A pretty good park and playground overall. The playground is a little worn down, but by no means the worst. There are three different slides, three variations of “monkey bars” and entry points that are suitable for kids 2.5+ years old. The one thing missing from the playground that I would like to see if a set of swings. My 3 year old twins noticed that right away but still enjoyed this playground. The park looks like it’s maintained decently. The grass is groomed and it’s fairly free of debris. The trash cans have fairly fresh trash bags. The rest of the park includes 3 full court basketball courts, two of which are covered and appears to have some lighting as well. There are also 4 enclosed tennis courts, only one of the net was broken. There is also a backstop for baseball/softball with one dugout and 4 rows of inclining bleachers. There are plenty of benches around the entire park and a large gazebo with one picnic table but there is plenty of space to bring plenty of tables and chairs if you wanted to have a party out here. The bathrooms were locked but from what I could tell, they are bad. The bathrooms are the one thing I would like to see updated. There are plenty of small trees around which don’t provide much shade but with time, I can see this park having more shade options throughout the park.
