My boyfriend and I came here for a quick lunch. Asia was our server. We had amazing service. Everything was hot and fresh. She checked on us often and brought us whatever we needed. The manager also came by to check on how everything was. Amazing experience. Best olive garden experience we have ever had!

I live in Canada and whenever I'm in the USA for vacation, I always eat at an Olive Garden, as there aren't any in Canada. I ordered the ravioli carbonate and added shrimp for $4.99. I got a lot of shrimp-definately worth the extra money. The dish was creamy and rich-I enjoyed every bite. I also had the chicken gnocchi soup and the gnocchi was light and fluffy. I had a non-alcoholic Pina colada and it tasted like being in Hawaii! (Best non-alcoholic Pina colada I had was here and the Olive Garden in Buffalo, NY). My dad haf chicken parmigiana and my mom had steak with alfredo. Both enjoyed their meals. Tonesha C. was our server. She was absolutely delightful and had such a great personality! She told us some sights to see and answered questions we had about Cleveland. We asked her to box up the salad that we didn't finish, and she came back with a brand new salad, with dressing and plastic utensils. We told Tonesha she should have boxed up the salad we started but she said it would be soggy tomorrow. Exceptional service and worthy of a raise! Thank you, Olive Garden, for always providing great food and outstanding service, no matter what location I'm eating at!

Absolutely ruined my Mother’s Day dinner! Ordered dinner for take out, which was supposed to be ready at 5.30 pm. Checked multiple times, it would be out in a few minutes and just kept on waiting and waiting. Toddler was hungry and completely upset. Food didn’t get brought out to the car until 6.30 pm!!!!! Checked the bag and an item was missing. Asked them about it and the answer was: oh yeah we didn’t have it anymore. You can call the manager later for a refund. Why did no one mention when dropping off the food that it was missing and we had to check stuff and mention it ourselves?! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Drove home with the food. We live closeby. The fries and chicken for my kid were stone cold. The ravioli carbonara was very obviously reheated as it was absolutely dripping in grease (only happens when you reheat creamy sauces, not when freshly made) and was unrecognizable as separate pieces of ravioli as it was now one homogeneous blob of pasta. This is unacceptable! If you’re busier than usual, give a later pick up time so you have more time to get your stuff together. And once you do, make sure it’s up to standards and all is included!! I am beyond baffled that any restaurant would think this is okay!!!

To say this was one of the worst meals my wife and I have had in years might be an understatement. To start we were sat in the bar area where the bartender was the only person working, both serving and tending bar...on a Saturday. Needless to say service was slow but it was not his fault. They should have been better staffed, the poor guy. Salad and breadsticks are what they are but both our meals the sauce was very watery and acidic as could be, my pasta was incredibly overcooked (along with the breaded chicken), and my wifes side of mixed vegetables...all I can say is they tasted (smelled, and looked) spoiled, I mean stomach-turningly awful. Neither of us even tried to finish our food and certainly didn't bother with to-go boxes. Our server was literally the only enjoyable part of the experience, incredibly nice and funny and was busting his butt to keep everybody happy despite the incredibly poor food quality. To think that with tip this was almost a $70 meal is laughable.

It's Olive Garden, right? Not fancy. Not run down. I usually get the Alfredo with shrimp. I've been here in the past but somehow have never left a review. The last experience was lacking in service. I don't know if the waiter was new or on his way out permanently. First, after we placed our order, the salad and breadsticks didn't come out until maybe a couple of minutes before our food did. On top of that, there was no dressing on the salad. We told the waiter and he brought us small cups of dressing and advised us that some people feel the dressing is strong and to use it sparingly or as desired. Not a bad tip because there have been times in the past where the dressing would taste strong. Anyhow, it was just odd because I have never seen them add on the side and he didn't even ask us if that's how we wanted it, nor did he notice there was no dressing on it. Next, I get my Alfredo and what's the one common thing at any Italian restaurant that's added to Alfredo? Fresh Parmesan cheese. The waiter dropped off our food and didn't bother to ask and when he left, I felt maybe he was going to get it. I had to ask him for it. During our dinner, we stuck with water. When the waiter brought me the bill, somehow a soft drink was added. I felt that was more than just an honest mistake. Let's just say that guy got a crappy tip for seeming so uninterested in his job. To top it off, the manager who usually comes by the tables decided to skip us so I couldn't even say something in person. There's a reason I don't frequent Olive Garden's. They don't give me good reasons to come back.

We haven't been to this Oliver Garden in a while we were greeted when we entered, which is always good. They sat us immediately after that the server Kyra S. who waited on us was really nice. We ordered bread, entrees, and salad. The food arrives at our table in a timely manner, and at the right temperature. Kyra checked back with us several times, and that is really taking care of business

Food was good, service was excellent and my friends and I had a very enjoyable evening here

Google
Going around this time of the day was so perfect. We were seated immediately and near the bar. Service was good and quick. I don't think we waited long or asked repeatedly for anything. Our food was so fast i forgot we'd ordered already. They have a green apple 🍏 sangria that was soooooo good. Try it!

Yelp
Hadn't been there in several years- was recently invited to attend a friend's birthday party. The food was served buffet style so I was able to sample a lot of different things. If bulk consumption is your thing, then have at it, I guess. Most everything was either overly salty or almost flavorless to me. The bread sticks don't even seem to taste as good as they used to. Their salads are simple but decent. The one thing that really stands out above all of their other food is the lasagna. It will be the go to if I ever end up at Olive Garden again.

Yelp
I've been a life-long fan of Olive Garden. Unfortunately, the location closest to me (Pinecrest) is a real train wreck, more often than not. My wife and I used to go there every Sunday evening for years, but the service had gotten so bad, we switched to every three weeks around Jan 2025. So, I know this particular location very well... Tonight's mishap appeared by be caused by a large party that monopolized the manager and our server. We were seated next to the large party that was breaking up, for OVER an hour and the only thing we got was two glasses of water, nothing else. After complaining to the manager, she ran back over to the large party and we waited another ten minutes and said enough was enough. As stated, this was *tonight's* mishap, but there have been many more mishaps in just in 2025 alone. I'm sure this location is not unique, but every three weeks the staff appears to be 90% new, no one is trained and there are too many diners for the amount of servers. We went across the street, were seated and served within minutes, a nice change of pace. For now, this location is off our rotation.

Yelp
What a most horrible experience! Our server dropped our food on the table while running by! He was being a bartender and server. Perhaps the worse service we've experienced in a very long time. We asked for takeout containers and left. We were served "butter" (in liquid form) and coffee cream we were served in open containers. The breadsticks were so hard and salty they were inedible. The party next to us requested fresh bread as well. They had to send their food back also. The coffee was so old that the cream barely made a difference. The server said he asked for a freshly brewed batch but clearly he was not truthful. We sent it back too. We do not ever plan to return!!! Server: James W

Yelp
I'm not sure I've ever walked into a more incompetent store before, which says a LOT. I had an online consisting of 6 items. Supposed to be ready at 12:05. I walk in at 12:00 to be told the order is being bagged. I wait 10 minutes and approach the counter again. I'm told to keep waiting. I continue waiting for nearly 40 minutes until I look up and see my bag sitting there. Nobody told me, no one called my name. I go to the counter and tell, what looks to be a manager that my bag of food has been sitting there for god knows how long, and she tells me that I need to wait, she can't give it to me and has to get someone else to do it. On top of the incompetence and attitude I received from the perceived manager, there are items missing from the order and the food that was in the bag was cold. This would be a 0 star review if it could be. Luckily the manager made it right when we called in, but regardless this was just complete incompetence. The food was paid for, the entire order was there (aside from the missing items) and ready to go, there was no reason I had to sit there and watch a $40 dollar order get cold.

Yelp
I've never had an easier dining experience. The lads and I absolutely FEASTED all day long. Their lamb dish was our favorite, and we demolished it. Thank Olave Garden, we'll be sure to stop by again.

Aaron H.

Yelp
To go order not ready. Gave up after 20 min wait. Multiple people asked about the name somehow it wasn't expedited despite knowing I was waiting. Poorly run
google avatar

Julie B.

Yelp
Ordered take out and received the wrong order. What I did receive was tasteless, over cooked, and was thrown away. Worst food!
google avatar

Tim S.

Yelp
Our appetizers came out after our lunch meal came out. And my beer was warm. And my chicken Parmesan was over done.
google avatar

Lyndon J.

Yelp
Food was fucking horrible. Got the Chicken Gnocchi soup only like 2 gnocchi in the damn thing, the chicken was just a single mangled piece that looked like it was fished it out of a dumpster. Breadsticks that came with it were rubbery and tasted of soap. Don't go here save your money and eat someplace that wont serve you trash scraps.

Denise B.

Yelp
I ordered soup, salad, and breadsticks. The breadsticks were hard on the ends, and they were probably put in a microwave because they were left over from the day before. The chicken soup was good, the salad was soggy. This was the Olive Garden in Parma. Also, I had to ask for clean dishes there were black spots on all of the dishes it looked like black mold. For what I paid it wasn't worth it. Not going there anymore if the dishes are dirty with mold then who knows how clean the kitchen is?
google avatar

John G.

Yelp
Mediocre food and TERRIBLE SERVICE My wife and I waited 15 minutes just to have them take our drink order with an attitude. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Eric J.

Yelp
I ordered the "Tour of Italy" entrée today and it was a total disaster. The lasagna looked more like a mound of melted cheese as it had obviously been warmed over, the chicken parmesan was no better as it obviously had been microwaved or reheated to the extent that it was very, very salty. The service was very subpar as well. The silverware had major water spots, which is normally the result of the dishwashers failure to change the water in the dishwashing machine. The waitress did not offer refills on ANYTHING as she seemed preoccupied with moving my party along. As a result of the horrendous dinning experience that I experienced today at Olive Garden. I personally will NEVER, EVER, EVER dine there again. Ever.

Yelp
Prices for entrees with proteins are high even with $6 takeout that doesn't include any protein so you're still paying a lot if you want any meat or seafood, it's really not a good deal. Saying that I usually get the endless soup and salad , I love the chicken and gnocchi, salads include lots of olives, tomatoes different kinds of lettuce and good dressing. Then you get lots of bread sticks too , this is a good deal , even better deal before 3 pm .
google avatar

Yelp
There's nothing special about the food here. The spaghettis, soups, and salads are very ordinary and tastes very bland. I will say that the place smells terrible though, possibly because of the aged carpet from all those kids spilling food on the floor. Their unlimited soup, salad, chocolate mints, and breadstick policy also leads to heavy food waste and is not good for the environment.
google avatar

Jessica H.

Yelp
I would like to say every time I come to the restaurant and seat down I have had the waiter by the name of David he has outstanding service. The food was delicious, and we got enough of everything. The restaurant is also being remodeled which made the environment nice to be in.

Kandace E.

Yelp
Really nice service. I was actually surprised hot food in our server was so on target with everything.

Yelp
Happy New Year! Olive Garden on Richmond Road gets my first review off the year. YAAAY Olive Garden!!! Ya'll already know I was hungry and I decided to utilize the gift card that I received for my birthday (BIG UP ALL OF THE CAPRICORNS!) so I headed over to the good Ole O to the G. First of all if you don't get the soup and salad it's pointless to even come. It's just a great addition to my meal and I chose to get the shrimp frotto misso which was an appetizer with over a half pound (translation 1 extra ) but it was just your homegirl so I had enough for another meal. The shrimp has a spicy ranch that's addictive and a marinara that is the same marinara sauce that comes with the cheesticks and sliced fried onion strips was in there. So hood! I usually get the Nocchi or Sausage soup, ya'll don't judge me because I can't remember the name, but I decided to forego meat as much as I possibly can this year. Suffice to say... I DID NOT! But I tried ya'll! I tried the Minestrone Gawd knows I did!!! But I'm not ready. I guess I could have not gotten any soup. But she had put the cheese on there. You can't waste food. This is America!!! Anywho! I pigged out. And my bread was HOT! I love God, don't you!!

Rita P.

Yelp
We are huge fans of the salad that they serve at Olive Garden often getting that with breadsticks and the soup

Yelp
The service here is terrible. It took a while for the hostesses to even acknowledge us when we came in. I had to stand there while they answered the phone, chatted with each other before one of the. took our party's information. Our waitress was so rude. She had an attitude like we were wasting her time and was very curt when speaking to us. When we got the bill, she took forever to run the credit card. Then she stood over me when I signed the check, crowding my personal space and watching me fill it out.

John A.

Yelp
Dinner couldn't have been more pleasant. The reviews on this location aren't accurate to what I experienced at all. First of all, the hostess was very polite and organized. She was getting people seated quickly and was working well with the servers and the manager. I was able to look into the kitchen while I was waiting to be seated and it appeared very clean and the staff were all busy and engaged. After sitting down our server came over right away and got our orders going quickly. The service was excellent. Garlic bread is my youngest son's favorite and we got three refills on the breadsticks. The restaurant dining room was clean and bright and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves a great deal. The food was excellent too. It's Italian food (duh) and it is as good as any Italian restaurant in my experience. I've most recently dined locally at M Italian, Geracis, and Bar Italia, and this Olive Garden is right with them when it comes to the food quality. I would recommend to come early if you can. It's a busy restaurant and I can understand people can be frustrated with a long wait to be seated. The Karens need to cool it with all the negativity, life is too short. We will definitely come back again!

Bob B.

Yelp
I would give this place zero stars if I could. First, the hostess was rude and disinterested. Then, when we were seated I opened my silverware and it was really gross, with hardened pieces of food stuck to it. I ordered a Diet Coke which never came, and then eventually our server (who was actually very nice - the only positive part of the experience) came and said that the Diet Coke machine was empty. So I ordered a Ginger Ale. And THAT never came. It seems Ginger Ale has to be ordered from the bar and the bartender never got around to making it. The food was OK, but it also took an inordinate amount of time to come (think 30 minutes). From what I can tell, MOST of the employees are completely disinterested in working there, except our server - Shantez, who was really nice and was REALLY trying to take care of us. She was just getting no support whatsoever. I'm pretty certain we won't be returning.

Lauren A.

Yelp
Waited over 20 minutes for service, had someone say twice they would be right with us, watched a table that was sat 5 minutes after us get their order taken and drinks brought to them. Finally, after waiting over 20 minutes without so much as water, we left. Wasn't even that busy we were sat right away.
google avatar

Lizbeth H.

Yelp
The lunch special before 3pm is the best! I come here for the chicken and gnocchi soup with the breadsticks. As per usual I was very content with the meal and our waitress was friendly and attentive. I usually don't go for salad but our waitress had made one out of habit and brought it to our table! If you haven't tried the strawberry passion fruit limonata, please do!
google avatar

Elisabeth B.

Yelp
My fiancé and I went there for a late lunch. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. We like to sit at the bar but this is not the only place with the actual bar shut down so no big deal. We had a soup and chicken parm and the fried cheese filled pastas appetizer. The food was a little bland to be honest. We were both a little disappointed. The soup was the best part. I would get that again along with a glass of wine.
google avatar

Farid L.

Yelp
Food is 3 1/2 stars, service is a BIG FAT ZERO star, management is five-stars. I went to have dinner with my wife at Olive Garden, which we usually have good service and we love the foods. This time the waiter who served us is really in the wrong line of business, He should not be working in the hospitality industry period!! His absent minded and slow service that we have to request simple things more than one time. We have to wait on our dinner forever, we had to ask another server to help checking on our dinner, getting my water refilled, that was a major ordeal. Our salad was served without grated cheese, which is the famous Olive Garden signature of topping foods with fresh grated cheese. I had to call the manager which I'm glad I did. He was absolutely one of the best restaurant managers. He he apologized about all the negatives that we experienced with the server and offered to complete the service by himself personally, and made a sincere effort to have us walk out of the restaurant feeling good. The manager's name is Calvin, and I thank him for his sincere effort and professionalism to handles the situation.

Yelp
I hardly know what to say about this location. Something needs to change fast. I wrote a review on Yelp concerning this location a few years ago and it has since been removed. My experience then was terrible but at least there was a manager involved that came to the rescue. No worries. I like to give places more than a few chances because it is only fair. The last few times I've been in, was quoted times of 45 minutes to an hour when in fact that the wait was only about 20 minutes. Last night, I watched the hostess do this and that turned many parties away. That is revenue. Well there were only about 4 servers on the floor but there were four at the hostess stand doing nothing. In four years, the service has nose-dived. Our server was pretty good last night but generally the service is hit or miss. Once we sat for two hours for the entire dinner service to come to completion and the place is rarely crowded. Overall the food is pretty good and of presentable quality but many of the popular menu items have been removed. The Chicken Giardino is gone, meat ravioli is gone, stuffed mushroom app is no longer on the menu. The clientele has gone downhill too. Bottles of wine sit dusty on the cases hint at what was once semblance of a nice restaurant. Our server never returned with a carryout container and so I asked the host, who handed us one that was....well....dirty. Meanwhile, kids were screaming and running all over the place. I had to get out of there. That was not my idea of a nice evening. I am not sure if I'll be back. This location is subpar. Don't believe me? Look at the other reviews.

Yelp
What a drag. I used to be an Olive Garden snob. I would not eat there and called people who did "Olive Gardeners" meaning folks who only go to chain restaurants because they didn't know any better. Then, when I worked in Los Angeles. My office was right across the street from an OG, so naturally I ended up there for lunch with colleagues. Someone suggested the meatballs and they were actually really great. Thus, spaghetti and meatballs became my go-to. We have been to this location a few times since moving back to Ohio. This was our third time and everything is ruined! :( ...The meatballs LOOKED different and the absolutely tasted like they came from the frozen food section of a super market. Lots of filler and just awful. I am so disappointed. The bread sticks are different too. There is a seam for cutting into them for their little meatball sandwiches (they serve at lunch) and they were covered in something that was not butter. At least it didn't taste like butter. I guess like so many joints post-covid, OG is cracking down on expenses and cheapening things. Oh well, I guess I'll be exploring little Italy and Cleveland at large to find a better alternative. What a bummer.
google avatar

Domenic L.

Yelp
Best part of this place as the games at the table on the Zinio machine, food is poor, service is worse, employees are rude and don't want to be there, understaffed and always a wait, can't imagine anyone wanting to willingly dine here.

Brian D.

Yelp
Well. It's a chain restaurant. The waiter was fairly attentive. The bathrooms were disgusting. The silver ware was dirty. The food, ok.

Beth S.

Yelp
I know it's kind of a joke, but I really like this place. You can get unlimited soup and salad ( I get it for lunch) and be happy all day.
google avatar

Alex H.

Yelp
Olive Garden is a bit of an anomaly. It's not a Garden, and there aren't a lot of olives there. But while you won't find a Garden, you will find the authentic tastes of that boot shaped nation. The servers at this location are almost always great, and they go out of their way to accommodate and be kind to children. The tour of Italy is probably the best Italian meal you can have without a passport, and I know if what I speak. A couple years ago my flight into Valletta Malta was diverted to Sicily due to weather (yes, I lead an interesting life) and the food there can't compare to the OG. I have read that Olive Garden sends their chefs to Italy to train, and after eating this I believe it. With your meal you get all the breadsticks and salad you want! AND!!! They have pepper grinders on each table! You can have all the fresh cracked pepper you heart desires! Bellisimo!
google avatar

Debra V.

Yelp
Olive Garden is the same everywhere. It's consistently good. We always get the unlimited soup and salad. There are four delicious soups--one with hot sausage, one with pasta, one with gnocchis, and minestrone. The salad has black olives, red onions, hot peppers, carrots, lettuce and croutons. Grated Parmesan is optional. This location was very clean. The service was fine. You pay and add tip at a computer screen on your table. If you can't get it to work the waitress will take your payment up front.

C H.

Yelp
Great fast service, everyone was very friendly and the food was amazing. Other olive gardens have dry calamari but here it's always moist and fresh. Our server was so kind and attentive!! Highly recommend this location.

Quinn T.

Yelp
I was on my break during my 15 hour shift. I was really excited to get Olive Garden and a decent meal since it's been such a long day., so I walked here got inside. They asked me if I was dining in or take out I said dining in and the lady walked off so I started to follow her, not realizing that she was going to the kitchen. So I walked back to the front desk. Another person asked me the same question and then said I could follow her to my table. I ordered Alfredo regular without chicken and the never ending cheese dip for the breadsticks. she was very friendly and everything came up very fast. I received my breadsticks, salad and pasta in a timely manner, but I never received my dipping sauce. I didn't question it because I thought it was coming out later and never did but they came back was to take my plate, the pasta was really really bland so I had to add a bunch of salt. The breadsticks were the best thing and it looks like someone gave up cutting the onion in my salad with huge chunks. i'm not mad or anything. Just really really disappointed.

Karen J.

Yelp
I posted a review and would like to post an update with a more favorable review at this time. The review was a poor one to say an e-gift card balance had been taken from us without us being aware. The manager at the Beachwood location has reached out to us and resolved the situation. It turned out the server had processed the transaction incorrectly on our e-card while doing multiple transactions. Thank you to the manager for reaching out. We had a nice time and now, with this corrected, will return to this location. Nice to know things can turn out positively. Thank you again.

Yelp
We came tonight for Sweetest Day with our kids. We used The Waitlist (website) and got in immediately which was very nice! Our server, Ed, was very attentive, gave great recommendations and even brought our kids desserts for Sweetest Day! It was so thoughtful. Bonus: the bathrooms are very clean!! :)

Harshal P.

Yelp
I gave so many chances to this place just because we love Olive Garden. This place just doesn't get better. Mainly the people who work there. Looks like they hire folks who really don't care and don't want to work. I only had to-go during the pandemic & every time they miss something. We went there on 11/26 for lunch. The lady on the front desk was basically telling us to "go away" with her expressions and body language. Also the whole parking lot was full with all 12+ open spaces in to-go spots. I politely asked if I can park there & they made me park all the way back in Chick-fil-A parking lot on a cold day. When I came back after parking she said now we have to wait for another 20-30 mins with same expressions. This was @ 2pm on Friday afternoon. We walked away & had lunch at Chick-fil-A. I wish there is another Olive Garden south-east side of Cleveland

Yelp
So I'll start off with the negative...the service was not that great. The waiter took forever to come to our table for drinks and breadsticks. So don't go when you're hungry because it's a wait. Other than that I loved the food! Their breadsticks are always warm and fresh. I also had their gnocchi soup which never fails to please me. I created my own pasta. I was very pleased they had whole grain pasta on the menu. So I had whole grain pasta and their parmesan pesto sauce with 2 Italian sausage links. It was a nice meal but as I said before it would have been nice if the server was around more.
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
I have to say I am at something of a loss to understand why the ratings are so low here. In my experiences at this location service has always been prompt and friendly. Most recently we had a great experience with a server named Natalya. Food was fresh and hot fresh breadsticks kept coming.
google avatar

Ebony J.

Yelp
Very nice ambiance here! My waiter was so nice and very patient. However, our food took long to come and so did our appetizers. Thank God my mom and I had salad and breadsticks to keep us busy. They were absolutely delicious. I would have given the restaurant 5 stars in spite of everything I stated above except this one thing I cannot let go. Guess what guys??? I got my plate of mushroom stuffed ravioli (only like 6 of them, really?) and one of the ravioli wasn't even stuffed!!! I got a flat ravioli pocket! I'm chuckling to myself as I write this because it's hilarious yet disturbing since Olive Garden is an Italian restaurant! So funny though! I'd like to leave on a good note though....I did get the dish for free after I mentioned it to the waiter. So thank you!!

Yelp
Unfortunately, this experience was not a good one. I ordered take out in the morning to be picked up at 5:15. I didn't even get my food until 5:45 and I was missing bread sticks and one other item that I had ordered. The food was barely warm and it took forever to get. It was crowded and it seemed like the staff was extremely over whelmed. I will not be returning and the sad thing is, based off the reviews, I am not the only one who feels this way.

Yelp
This experience was unlike any I've had before. I had a stale taste from my previous visits but this one was supirb!! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and open to suggesting items which all were new to me and I enjoyed them all. Her response time was impeccable and the food was fresh and timely. I look forward to more experiences like this one!!

Yelp
Worst restaurant experience that I've ever had. Wait time online was 1-10 minutes, but I checked in anyway. The hostess was incredibly rude when she told us that there was a 30 minute wait and the check in didn't matter. That was fine. She was also really rude when we were called up. Maybe she was having a bad day. No kids menu for my 6 year old (but neighboring table was brought one 10 minutes after we were seated). Salad took a long time to come. When it did, we realized we had no silverware. Waitress waited on other tables after we asked her for some. She dumped disposable on the table and left. No apology. (The other tables had real silverware and cloth napkins). Only half of our drink order came. We had to flag down another waitress to ask for the second drink and real silverware. (The second person's drink took another 30 minutes to come). Silverware was eventually brought, but they only brought two and we had three people at our table. Our water was never refilled. From getting seated, it too 45 minutes for our food to come. Our waitress was friendly when she initially greeted us, and we gushed over how nice she was. After the initial greeting, she basically ignored our table and never apologized once when she messed up. The food tasted fine, but it was the most unpleasant dining experience I've ever had.

Yelp
First off I would like to give a shootout to our waiter Guy! He was amazing! So helpful and on point. He made our dining experience here simply amazing. If his manager is reading this, please give him a raise or some type of award. My mom and I stopped here to have lunch after volunteering. Guy suggested the build your own pasta dish for us- which saved us money in the end. Also he suggested the strawberry lemonade alcoholic beverage.... Oh my goodness it was so good that I order two of them. I would have to say that this was one of my best experiences at Olive Garden because of Guy.

Yelp
Went for lunch with my mother and sister. We all enjoyed our meals very much! Our server (Edward M.) was an absolute joy! He was attentive to our needs and our drinks never reached the bottom before we had new drinks! He had us smiling the entire time!

Yelp
Not sure why all the low ratings but Frankie was our server. Very kind man and provides wonderful service. Food was wonderful and as always filling. Growing up in an all Italian and Siciliano Home I have eaten the best. Moms that is! Olive Garden is good American-Italian food but not really Italian. It's like American Chinese sweet sauce compared to authentic Chinese fish sauce and noodle. It's very different. Real Italians don't serve dishes like "Lasagna Dip" which you use a chip to dip. Blasphemy! It was good though. lol The all you can eat salad is usually what I eat and save the entree for take home. I usually get 2 meals this way for $16. Before you laugh, the salad is so good that breadsticks and salad are signature. Tiramisu is not made with real coffee or how real Italians make it. I'll just say it's fine. Bottom line, Chef Boy Are Di ravioli from a Can can't be compared to mom's food so don't even bother. They are not even of the same continent so enjoy it for what it is! Ravioli from a can, homemade sauce and fresh pasta from mom, and Lasagna Chips all taste good! Lower your expectations here and for a gift card dinner-well spent! So enjoy! 4Stars. Bravo!

Yelp
I am currently here and what a terrible experience. We didn't receive any bread sticks, salad or plates for our appetizers. Our appetizer didn't have the sauce that comes on top and it was cold. We are having to hunt down our server Jordan for everything, it's like she does not want to be here. She is not attentive at all. The appetizers were not good and it took forever to get our entree. Once our entree finally came it wasn't even hot. We got to unlimited pasta and it took FOREVER just to get a second order which was also cold. The wait time was ridiculous and our server was horrible. I only had 3 tiny pieces of chicken in my pasta. We didn't even finish our food it was so bad. The salad was dry even after we mixed it up. Terrible customer service and terrible meal.
