Honestly thought this place was going to be an average korean barbecue but I was wrong. I loved the meats and how tender and flavorful they were. Im haply they had good sauce choices and sides. Corn cheese was a little let down since thats usually my favorite side. All the meats were really good and would definitely come back for more.

Amazing food, service, and good vibes. My friends and I love coming here to eat and celebrate our birthdays. Servers are always on point with bringing refills. Music is also amazing. Food is incredible. I'm addicted to the sesame balls, too. It's a must try!! FYI, parking can suck especially on the weekend. It's a big parking share by various restaurants.

After a karaoke night I was simply walking around when I saw this place , I wanted buddae jjigae but they didn’t have But it did not disappoint still , It was a very pleasant experience. I didn’t expect to leave the place literally ROLLING on how much food I had . The staff was so friendly and hospitality and I won’t forgive them for not letting me give a tip !

Google
Absolutely love this spot. Any wait to be seated is well worth it because they are very quick with their service no matter how hungry you are and how fast you eat. Reasonably priced and always satisfied and they’ve seem to crack the code when it comes to steamed eggs.

After getting boba we are craving KBBq. So we just roll the dice and try it. AYCE but drink is by can. 😢 Like the service speed. A plus. We choose PREMIUM. Not bad. 4.35/5.00 Give a 5-star just cause. 🤣

Google
The food is not bad. Reasonable for the price. Service is good. They do hustle: they come to clean your table, ask if you want anything, etc. The wait on a Saturday at 4 was not long.

My first experience with Korean BBQ, so perhaps harsh. When I go to a restaurant. I am wanting to experience the cultural diversity and culinary skill of an experienced chef and the venue presenting. What I got was a smokey room with a grill on my table and raw ingredients brought out so I could enjoy burning them up myself. There was no suggestion of what vegetables or sauces should be used with what meats or what vegetables pair as well. I suppose this is fine for those who have such skills and experience. but I would not expect to be paying $34 a plate to cook for myself. Additionally, there was only one set of tongs and a couple of spoons available to cook with, so there is no possibility of being able to serve out cooked food with a utensil that is not contaminated by raw meat. I will grant that the service was quick to be asking if I wanted more, and brought it out promptly, but overall I was deeply disappointed.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I have been trying to find an excuse to come back to SD just to stop by Olleh again. This was our 2nd visit, almost a year after our first, and we weren't sure if the experience would still be the same. We're glad to say that it was. Food came out quickly and tasted great, parking was a pain but it was like that the last time we came, but the servers especially were consistently nice and attentive. We were hoping to see Oliver again but didn't see him today, but our server Ryan was equally great. He checked on us frequently and was patient with all of our orders. Staff like him and Oliver are the reason we make the trip down to SD for Olleh, and are also the reason we refer our friends here as well! We look forward to coming again!

Yelp
Olleh is a decent AYCE KBBQ restaurant. They have 2 different menus at different price points if you want some more premium options, and a cheaper menu for just the basics. I went with just the basic menu both times I came here, as I was satisfied with the meat options on the cheaper one. One of the things that really makes a good AYCE KBBQ experience for me is the sides and the appetizers that the restaurant offers, so I was really excited to see that they have a decent amount of options here. The steamed egg is really good, not too bland and really airy. The tofu soup is also pretty good, with a good amount of spiciness that is not overpowering, and still flavorful. However, the corn cheese was a huge disappointment. I'm not sure if this is a new development, but the cheese refused to melt no matter how long we left it on the grill, which led to a pretty separated corn cheese. We ordered 4 thinking that they would come out good, but no one ended up being able to finish their corn cheese. Hopefully they fix this! It's such a shame considering almost everything else is good here. The quality of the meat is okay for an AYCE place and they use a gas grill for the meats. I don't have super high expectations for good meat quality considering it's an AYCE place, so I was happy with what we got. Service was quick, but they do limit how much you can order at a time and do come back to check up sparingly, which I assume is because of the time limit and them wanting to limit how much you order at a time.

Yelp
Still one of my top favorite Korean bbq spots! In convoy there are plenty of different options for kbbq, but my husband and I keep on coming back to olleh for their many side dish options! We typically get the regular (non-upgraded) menu and feel that it offers most of the meat options we like. Weekends typically get crowded esp during normal dinner times and parking can be tough despite having a relatively big parking lot for the plaza. I also just learned that first 120 min are free for the lot if you dine at the restaurants but after, you do need to pay for parking. Weeknights tend to be more manageable for parking and wait times. However once seated service is pretty quick and servers are very attentive. The restaurant does have space for larger parties towards the back but most tables are 4-6 person booth tables.

Marissa G.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday for an early dinner. We were sat in about 10 minutes. We got a booth for the 3 of us, most of the tables inside were booths. The servers came to take our order almost immediately. All the meats were super fresh and we also ordered some sides. The corn cheese was one of my favorites. We ate a good amount, price is definitely justified.

Amanda J.

Yelp
This is a good spot for Korean BBQ. It is all you can eat with a two hour limit. I felt the service was friendly and fast. The meat was fresh. For our meat options we ordered beef brisket, steak, bulgogi, and teriyaki beef. We also enjoyed the steamed egg, radish, veggies, green onion salad, fried rice, and sesame balls. They were not busy when my girlfriends and I got there at 5:30pm on a Friday but it got much busier over time. We enjoyed our dinner.

Haley Y.

Yelp
Best egg bomb in town. I don't really care about their meat quality. We go here when we crave pork belly bbq. So pork belly, egg bomb and cold beer. Quick, easy and satisfying.

Josue V.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to Olleh! The quality of the meats was excellent, the service outstanding, and my friend and I had an experience that rivals, if not tops, other Korean BBQ spots in San Diego. The Food: The meats were of high quality, with the beef brisket, marinated galbi, and beef teriyaki standing out. I'm usually hesitant to order sweeter meats, but the beef teriyaki was a pleasant surprise. None of the meats came out frozen, and the marbling, taste, and overall quality were impressive, especially for the price ($90 for two, including a 22% gratuity). Initially, the banchan was underwhelming, with just a few pieces of edamame (literally 4 lmao), macaroni salad, and fishcake. However, as we began ordering more sides, the banchan greatly improved. The japchae, which we ordered four times, was a standout--I've never had japchae with so much pepper, but it was amazing! The kimchi was good, the sundubu hit the spot, and all the other sides were equally enjoyable. The food was truly elevated by the excellent service. The Service: We were seated quickly, despite a long waitlist, and greeted by a friendly host. Once seated, a server promptly got us started, and we had constant attention from the staff throughout the meal. There wasn't a single moment where we had to flag someone down. The all-male serving staff (at least on that Monday night) was great--meats were served efficiently, grills were regularly changed, sides were replenished, and drinks were refilled without us needing to ask. The service was top-notch. The ambiance: Nothing was too standout. The music is loud and EDM heavy, but it's Convoy so this is the standard (whoever had aux though did a good job lmao). The Parking: Parking in their lot is a hellish nightmare. Skip it and park by the KFC in the nearby residential area--it's only a 2-3 minute walk and will save you a headache. The Price: We ordered from the standard menu, which cost us $90 after gratuity. For the quality of food and the high level of service we received, it was an absolute value. I usually expect mediocre service and average meats at this price point, but Olleh proved me wrong. Overall: Affordable, delicious, and paired with excellent service--what more could you ask for from a Korean BBQ spot? Rating: 4.75/5, rounded up to 5.

Suong H.

Yelp
Came here on Friday for lunch. Wasn't too busy about 5-6 booths occupied. Servers and bussers were very attentive, excellent and friendly. Loved the seafood selection. We were full but not feeling heavy. Side dishes are limitless. You can order up to 4 meats at a time. Servers always made rounds to make sure you're okay so you're not chasing anyone down. Would come back :)

Kyle I.

Yelp
I recently visited this Korean BBQ spot and, let me tell you, the food was on point. The quality of the meats was excellent--tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly on the grill. The side dishes were plentiful and delicious, and I loved the variety of dipping sauces. If you're looking for authentic, tasty Korean BBQ, this place definitely delivers. However, the atmosphere could use some work. The restaurant was incredibly smoky, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sit through an entire meal. I get that smoke comes with the territory at a BBQ spot, but better ventilation would go a long way. Also, the floors were super slippery, which was a little concerning. It made me worry about safety, especially if you're there with kids or older folks. On the plus side, the service was fairly good. The staff was attentive and quick to help with the grill, refill side dishes, and make sure we had everything we needed. They were friendly without being overbearing, which I appreciated. All in all, I'd say this place is worth a visit for the food, but be prepared for a less-than-ideal atmosphere. Hopefully, they can make a few tweaks to improve the dining experience because the food really is great.

Yelp
Olleh Convoy Korean BBQ is the kind of place where you go in hungry and leave a grilled meat enthusiast. You get to cook your own food, so it's like being your own chef, but with more delicious results. The meats are top-notch, the sides are endless, and the egg soup? Absolutely addictive. Pro tip: Bring your stretchy pants and prepare to overeat, because once you start, you won't stop until you're rolling out the door.

Angie B.

Yelp
Olleh is my group of friends choice AYCE KBBQ spot to go to in SD. Good selection of meats and kitchen (side) items. Their hot tofu soup is my absolute favorite. Love that there are sesame balls available as well. The japchae would be the only thing I say I wish had more flavor. Staff is always so friendly and attentive here.

Rhea H.

Yelp
We were seated immediately even if they were busy. The food and service were great. I recommend this place and will go back

Ash L.

Yelp
I've been to many KBBQ joints and this is up there. Their kimchi fried rice was 10/10. Cuts of meat are excellent. Service is quick and kind. Ambiance is a lil nicer than a typical Korean bbq joint. Will be back!

Rachel W.

Yelp
Bomb KBBQ. Staff was nice. The parking lot is tough, so put your name in then look for parking bc there is always a wait regardless. The bonchon (side) are my favorite here. AYCE is the way to go. I'd suggest coming here midweek or earlier so you can get served faster.

Gerald P.

Yelp
Service is great. The guy who served us was very nice and always checked on us. The galbi is my favorite! The atmosphere is fun and you can tell everyone enjoys being here!

Nicole B.

Yelp
Big fan of this spot! Great food, service and nice environment. This seemed much cleaner and less smokey than some other Korean bbq restaurants. The service was also perfect. Food had a great selection for all you can eat. We opted for the people but the premium offerings were just as good. The banchan game isn't the strongest but overall, super worth it. I highly recommend this to meet your Korean bbq cravings.

Kong N.

Yelp
I've been coming here with my child for over four years. Now that he's five, they charged me for him for the first time, which I understand--but it's ridiculous. He took one bite of meat and a little rice, yet we were charged $18. Parents, be aware before bringing your child if they don't eat much.

Kevin Z.

Yelp
This AYCE KBBQ spot offers decent quality, though it's a bit pricier compared to other all-you-can-eat places. One small thing that was sad is the size of corn cheese portions, which are super small but you can always get more. That said, I still had a great time - the experience was fun, and the service was solid!

Robert K.

Yelp
For 35 bucks, this AYCE Korean BBQ is a value. The dining room isn't too crowded together, there is always a server nearby and you don't have to wait long for refills or additional orders. The atmosphere is one you would expect from a Korean BBQ. Whatever you do, don't miss out on #17, the calbi (marinated short ribs). The meat they use on that seems to be of a higher quality than the rest of the menu. We had so many meats and side dishes, it would be obscene to list them all, but the star side dishes are the steamed egg and turnip slices to make mini tacos with the various grilled meats, especially the fattier ones. The quality is higher than you would expect at this price point. I'll be back!

Denny D.

Yelp
We were a party at 3 we got seated very quickly servers were very friendly The meat was good The only thing we had an issue with was the banchan. There really isn't any. For 3 of us 1 dish came out with like 6 edamame beans, some macaroni? And some vinger cucumber chunks. We have to ask for kimchi and it isn't the best, the multiple options of banchan makes Korean BBQ the best. So not really having anything to complement the proteins we were grilling was kinda a bummer. Service and everything else was great but at the same price as every other k BBQ in the neighborhood and falling way short of the side dishes I probably stick to other spots.

Maggie O.

Yelp
I came here with friends since I have never been and we had a pretty okay experience! Ordering was great and the servers came around often enough for us to order. We did have to end up splitting tables since we were a large party but it was okay because we still sat next to each other. The cuts of the meat were pretty generic KBBQ cuts of meat, none of it looked bad though and it all tasted good. We also ordered side dishes and those were pretty good too. One moment that was kind of funny (and gross) was when a cockroach was under the other half of the party's table. It was kind of gross to see but it's a restaurant with their doors open so it happens. Price is okay but I still prefer other cheaper KBBQ places

Katelyn P.

Yelp
Despite having a long waitlist, Olleh does not live up to its expectations. The quality of the meat, particularly the beef belly and brisket, was disappointing. The texture was tough and chewy, which made the meal less enjoyable and left me feeling full too quickly. The smoke management was also a major issue. The ventilation system either isn't effective or is nonexistent, leading to a smoky environment that made my eyes water wanting to leave the unenjoyable experience. Overall, the meal felt overpriced for the quality provided. For a more satisfying KBBQ experience, I'd recommend checking out other spots in the Convoy area where you can expect better quality meat and a more comfortable dining environment.

Javier B.

Yelp
All you can eat Premium will have limits Korean Fresh meats Quick service Small portions which is good Slippery restrooms Need to check in Gets busy and moderate noise Banchan side dishes are refillable Parking available Lots of options on non premium menu Will be busy on peak hours Cook it yourself Not really set up for large crowds Must finish what you ordered

Arnel D.

Yelp
I'm convinced that the best Korean BBQ is in Convoy. Parking isn't difficult but tight. The dining area is clean and spacious. Regardless of the slippery/sticky floors and the poor ventilation, their food is the best. Yes, your clothes and hair will be smelling like bulgogi for a day but that's sexy right!? Their portions and servings are huge! The kimchi fried rice with egg and their steamed eggs are unique compared to other AYCE Korean BBQ spots. Service is excellent. Servers and bussers work diligently. Kalyna is top notch. Very friendly and welcoming. I'll be back for sure. If you find yourself in Convoy and can't decide where to eat, give this place a try. You won't be disappointed and you'll thank me later.

Mazy B.

Yelp
A pretty solid Korean bbq spot in the convoy district. The prices aren't too bad, depending on which tier or option you choose. The meats are tasty, and a good selection of veggies & sides. There's soju & sake option available, which is also fun & tasty to have with friends. It's a spacious place, that's clean & the servers are very nice & prompt, quick to bring your food/drinks/refills. Overall, a very good spot, with good pricing & value.

Linda L.

Yelp
All you can eat Korean BBQ I was a little bummed they didn't have the big lettuce to do wraps. But they did have mushrooms and some good veggies and BanChan. The kimchi was really good. The Kimchi fried rice with an egg was really good! Service was good, they'll change your grill to prevent flame ups.

Michelle W.

Yelp
Love coming to Olleh! We don't frequent here often but every once in a while when we crave Kbbq, you can find us here. Tried this place for the first time last summer and was pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of meats for the price. They give you a ton of options even for the premium menu, which is pretty hard to find at other AYCE places. Compared to Kogi BBQ, their sides are pretty average but I guess that doesn't matter too much if you come here solely for the protein gains. They give you everything you need including a large bottle of water which is pretty convenient. The wait times fluctuate but generally you can expect to wait about 40 mins to a little over an hour if you come here on weekend nights. That's still faster than Manna (they gave us an estimate of 1.5 hours minimum which is crazy). Parking is lowkey bad at the plaza, and if you frequent Convoy you'll know the best way is to street park elsewhere and walk over. Also, Olleh doesn't have a digital waitlist so it'd be smart to drop someone off first to check in your names while you find parking if you have a large party!

Tracy L.

Yelp
QUICK TAKE// I didn't pay for the prime menu, and I think I should have to take advantage of all the options. Really solid spot with great bonchon items. Wait times can be pretty variable, especially during prime dinner time. They have a big parking lot, but just like anywhere else on Convoy, will be tough to park. FOOD// Great options! I tend to personally only go for the fattier cuts like beef belly, pork belly, intestine. They had really great flavored options like garlic pork belly and volcano pork belly. Even fun ones like honey pork, sweet & sour and more. It was my first time here and I only paid for the premium price. I should have gotten the prime price because they include things like pork jowl, finger meat, rib-eye and short rib! Radish paper is a must for me for KBBQ places and they definitely had that so checked my list off. SERVICE// Great service! Nothing to complain. Attentive to our needs, checked in at appropriate intervals. VIBES// More standard KBBQ place! Lots of seating and no fuss.

Jessica D.

Yelp
This is our favorite kbbq spot in San Diego! However, there's now a limit of 2 galbi per customer!!!! At least their sides make up for their new rule. They always play fun music here too and the servers are always fast.

Jeannie N.

Yelp
Lots of side options and decent quality of meat! The waiters are friendly but you'll have to flag them down to change your grill, ask for another round of meats, or order more side dishes or soup. Came in on a Friday night so it might just be super busy and not enough servers. Meat quality is good. The restaurant was kept clean and up to date. The parking lot here is horrendous. After a few loops driving around, I gave up and parked by the KFC neighborhood and just walked over. Don't bother trying to park in the lot next door (Phuong Trang/Mango). There's a security guy that will ask if you're dining in that complex. If you're not, they will ask you to move your car since it's a private lot.

Satranina L.

Yelp
Came here the other night after discovering my go-to kbbq place is closed down. I came here when they were Rodem (sp?). I was very surprised to see that they are much better. It's well lit, the music was a little loud. I was seated immediately, and the servers were so nice and attentive. I got brisket and two types of pork belly and beef belly. The meat was really good. I was shocked by the bamchan, you have to order some side dishes, most places give you stuff like kimchi right away. The kimchi was really good, not too spicy. I'll definitely come back sometime.

Krishen W.

Yelp
I've been to this kbbq spot a few times now and I really like it, it's definitely one of the top places! They have a wide selection of meats to choose from and not too mention a ton of sides to pick from too. My rec is the kimchi fried rice with a fried egg on top. The meat quality is solid and plenty of options. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. One being that wait times can get pretty ridiculous, especially during peak hours. That and the price is a little bit more than some other places I have been too, albeit it's not the most expensive either. This is definitely a good spot to check out!

Pham U.

Yelp
The service is good, they are willingly positive to serve any time you need. will come back and bring some friends. nice service

Winn H.

Yelp
While visiting a friend at San Diego, I knew we were both hungry enough to relive old times and eat a ton at AYCE. He recommended Olleh, and I agreed since it reminded me of an old League of Legends player... The meat at Olleh is often not froze, and most of it is already defrosted - possibly chilled but not lukewarm. This is different from my other KBBQ experiences where meats like brisket are often chilled or frozen. From kalbi to brisket to pork belly, we tried at least half of their regular dinner menu. The meats tasted fine, and their sauces were tasty - namely the traditional salt with sesame oil and sweet sauce. Every staff member that we interacted were with friendly and attentive. The meat itself was great, and what made the experience even better was the steamed egg. Now, if you've been to many KBBQ joints, steamed egg is often a dish that's given a pass so long as it's a palette cleanser. The ones here, though... are moist, not dry, and has taste. Maybe it's the onions, maybe it's flavored, but there's something outstanding about these eggs. The only part of this experience that I wished could be better was our stove. Our fire was not even, and one half of our stove would never be hot. When we brought this issue up to our server, they did not address it and said that there was nothing they could do... For a party of two, this isn't a big deal, but for a party of 4-6, I could imagine this to be an experience ruiner.

Mark C.

Yelp
This place was consistently good. Meat is better quality than other places. Had plenty of options to drink and the staff are always removing plates. Asking if you want this or that. Great service

Chastity S.

Yelp
Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 children. We were seated quickly once our whole group arrived. We decided to do the Prime menu for $43.99/person. Their service was amazing, good quality food, clean restaurant, and someone was always around checking on us. We were honestly shocked how quickly things came out, but in the best way. Some of the things we tried: Meats: -beef bulgogi -spicy pork bulgogi -Korean galbi -beef brisket -beef finger meat -premium short rib -beef belly -intestine -top blade steak -premium ribeye -chicken nuggets for the kids Sides: -garlic and jalapeño -steamed egg -japchae -buldak fried dumplings -corn cheese -kimchi fried rice -rice paper Will def be a go to spot whenever I am in town with family.

Judy H.

Yelp
We love Olleh!! One of the better AYCE bbq locations!!! The service is always great and the restaurant is always clean. Olleh is always a great choice!!

JaKe L.

Yelp
Great food Compliments to the chef- me Oliver, one of the servers was super attentive and awesome. GET SOME, OLIVER!

Allison L.

Yelp
Came on a Saturday around 5:15PM and our party of 3 was seated right away. One of the only kbbq places that includes galbi in the lower tier options so I like that. Service was attentive and I like how they play kpop inside as well. Parking is tight but I would definitely come back!

Calina N.

Yelp
Not a bad spot for kbbq in convoy. The wait time for Friday night wasn't as bad as I thought. We did come a bit early though (around 6pm). We opted for the premium menu. It was the cheaper option. Decent amount of items and affordable compared to other kbbq places. Pros - Service was super friendly (Host asked us if we had kbbq before and were willing to explain the process) - Food came out fast - Server came to check on us frequently - Teriyaki beef belly was our favorite Cons - Some food items weren't our that great (the side of cheese was more like cheese wiz but we prefer a different kind of cheese, the top blade meat wasn't very good, salad dressing wasn't my favorite) - Some of our items didn't get delivered

Mary D.

Yelp
A group of us went to Convoy to try out Olleh for a friend's birthday. It's a very chill atmosphere when you walk in, with lots of seating that's not too open, so there's a sense of privacy. Our servers were very attentive, and they made sure to constantly check in with us. They helped talk through a bit of the menu before we started ordering, and the meats came out super quick. We would order and the meat came out in less than a minute it felt like. They were quick with service and helped clean up our tables. The meat itself was very flavorful. Our favorites were the galbi and bulgolgi, although the brisket was great to constantly order and cook quick. Overall we were very happy with the service and food, although it was a bit pricier than some other locations. I did not personally notice, but we saw a customer slip on their way in, and they seemed pretty upset. One of our party members from that side mentioned the floor was super greasy from the grill changes, so that may be something to be cautious of.

Denise V.

Yelp
Like most places on Convoy the parking sucks so we don't hold that against them. It was really fast seating for a Wed night around 7. Walked in and pretty much waited about 5 min or less to be seated. Now while being seated was fast the service was a bit different. Once we sat down we were not asked at any point if we would like any drinks. Maybe drinks aren't a thing there but it's still nice to be given that option even though it's canned. Once seated there was a tray on the table with literally 3 edamame beans, and about 7 macaroni pasta shells for 3 people to share. We asked to order 3 of each and got a confused look but was told "okay". While the menu seemed large once we went for our selections we realized there wasn't a variety of beef options like we had hoped for. The japchae was good, the sesame balls were delicious, and the meat was pretty basic. Oh yea I was disappointed that the corn cheese had little to no cheese in it but on the other hand they do have a cheese fondue one you can order that kinda makes up for it or you can mix them together. We were there for over an hour and it wasn't until about 5 min before we were leaving that we were offered a new grill. We love Korean BBQ and make it a point to always try new spots. This place was not great but it was not horrible just a little to basic for me.

Lancy N.

Yelp
I came in on a Saturday night, and as expected, parking in Convoy was violently challenging. After finally finding a spot, we headed in, and there was a long line, but the host handled it efficiently and got us seated asap with great communication. The food was amazing. You cook everything yourself and you get a lot of options for sides and meat. The music was solid, giving the place a nice vibe. Surprisingly, despite coming during the rush hour, the service was excellent. The servers were fast, knew the menu well, and answered all my questions. Also, gotta give credit to the boss for putting together a solid team!

Zach L.

Yelp
The food is great. I usually order the cheaper menu but it comes with really great options. All the meat is fresh and they have perfect servings sizes on meat. They also have two options for soup (kimchi or soybean) i usually get the kimchi. The service is whatever. Most the workers are young kids and they have attitude but I don't care because I come to eat not see them

Yelp
Olleh Convoy Korean BBQ is located off Convoy Street in San Diego, CA, serving up America's Finest City with the finest slabs of meat for a truly unbelievable all-you-can-eat eat experience for 2 hours. We tried making reservations for a Saturday but were not able to even when we followed directions on the website but managed to fit in for a party of 7 when we showed up. Inside is very modern and trendy with a nice clean ambiance feel to it it. There are 2 different menus with a standard menu and a premium menu. The only difference is that the premium menu offers rib eye steaks, short ribs, and a couple of other different entrees such as the prawns. There are many beef and pork items to pick from, and they even have seafood as well, such as squid and shrimp. I really enjoy this restaurant due to the fact that the banchan or side dishes is a la carte and you order them from the staff with a tablet. My favorite side dishes are the kim Chi fried rice with a fried egg on top as well as the steamed egg and, of course, the pickled daikon. With the premium menu, they offer chicken nuggets and mozzarella cheese sticks as well. The star of the show is the cheese fondue and corn cheese where I find everything dipped in cheese is just better! The gas grills stayed hot, and the staff did a great job replacing our grill tops when they got too black. The Gaylord system worked great sucking in all the smoke from the meats, but I must say you will still walk out smelling like BBQ throughout the day. They serve beer and alcohol as well, and they did a great job taking care of our party when we arrived. They will additionally add a gratuity tip on the bill for groups larger than 6 people. Overall, Olleh is a great place for KBBQ and highly recommend you check them out as well as their Olleh sushi restaurants down the street.

Yelp
Had a great experience here. Definitely my new go to spot. The waiter was beyond friendly and patient with us. Made us feel like guests rather then customers. Highly recommend this place. The food is amazing and they have a large amount of sides. The beef brisket is so good! Just everything was amazing. They have plenty of seating and it's a nice place for a date. Highly recommend stopping by for a personal opinion.

Yelp
Olleh is hands down our favorite kbbq spot here in SD! Fair prices and really good cuts of meat. Service can sometimes be slow when they get super busy though. Restaurant is clean and interior is very nice! We've dined here multiple times with a large party and they are always accommodating. Sides are delicious too! I personally love their steamed egg & sesame balls!

Yelp
It's almost impossible to visit this place without a line waiting outside the restaurant. Many restaurants had tried to conquer this location and make it a success restaurant; however, many of them failed to succeed until Olleh Convoy Korean BBQ! This is now a stable and popular all you can eat Korean BBQ place! We visited on a weekday evening, arrived around 5 - 530 pm. At the time, there was no wait outside the restaurant. As soon as our complete party arrived, we were able to find a table right the way. However, the crowd started to show up after 6 pm and people had to wait. The parking lot in this plaza is very crazy. There are not enough parking spots for all the restaurants and customers here. You may consider street parking if you arrive later in the evening. The menu is pretty simple as you would expect for the all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ. Two types of menu depending on the types of meat you want. We went with the regular menu which already offered a wide range of food options. Everything we tried here was good, including their meat and side dishes. The service was quick and efficient that we were able to order and get the food quickly. After visiting this place, I can see why it's very popular. The price is very reasonable for what they offer. I would recommend trying it out and it may very well be your top Korean BBQ place.

Yelp
This place is a go to place for kbbq. The service here is great as the workers are super friendly and the service is really quick. The cuts are the best quality but still pretty good.
