Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

A very nice restaurant I must say, we visited recently and ordered Caesar salad, pasta all were tasty. Parking is quite ample at the time I visited but mind you I was there around 3 pm. Good service.

Olive Garden has been my favorite restaurant for years, surprised I haven’t reviewed. I have nothing but good things to say about it. Amazing food, great servers and atmosphere, and overall pretty chill. I will be back as I always am

Another location, I must say, had the nicest service, which we thank Felipa for. She was very kind and helpful, and the whole lunch atmosphere was better! The usual dish we had was a bit different this time; it had more of a creamy effect than a soup, but overall the entire lunch was very tasty and had a great vibe! Thank you!

Great experience and wonderful service. We kept it simple and had the endless bread, salad, and soup. We played games together while we waited at the table. I had the berry sangria, which was pretty tasty but nothing to write home about. Easy peazy stop in the area. Lots of other restaurants nearby also.

Amazing experience from the moment we walked in and were greeted I under 5 seconds with a smile and instant seating to the waitress over to say hi within literally a minute and while waiting for our meal the culinary manager stopped by our table to see how our tastes were going so far with a huge welcome and assessing our drinks, breadsticks, soup, salad and promising to fill us right up. We shared with him how impressed we were with the how filled up and hearty the soups were as at other olive gardens the zuppa is always lacking sausage and potatoes and this is fulled to the brim literally. We are so glad by the way that we came over across the street after getting ignored for over 5 minutes waiting while employees were busy talking to one another 5 ft from us and didn’t break away to acknowledge or seat us at tgifridays across the street Our meal was delicious. Great overall service and food. We would definitely return. This restaurant was also beautiful and different from most OG’s

Breadsticks were delicious, cocktails were nice. Lasagna was massive and flavourless. Asparagus was cold and crunchy.

Our recent visit to Olive Garden was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, the service was unacceptable. Our server didn’t even introduce himself, barely acknowledged us, and didn’t take our order in a timely manner. We ended up waiting over 40 minutes for our food; no updates, no apologies, nothing. When the check came, we were charged for a meal that should’ve been removed. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and corrected it, which we appreciated. He also offered a free dessert, which was a nice gesture. However, when we went to pay at the kiosk, we noticed that the tip screen displayed 15%, but after checking the math, it actually charged 25%, meaning the server ended up getting more than he should have. This felt really dishonest and added to our overall frustration. We came expecting a pleasant night out and left completely disappointed. We appreciate the manager’s efforts, but the service experience ruined the meal. Do better, Olive Garden.

Very pleasant experience in this chain restaurant. We had the endless pasta with additional topper, you also get a choice of soup and salad as a starter. The first bowl of pasta is big followed by smaller ones. What you get is filling enough and often not the need for further bowls but wanted to try another sauce. You can even have an extra bowl that they’ll box up! The waiter was very friendly and approachable. All in all a good experience. The breadsticks, also endless, were amazing.

The food was just unbelieveably magnificent, my chicken Alfredo was absolute bomb. Honorable mention , mako is the best waiter ever! And the atmosphere made me feel very welcome, it was also very clean!

Yes! I'm reviewing an Olive Garden! This location we expected to be very busy as it's off of International Drive. It was, but we were quickly seated and they were well staffed throughout the restaurant. The food? Typical of what you'd expect from O.G. That said? They are consistent from one location to another which we like. The real reason for this review? Our server, Destiny was absolutely fantastic! She really made our experience great! Friendly and consistent follow up/ touch bases to our table. She was very personable and took the time to engage in conversation with us throught our visit. We even learned a bit about her! She caught wind it was my birthday and brought me a dessert on the house (my choice!). Lastly, she brought us to go containers to our table without us even having to ask. Thanks Destiny for a great experience!

Finally came back to an Olive Garden after a very long time. They have some great pasta specials. The soup and salad is just as yummy as it's always been. The all you can eat pasta was a great deal. I got to try the red sauces and white sauce pasta dishes. They will only bring one at a time but one can order the next dish once the first is delivered. Thank you Olive Garden. My husband and I had a feast without breaking the bank.

Stopped here in the afternoon with my best friend Chris. I got the rigatoni and Italian sausage and he got the eggplant Parmesan. I also got a new drink it is a lemon cello strawberry margarita; whatever tequila that they put in this margarita wasn't bitter tasting and it was smooth as could be. Our server was OK, I did tell her I couldn't do the cheese or the croutons I did forget to tell her I cannot do the vinaigrette and when I asked her for a new salad she got kind of moody. The food though was a definite 10 out of 10; and the ambience of any Olive Garden is or it feels like a quick trip to Italy their food is always yummy. It was my first time at the International Dr., Olive Garden the place is huge.

If you're dining @ this location and you're having a mixed drink, make sure the bartender is LENDIE. If she isn't working, just order beer or wine. She is a jewel and Olive Garden needs more bartenders like her!!!

Absolute worst Olive Garden experience I've had , I'm in the parking lot right now and I'm upset. Me and my friend were so excited to eat Olive Garden and yet our server rushed us and did not bother to check up on us until it was time to pay the bill which I was still eating when that time came. Nobody had a good attitude it was absolutely horrible , I would go to a different Olive Garden location if I were you.

You know what you're going to get at the Olive Garden, we won't pretend this is the best Italian food in the area. However, this location is huge which made me wonder how long the food would take. I am very happy to report that the service was probably the best I've ever had. Not only was the server very friendly, the overall service was extremely quick. Everything came out at a fast, but appropriate, pace. Nothing felt rushed and the server was quick to be sure everything was good between each section. Clearly, this location is used to high volume and they were prepared. I think it's safe to note the breadsticks, soup, and salad are by far the best part of the meal. The one downfall to the quick service was that we didn't any extra breadsticks or salad - good for the waist - bad for the fun.

I was out shopping and decided to come here for an early dinner to beat the dinner rush. Ambiance was inviting and the host was very friendly. Everything went downhill quickly from there. Waited at least 30mins to be greeted and get our drink order in. Took additional 20 minutes for the waitress to bring our drinks, breadsticks and salad. I get this is a busy area however the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Tables around us were served before us even though they came in after us. Our waitress never checked on us for refills or to see if we needed anything. I ended up paying for the bill on the table iPad thingy and left because the waitress never came back with the bill or even to ask if we wanted dessert. Food was average but the service sucked

We celebrate our son's birthday tonight . The waiter Jason had excellent service to the big group with smile . Food delivery fast to the table and the food are very fresh and delicious as always! Tuscana potato soup is still the best ! Jason lead the waiter and waitress to sing a happy birthday song to our son . Thank you Jason for making our celebration special, we recognized him to the manager on duty. Highly recommend this location and their service!

You can't go wrong with Olive Garden when you can pretty much eat as much as you like and still have a doggy bag full of food for under $25 a person at dinner time. My experience with our Server Gabby was extraordinary. It is rare that you come across a teenager who is so polite, can carry a conversation and appear to be so interesting. Gabby more than the food was the highlight of our evening. Do yourself a favor and ask for Gabby and you will have great food with exceptional Service!!

Olive Garden is amazing, at least the one close to us in Orlando near Fashion Square. It's in a newer building with very nice interiors... more upscale than many upscale restaurants. Cloth napkins, wine; the whole deal you'd expect from upscale but at very much a greater value. The service is friendly and fast. We usually get the Shrimp Scampi with asparagus which has a great, rich shrimp flavor that comes with a huge, fantastic salad and warm bread sticks. They offer take-away meals for only $6.00, so we got the Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno, but I wasn't expecting much since it was take-out pasta. I thought it would be just a lot of pasta with little else. I was wrong. It was fabulous; really rich in flavor and had the right amount of sauce. I don't know how they do it, with the low prices they charge, but I hope they keep doing it. Highly recommended.

The food and service came out fairly fast. I like the ambiance of this location it looked clean and well maintained. This is the first time I tried fried lasagna from the started menu and I absolutely liked it. The never ending soup and salad it's an awesome option they have ... also very filling and the soup is yummy.

If you want to feel like you're in Italy Olive Garden is a must! It's probably one of the best American/ Italian restaurant I've been in a while , the salmon was excellent, it only comes with broccoli so i would recommend to order soup on the side , the carbonara shrimp and chicken pasta is amazing , it comes with red peppers and it's probably the best dish in my opinion 10/10 for me , my friend ordered the shrimp scampi which she didn't like so much, it's very bland and it doesn't come with a particular sauce. The spaghetti and meat balls are a must ! They come with large meatballs . Overall we were really pleased with the restaurant, the salad is very tasty also , and you can add as much cheese to it as you would like . The music in the restaurant makes it very pleasing as you sort of feel like you're in Italy . The waiter we had was also very kind and helpful with all the questions we had, and she was very quick in getting everything as soon as they were needed.

Standard Olive Garden menu and specials but an elegant upscale feel. Great for a business meeting or family dinner! Jake, our server was excellent! He was patient with answering questions and interacting with the kids. The food came out quickly and cooked just right. Only suggestion, the kids wished they could have had a salad option on the kids menu (they improvised, but may have broken the rules ).

KUDOS and Thank you to Leslie! On Veterans Day my friend and I received the best customer service as we ate the bar. I ordered Chicken Gnocchi Soup and Cheese Ravoli with Meat Sauce from the set complimentary menu. We carried on a great conversation and enjoyed every minute and bite of our meal! The service at the bar is so much quicker and Leslie really keeps you company.

Amindi was honestly beyond outta line and should definitely know her place. We went to this OG around 5pm for my nephew's birthday because he wanted to. Upon arriving, I walked in first and went straight to the host stand to inform how many were in our party. I proceeded to ask if it was possible to sit outside where the TVs were. Spanish hostess stated it was closed at the moment. So I turned around to ask my sister what we wanted to do. Hostess was then talking to Amindi. I turn around to find, see & hear Amindi clearly has some type of an issue... after getting with my family I had turned around to ask the hostess if they had a table for us (since we decided to eat there)...AMINDI chimes in with an attitude and states "WE ARE GETTING A TABLE READY FOR YOU" in a very condescending tone while rolling and excessively blinking her eyes....hahaha..... WHEN YOU ARE JUST A HOST OR SERVER LOL!!! So of course, it's 2024, I dished it back to her ghetto self with a dramatic... OOOHKAYYYYY cool..... she walks away from the host stand so it's just the Spanish hostess. I turned around to explain the situation to my family and how weird all of this was, like what's going on. They were extremely irritated because we felt profiled. All the white people after got such warm welcomes and quickly sat... aside from that, another server approaches to see what's up and nephews father proceeds to explain situation and ask for manager... while waiting... Amindi walks back up to the host stand to try to be cute with a clear as day smirk, smiling and looking at all of us like she really hates life that bad... I proceed to take out my phone and she asks if we are taking pics & says "how cute", a minute or so later... BIG BOY Ralph (manager) waddles on up to the front lobby... I began to explain the situation and how unnecessary it all was, gave a recommendation & thanked him for his time... I left the lobby and waited outside for the rest of my family to come out... upon waiting I guess Amindi got sent home for the day because she comes outside with her purse and approaches my brother in law and gives a sorry a$$ apology with this again condescending look and fake smile on her face... after over 5 mins of going back n forth with my brother in law she finally leaves and walks to her car to then walk back up and go inside... my partner was inside the whole time and texted me saying the manager on duty, Ralph was laughing with Amindi and the crew regarding the situation... they then realize my partner is still there... DEER IN HEADLIGHTS, the embarrassment sets in but THIS RIGHT HERE!!!! THIS IS THE PROBLEM... Cut the toxic head off the snake and the rest will fall. I will be contacting Darden regarding this and I'm not stopping HERE or THERE! I'll be back! Til then

This isn't the location I usually visit, but I was in the area and hungry, so I stopped in. It's an Olive Garden, so while the food isn't ever the best, it certainly wasn't bad by any means. The portions are always decent and the service was as could be expected for a busier location. I did have to wait a little while longer though, so while I'm not terribly upset, I did have to take away some points here (think of more 4.5 rather than 5 though.) I did also walk away disappointed and a little bitter because they took away the famed Never-Ending Pasta promotion (great deal for the price, but you also have to make it work for you since they raised the price this time around.) But maybe I'm also just still hungry.

We ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and was very nice very tomato like not beef at all in flavour. The food also came with breadsticks that weee delicious well seasoned been cooked just right and the temp was hot. Overall food was good especially for the price. The service was amazing served as very fast and didn't seem rushed at all although it was busy. Very understanding and polite. The restaurant it slightly hard to navigate as was so big but it was good temp and looked modern.

We frequent olive garden, multiple locations... and once again, we are not being offered wine to sample and we do ordered alcoholic beverages quite often for dinner. Were a multiracial family with teens so i'm not sure what the disconnect is with the servers and franchise is at this point. I understand this location is busy due to the tourist area. But we weren't offered any cheese on salads, soups nor pastas, I wasn't even offered straws. Which is quite disappointing as food was not as good as it could be with fresh grated parm cheese. Noted, won't be visiting again despite being Universal and Disney annual pass holders. It gets really hard to support businesses and tipping culture when small hiccups occur.

Normally an Olive Garden lover but the service here was very very poor. Food: the zoodles were pretty well done. Sauce was a little overbearing and the chicken was dry. The breadsticks were also extremely salty at this location. Service: the service was crazy slow. We had another party at a different table next to us. We got our orders taken 10 min before theirs yet our food was still coming out by the time they had finished eating and were getting their checks. The server ignored us on multiple occasions and frankly even our water was not replenished.

Food was absolutely astonishing! Nicole WAS AMAZING even though she was busy she wouldn't hesitate to help us! Notice the !'s ITS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

My visit was on a weekday so it was easy and calm. Staff was kind and food was served quickly. Food was really good, including the soup the serve before your meal. :) it is very well located ( next to the Icon Park ).

Zaina was the best serve we have had in a long time out of all the restaurants we have been too lately, she went above and beyond and was super friend and made the whole experience amazing!! She definitely deserves to be recognized or a raise or something because she truly was the best ! Food was exceptional as always and super fast for a busy night. Love this Olive Garden !!

Chris was fantastic. We really enjoyed him as a server and we would come again just for him. Good jobs chefs too, food was great.

My family and I was seated in a nice section for a large party. Our sever Derick was pleasant ! Keep up the good work. In my opinion you can't go wrong with Olive gardens. Just saying.

4/2021- Updated location: @ 8984 International Dr., Orlando, Fla. The wait time was minimal, service was efficient (waters, salad, drinks came quick)... but so did the meal. :( Barely had time to eat a few bites of salad and the meals came. Salad was drowning in dressing, bread VERY salty, waitress was on point. So, let's talk about the cleanliness uhm? NO. No no. These are the vents above the dinning area.

The chicken soup was delicious worth the price great temperature you don't need to add cheese to it trust me it's worth every dollar wish we had them In the UK the services was good they would ask if you need refills

Can't deny that Olive Garden hits the spot. You know what to expect and I've been going to this chain since I was a teen. This location didn't have pizza or sun-dried tomatoes to order as a garnish for my beloved fettuccine! Yet, the waiter was very kind to explain that with the pandemic, menu items have changed. He made up for it with offering to split the entree as original item wasn't offered for the pizza lover. I just thought it's funny that pizza wouldn't be offered at an Italian themed restaurant! The calmari was a tad crispy but still tasty with the sauces. The Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was so yummy. I was in an Olive Garden food coma afterwards. The generous amount of chocolate mints given to us afterwards let me know that the waiter wanted our experience to be a memorable one!

Olive Garden quality good and service. Love the salad and my kids love the breadsticks. Server was professional. Bathroom were a horror. Overall quick to be seated and very reliable.

So excited to see that they brought back the never-ending pasta bowl! It is my favorite entree at Olive garden. Their breadsticks are always amazing and you can't go wrong with their salad or soup. I wish that when they brought back the never-ending pasta bowl that they also brought back the garlic alfredo instead of the mushroom alfredo because having the whole cloves of garlic was amazing especially when dipping the breadsticks into the Alfredo sauce and grabbing a big chunk of garlic with it too. I've been coming here for years and it's very low-key definitely not a fancy day out but a great place for a lunch with a loved one. If you're not going to go for the pasta bowl I highly suggest their chicken parm but ask them to make it a little extra crispy when they cook in the oven for that great crunch. I also recommend it when in season their pumpkin cheesecake so good!

Amazing lunch menu if you get here before 3pm. Then there was a bizarre mystery meatball which no one ordered but was placed on our table and sat there through our entire meal without inquiry. Tip of the day; I bring my own hot sauce and put it in the soup.

I have been to many Olive Garden's and this has to be the best. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Food was excellent. My wife said was impressed that her minestrone soup had more vegetables than broth, it's usually the other way around. Manager even came around to the tables asking if everything was good. Our waiter Victor was excellent, polite courteous and brought our food out promptly.

My family and I recently ate at Olive Garden and everything was great. The food was great and our server Jeremiah was superb!!! I recommend this restaurant and especially this server to anyone who comes to Olive Garden.

Olive Garden never disappoints. First time to this location on a trip to Orlando. Had my Favorite, Tour of Italy. Service was great, food was great. Thanks everyone!!

Dinner was amazing. The food was great. We sat for 20 minutes before even being greeted. The table next to us ordered a 2nd round of drinks, finished, paid, got seated again, and was served appetizers before a drink was offered to us. The servers kept their backs to us and ignored when we tried to get their attention. Finally got someone to take our order. Got our delicious food rather quick. Had to ask 3 times for more salad/bread. Finally got salad, never got bread. Asked for it to go, and it Finally came. The manager, Darrell, was nice. He stopped by and said "it was a rough start but I'll make it right" , not sure how though because we never saw him again and there wasn't any discount or extras. (Which I wouldn't expect. But I do wonder what he meant by making it right) I love Olive garden, my husband does not. It's hard for me to get him to agree to go out there. With service like this, we probably wouldn't return. 2 stars because like I said, food was delicious!

This should be a quick review. Service - friendly, quick, attentive, no issues here Food - Its pretty much what you would expect, it's pretty decent - lots of cheeses and sauces involved in a lot of the dishes. They aren't by any means the best Italian dishes you have ever eaten but they are fine. Place is clean, food is good enough. Good place to have a hearty meal with some friends.

01/24/2023 date of incident My partner and I just left Olive Garden in Orlando on international drive with such disrespect from the management team and server who name was Dede. Our server took us and another family and sat us next to each other and took their order and then ours. We had ordered a drink, he had a pina colada and I have a mango daiquiri. We were waiting and never got our drinks so my partner ordered us water and she looked at him and said our drinks are already ready at the bar do you really need the water and walked away. We then got the water and drinks but didn't touch our drinks or soups and salad due to I had the menu flipped to the lunch special for the 5 cheese ziti but she assumed I wanted the dinner portion. I informed her of this mistake 5 minutes due to looking at the iPad and seeing the cost. We got her attention and told her about and she said," the kitchen already made it and there is nothing I can do about it" she then walked away shaking her head at us. My partner asked why she was shaking her head and she advised that we needed to learn how to read a menu better to her. We asked for a manager and no one showed up. We went to walk out and she walked past us and turned around to follow us and said" oh you're leaving because you wanted free food because your to broke to pay for anything." my partner was upset at that statement and we went to walk out and she said " you faggots need to leave and never come back" This comment from her made us feel so uncomfortable to be in that restaurant. I would just like to make everyone aware of this. They are very not LGBTQ+ family oriented.

The Olive Garden resturant is USA Italian staple resturant. They have all you can eat salad and breadsticks. We started off with the sample appetizer calamari and zucchini with Parmesan which was good. We then ordered the pasta which pretty good and the portion size was really big . Our sever Monica was great. She smiled and she made sure that we had enough breadsticks, salad and even water ... nice when dinner was a Hit ... we will be back

Definitely nice atmosphere and nice customer's service! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are the main reason why I love this place! Also, really cool that with every dish you can pick complimentary soup or salad! We came about 3 pm on Tuesday and it was about 15 minutes wait-time, so better to make a reservation in your advance! We've order from lunch-special menu and I was shocked about prices! Super AFFORDABLE!!!! I really liked that every table has a tablet , so you can pay or order additional food or drink by yourself!! Even though our server Cory(hope I spelled it right) had a lot of tables - gave us an amazing service! Would definitely recommend for family lunch or dinner!!!

I am highly impressed with our experience today. There was an unwanted item in my husbands food. And how it was handled was truly outstanding. Not only did the Chef come out but our whole meal was comped. (Which I wasn't looking to have happen.) We've been to this location before and had a good experience. But after today we will definitely be back again. Not to mention Olive Garden is currently running their $10.99 endless pasta bowls. All in all this was a wonderful meal at a great location. Hats off to our server and the Chef.

A super busy location that frequently has long waits. Although the location is very large and has a lot of parking, be ready to wait for a seat. They do move things quickly once you are seated, but keep in mind that you won't want to show up starving expecting quick food! This location is right in the heart of a heavy tourist area and within easy walking distance from a lot of hotels. This means that it's going to have a lot of foot traffic coming in and out. During the weekends and holidays it would be beneficial to allow time to wait. Staff is very use to this high traffic and does move things along pretty quickly! Food is good and exactly what you expect for the chain. They keep the same pricing model as other location despite being in a tourist are, which is nice. Service is a little hit or miss here. We've had awesome service and then just okay service, but given how busy it is all the time, it's not super surprising that personalized service is hard to provide. It can also get pretty loud in here with all the crowded tables, and getting through various seating areas is a bit tight too. They have valet parking if you struggle to find a spot in the regular lot! Overall: B A prime location causes this location to busier than most others. Be ready to wait and for a fair amount of noise. Food is solid per usual!

My daughter wanted to go here for lunch so we did and I was not disappointed. The restaurant is clean and the employees are extremely friendly. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a reasonably priced meal with spectacular service! Whitney was very kind and patient with my two small children. I will definitely go back and sit in her section!

So today we arrived when they opened, and waited 25 minutes to be seated in an empty location. When they finally sat us we realized there were two other groups whom had been seated and were eating.. so not sure what we waited for. After being seated we waited 5 more minutes before they began seating people around us. At this point we still had not been helped, or had someone come to offer drinks. The final annoyance was having the people that were sat after us, being served before us. At this point we have been here 30 minutes, it's 11:30 and we haven't even been helped. At 11:35 the couple that was also waiting but had not been served got up and left. That's the experience here.

Wife and I went in for lunch on Sunday 12/20. It was not busy and were seated immediately. we noticed when we walked in that the music was very loud my wife asked for a table in an area that might not be as loud the hostess agrees it was loud and tried to accommodate us. It would not have mattered because the loud music was everywhere even our waitress complained. While the service and the food was very good the loudness was such we will not be back. I had a decimal meter app and it registered the dB as an average 85 where dB 70 and below are considered safe I feel for the employees who have to work there
