Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Clean and your typical Olive garden restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and kind. She worked the bar area and our table and looks like Katy Perry. I tried the new stuffed chicken marsala and I really enjoyed it.

We had our Mother's 85th birthday party here, and the staff was so very accommodating, they were very nice, took the time for our huge party of 45 people, I cannot say enough about the staff and Manager , they went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of. The food was excellent and hot. We will definitely be going back to the Owasso Olive Garden ❤️

I usually come here once in a while. But yesterday my experience in this current Olive Garden was perfect. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. Our server Kaylie was friendly, attentive, and had great menu recommendations. The unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks are always a win—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. We tried the Stuffed Chicken Marsala and the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini. Portions were generous, and everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and family-friendly. If you're craving Italian comfort food with great service, Olive Garden is the place to go!

Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given. Our waitress taylor was incredible, one of the most impressive feats I’ve ever seen. She split checks perfectly for 9 people rowdy college kids and was so kind and accommodating. Food came relatively quickly for how busy they were. Definitely visit this location

First time going to olive garden for my wife and mine’s anniversary and it was no good at all. Food was bland steak was soooo chewy and pasta was undercooked and almost hardish. And that along with the portion for $21 is just ridiculous. Wont be returning. Servers were great though

Used to love this place but for the price of portions now and the overall quality of food isn’t anything special. Recently went there and got the steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and it is nasty. Almost tastes like chemicals than food. Luckily a manager was understanding and was able to get us something different. Great service but man food has gone downhill

Quality and portion are very disappointing, esp for the price they charge. My shrimp and scallops were burnt and were distasteful. We got take out, there was no point in calling back and getting it redone as it would’ve taken longer. It Should’ve been done with quality in the first place.

I don't leave reviews. Since coming today I will never be back. Spending $64 and only getting a lasagna, be careful on a takeout order they don't give you the salad and bread sticks unless you tell them. Even went back inside when seen that the salad and bread was not in the bag. Never had to do that before. The noodles where odd and not good. Really bad tasting, going into the trash. I'll get a better meal from the frozen area of the nearby grocery store now on.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in years, for a reason. Once I had real Italian I haven't elected to return but mom requested on Mother's Day. My soup was good but the salad and breadsticks have changed and not good anymore. Even my 12yo daughter said her chicken Alfredo was tasteless. Server and staff were on point and setting hasn't changed from Tuscan. Didn't take picture because why?! hasn't changed in years! lol

The food was mediocre for sure. It took us 25 minutes at least to get our salad as we ordered our food when he took our drink order. We went at 11:05 when they opened. He kept waiting on others before waiting on us and we were the first ones there. Frustrating and will NOT go to this location again.

Food is so garbage. Dry ass microwave noodles and mid Alfredo sauce. I got a sirloin and it was so salty I could barely choke it down. Service is trash, at least my waitress was. Came here for my mother's birthday and it was absolutely terrible. I will never come back here again. Won't be so hard cause I've ate this trash 3 separate times my entire life. Screw this location and everybody in it.

A fat man has to be known about his honesty on the subject of food! They love to go here, and i feel like it is the Italian Dennys of the semi-Fast world. We had reservations for 15, they seated us after a 45-minute wait (Arrived 15 minutes early and wasn't seated until 30 minutes after the reservation time) at a table for 12. It took 15 minutes to get more chairs added! We ordered the dipping sauces with Italian Caso (alfredo sauce). This is a never ending, and with the 4 people and ran out in seconds, as well as my water. I asked 4 times for refills of the sauce and the water, and she brought it when our food came out. Now i got the salad, and soup. Salad is always great there; I love there dressing. The soup was cool this time, but i ate it, then ordered another one. This time i would have sworn it had ice cubes in it! The lady said it must have been the last of that pot. Oh well, unfortunately i will be back because my children love it, and this is the closest to the house, although i will say the food is usually the same from one OG to the next. But maybe OIP in Frackville PA ruined me on other Italian restaurants.

It took them awhile to serve us which we understood they were busy. The manager caught that we were waiting a little too long and grabbed someone for us. We were not expecting anything out of it nor were we going to complain however the manager gave us free desert which was incredibly kind of her. We appreciated her noticing we were waiting a long time and choosing to make it right even when we were not complaining.

I ordered catering on the app a few days before the pick-up date. I ordered soup, salad, breadsticks, and a tray of lasagna. The soup wasn't the greatest, and one of my family members found a date dot (Best by date) in her bowl of soup. They didn't give us any salad dressing or breadsticks. The salad that says feeds 12 people barely fed 6. The lasagna was the worst of all. There was no marinara and cheese around the edges, which made it dry as can be. I will never be going back. Worse of all, I did the online review, and Olive Garden said they would call you, but no one even bothered to reach out.

All you can eat soup was Luke warm. Returned it and it came back, like warm again. Third bowl was just ok. Disappointing.

We love OG food. We always have -- this is the closest location to our house. We came here last year for our anniversary and Today is our 32 anniversary. I told the hostess to give us a great table because of our anniversary and she sat us in a noisy walkway facing two walls. She said well there is a plate you can look at. HAHa We had a darling sweet waitress who made our specialty tea too syrupy twice. i asked another waiter for a regular tea to mix my own. My shrimp scampi was delicious but they put asparagus ends in there and they were hard. The sweet waitress got us a celebratory cheesecake. it's always fun to be with my hubby but i think this store could improve just a little.

We ordered the salmon and 75% of the plate was broccoli. Needed to add rice or another vegetable as a third side. Requested a cocktail that was never brought but charged. Did get it removed from the tab. And It wasn't very pleasant having all the dirty dishes piled in the middle of the table during the meal. Still left a 15% tip but won't be back.

Since it seems I'm always (too) quick to write a critical review when a restaurant fails to deliver (in my opinion), it's only fair that when one gets it right, I should recognize that as well. I've had some pretty critical things to say about our local OG over the years, but yesterday The Kid wanted OG for lunch, and oak that I am, we went. I'm pleased to report that the experience was a huge 180 from previous visits. Service was on point in every aspect, and our food was pretty much spot on as well. I can't say if this was an exception or the new rule, but time will tell. Good job Olive Garden.

Speedy, clean, well kept, and amazing staff serving amazing food!! I HAVE to give it to my guy Mason, guy was absolutely amazing! Couldn't have asked for any better of an experience. Thank you

first off the salad tastes like dog water and is drowned in oil and second my meal wash angel hair with 5 cheese marinara and grilled chicken didn't take more than 2 bites first the noodles were dry in the middle and the sauce tasted like straight tomatoes and then the chick was dry and burnt so zero outta 5 stars

Went in today and was treated horrible lots of tables open and they wanted to seat me at a table I didn't want and was told that's all they had when I'm looking at open booths everywhere no cars in the lot guess they don't want peoples business last time we wanted to eat there we had to walk out no body would wait on us I gave them another chance but they failed instead of seating me where I would be comfortable they just let me walk out and go somewhere else I will never eat there again

The main reason for the 5 star rating was our server Vinnie. Dude was amazing. We never had to ask for anything. He was spot on. Oh and the food was really good as well but man the wait staff is spot on!!!

First time I've ever been to one of these. The food and service were all amazing. I went in on Veterans Day. So the only thing I had to pay for was the most expensive iced tea I've ever drank in my life. When paying for your food, WATCH THE TIP CALCULATOR. It's a little "off". The computer said the tip I left was in the teens, when in reality it was a 66% tip. The iced tea was $3 and some change. I rounded it up to $5. Like I said, AMAZING food. Just watch that tip calculator. Do your own math for finding the tip you wanna give.

Twice a month I take my mother who lives in a care facility to get her hair done. Each time mom picks a restaurant to get early dinner from. She was really excited this week on Tuesday to have Olive Garden, sadly her excitement didnt last. I gave it 2 stars because the take out service was ready as promised. This is HUGE for us because I have to leave mom in the car. The secind star was for the young lady who helped me, she was spectacular. However the food was horrible. Mom comes from a time when no matter good or bad you choke it down, but after the second bite she apologized tearfully and asked not to eat anymore. Yes it was THAT BAD

The two of us made dinner last night，fried calamari for appetizer, Very tender and great even with our the sauce. The soup is delicious and flawless. The entrees was straight and narrow,neither surprising nor disappointing,but I was a lot ,a lot.The service feels warm and unpretentious .ez five stars

I echo what has already been said. Service is kind of hit or miss in this location. The greeters are great, very friendly and helpful but you never know with the waitstaff. We have had issues with the food as well, once my friend ordered chicken marinara and it was still frozen when he cut it. We informed the waiter and they took it back apparently simply reheating it. I like ordering their tiramisu to go for a large group of people but once they didn't bring it out when I called and we had to wait a very long time for it to thaw. We actually are it while it was a bit frozen which was alright but not ideal..

Will never come back to this place, they offered a booth for 5 persons but wasn't even clean yet. We waited for the table to be cleaned and no one did it there was like 5 people at the reception desk just talking and standing around, no one offered another table there was like 5 or 6 available so we just left. Besides the restaurant smelled very bad and my younger son was complaining about the sting saying he wouldn't eat anything. Very stinky experience.

Although I'm not a huge fan of the food at Olive Garden I must say that my Alfredo was great and my server was very polite and gave excellent service.

Poor customer service, salad was old. Tea was practically water with color. Full menu was not available and the floor under booth was dirty.

My friend and I came in and we were seated in a section that seemed to have about 3 servers and we sat there for 30 minutes waiting and the servers just kept looking at us and ignoring us. After 40 minutes we got up and left. Hopefully next time the servers can be a little bit more on top of things, just disappointing because I really like Olive Garden..

This is not an authentic Italian restaurant but the food is still really good! The break sticks and salad are amazing and you could make a meal out of just them! In fact, it's kind of hard not to fill up before the main course arrives! I typically order the chicken Alfredo and it's always great. Sometimes I have to request extra Alfredo sauce but otherwise the meal is great! The portion sizes are really good and I always end up with leftovers for later. They have some really yummy deserts but I never have room for them!

First of all, the ladies at the front were extremely rude to us. Secondly, the food was TERRIBLE. My chicken was squishy, bitter, and cold. My noodles were cold as well and the grapes that I got on the side were soggy and old. I've heard good things about olive garden so I decided to try one while I was in town. NEVER AGAIN. (not here at least). The only good thing about this place was our waiter Dana, she was awesome.

This restaurant although not very old is filthy. The floor was covered with food and it smelled like musty dusty carpet in the restaurant. You can tell the manager/owner do not take a lot of pride in their restaurant. This will be the last time we choose Olive Garden in Owasso. The service was good the food mediocre, but that could've been from the atmosphere.

My family and I went to this Olive Garden and had the best waiter, Jordan! He checked on us regularly, was able to make suggestions, and had an upbeat attitude. Not just an average order taker. Food was awesome too!! I am vegan was able to build my own pasta!

The greeters are friendly and knowledgeable. Our waitress was prompt and friendly and we received our appetizers and entrees quickly. The food was great. My only complaint is with the prices! It's almost $4 now for a side of dipping sauce in a small bowl that is barely half way full. Good grief!

Service sucked today, had to wait a good 30 mins before server showed to get our drink orders, our appetizer came before the drinks. When ready to pay, waited another 20 mins before I had to go to the host to ask for boxes.

If we eat in the restaurant the service is usually spot-on. However we have noticed if we do a carry-out order the service is hit-and-miss. Also the wait times for a carry-out order is ridiculous. If I go eat in the restaurant I can have my food in about 15 minutes. However when we order a carry-out meal they will tell us 45 minutes or so. I don't understand why it takes three times longer

We checked in before driving over. Apparently some people check in for reals but some don't register. What????? What happen to customer service ? I can prove I checked in but I have to wait longer than people who came in after? Whatever----what's the point then. Fix your program

They didn't give me enough parmesan and didn't give me bread sticks , Big Man does not approve.

So I haven't eaten at owasso Olive Garden in soooo long and decided to give it another try only to be disappointed once again ! When you enter the restaurant it automatically stinks of a very strong smell. We got sat fairly quick only to sit and wait on our server. He wasn't very talkative at all and overall just poor service for the price we paid. What happened to the old Olive Garden in owasso when Craig ran it this kinda stuff would not of been put up with.. won't be coming back to this location, they change staff and management worse than ever. BY THE WAY TAKE A LOOK AT ALL THE SIMILAR REVIEWS AND MAYBE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I ate here with a good-sized group of people. We called in advance of almost a week to notify them that we were going to have a group Gathering. There was one server for over 30 people. When the food finally came at best it was lukewarm. Some people did not get their food until others were completely done eating. There were many of us who got the soup and salad for lunch. The unlimited soup and salad. We got one bowl of soup. I would not ever go back to this restaurant. I was highly disappointed with the service and how long it took to get anything. The server was nice along with the rest of the staff that we interacted with. But it doesn't matter how nice you are when you cannot do things in a timely manner. It took over 2 hours for everyone to be served and check out. I typically have a decent experience to Olive Garden however this experience was far from decent and I would not recommend it to anybody.

It's Olive Garden, that's about it. Still, good food and the wait staff is always very nice.

Cooks just dont care about their job, staff is to busy with their friends and cell phone and boyfriends to care about their job. Place just went down hill since dix months ago. To many younger people that just dont care.

Very poor experience! Steak was over cooked as were the pasta dishes. Waitress was good but food was terrible! Worst salad I have ever had at Olive Garden!!!! Won't go back.

The service was awful, our food was cold by the time it got to us. And we waited 30 minutes after getting boxes just to get our check.

It's an Olive Garden, so take that into consideration in general, but I've never had a bad experience at this location. The food has always been good here, and the waitstaff is friendly and quick to turn over tables in the event you have to wait to be seated.

We have eaten at Olive Garden for many years so when this one opened up near us we were very excited. However, our experiences here have been mostly less than satisfying. The food and service at this location doesn't seem to be as good as the Utica Square location. My 4 year old was slammed with the bathroom door and left with a cut foot by an upset employee. The employee didn't care at all. When I asked to bring this to the attention of the manager, we discovered it WAS the manager. She was rude and showed no concern for our child. We have not returned since. I suggest taking the extra drive to Utica Square in Tulsa for better food and a much friendlier staff.

Just moved to Oklahoma from California, I've always loved Olive Garden for so many reason!!! I was so pleased to know that Olive Garden was so close to where I had just relocated! First time I came here I sat for 30 mins while waitresses ignored me and my family and then complained and finally somebody took care of us, the second time around I walked in to have none of the 5 young girls who were hostesses who were giggiling and laughing amongst themselves didn't bother to greet us as we walked inside instead they said "just the three of you?" And walked us to our table, the lady who severed us had a TERRIBLE attitude!! Anytime we asked for anything it felt like it was a problem, didn't offer us more water knowingly our cups were empty, food was great! And at the end of our dinner manger came over and apologized and then TOOK CARE OF OUR WHOLE MEAL! Thank you to the kind gentlemen manager who made our night better! Because of him we will be back to try it for a third time.

Playing Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin doesn't make you an Italian eatery. The freshness of the food is good, but my my was it boring as can be. The salad was alright, the bread sticks were like sticks. Not soft and more like a biscotti. I ordered a never ending pasta bowl. I wanted it to end after the first bland couple of bites. The place was clean and pretty busy for Thursday night. Service was good, but the food was just a let down.

Every time we go here we are satisfied with the food. The breadsticks are FRESH! The food is good, but the service is inconsistent. That's the only reason I take off 2 stars. For an Olive Garden, it's as good as any of them.

Went shortly after opening at 11. The first seating section was full and they didn't want to seat us in another section. So after waiting 15 minutes for a seat in 1st section to open , they seat us in the back after all. If I wasn't starving already I would have threw a fit but they did learn that was a cheesy move on their part. Doubt I ever go back.

Good lunch today. Great service from Chloe. She was very quick and courteous. Lunch special was just the right amount of food.

I usually don't have a problem with this Olive Garden, on Feb 21 was one experience that was completely nasty. My daughter found a hair in her pasta, everything was going great. The server got the MG involve because it even wasn't her fault, she did right... however the MG was completely mean!! He said that the kitchen people don't have that color hair, like I'm just going to take his word. Then he stated that people walking around loose hair! Look I knw restaurant don't want to own up to stuff like this because it's plain nasty, I told him please give me a my check I was done listening to him talk. All he said is ur free to go! So unprofessional I don't understand why people get this job's no wonder they aren't as busy. I hope this doesn't happen to no body else.

One of the worst Italian meals and service, even for Olive Garden, which isn't saying much! Don't expect to get what you ordered, unless you like dry stale bread with lots of extra cheese!
