I grew up eating at Olive Garden, so it’ll always feel a little nostalgic walking in. The pasta is just as satisfying as I remember, and the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks still make the whole meal. Pro tip: get a side of meat sauce for dipping (free refills included!). And when they come around with the parmesan, they really will keep grating until you say stop 😊 Faves: chicken parmesan, chicken alfredo, tour of italy, zuppa toscana, calamari, free chocolate mint at the end

Great salad as always ! Spaghetti with meat balls come with plenty of sauces and amazing flavors. 👏 Restroom floor was littered with handpapers and tissues all over the floor and urinary area was very smelly. Great service from bar tenders- order was taken within a few minutes after sitting down and attentive to the needs of the diners. Recommended

Haven’t been to an Olive Garden in years but this location did not disappoint! Service was outstanding and the food was Fabulous!

I ordered delivery for a family that had 2 medical crisis in 2 days! I did the family feast of chicken fettuccine alfredo, added the bucket of soup, and a dipper. They said it was just like going into the restaurant and was wonderful! I'm sure I will be ordering this many more times in the next few months while they recover. Great job!!!!

Well actually this is more like a 2 1⁄2 on the food there's no way to put that on here but anyway The major problem I had was the soup was awful you know that's my fault I didn't know what soup to get and but the salad was terrible I mean I had so much white lettuce in my salad I couldn't tell what was you know there was so little green in ITIT was like they get the rabbit grayed I mean if I wanted to you know just I could just go outside and eat some grass if I wanted rabbit right so And another problem was the You know I I thought it Was weird that we had to wait you know ITIT wasn't full yet you think they would be on it like well 5 minutes you know 5 minutes right I mean there should be like 2 when you expect people for lunch right when you got that special oh the only good part about this thing was the price was very reasonable you know that's the only reason why they got 2 1⁄2 stars otherwise you would have gotten less and the breadsticks were very good I mean they were they were overcooked they had them in the oven too long but they were still good And you know I guess I have a little beef with it cause I wasn't expecting to pay the whole bill either so that made me they that made my mood even worse. So anyway you know the location is good too you know that should be another star cause you know the locations extremely handy it's real close to the freeway so it's not like it's really hard to get to but I just I feel like I'm disappointed because you know I expected them to bring it you know that's why people go for the special you know the the breadsticks and the salad and the soup which it sounds like a good deal they're all decent I don't know what my friends got oh well 1 of them got spaghetti which I thought was weird that he didn't get the special but you know some people are weird about salad. No if you if you have some extra money in your pocket I just get chicken parmesan I mean if you're gonna go there anyway I wouldn't I wouldn't get the special I mean per se unless somebody else is gonna pay it for you or you know you pay 10 bucks whatever you just pay $10 out of it Gives me is that this seems like a majorly lay-up to me all you have to do is like have some decent tomato soup put a little cheese in it I mean this isn't hard at all have some decent lettuce I mean this is not hard this is very simple The only good thing 1 of the few good things was that she put a lot of cheese on my salad that was very good What they really could use is that they really could use some pickles too that would have gone well with salad. I'm puzzled as to how they got a 4.2 rating so that seems like a lot.🤔 give them big rating you know that's over 4 so some of them were 5s so I don't get that I mean to me it's not that good of a restaurant

Spectacular! The calamari was delicious! The trio was fantastic. We had a party of 23. The servers were truly magnificent! We didn't want or need anything. Our drinks were always full we had unlimited soup and salad with our entrees. The chicken alfredo was fabulous! The spaghetti was great. The lasagna was really really good. The soups were perfectly seasoned. Everything that we ordered was very tasty. The remarkable thing about it was the service. We had 3 servers 2 ladies and 1 man. They worked so well together and were so happy to help us have a great time. Simply magnificent! We were celebrating a birthday.

First time ever at Olive Garden, I was pleasantly surprised. The service here was amazing, the hosts are welcoming and kind, the servers are amazing and seem like great folks. The gnocchi soup was very delicious as well as the bread sticks. Very big portions so I recommend coming on an empty stomach. One issue though, we did order a Alfredo pasta and the pasta was pretty hard, that’s the only issue we had. Decent place though

I have eaten here quite frequently, I have to say This Olive Garden never disappoints! Breadsticks are always Hot. My Minestrone Soup was Hot & Fresh, My Broccoli Alfredo was very delicious. To top it off our server Jackie was on top of things, She checked on us often. Jackie was so friendly and Awesome and provided outstanding service. :) I definitely recommend to come here.

One of my favorite places to go. I usually get the chicken Alfredo and bread sticks. Food is pretty good. I would give it 4 out of 5. The vibes is nice but older feeling than other places I've gone to. Took my girlfriend there. She gave food 5 out of 5 but service was more of a 4.

Got on the waitlist via their website and it said for 1 person, it would be 1-10 min. When I arrived, it would be 4 min left assuming the 10 min scenario. I checked in with the server like I was supposed to and he told me that it would be a 15 minute wait. I explained I got on the waitlist and it should be closer to five minutes at this point. His expression and response indicated he could really care less he told me that a lot of people have come in since then. Which negates the point of a waitlist So I decided to sit at the bar. The gentlemen was very nice, but the food took a very very long time. Overall, it looked clean and kept up I chose it based on wait since I had to be somewhere else, so based on yes, I would not return due to the waitlist basically not mattering and how long the food took The spaghetti noodles themselves were very stuck together like no oil or butter were used. The 4 cheese marinara pasta was amazing though. Breadsticks were amazing like they are at all Olive Garden The salad that came with it was their signature one that comes with the meal and it had way too much dressing No thanks. Bon voyage.

Haven't been here for a little over 10 years but decided to go relive a childhood memory. We were off to a bad start from the beginning. Our breadsticks were delivered rock hard, and both dishes for my husband and I were revolting. We ordered shrimp carbonara ($26.29) and steak Gorgonzola Alfredo ($23.99). The shrimp carbonara came out bland...and mind you, I'm a white girl. So when I say it's bland...ITS BLAND. It needed salt or something because I tasted nothing. The steak Gorgonzola Alfredo was absolutely horrendous. First of all, they used a GENEROUS amount of balsamic "DRIZZLE" which turned my pasta into brown slop before I even started eating. The vinegar mixed with the blue cheese reminds me of morning sickness when I was throwing up constantly of bile. it tastes like puke. But this is somehow unimaginably worse since it's going from my mouth and into my stomach, not the other way around. Food crimes have been committed everywhere on this dish. Steak isn't supposed to be slathered in sauce. Alfredo doesn't pair with balsamic vinegar. And balsamic vinegar "drizzle" paired with blue cheese tastes like bile. Our server was kind enough to give us an extra batch of breadsticks to go, thankfully not solid rock. But the damage was done, and we just wanted to go home. No dessert was considered anyway. Their dessert menu is definitely lacking and I'm sure we didn't miss much. Our appetizer of toasted ravioli ($11.29) wasn't too bad...but definitely not Italian. Not sure what I was expecting for Olive Garden but this was a $70+ dinner. At this price, we expected more and got less. You can definitely get your moneys worth at an actual fine dining restaurant. It makes me amazed reading the reviews from many moons ago. A reviewer mentioned they'd come here for a fine dining experience substitute since they were college students unable to afford one. The irony is that these prices 10 years later couldn't hold true to past reviewers. Complimentary appetizer: the soup was very good at least. It was gnocchi and chicken. It made the breadsticks more palatable since I was eating cardboard at that point. Next to me I saw someone choose the salad option for their side. It came in a family sized bowl for one person. Oh America. I have many questions why a portion size for a salad for one person would need to be that big. Overall disappointed and never returning again. I will hold the good parts of this establishment in my childhood memories and keep it there. Farewell Olive Garden.

Busy restaurant with the holidays for sure. Loud environment and a lot of staff. Service was a bit slow and waited forgot to bring the soup and we had to ask for that and my granddaughter ordered a diff of mashed potatoes that were also forgotten. My eggplant parm was just ok. Would not order it again. I always enjoy their soup and salad and will be back, just too busy on this night and our food got lost.

Only waited 10 minutes to get a seat. We had 4 in our company. Paul was our server, and seemed to attentive to our table until he received an 8 top table. Then our service dropped. After we got our soup and salads he didn't stop by until everything was empty. We needed drink refills and another round of soup. When he came around and got those orders the food came which wasn't fast but not knocking it. I personally don't know if Olive Garden asks if you would like your steak a certain temperature, but it wasn't offered. Steak came out well done. Other than that, I would recommend to others, Paul was good just had to much on his plate as in tables/guests.

The food that we got was good can't really complain anything about it, we came around early dinner time so it was starting to get packed. The service started off really good until the end, one of our water cups broke as we were trying to take a sip (thankfully it was almost empty anyways), we started to clean off the glass shards from our are and motioned our waiter over. Long story short we had asked for some bandaids since I was bleeding and was denied that, proceeded to treat us poorly afterwards so we left and didn't ask for any to go boxes.

If you're craving some great pasta, salad, and soup, come here! I had their spaghetti (angel hair) and meatballs and I really liked it! It came with three big meatballs which had plenty of meat. The portioning of the spaghetti was really good as well. The noodles were cooked right. The meatballs were seasoned well and tasty. I really enjoyed their traditional marinara sauce. Definitely wished I asked for extra sauce. I had their creamy, mushroom, chicken soup which was surprisingly good. The soup was comforting and chicken was delicious. Their salad was very good. They had really good salad dressing on it and the veggies were fresh. The service was good! Server was nice and helpful. The food didn't take that long to make. The pricing was fair I'd say, especially with their never ending breadsticks, salads, and soups. I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. There are plenty of seating and it was clean and organized. There is nice lightning and it was a welcoming feeling there. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future!

Went here on Veterans Day the staff was great and had the large amount of people under control was able to get in and enjoy my meal right away

I came to this Olive Garden with a couple friends who were visiting from out of state. It was a Friday night, so of course the place was packed and we did have to wait a while. When we finally got seated our waitress, Kaylie, was super friendly and energetic, and was willing to conversate with us. We all got the never ending pasta bowls cause it's obviously the most bang for your buck. The food of course was alright. It's Olive Garden, you get what you pay for. But I will say the bowls came out quickly and our waitress was on it giving us refills without even having to ask. So overall it was a pleasant experience. This isn't my normal location I go to but I would come back purely for the great service!

Amazing food. The waiter was noice and I like the old fashioned music in the background. I came here on a vacation and this is the first time I ate here. (I couldn't add my food picture here because I forgot to and ate it all before I realized :( My bad :p) Thx fr reading this far Goodabye

Let's find the positives shall we? Went here with my 8year old on a Saturday about 1230p since we were given a gift card for Christmas. To my surprise the restaurant was packed, but we still were sat within 5mins of arriving. Women's bathroom was clean which is always appreciated and our server was kind and checked on our table a couple times during our lunch. I ordered the Tour of Italy so I could try several things - the lasagna was 6/10, Alfredo was hardly flavorful but my son liked it 3/10, and the chicken parm was okay 6.5/10. My son got the kids cheese pizza (3/10) and fries. I can't remember the last time I went to Olive Garden and I honestly wouldn't be back..sorry

Our visit to Olive Garden on this occasion was to celebrate friendship. After a short wait for a table, we were seated and greeted with wonderful service. Our meals arrived quickly and very tasty and large portions. We ordered shrimp scampi pasta, calamari, tiramisu for dessert and of course the never ending servings of salad and breadsticks. Very nice ambience and good food to celebrate the joy of friendship!

This is probably my third time going to this place within a one year period, and i'm always impressed with how fast they can take your order and get your food into your table. Staff is cognizant of your appetite and time. They know that you'll come in hungry so they'll show up within minutes after being seated. I always get their chicken parmigiana as my entree, it's simple and satisfying; my only gripe is that they front load the dish with a lot of spaghetti noodles and sauce with small cuts of chicken. I'd like to see the ratio improve, a more magnified portion of protein. You can tell the chicken is fresh out the oven since it's had a bit of surface crunch in each bite. I'd come back if for quick date night, or if i'm craving simple Italian food.

Lexi is hands down the best bartender -- 100% the real deal! Her service is always top-notch, fast, and friendly, and she makes everyone feel welcome the moment they sit down. She remembers your drink, your name, and always serves with a genuine smile. The atmosphere instantly feels better when she's behind the bar. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in every pour and every interaction. Simply put, Lexi sets the standard for great service!

We visited Olive Garden with a group of four adults and two children at around 6:30 pm today and unfortunately, the service completely ruined our meal. Our server had a noticeable attitude from the moment we sat down -- no greeting, no warmth, just indifference. To make matters worse, he got part of our order wrong and barely checked on us throughout the meal. He only came by our table three times the entire meal- when he took our order, drop off the salad and soup, and when he gave us water. No drink refills, no updates, no follow-ups. We had to call other server to give us the to-go box. The restaurant was not even busy. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. Very disappointing, and definitely not the level of service we expect. This ruined our dinner experience. The food was bad as well. The pasta was not fully cooked, some were still hard.

The food was good, like the bread sticks. The service was okay, I never got the beverage or the unlimited soup re-filled. A families oriented Italian atmosphere.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in a long time, and I really like the specials they have on their menu now! Their weekday lunch specials are a steal alongside their never-ending soup or pasta options. Their breadsticks were flavorful, and of course their refillable salad is always never to disappoint. I got the Five Cheese Ziti al Forno and it was also pretty good. The host that served us was very sweet! She put a candle on our Chocolate Lava Cake/Chocolate Brownie Lasagna when requesting one for our friend's birthday. :) Olive Garden is a very family-friendly restaurant that's reliable if you are craving it generally or are looking for a casual place to catch up with people. The people here were very welcoming and kind as they greeted us upon entering, wished us a good day when leaving and held the door open for us. I'm looking forward to the next time I come back here. Upon entering there was no waiting and we were seated quickly. Our waitress came and she said she was training. She took our drink order. The youngest girl ordered a root beer and a Dr Pepper was brought. When we attempt to exchange for the root beer we were told they don't have root beer. That's why the brought the Dr Pepper stating they thought it would be fine.?? We exchanged it for water. We ordered the salad and breadsticks came right away. Salads iceberg lettuce had several brown areas and big thick bunches of iceberg. The tasteless cheese was shredded on top of the salad and all over the table and the extremely wet salad plates! Breadsticks were dry they obviously had been sitting awhile. Food finally arrived, good 20 minutes later. No food was hot only the plates!! Alfredo fettuccine and crispy chicken was fair. Need more sauce chicken good. Chicken parmigiana and pasta had way too much of a red sauce that tasted like it came right out of the can. The lasagna also just tasted of canned sauce. You tasted nothing but sauce. The young girl had ordered broccoli for her side ( from the children's menu) it came with a ton of chopped garlic all over it! By the time the exchanged it for without garlic we were ready to leave. Unfortunately I don't see us returning.

It's not good but you do you. Food isn't good! Outdated and gross ambiance. Service was good for us. The food absolutely is disgusting! Cold pasta and sauce with meh chicken. Go somewhere else!!!

On a busy Saturday night they got us seated right away. Food was delicious, hot, and super fast. Carrie was the best server and we'd definitely ask for her again!

Some people might make fun of this as a chain restaurant. I don't know anything about its authenticity but find the food comparable to literally any other Italian restaurant in the US. Of course, there is the famous endless salad and breadsticks, great for lunch, or added to an entree for dinner. The portions are actually not as large as some other places (in other words, not family style). I'm not going to say that every dish is a hit, yet we always leave satisfied and have never had an issue with the service, either. We were greeted happily and quickly seated. Our server was fast and friendly. The place was clean and the food was yummy.

When we walked in, the hostess greeted us immediately. We were sat down within 5 minutes. Our server came and took our drink orders. There was no friendliness or care. My friend asked if we could get breadsticks to start and she interrupted to say "Yeah they come with the order and the soup and salad." (I totally get that it does, but if that's the case, then how hard is a yeah or sure, it came off passive aggressive. We got our food and drinks, everybody is shredding the cheese so aggressively, it's spilling everywhere. Everybody except my youngest child got their meal. My youngest's meal came out 10 minutes after ours. The only genuine people we came across was the hostess, the manager (I'm assuming cause she was in a different color), and the guy with the pink hair. I've been here multiple times and this was the worst service I've received by far. Our server honestly was nowhere to be seen for like an hour. We had to ask the women in the different colored shirts for refills. When a different guy brought it, he didn't smile, say anything, acknowledge our thanking him, and walked off immediately lol our server came to give us the box and bag. Wouldn't recommend, it would be worth driving the long distance anywhere else. Unless you wanna feel like a burden lol then for sure, stop by. OH AND WE DIDNT GET REFILLS ON ANYTHING EVEN ONCE. except the drinks we had to go begging for.

We stopped for lunch it was the day after the storm so we did have to wait 30 minutes it was busy! Our server John was soo nice ! The lunch menu prices are very affordable. I got a shrimp scampi it was good but the asparagus was too tough could not eat maybe they don't remove the bottom part? I also got a mango tea I didn't like it either didn't taste like mango. My husband got the 6oz steak and my son pizza they enjoyed it. I also got 5 meals to go all great portions. Would be coming back for lunch!

My wife and I love the Olive Garden. This location in specific is great. There's lots of parking. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Sometimes I'm weary about going to chain restaurants but the food is always good, the staff are very nice, and it's honestly a good deal. My wife and I came here and left full with leftovers and take away for a great price including tips. The dining room is busy but large and they seem to have enough staff to deal with everyone even though it's quite busy.

Because it's a big restaurant it does take a while to get serve. Severs are polite and take their time to bring food. The ambiance was nice and quiet were we were.

We timed it well. Got there just before dinner time. We were told 10 minute but were called right away. Server Ryan H. seemed friendly and introduced himself. Beverages draft Modelo and Silican Sunset arrived right away. So did endless bread sticks, salad and Chicken and Gnocchi soup. Getting the main course took about 30 minutes and the restaurant was not so busy yet. Our server went to break and other came while he was out. We asked why it took so long from the kitchen. Never got an answer but soon after we asked the food soon came. The other side of the aisle and their server seemed faster covering each table. The two main dishes were quite good five cheese ziti and tour of Italy.

Ugh, I don't know why I keep joking with myself coming to this place. The server was cool & all - breadsticks & salad normal. The lunch was complete trash. The noodles were overcooked & the asparagus I thought for sure were green beans in the shrimp scampi - no flavor - well, noodle water flavor. I swear I do it to myself coming here hoping for a different outcome. Barf.

Came in for a quick bite to eat here in Tukwila and was greeted by Chloe who treated me with such great service and the meatballs were delicious. I didn't have time to get my favorite salad or the tour of Italy but would love to come back soon and try it next time I'm in town.

Zen was absolutely amazing! My family and I absolutely loved him!!! The food was great as well but service was top notch

I haven't been to Olive Garden in a while but I had a great time with friends at the one in Southcenter! Our server, Annie, was really awesome - great personality and willing to help with whatever we needed. I ended up getting a bunch of Zuppa Toscanas and the 8oz steak + fettucine alfredo. I subbed the fettucini for the gluten-free rotini and it went really well! All the food was great and the portions were huge, exactly as expected :)

Got to this Olive Garden at a good time because there was zero wait and the dinner rush was about to come in before us. Place was packed with people though when we walked to our table. Service was fine and a bit slow as things were getting busier for the restaurant. The little kiosk on the table was only able to order drinks and items from the kids menu from what we could see so we ordered the rest with our waitress. Wasn't really feeling adventurous that day, so I just got a Chicken Alfredo Fettucine with Broccoli added to it and also had an appetizer of the Toasted Ravioli. Okay, I was a little adventurous cause I never had that app before. It was surprisingly good. I'd get that again. The fettucine also was good. Really hooked me up with the broccoli. Ate everything except for the last piece of ravioli. I just couldn't do it. Ended up getting a stomach ache the night of when I went to sleep because I was overly stuffed. It was fairly good. Olive Garden has rarely done me wrong when it comes to the food. Pretty consistent and solid. Only thing to really worry about is probably the service. Luckily, we had a pretty good one that night. Nothing more I can say really. It's a chain restaurant that has yet to mess up their business. Go Olive Garden!

came here for my boyfriend's birthday, I experienced food poisoning that it does have enough us food poisoning and so did my partner. It was very unpleasant. usually love olive garden but this experience was very brutal.

I am writing this review to talk up Zen! He is the best server we have had in a very long time. We came in to give the never ending pasta deal an try and had the absolute best experience. Zen's attitude, recommendations, and service were absolute perfection. Everything you could want in a server. He was so thoughtful and attentive throughout the entire meal. I couldn't say enough good things about Zen!

Chicken Scampi has been my go to at Olive Garden for years. Yesterday was the worst. The sauce and entree were clearly overcooked and yet still served. I sat at the bar around 4pm hoping to have a nice dinner. 38 bucks later I left and had stop to get something else to eat. Please teach your bartenders to not serve unsatisfactory food and to ask when the entree clearly was not touched or eaten.

Although it may be "generic", it's exactly what I wanted. Everything was great and I walked away stuffed and very happy.

I remember this restaurant since I was in my teens or 20s. They still have the same thing year after year for the most part. We ordered a few dishes - soup and salad, stuffed shells, kids meal, pasta with broccoli. Everything was fine, nothing too spectacular. It took a while for food to arrive. The waitress said they had a big party. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and longer for the food. I like that they provided activities for the little ones.

had the best experience with annie! she was our server tonight & we agreed she set the standard for all waitresses we've ever experienced. food was good but our experience with her made it even better!

We got on the waitlist online, then checked in when we got to the store. We also approached the one manning the front desk to let him know we arrived. He checked and saw we were indeed from an online checkin. The time on the waitlist said 11 minutes. We waited about 20, then asked them where our place was. The man said it's ready now, go over to that hostess and have her seat you. So we do. The hostess says they texted us already (they did not) and that she called our names several time ( we were standing next to the host stand) and that she could "put us back on the list". Her tone was extremely rude and we were pretty upset with how she treated us and tried to blame us for the text and the guy we checked in with not telling us either. We walked out immediately, but my wife tried to talk to the guy that sent us to the rude hostess in the first place. That was awful. You are not quite ready to deserve our business just yet. Go to Spaghetti factory just down the street. They are polite, way cheaper, better tasting, and they almost always seat you before your time estimate.

The food was good. Salad was good. I had enough food for two days. I had it delivered and with all the people checking to make sure order was correct. They sign off on it. Plenty of food.

I wanted to try the Stuffed Chicken Marsala, the Italian cheeses were way to salty, I took it off! The sun dried tomatoes were a little hard. The salt was over powering & I was greatly disappointed. I loved the way you use to make your Chicken Marsala! Sorry, we have always loved your food!

Had dinner here recently after not being at the OG in several years. I've eaten at this chain since I was a kid, and I like it. 3 stars this round for not the best pasta and dried out breadsticks on the ends. Cheesecake was drowning in syrup. Bit more finesse and better cooking times would have made this a 5 star experience because of the service and drinks we had. We sat in the bar to avoid waiting for a table, and our servers were the two bartenders working hard. My friend and I both had a non-alcoholic strawberry drink (that I can't find on their online menu to share the proper name) that was really tasty. The bartender filled it to the rim with fresh strawberry garnish. They both checked on us on a regular basis. The kiosk on the table to add items to the meal gives off a fast food vibe.

Our server was new at her job, so we gave her a LOT of patience. We ordered two lime margaritas, one less sugar. When they came out, it was not apparent which was which, and it was Italian Margaritas with amaretto instead of lime. The breadsticks, soup, and salad came out very slowly, but again we were being very patient as a party of 7. The pasta was good, as usual! The chocolate brownie lasagna tasted old. It took about 20 mins to split our bill, but then again, we were very patient. Our server apologized and told us she was new and quite anxious. We've all been there before, so we still gave her a very generous tip!

Overall, a typical OG experience, but I was disappointed in how loud it got during dinner, and the service was okay... food was good, like expected, and served quickly! Then it's like the server was too busy to make it back, and then it was hurry up to clear the table for others to be seated... sure, it was busy, but it sort of left me feeling rushed... I also didn't like the check out machine kept trying to add a 40% tip... lol... yeahhhhh NOT!

If this was my first experience at Olive Garden I wouldn't go back but for some reason I felt the food was lacking today. My usual is always the shrimp scampi and pasta e fagioli but for some reason today it was just lacking in overall flavor. I've never been to this location before so maybe it's just the location but I was pretty disappointed. It wasn't horrible but I know Olive Garden can do better. For me it felt like the soup was undercooked and the pasta just needed more seasoning or something to give it more flavor. Service was great though.

I come to this location regularly as it is near a Tesla Supercharger & airport. This time was a moderately busy Sunday afternoon--LOTs of employees were there. The food was ok--3 stars. But the service was--AT BEST--2 stars. The iron benches out front for waiting had one with the back missing. The restroom was one star--paper towels scattered around the floor before and after visit. We sat at the bar (and usually do) and 3 bartenders struggled to provide service. First order for drinks took 5 minutes, food order took another 5+ minutes, salad took another 10 minutes, and so on. Drinks ended up empty until we asked. Pretty much nothing happened until asked. AND NO MINTS OFFERED...FAIL. The three bartenders were certainly caught up on conversation and doing whatever else they did. OG needs to go back to a manager circulating around customers to see how things are going.

First, let me say I have liked so much about Olive Garden on past visits at this location as well as others. This is the first time I submitting a disappointing review. I had family visiting from FL. They really wanted to eat at Olive Garden. It was crowded when we arrived at about 6 pm on 7/31/24. We were seated quicker than expected. Maybe 10 minutes. The waitperson was nice and helpful. Maybe the restaurant was short staffed. Service was definitely slow. My main disappointment was the spaghetti was quite dry, skimpy, and overpriced considerng the serving size. I ordered the grilled chicken to be added. There were a few small bite sized pieces for $6 exert. Not much meat sauce. Requested more after trying a few bites. Took a while but eventuality got a small amount. Would have asked for more but couldn't catch the waitperson. The spaghetti was cold at this point. Don't know if this is typical or an off night but thought my feedback would be helpful.

The food is delicious and filling. The service was great. The ambiance is happy and family oriented. I like their Soups and Breadsticks.
