"Olive Garden began in 1982 as an independent restaurant. It's a restaurant I'd frequent... At Olive Garden, the good times are as limitless as the free salad and breadsticks... Olive Garden reminds me of my family... I go to Olive Garden to chill out and avoid the problems in my life... Olive Garden never changes and apparently neither do I." - ByKristen N. Arnett

First time coming to this Olive Garden and it didn't disappoint. Our server was amazing, he was friendly and kept checking in on us to make sure we were good. The pasta was delicious I ordered the chicken Marsala and my husband had the chicken fettuccine with crispy chicken. The drinks were amazing we ordered the new Sicilian sunset. Very freshening. We will definitely come back.

Today, I went to this Olive Garden next to the Fashion Square Mall, I received the greatest attention from Felicia, our excellent waitress. She made my mom and I feel comfortable, welcoming, and really amazing! I give her 10 of 5 stars in customer services! Ty so much for your efforts and amazing job you do. 🩷 I'm more than happy and satisfied.

This is our neighborhood Olive Garden I had not yet gotten to go to. I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was impeccable about this location. Our server, Elle, did a superb job taking the most perfect care of us — the best drink suggestions, which I ordered, and it tasted amazing, she was very efficient, and gave us the best service and care. She covered all the bases of service, each and every one, perfectly. The food came out piping hot, so fresh and fast. Even the hostess was friendly, fast, and super polite opening the door for us and getting us seated as soon as we walked in the door. Every employee at this location was super professional and classy, yet still hip and with a real personality. Even though Olive Garden is a standard chain, I was super impressed with this particular location. Thank you so much to everyone there who took care of us. We will be back time and time again, now, and we will definitely be asking for Elle to be our server! Perfect 5 stars, all-the-way-around!

I love the shrimp appetizer. It was really tasty. This location is considerably modernized & nicer than the older locations. The only thing I disliked was my drink. It was their new sunset cocktail which was overly sweet and left a "mediciney" aftertaste. Overall, pretty good!

Everything I got was 10/10 ! Very nice and elegant restaurant, the most up fancy I’ve been to thus far . Thank you for the nice experience Olive Garden ! The chef should be applauded and all the cooks !!

We love olive garden and decided to celebrate Mother's Day at this location. I'm glad we did because our experience was exceptional. From the hostess to the server and even the manager, they were super nice. Our orders were fresh, and perfect. Everything we asked for was brought to our table in less than 2 minutes. And that says a lot since it was sooo busy. Our server Ryan was a sweetheart and very attentive. Will definitely return because of the excellent customer service experience.

I often don't like going out to eat after a tiring week of work. I am so glad that I did. Our server Angelina was a breath of fresh air. She made it a wonderful dining experience. She was super pleasant! I will definitely request sitting in her section again 😀

2024 Update. This location is absolutely the best. The host was super friendly and attentive, had no issues accommodating us on a separate area. The server was very responsive and on top of our needs. The food was hot and prepared like in Italy.

Yelp
Very good dish! 1 plate is good for two people. Tanya our server was very nice and friendly. Olive garden's breadstick has gone down a lot ever since they changed it. the alfredo sauce is still good! #honestreview

Yelp
Ok so I haven't been to an Olive Garden in years, but I was given a random gift card during the holidays and baby was craving breadsticks, so we decided to give it a go this past weekend. This location only opened within the last 5 years, so it is fully updated and actually kind of beautiful on the inside... like was I just transported to Italy?! The high ceilings and large faux olive trees really help the vibe of this place. We arrived for a later dinner on Saturday night around 8:45pm and there was a 5-10 minute wait for a table, confirming that yep, OG is still poppin'. Once seated, we noticed the little tabletop screens where you can place appetizer & drink orders (or pay to play games on there) which I thought was interesting. Our server was actually very quick and prompt, so we did not even have to use the kiosk thing to order, but I guess it's nice to have that option if you're in a hurry and the restaurant is busy. We were actually pretty impressed by the great service we received. Not just from our server, but by all the staff that were quick to jump in and help each other out when needed. Seems to be lots of young college kids working here, and everyone was so friendly and attentive. To start off, I got their non-alcoholic strawberry-passion fruit limonata which was refreshing & delish. We, of course, had to order a side of the endless alfredo dipping sauce for the breadsticks. Can confirm -- it's still FIRE and definitely satisfied the craving I was having. We decided to skip straight to entrees and I was in the mood for seafood, which is honestly something I've never ordered at Olive Garden. I went with the herb grilled salmon served with a hefty portion of parmesan garlic broccoli and my husband got the seafood alfredo. Entrees come with your choice of soup or salad and we both opted for the salad. I've always enjoyed OG's salad, but for some reason it just wasn't as good as I remembered. The ingredients just didn't seem that fresh and it was a little overly dressed & soggy. We did get a good laugh with the parmesan cheese grater and the whole "say when..." scenario. Yeah, we like a lot of cheese, but who doesn't? It feels like an awkward eternity as your server is grating that cheese all over your dish. Once our main dishes arrived, our server brought out a fresh batch of breadsticks and alfredo sauce (he knew the drill). My salmon was cooked perfectly with a crispy seared bottom, just the way I like it and well-season (did not taste fishy at all). My husband also enjoyed his seafood alfredo and he was happy to see that they do not skimp on the shrimp & scallops. While our meal was not necessarily outstanding, it definitely exceeded my expectations of Olive Garden. We both got pretty stuffed and had enough for leftovers the next day. Our server even boxed up some extra breadsticks and alfredo sauce for us. Overall, can't complain and our bill came to about $60 before tip, which honestly is a steal for eating out these days.

Yelp
This is my favorite Olive Garden location by far. It has been completely built from the ground up to fit the Olive Garden asthetic. You walk in and hear the Italian crooners singing the hits in a nice atmosphere of Italian decor that strives to make you feel like you're outside. There is an exclusive side entrance and waiting area for carry out so if you are coming to sit and enjoy your meal the front doors are for you. Come for lunch as the prices on the weekday lunch menu are not only affordable between $10-14 but also come with soup or salad and unlimited breadsticks. So much food for the price! We got the chicken Parmesan and the eggplant Parmesan. Both of them came with a side of spaghetti. My husband got the salad and I got the minestrone soup. All of it was very tasty and we always get the same friendly service every time.

Yelp
Who doesn't love never ending soup, salad & bread sticks at Olive Garden? For under $10 ($8.99 to be exact), you can take advantage of this popular lunch special 11AM-3PM M-F and eat your body weight in delicious breadsticks until you end up in an inevitable food coma. I've been to a ton of different locations and I find them to be consistent when it comes to service and quality of food (this location is no exception as I've been a few times and always leave happy). Our server (unfortunately can't recall her name but it started with a G) was very pleasant, attentive and always offered refills of anything that she noticed was getting low. The breadsticks came out warm, the soup came out hot & the salad was perfectly dressed (can't get enough of their yummy dressing). I'll admit that I usually don't go to Olive Garden for their other menu items, so this review is solely based on the soup, salad & breadsticks special - But if that's your thing too, you can never go wrong here when you're in the mood for a quick, satisfying & light bite to eat. Oh, and let's not forget about the Andes mints they drop on the table at the end of the meal.. Why can't all restaurants do this!?

Kathryn G.

Yelp
Unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks on weekdays for lunch for 8.99....need I say more?! The salad is one of my favorite salads ever, I need that dressing. I don't usually eat soup but my boyfriend loves the Chicken and Gnocchi. My sister also enjoyed her Zuppa Toscana soup. I enjoy ordering the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks along with an appetizer for the table - I really like the Stuffed Ziti Fritta, they have the perfect crunch. The breadsticks weren't as good as I remembered them being (a little chewy), but good when warm; they also don't heat up too well if you take them home for later. Service was attentive and very generous with the food given - she gave a whole new basket of breadsticks when we were almost done with the first and gave an extra soup for my sister to take home. I also love that they have specific to-go containers for different food items (soup vs salad). Ambiance was nothing to write home about, typical Olive Garden "Italian" decor. Overall, great place for the unlimited deal! Otherwise, I find it a bit too expensive for the quality.

Kalani G.

Yelp
It's time to stop hating on Olive Garden. No one said thinks this is the height of Italian cuisine. It is however one of the best lunch deals you can find, consistently good food and service and reliable! Also I don't feel guilty bringing my kid head and having him be loud. This place is made for families. Seriously though, don't sleep on the lunch menu. And some surprisingly good mixed drinks.

Seth M.

Yelp
Joey was an awesome server. He was friendly and engaging: all you could want in a server. The food, however, left a lot to be desired. The crispy shrimp fritta misto was soggy shrimp and bland sauces. My spaghetti and meatballs tasted like someone opened a jar sauce and dumped it on overcooked pasta. The only things that were tasty were then breadsticks and my gnocchi soup. Honestly I didn't really expect a super meal, I was asked to go with some friends, but I had hoped it would be good. Fast food Italian just doesn't seem to be in my cards.

Yelp
Okay, so I know it's a chain, I've been here before and had a good time. This time we showed up on a Tuesday night, there was a 15 minute wait, but the bar looked empty, so we decided to go there. First off, the bar was full of plates and glasses, etc. nobody was there. So we slowly sat down hoping everyone was gone. After awhile the stuff in front of us was cleared away, but not anything else. After about 15 minutes we finally got to order a drink and an appetizer. The Italian margarita was not bad, the fried lasagna bites were okay, we ate most of them, I wouldn't tell people to go there just for that. After that we waited some more, the bar was still full of empty plates and glasses, I think it was at least 30 minutes at this point. We finished our drinks, and waited some more. We got the attention of the bartender, and ordered another round of drinks and dinner. This round of drinks were not like the first, basically just margarita mix. Bread finally came out, almost 10 more minutes for the Alfredo sauce. Bar still hasn't been touched, between the two of us and the one person next to us, it seemed strange. Food finally comes out. The chicken park, my favorite, tasted very peppery, I ate most of it, and saying I've had worse, isn't a compliment. Wife had the 5 cheese ziti. Wow, that was something, I'm not sure what was going on there, on top it looked okay, once you got into it, it was some pink sauce, it looked like ranch and tomato sauce. I couldn't quite identify what flavors were going on, but not good at all. At this point, 1 1/2 hours after we sat down, a busboy came by me picked up some of the dirty plates next to me, not all of them. We were still looking at our glasses and side plates sitting in front of us as well. The only other person at the bar had a small meal with salad drinks etc, all of his plates were as piled up as ours. When it was all said and done, we finally got our check, the bar was almost cleaned off, but not completely. In all fairness, it did seem a little busy, with only one bartender, maybe too much, but in my experience, it shouldn't have been a problem. The food was not what I remember from 2 years ago. The service was friendly, but subpar. At some point we will probably check in again, but it will be awhile.

Yelp
My name is Rebekah and I love me some Olive Garden now and then. Ok, so I know...who is coming on Yelp to find out the scoop on a chain restaurant we've most likely all dined at multiple times throughout their lives??? Well maybe SOMEONE is!!! And when it comes to OGs this one is the best I've been to in a minute. Friends, this Olive Geezy has stepped up its game while still delivering that carb heavy menu you know and love. Our server Katie was lovely and kept our Shirley Temples filled. We started off with Alfredo dipping sauce for our breadsticks (sorry cholesterol) and OG's house salad. Truly, this should be the meal. We tell ourselves every time...soup salad breadsticks, that all we need but then our eyes see those entrees and well...my love's ravioli was cheeeesy and delicious and reheated well for lunch the next day. I enjoyed my classic chicken parmigiana although a bit more sauce would have taken it where over the top. They have a deal now where you can take home an entree from a pre-selected list for $6 with the purchase of another entree. But we had plenty of food leftover so we decided against it (you're welcome cholesterol). All in all Olive Garden still checks the boxes for me, and I love the revamp (rebuild) of this one. Plenty of parking and you can join the waitlist on their app!

Radley M.

Yelp
Getting seated was pretty fast. The salads for our meal came out right away even though we order our appetizer about 10 minutes earlier. The salad was great, as was the calamari. The meals we good although the eggplant parm could use a little bit more sauce. We all ordered desert, however they should of serve the cold deserts a bit closer to went the zeppoli/donuts were done because the donuts came out well after everyone else finished their desert. Service was good. I would try this place again.

Jay P.

Yelp
This has to be the best decorated olive garden!!! So pretty. You feel as if you are in Italy! Very spacious and upscale service.

Dyanmuree B.

Yelp
service seriously bad Food was cold Had to reach out to another server and manager, who were great. I have noticed that the service at Olive Garden has really gone downhill in the past few years

Khris R.

Yelp
This is my favorite Olive Garden location. I always have an amazing experience here. This evening we had an even better experience because of our server! Jack was the most attentive, polite, and friendly server I have ever had. I honestly was shocked at how genuine Jack was in his service! The food is always great but the experience is always better with an amazing server like Jack. Thanks for everything Jack!

Lowella G.

Yelp
My friends always tease me about loving Olive Garden. They always tell me that it's not real Italian food. They may be right but I'll ALWAYS and FOREVER love Olive Garden. I have fond memories of eating there since my very first visit as a teenager. No matter which state or location you go to, the consistency is always the same. I mean, who doesn't love their never ending soup, salad and breadsticks? Every time I dine here, I always order the same thing. Salad and their Zuppa toscana soup with Alfredo to dip my breadsticks in. Their minestrone and pasta fagiol soup is good too. I also like the chicken gnocchi soup as well. When I'm done with one soup, I just simply ask for another soup. My palate enjoys different flavors so coming here fulfills that. I love their calamari and the different sauces it comes with. One bite I want zesty and the next I can have marinara. Again, my palate enjoys different flavors so coming here fulfills that. Aside from the appetizers, their main dishes are pretty delicious. I always get their seafood Alfredo. Our last visit, hubby ordered the chicken parmigiana which he enjoyed a lot. The great thing about Olive Garden is that they are military friendly. Every year on Veterans Day, they support our military with a free meal. So can someone please tell me why I get teased for loving Olive Garden so much?

Brian M.

Yelp
It's been a minute or so since we've been to any of the Olive Garden locations. But, since we had a gift card this was a good chance to go back and see what's been going on since we've been last. So we ordered the 3 dipping sauces ($5) to go with the breadsticks. We ordered the all-you-can-eat salad and all-you-can-eat soup with our dinners. We got the spaghetti and meat sauce dinner and we got the lasagna Classico and a side order of sausage. Our favorite dipping sauce was the meat sauce there was plenty of sauce and plenty of meat to go around. The classical lasagna was very tasty and adding the side sausage into the lasagna gave it an extra little kick of spice. The sausage unfortunately was a little dry but the sauce helped to disguise the dryness. We also used some of the extra all-you-can-eat dipping sauce to top off the sauce on the lasagna, making it extra tasty. The spaghetti with meat sauce was also very good. But the real star of the show was our server Shawn G. It's obvious he's been around quite some time, knows the menu inside out and knows how to treat his clientele in a friendly yet professional manner.

Annie K.

Yelp
The unlimited salad and soup is unbeatable! We had the calamari, perfectly seasoned. The make your own pasta of angel hair, marinara, and chicken added was a huge portion and very tasty. The chicken marsala was nicely seasoned and came with side of fettuccine alfredo. The sausage and potato soup is my favorite. The house salad was also very nice. They allowed us to same the red roscato and it was very easy to drink and perfectly sweet. The newly remodeled Olive Garden was beautiful inside and food tasted great! Can't miss those breadsticks! Also they are doing a special where, any entree purchase, you can pay $5 for a meal to take home (spaghetti with meat sauce, fettuccine alfredo, five cheese ziti and stuffed fettuccine alfredo!

Jaime C.

Yelp
Literally the WORST experience I've had in an Olive Garden, I ordered food to go before the the dine in entrees came out and still waited over an hour to receive it. My server was non existent and I asked multiple people to speak to a manager and all I heard is "we're pretty busy right now, but I'll try to find him for you" Of course he/she never came. The dining area wasn't as clean as it should've been (see photos) and servers kept bumping into my boyfriend where he was seated. Will not be entertaining this location again.

Jason B.

Yelp
First time here for us and wow it is by far the nicest OG we have ever been inside of. The architecture is top notch and really is setup super nice. We ordered and I bet our food was out in under 15 minutes. My tour of Italy was smokin hot and my daughters shrimp scampi was good as well. The service was a little slow but they are all extremely helpful and always seemed chipper. I will say however that we have noticed the items U order are getting to be smaller portions than what they used to be. The chicken for instance on the tour is half the size that it used to be as well as the Alfredo is smaller but hey the prices are still the same

Robert W.

Yelp
Went to Olive Garden yesterday (Thursday) for lunch and greatly disappointed. I promise that I will not be returning. I ordered cheese ravioli with marinara sauce BUT received with meat sauce. The three other people dining with also heard marinara sauce. The server put in meat sauce. When it came out, I saw it was meat sauce and had the server return. The other were having soup, salad and breadsticks so by the time the oder would come out they would be done eating, which they were. I told the served to have it to go. What I received was substandard, in my opinion. The order did come out after they were done eating. The original order came out covered with cheese. The order I received after was not nearly as covered with cheese. I brought it home but ended up throwing it away. So, I paid a meal I did not eat because of poor service at Olive Garden. I will NOT be returning to Olive Garden anytime in the future. I fill out the survey and one of the questions was did the manager visit the table. NO, they did not not. So my lunch cost me $9.99 plus tax just to eat salad. I wish I had picture to show how substandard the meal was. I am done with Olive Garden!

Mark P.

Yelp
New location's about a year old now. First time in this week was Amazing. ...wait, I've been in to buy gift cards. Anyway, was though we rented the place out just for ourselves; no doubt thanks, no thanks to Covid. Anyway everything was spectacular. We couldn't have imagined a better Olive Garden experience. This was certainly the standard that sets the standard. Flawless execution of concept, from the waitstaff down to the foods even including that snazzy late 70s kinda vibe. The space. I should have pulled up in a black 78 Lincoln Town Car. lol Special props go out to the hostess and our waiter who delivered 100%. And then I woke up, but I didn't. Everything's downhill from here. Thanks for the Awesome lunch.

Andrea S.

Yelp
Tried out Olive Gardens new location! I love the new decor and set up, way nicer and updated style. I am so glad they made this move and rebrand. Parking was fine! You can park in the shopping center's lot if you need. Server was quick and attentive, and our food was great as usual!

Kelly B.

Yelp
first time at this Olive Garden, Victor our server was amazing made us feel right at home. it was my neighbor's birthdays and we are truly enjoying the food! cheese ravioli is fantastic. even had the manager Alex Salvador checking on all the table. great time!!! for all of us!!!!

Vanessa A.

Yelp
In really like Olive Garden the restaurant, and this location is one that I choose to go the most because it's central, as in close to downtown and usually when I meet with friends this is the place where we can all meet, coming from different points of the city. So far being there a handful of times and my experience has been positive. Also, I love how Olive Garden gives you a free dessert for birthdays, they used to sent me a coupon for a free dessert, but they are ok we just telling them, the special occasion. And Hey works for myself and my group of friends since it's our place to go for special dates, whether we get the free bday dessert or not, in my case I just likes OG that much, the breadsticks, the minestrone soup, and my fave the chicken alfredo.

Yasmary F.

Yelp
The food is always fresh, hot and delicious!! This location is always clean, they always clean after every customer promptly! Elle is the best server in this location! She's Very friendly, attentive and professional always! She always makes sure we get our food fresh and hot And she's always attentive to us no matter how busy she is!! I have been a regular at Olive Garden for over a decade and this is the best Olive Garden location I have attended besides the Times Square location in NYC.

Evan R.

Yelp
This is a very nice restaurant, the waitress was nice, the food was nicer, and they even gave me a plate of tomatoes

Stacy F.

Yelp
Brand new location with all the updated perks and benefits! This one has been open a little over a month now and we really like it. They do have a smaller parking lot, and when it's busy you may have to park in the other side in the expanded lot, but no biggie - get those steps in! The have an array of seating options, from bar top to larger tons for just a single large group. They have nice large windows that let in a lot of natural light an they break out the layout into sections, which keeps the noise down. The menu is the same as other locations and my personal fave is the create your own pasta dish. Angel hair, meat sauce and salad are my go to. Of course breadsticks are a must!! Staff has been excellent here and we've felt welcome each time. They are definitely family friendly for those with littles. Overall: A++ Super happy with this new location and love the vibe!

Noel G.

Yelp
Olive Garden is a nice "chain" restaurant for Italian fare. They are always adding new items so you don't get bored with the menu. This is a new location... like brand spankin' new. The decor is very upscale and fancy schmancy, but you don't need your 3 piece suit to eat here... hey it's Florida... come in shorts and sandals. We came on a Friday night and the place was packed... a little too packed and way TOO loud to have a decent conversation. ***My suggestion: don't sit in the open area... go around the corner and get table/booth where you can actually hear the person across from you. Okay, the food. Always get salad and breadsticks. They are the best!!!!!!! Next, we ordered a duo appetizer called a combo italiano. We chose the loaded pasta chips and fried mozzarella. The pasta chips were DELICIOUS and they had a few jalapeños on top. The cheese sticks were also good. If you have a group, order some of these. For our entrees, we ordered from the BOGO special going on. If they still have this special when you are there, get it. You can order a different selections to take home. I ordered the cheese ravioli plate. It was "okay"... it did not make my mouth water or stand out to me. That doesn't mean it was not good. I did take one home. All in all, this is a great place and our table service was great. The server was funny and even added some extra strawberries on our cheesecake. Yes, get a dessert, but share it... they are little pricey to get two of them. One dessert is enough for two people.

Mary Lou N.

Yelp
OK, I rarely review national chains, but, since this location is new, I thought I should throw in my two cents worth. First of all, it's an Olive Garden. Everyone knows their menu and their food, so I won't waste precious time describing any of that. For me, personally, food is OK and this is sometimes a convenient stop. I still wish the salads were made with something other than iceberg lettuce. The host/wait staff is friendly and genuinely appear to be happy to be there, and to be happy their customers are there. This is a big plus for me. Could be the nice new building, but I have a feeling that attitude will persist. Nothing worse than a dissatisfied, grumpy waiter/waitress when I, myself, am hungry and a little on-edge (but still polite!). The restaurant is beautiful, with multiple seating areas, making it feel more high-end. No up or down steps or ramps, like the old location. There are great windows letting in a lot of natural light. The "wine walls" are interesting and give division without blocking light. There is even one semi-private room up front. We all got lunch selections, which are mostly "pick two" kinds of assortments. Honestly, I'm not that big of an eater, but the lunch portions were too small for me. I don't have to have "enough to bring home," but I don't like to leave hungry either. I suppose for the price the portions are OK, but I'd pay a little more for a true portion. I noticed that Carrabba's does the same thing for lunch, and theirs isn't satisfying either, and probably pricier. I'd stop here in a pinch or with a group, because there's usually something for everyone.

Ali D.

Yelp
Usually my favorite soup and salad place. But this location failed tonight. Servers were kind and prompt and courteous. My fave, zuppa was a salt lick. The manager had to make a new batch which turned out to be much better.. Bread sticks also overly salted.. Salad olives were awful. Hard and rubbery. Too much dressing. Then coffee. They were nice and made a new batch. Only to find they had no half and half nor cream. Skipped the coffee. I think I'll return to my usual Olive Garden in winter park.

Robbie G.

Yelp
I've been to this location several times now, and most people are familiar with an Olive garden experience. That said, I will keep my review to the encounter that I had earlier this week, as part of their curbside service from the quarantine. We placed our order online, which was very easy. Since there were only two of us, we decided to take advantage of their buy one take one deal, and we were both able to get a pasta dish for $12.99 total. We added on an order of breadsticks with alfredo sauce, for an additional $3.99ish (can't remember exactly). Once we got there, they also offered deeply discounted bottles of wine ($15), which we took advantage of (for anyone who knows Stacy, sauvignon blanc was the obvious choice). If you bought one of the wine bottles, they also gave you the mix for their sangria for free (4oz apple puree and 4oz pineapple juice), and all you had to do is add your own 16oz bottle of Moscato wine (or buy one). We already had that, so it was a nice bonus. That was the food and drink, so let's move on to the service. As far as the service goes, once you turned into the parking lot there was someone standing out in a tent verifying which order was yours, and offering the aforementioned add-ons. once all that was finalized, they took payment, and then they directed you to a parking spot while they went to get your food. The wait was very short, because you're given an estimated time when she order online. The total for everything: two pasta dishes, the breadstick appetizer, and entire bottle of wine, and ready to go sangria mix was just over $40, including a 20% tip. This was a great experience, and I would absolutely take advantage of curbside service again.

Yelp
Thank You Olive Garden for supporting out Vets. Enjoyed my free diner, and wife enjoy her soup and salad.

Yelp
I forgot it was the weekend. I ordered from the lunch menu. The waiter informed me that selection is not available on the weekend. He did not even try to suggest the alternative on the menu. That totally reversed my attitude on being here. My daughter is a hostess and a waitress. She said our waiter seemed like a good person but not a good waiter.

Yelp
Review #844. After 35 years of going to the Olive Garden location at the Orlando Fashion Square. The Darden company figured it was time to shut this location down and just build an entirely new restaurant 300 yards away. We went to the new location, and we were just blown away by the interior. Is a totally new design, it will not resemble an Olive Garden that you have ever been to. Very high ceilings, lots of open space for tables, and all the spaces seem to flow. I had a very open, and airy feel to this place. The food is the same, is she saying all of garden style food. Of course salad and breadsticks. I had their Stuffed Chicken Marsala. If you have never tried this dish, next time you go, go head and order it. I think you will be very pleased. Drinks were good, I have their Italian Margarita which is served with a shot of Frangelico. Just go, just go and see their brand new design. I'm sure you'll be very pleased.

Yelp
Fantastic new Olive Garden concept here. Since this restaurant is brand new, there are a lot of managers and staff running around making sure all guests are taken cared of. There is a separate to-go area for all online or called in orders, which relieves room for the regular sit down guests. We came in around 4:30pm on a weekday and we were seated right away and were also in time for their early specials. Also there was a special for buy one take one home, which is something we did. The salad, breadsticks, and Zuppa toscana were all made perfectly. I usually get a side of Alfredo sauce for the breadsticks too. We ordered the creamy Tuscan chicken which was delicious! The fettuccine Alfredo we had added chicken it just to fill us up more. I was really impressed with the new decor, very clean and modern looking.

Yelp
Soft opening tonight, Service and restaurant impeccable. I'm excited for this new location! Gorgeous, like our old Olive Garden grew up! It's the same food you'd expect, but also why I go there, predictable. Our server Astry was so attentive! It's an easy meal with leftovers. Well done. Check out this new location!

Yelp
Had a great experience with our server Ethan. We usually get the same thing but wanted something different. He helped us decide on the carbonara which was delicious. He gave great service, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Ethan

Yelp
I usually never write reviews but this was one of the saddest experience I had at a restaurant. Went in on a Sunday night with my girlfriend. Understandably, the wait time for a table was quite long so we decided to take a seat at the bar. Big mistake. The bartender seemed like she had more on her plate that she could handle and was very rude. After waiting quite a while for our food to be served, she offered to give us plastic utensil as they had ran out of regular ones. Never have I encountered this before. What made this a sad experience was witnessing a young server have a breakdown next to bar area. After accidentally drooping a glass, he was so distraught that he literally broke another glass on his head and ran out. After leaving the restaurant, we saw him crying at the back of the restaurant. I honestly can't blame the staff. They seem overworked and undervalued. This seem like a serious management issue that hopefully gets resolved soon, as the location is quite nice.

Yelp
Went there to get lunch the pasta used to be a big bowl. Now small see photo. ITs more expensive now and the waiter was awful. No drink refills we had to hunt down another waiter after 20-30 mins. Also took just as long to get salad refill. Wifes soup showed up 10 minutes after my pasta and she had only soup and salad.

Yelp
Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but I was practically dying of hunger so I popped in The definition of a hole-in-the-wall. I got the Chicken gnocchi soup. I paid $8.99 and literally got only one gnocchi and there was barely any chicken. The breadsticks were not fresh either. they were not soft and hard on the ends. Pretty sure they just took it from the freezer and put it in the microwave. Not even close to fresh. The raspberry lemonade was amazing though along with the service. I just don't think the quality of the food was all that in my opinion. There's about a million options available between the menu board and wall full of specials, you really can't go wrong with that . Not much else to say besides go see for yourself

Yelp
This Olive Garden is been remodeled. It looks so fancy and cozy. The decor is very nice. Simple and eye catching. The menu is simple to read and there are many entrees to choose from. Same as drinks and beer. The bar have some TVs for entertainment. The service we had was quick and great. Our chicken scampi was delicious. Same as the salad and minestrone soup. Don't forget those warm breadsticks which are good and tasty. Check out my pics and go have some quiet dinner.

Yelp
Excellent place, the food and service were great! But the special feature about this location is their table's you can have a private are for for party like rooms where you are isolated from other people and during this times that a great place to have, I would definitely recommend this place!

Yelp
Usually when eating here they take excellent care of you and your order is correct. However today after 4 attempts to get the fettuccine cooked it was decided to swap it out for spaghetti noodles. I am very dissatisfied with how this was handled and will not be back. Then the server made a obviously incorrect comment saying the manager wasn't charging for it but in fact he had no intentions of doing it. Have the order right back to him and told him to take it off the bill. It wasn't even eaten and he was shocked? That I didn't want to pay $18 for something inedible then not even made properly.

Yelp
Eating out during this time is risky, but going here I felt very safe and comfortable. The new location and the way it's renovated is very nice and much more open and nicely spread out. The food was good, and the service was incredible. Our server Justin was hilarious and showed so much care. I haven't been able to go out and celebrate my recent 21st birthday, and I shared that with Justin. He gave me samples of wine, sold us a couple of bottles of wine, and even finished off the meal with a shot of tequila for me. I appreciated it more than I can express. These service workers deserve the world.

Yelp
Soup and Salad tonight @ Fashion Square Olive Garden. The soup and salad is always good. But tonight the service we received from (April/red hair) exceptional. What an amazing personality and all around attitude.... I've been eating at this location for over 30 years. Obviously starting at the old one. She turned a simple soup and salad dinner into a great night of dining. Be sure and let her know we appreciated her hospitality...

Yelp
Went to this location AFTER LUNCH(1:30) and the waiter was terrible,we had to hunt him down to bring us drinks and it even took longer to get our food. We had to stop other waiters to get us drink refills as we wait for our lunch. I would have understand if the Restaurant was busy BUT it wasn't.. We stopped a Lady wearing a Blue uniform that was a Shift Manager and she was no help either. The waiter(Jay) just didn't want to work and his demeanor was very awful. We will never come to this location again After receiving an Email from The Olive Garden Guest Relations Office, our Family went back to have Dinner The Service was Superb and our Waitress Crystal was very attentive, food was hot and delicious. Service has changed and we are happy to stop by again

Yelp
This new location is beautiful! The atmosphere is cozy and bright. The hostess was on top of getting us seats and was friendly. Our food was normal Olive Garden quality. There were three of us and we got shrimp fettuccine alfredo, chicken alfredo, and the new zoodles primavera with chicken. We all enjoyed our food. Our waitress was sweet and attentive... maybe a little too attentive. Often times we have servers that are not attentive enough, but this server checked up on us often. It was almost annoying. We had a manager and a chef stop by to check on our experience. Everyone was kind and we didn't have any issues to report. I would recommend going to visit this new location. The building alone is worth a stop.

Yelp
So, finally after 35 years of being open for business, the Olive Garden location at Fashion Square Mall in Orlando closed it's doors. It was a bittersweet moment for me, as it was the place that my husband and I celebrated our first anniversary back in 1986. But not to worry, they opened a brand new restaurant a few hundred yards away on the same property. The new place is very modern. It's also very open. The old Olive Garden was divided into sections and like having your dinner in different rooms in the house. I did kind of like that. But the new place is open and spacious and beautiful. (I'll post some pictures below that I copied from another post on the internet.) My only complaint is that because of the new layout, it is very loud in there. But I hope the management will take notice of that and try to put some sound absorbing barriers in the restaurant. As usual, the food was delicious and the $5 take-home meal offer was a great bonus. And by the way the Italian margarita is an amazing drink. Not only do you get the drink but you get a generous pour of amaretto to either drink or pour into your margarita. I recommend that you try this drink. You'll definitely order it again. Check this place out for yourself and don't forget to order the Italian margarita. One more thing to add, they have a separate entrance for takeout orders.

Yelp
Great carry-home idea! My food was delicious and I brought more home. We will be coming back!

Yelp
Amazing service. Amazing food. This was one of the few Olive Garden experiences where it was just smooth. My food was ordered and delivered quickly. The quality of my food tasted delicious. Our waiter was friendly and was very attentive. I was extremely happy as someone who really enjoys going to Olive Garden. Great location with fantastic staff.
