink. I'm a very understanding person and we didn't even feel the need to bring that up to our waitress. Little things like that can happen anywhere. I believe our waitress was Ari at the Niagara Falls location and she was wonderful. I hope during our next visit, we have her again!

So the only good experience here I have to say was our waitress. She was super kind and helpful. However when we walked in the older women at the front seating a mother and her daughter before us no problem after they requested a booth. Then right after, my husband and I request a booth, and she was completely rude and seemed like she hated her job. I get people have bad days but how do you go from being friendly to the table ahead of us and then won't seat us? It's not like anything was different, we asked nicely. Then we get to the food part. I really only like the breadsticks and the chicken and gnocchi soup. I ordered chicken parm and the chicken was cooked great but the noodles tasted old and the sauce did not sit right with me. My husband ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and I don't know if the sauce was old or what but it was completely disgusting. Almost inedible. You know Olive Garden is Olive Garden, quick to get in and out but I apparently forget that food just doesn't slap. If you go here and haven't been before I would tell you the only thing worth getting is the soup/salad bar and some of the appetizers. Also- last thing, the prices are completely ridiculous, you think this is a budget friendly place to take your family, think again, almost $20 for some nasty *** pasta that they slapped some sauce on is crazyyy.

My family came out to celebrate the holidays and two of our family members home on leave from the Airforce. Laney was the server, she was amazing!! She mentioned it was her second week and and her attentiveness was outstanding! Thank you Laney!!

I've been to several different Olive Garden restaurants before, so I knew what to expect from here. After ordering our meals, my girlfriend and I had a few minutes together before our server brought out salad, soup, and breadsticks. The salad and breadsticks were the best part of the meal. I ordered the chicken margherita, and my girlfriend ordered the build your own pasta with rigatoni, meat sauce, with additional chicken fritta. My chicken tasted blah, almost a rubbery texture. There was a pesto sauce on my chicken, which was very good. My girlfriend enjoyed her pasta, but I've definitely had better meals at other restaurants. After we both finished our meals, the server came over with our bill. I know these chain restaurants aren't known for having low prices, but over $45 for two people seems really steep to me. Maybe prices have gone up since the pandemic, but then the quality should also increase. I did also notice the menu was pared down, so you weren't given as many options when choosing what to eat. There are much better options in the area. Or you can cook a meal at home for a lot less money.

I try to avoid writing reviews for chain restaurants because, let's be serious, if you've been to one you've been to them all. I have a small child and Olive Garden is a family-friendly restaurant. Generally. ....Well, every single other time we've ever visited one it has been. U Until our visit to the Niagara Falls New York location. My daughter barely eats anything when we go out to eat as a family, I think she is distracted by all the things to look at in restaurants. So I barely ever order her a kid's meal just to have it left uneaten. We've dined at Olive Garden with our child over a dozen times, and every time I tell the waitress she will just eat off my plate. Never an issue. Fast forward to this location. Our waitress balked at the idea of my daughter eating from my plate, acted confused, and then when she brought out the salad, refused to give my daughter a side plate, stating that she would have to charge her (a 4 year old)bfull price for an additional salad if she ate anything from the bowl. Uhhhh.... I was shocked. Then, when our meal came out from the kitchen, she brought out two small saucers with my pasta on it. She assured me it was the same portion size as the dinner entree, but was split to be shared, which, it was laughably not as I am very familiar with their portions. Their meals were satisfactory, however, on my baby sized portion, they put perhaps a tablespoon of alfredo sauce on each plate. When I asked for additional, showing her how dry the pasta was, she said she would have the kitchen bring some out. And then we waited. And waited... and asked her what was going on. And she responded that she didn't know what was taking so long. And then we waited some more. 20 minutes worth of waiting for a little side dish of alfredo sauce. what????? We then had to flag her down and ask yet again what the holdup was, as the rest of my guests had finished eating their dinner while my daughter and I sat there with dry, now cold pasta. Only then did she say that the kitchen seems to have run out of Alfredo. At that point, I was fed up and asked for a manager. The manager apologized, also admitted that the kitchen was out of Alfredo and they had cleared out Wegmans of all the remaining heavy cream. I told her that they could have at least scooped out the alfredo sauce from one of their buy one take one promotional containers of alfredo rather than having someone wait 20 minutes for an explanation.she seemed baffled at that being a suggestion. Icing on the cake, of course, was that the receipt was wrong and they tried charging me twice for the entree I shared with my four-year-old daughter. From top to bottom, just bad bad bad. I never expect much from Olive Garden, I expect a mediocre meal, but this fell far short. I guess i will stick to the Maple Road location instead from now on.

I visited Olive Garden over a year ago - we did the classic Canadian thing where we crossed the border to do some outlet shopping, stayed for some good old comfort food, and being the large group we were left no options but Olive Garden. This location is huge, so almost any group size is bound to get a table on any night of the week! However, it really is nothing fancy at all no matter how they come around with wine samples, and it's only getting three stars because we got the buy one take one home deal. I love that Olive Garden simplifies restaurant dining and makes it affordable to many people - not all their offerings were bad, but it really wasn't anything exceptional and definitely feels a bit "cookie cutter". There's similar chains throughout North America just like it, and they don't really stand out to me. Unlimited soup and salad is definitely a plus, and sometimes we don't want to make our own simple pasta. This is the perfect alternative to that, and depending on the special offers you'll definitely get a deal that suits your taste. Just don't get too excited - this is family style, simple stuff.

deliciousoso. from the moment i walked through the doors of the garden i felt encapsulated in the tuscan country side. to say the least, the hostess was charming, and sweet. jaemara. where to begin. she was kind, attentive, and i could tell the italian family values that i look for in a restaurant were coursing through her veins. the minute i was sat at what felt no less than like an italian bistro. i felt as though i was having a cappuccino on the streets of rome (i'm half italian so i know this to be true). kaydence, our waitress was kind and patient and gave wonderful reccomendations. the perfect sprinkle of parmesan. now to the food. i opted for the chicken alfredo (add broccoli) and it was delectable. so creamy, the broccoli steamed to perfection. as for the breadsticks and salad, they alone could have their own 5 star review. delicious, hot, salty, buttery. everything a girl could ask for in her bread sticks. impeccable. they thanked me on my way out the door, but that i say- thank you olive garden niagara falls. thank you.

As a Canadian I'd say the portions sizes are pretty big. Staff are very friendly and it doesn't usually get too busy. Overall 10/10

We stopped in here for a late (and I mean LATE) lunch during our 'over the boarder' shopping extravaganza. Olive Garden was a favourite of many when it was in Canada but unfortunately, and for reasons unknown, it didn't make it here. When we walked in, we were told that there would be an approximate 5 - 10 min wait which was surprising considering it was 3pm and the restaurant was nearly empty. When we were finally taken to our table, there was only one other couple in the section we were put in. Perhaps the front of house staff would benefit from some training in organization. We ordered an appetizer trio ($11.25) consisting of calamari, stuffed mushrooms and fried mozzarella sticks. The calamari was quite chewy but good... I've definitely had better. The stuffed mushrooms, although I don't know what they were stuffed with, were good as well as the fried mozzarella sticks. The dipping sauces that the order came with were also quite tasty. For lunch, they had a selection of dishes that were under 500 calories listed on their menu and from there, I selected the Ravioli di Portobello ($9.95). This dish was so delicious, I find it very hard to believe it was under 500 calories. The sauce was rich and creamy and the pasta was cooked to perfection. I would definitely order this again. The next time I come to the Falls, I would absolutely cross the boarder to come here for lunch. The meal more than made up for the lack of organization in the front of house and our brash waitress. Great experience with Olive Garden on Military Road in Niagara Falls, New York. My order was for take out and it was filled quickly and the young lady brought it our to my car quickly. She deserves a raise.

Ordered take out with curb side pickup. They were very efficient and the order was correct. That's the best I can say about Olive Garden! All these years and we had never eaten at an Olive Garden. So, we decided to give it a shot. I ordered chicken Alfredo, and the wife ordered chicken parmigiana with Alfredo substituted for spaghetti. The charge to substitute was $4 btw, which is absurd. The whole bill was $44 for a meal that should have cost 1/2 that in a real Italian restaurant. The Alfredo sauce was weak! Actually had NO FLAVOR. Tasted like water. The chicken in the Park was boring and dry. Save your money, find a local mom & pop Italian restaurant in your area. The food on the commercials look great, but they don't stand the taste test!

The server was fantastic and very helpful. The food was very fresh. We had: Chicken Alfredo, chicken and 5 cheese sauce, mushroom cream sauce pasta.

Updated Review: I've been here many times before, decided to come on a Monday around noon with my mother. Service was excellent. Their lunch menu was exceptional, it must of just recently been updated, everything looked good! I decided to go with the Stuffed Chicken Marsala, which was divine. The chicken was so juicy, cooked to perfection. I opted out on the mashed potatoes and got spaghetti on the side with the same cream sauce that they put on top of the chicken. It was the best meal I've ever had at Olive Garden. Definitely would go back just for that same dish! I had a glass of Moscato to start, and ended up having a Green Apple Moscato Sangria with my meal. I definitely recommend the Sangria's, they have a couple different options. Was so refreshing! (I only wish I could remember what my Mother had, it was Chicken and Shrimp over spaghetti with roasted sweet peppers on top.)

Olive Garden on Military Rd is our go to lunch destination when we're out together shopping. My wife and I love the soup and salad. The service is friendly and the place is clean, and the price is just right. Top it off with a drink from the bar and we are good to go.

Terrible food, worst service. Food quality has deteriorated. We hadn't been to Olive Garden in a while, so we wanted to give it a chance. We regret it. Food tasted microwaved. Requested medium-well steak, received an extremely dry overcooked steak. Pasta was dry in multiple meals. Brother ordered the chicken gnocchi entree; there was not a single piece of chicken. Service was bad. Server spilled water and cheese everywhere. Barely gave us cheese; you'd think it was coming out of her pocket. Not a single plate was picked up from the table, from start to finish. Picture attached. Had to ask for refills multiple times. It's just water for 5/6 of us, not that difficult to refill. Best part of the meal was the end: mint chocolates.

I had only ate at an Olive Garden I think once before in my life. Many years ago on a trip to Disney world with my parents. My wife used to grow up near one and was a fan until the few locations in Canada disappeared. So we made a trip across the border almost exclusively to go to Olive Garden. It was good. It was a slightly elevated version of East Side Mario's which we have plenty of in Canada. The all you can eat salad and bread sticks was good. I had the chicken parm and the chicken had a good crunch to it. I left satisfied and definitely not hungry. I'd go back the next time I'm in the US

We started off with a mix of appetizers, Stuffed mushrooms, fried mozzarella sticks and stuffed pork ravioli. I had the Shrimp Alfredo and my BF had the cannelloni. The famous garlic breadsticks and salad didn't disappoint me. I've waited years to go to the Olive Garden and after this experience I'm sure it will be one of my favorite places to eat when stateside. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Just enough attention not to disrupt our meal and experience of a dinner for two. My shrimp were cooked to perfection the whole flavor was a perfect blend of spices, cheese and garlic. I also tried my BF's cannelloni which was also a perfectly balanced flavor and the paste was so good. I'm not sure if it is homemade but it certainly tasted like it. I can't wait to go back to eat there again.

Me and my boyfriends came in and had a delicious meal. My boyfriend got spaghetti and meatballs and my other boyfriend got shrimp pasta and my other boyfriend got spaghetti also. I got the tour of Italy which was out of this world. Me and my friends love your worker Sam. His long luscious hair his posture is excellent he is just a very bright young man. If you want good costumer service, do not go to the Olive Garden on Military Rd, in Niagara Falls. I walked into the restaurant and told the hostess that I am going to have a table for 6. She responded by saying "Great! Welcome in!" and nothing after that. I was confused so I asked "Do I sit myself or ???". And she responded "You have to wait for your whole table to get here." That was fine so I took a seat. Then I hear her speak to one of the waiters and she was talking about me. I heard from her whisper , "She asked for a table of 6..." and I did not hear what else after. But I was curious because she was talking about me and they both started laughing. I looked over and the conversation ended. I was disgusted that they were talking about me so I texted my party and told them that we are going to eat somewhere else because I simply cannot give these people our business. As I stood up, I told the hostess that we are not eating here anymore. The host and her waiter clan, at the hostess stand, laughed aloud. It was unfortunate to see such workers act like this. A friend of mine went back into the building and asked to speak to a manager, and spoke with Sara. Sara and the host denied that any of this happened. This behavior was so immature and I hope that there is some consequence to go along with it. If I could give zero stars I would.

First I would like to say that the server and the hostess was accommodating to me and my service dog. The server was super friendly. The manager came back around to see how we like the food. The food was terrific, I had the make your own bowl. The wife had giant stuffed shells. Overall our experience excellent. I know it's a chain buy the service was outstanding. Go check out the military road location.

We waited for over an hour for two kids meals and my wife's entre. Restaurant was not busy at all. Our poor waitress was doing all she could. Table behind us left and their dirty dishes sat at the table for an hour.

I was quite disappointed by this Olive Garden. First we ordered what the menu said was sparkling water with fruit and fresh piece of mint. When it came the mint was completely wilted and it had simple syrup in it which I did not want sugar that's why ordered sparkling water. They should've clarified that better in their menu. I love mint so I requested a fresh piece of mint that was not wilted. They obliged and I ate the mint. I eat mint all the time at home and have never had my mouth feel weird. It's been over two hours since I've eaten there and my mouth feels very strange like to squeaky clean almost as if it burnt the skin in my mouth. I am thinking that they must put something on the mint to help preserve it. That disappoints me. For my entrée I ordered salmon with broccoli. When it arrived the salmon smelled a little funky. I wasn't sure if I should eat it but since I already had complained about the wilted mint and the simple syrup I chose to shut my mouth and eat it. I hope I don't regret it later tonight. I do not recommend this Olive Garden if you're looking for great food and a good experience. The service was very average. The restaurant and Kitchen was quite filthy, debris and food all over, in the kitchen area that I could see Was filthy and even in the waiting area and eating area as the pictures show, filthy.
