I visited an Olive Young store in Seoul at Myeongdong today and purchased several items. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the customer service. The staff members who were supposed to assist customers seemed very unmotivated and, at times, even unfriendly. There was no greeting, no smile, and overall, the service felt cold and indifferent.
The only positive experience I had was at the checkout, where the cashier was friendly and professional. I truly appreciate her attitude, but overall, the service throughout the store left a lot to be desired. I hope Olive Young can improve their in-store customer service to match the quality of their products.
