Oh. My. Mothman. I am amazed. I have been going to Ollie & Finn’s since they were located in the Columbia Arts Building. This place is a texture paradise. Ethan & Anna are super sweet and very cool, and I have always been blown away. BUT! Tonight, I took myself on a date, and I ran into Anna randomly at Briarworks. When she told me when owned O&F, I was ecstatic to share my positive experiences. They have a Kolsch that is to die for too! I found out so many things! Ollie & Finn’s is actually named after their dogs, and I’m a dog trainer so that also resonated a lot! They try their best to maintain a good work life balance and are a family owned restaurant. They even work with other businesses in the area like McCrearys Pub and Bad Idea Brewing and probably many more that u don’t know about. I went after this and bought me a sandwich that Anna described to be beautifully - “The Mothman” - a roast beef and cheddar on baguette with hickory caramelized onions, pickled jalapeños, horseradish, and honey mustard. It was HUGE! It also came with a really good sized portion of their creamy Italian pasta which I could probably eat a gallon of. Overall I do give this amazing local spot a 10/10, and it doesn’t hurt that their owners are just really amazing and down to earth. They know what’s good. And they do what’s good.

It's a cramped for space but other than that I really love this place. I ordered the Cumberland Spaceman with potato salad, and my wife ordered "his name is Robert Paulson" with seasoned cukes. The spaceman had a nice spice but not overpowering, and the sourdough was delicious. The sandwiches large and had a good portion of meat in them. I wasn't a big fan of the potato salad but I'm a real stickler about mine, I like it more sweet this reminded me more of a seasoned cheese dip. I still finished it so that tells you it wasn't bad, just not my favorite. My wife loved her Paulson on Multigrain. She actually said she could eat that sandwich everyday and she loved the seasoned cukes too. The staff was very friendly and polite. We will definitely be coming out here more often. ***UPDATE *** It's now May and we have been to "finns" as we call it multiple times. I have a new favorite, its "the English magician" and it tastes amazing the best I could describe it to would be like if you took made a turkey melt and you added cranberry sauce and mayonnaise together. That's what the bacon jam and the cream cheese reminds me of and I absolutely love it in fact I ate it so fast I forgot to take a photo, but that one is my favorite at this moment. The next one I want to try is the I want to believe or the Molly Mayhem special but I want that one on sourdough because I don't like batard bread. Anyways just wanted to update and say this is our favorite restaurant in Columbia now, and we are looking forward to the next sandwich to try.

Great place for a filling meal! Had a cup of soup and their Cuban inspired sando, mom had a Rueben style - both excellent and served warm and crunchy! We walked there a few blocks from the main town square and then walked back up the river walk area.

Edit: ate here a THIRD day in a row and it somehow keeps getting even better? Today I had their version of an Italian sub and the creamy Italian pasta salad.. SPECTACULAR Original post: WOW! I cannot say enough good things about this place. I am from out of town and ate lunch here two days in a row because it’s so good. Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had (I got the Club and the Cuban). The real stars of the show however are the sides - easily the best sides I’ve had at a sandwich shop. You have to get their house made chips dipped in ranch, and the loaded potato salad was incredible as well. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

This place is great. It is an awesome sandwich shop coupled with an amazing brewery. Both the food and beer have been great every time. I've been probably 5 times so far and will definitely be a regular.

The food and service were both great. There are just a few large, community tables. We had the Reuben and bologna sandwiches; both were very good. The homemade chips with dip ❤️❤️❤️. I like having cucumbers for an option--good job guys. Overall, great first experience.

Finally visited Ollie & Finn’s and it did NOT disappoint! There were so many unique options on the menu that it was hard to choose. I settled on the Mothman and my friend got the I Want to Believe. We both chose the chips as our sides, and I added some collards too. The I Want to Believe is an absolute must try- 10/10 recommend. The Mothman was pretty solid, especially loved the bread and the caramelized onions, 7.5/10 for me. The house made chips and rancher are so good, and the collards had tons of flavor and a generous amount of meat in them, but were a bit spicy for me. The staff is super friendly, and we can’t wait to come try more of their menu out! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience here. Attentive and helpful customer service and the BEST roast beef I've ever had. Moderate amount of seating which was perfect for our party. Will be back! Personal notes Werewolf - 9/10 Coyote - 9/10 Seasoned Cukes - 8/10 Chips 7/10

This sandwich was 5/5. The new location is super convenient to access (where Lime & Loaf was formerly!). Prompt service, great quality. Fantastic lunch spot in downtown Columbia!

Great sandwiches - hot sandwiches are run through panini presses and arrive at the table hot. The menu has updated takes on classic combinations like BLTs, clubs and Cubans but also has unique ones as well. As the name implies, most of the seating is at a counter. There are only a few tables so be prepared to share.

Disclaimer: did not eat here! Just wanted to leave a note that they are now inside the Bad Idea Brewing Company. If you are looking for Ollie & Finn's, that's where it is located now. Someone should really update the listing. Looks amazing, but we decided to do brunch elsewhere this morning. We will be back!

Food was fantastic. The people were very nice. What else could you ask for from a sandwich place.

Nummers sammiches! I ordered the Mothman sandwich and I devoured all of it. It got a good kick from jalapeños. My husband got a Coyote club and it was delicious! House chips and ranch was good! Cucumber & tomato salad and cold slaw needed more seasoning though. Overall was great! I shall revisit :)

We're working our way through the entire menu and every sandwich is phenomenal. My personal fave so far is the Chupacabra (Make it Howl) with a side of cukes. A close second would be the Speechless which is another sweet/savory sandwich that always hits the spot. Take a look around the Columbia Arts Building while you're there too! Loads of good vintage shopping and a brewery downstairs! Tattoo, hair salon, and home/lifestyle shopping upstairs. Make a day of it at the CAB!

My oh my these sandwiches are in a league of their own. I have gone back to back days and don't regret a damn thing.

The food was delicious, but the drink choices were limited. The seating was a little odd for the small area.

Great food, and the owners are very nice and talented for sure! They take pride in their portions, flavor and customer service. Loved the gluten free bread, full size sandwich- rare!

It's been a long time since I have had a truly great sandwich. My wife and I stopped in today and ate lunch. I ordered the Madre de aguas which is their version of a Cuban and my wife got a coyote club. Both sandwiches were spectacular, full of flavor and more than enough portion wise. Highly recommend!

You'll find Ollie and Finn's Counter on the backside of the Columbia Arts Building. It's a bit hidden but worth finding! Their Madres de Aguas (pretty sure it's a Cuban sandwich), is amazing! I had the slaw which was also creamy and delicious. The sandwiches are hefty, so you may want to go really hungry or take a to-go box. I'll be back for sure!

Love that they've moved in with Bad Idea Brewery downtown. They serve a limited menu but it's all good. Great place to hang out but limited seating.

Didn't get a chance to try the food - As I called because I couldn't find the location, I was met with someone who was maybe having a bad day or doesn't like their job very much. When I finally found the place, I was met with the same crappy attitude. The venue is cute aside from supplies and things being out and about where people are eating. People did seem to be enjoying the food, I will say that.. I myself just couldn't bring myself to give them my business!!

In the middle of Columbia TN, I can say that Ollie's and Finn's sandwich, Madre de Aguas, is the real deal Cuban sandwich. This sandwich had all the key points a Cubano has.... bread that is fluffy and has a slight sweetness to it. Pile after pile of pig roast that has been deliciously seasoned (Cuban style) and sliced ham, with layers of Swiss cheese and dill pickles in between. Yellow mustard and a garlic butter brings this all together. Yum!!!!

Most from-scratch sandwich shop in Columbia. A quick lunch with a sandwich that someone really put care and thought into and this is your place. Check out their special sandwiches. Service was fast, and there are some small tables but clearly is meant to be a take-out place.

Great lil family-owned Sammie joint...we had The Borda (Italian style) & the Chupacabra V3.0 (NEXT LEVEL GRILLED CHEESE!!)...sides were cole slaw and fresh seasoned cukes (cucumbers for the lay person). My girls and I came here for lunch after a beautiful hike at Yanali Park. We loved the vibe, the food, the friendly and fast service. It was perfect. Can't wait to return!

Coyote Club and Pimiento Cheese Sandwich's are worth yelling about, what mouth watering creations . I circled the Columbia art's building because the gps said I was there ,a little chalkboard sandwich sign was next to a door for Bad Idea Brewing but l am so glad I did not miss this place

If you are looking to satisfy the depths of your taste buds desires, look no further. After being helped navigating the menu by Anna, co-owner of Ollie and Finn's, I selected the Madre De Aguada (their version of the ubiquitous Cuban). The sandwich is presented on a rectangular silver platter and adorned by their very own, hand-made, potato chips. They also accompany the chips with an amazing twist on the ever-popular ranch "dipping" amenity. Of noteworthy importance, the ranch has a wonderful viscosity of a paste and pairs perfectly with both the chips as well as the sandwich. To say this meal checked all the boxes, is an extreme understatement. My mouth continues to thank me for treating it to such a local delicacy. Because the sandwich exceeded all of my expectations, I decided to follow it up with their ham and bean soup - which completed the ensemble of my meal. In summary, the food here is a veritable cocophany of various infused flavors that not only pair perfectly but also bolster the natural infused integrity of each part of the sandwich. Corollary, the ambiance in this little boutique-esque style shop, is second to none. Anna was friendly and informative and a wonderful example of small business in America!!

Another 5 star lunch. The sandwiches are amazing and fresh like always. Today, I tried the tomato and cucumber salad and orzo salad. I didn't even need the sandwich they were SO GOOD. You must try!

These sammie's are "smack yo mama" good. Got the Werewolf of Columbia and it was phenomenal to the last bite. Amazing food, super cool staff and great ambiance!

If you are in Columbia, or close enough to drive and looking for the best lunch you have ever had, then you should stop in! Had the Mushroom Soup today and it was unreal! All of the sandwiches and sides are the best you have ever eaten. Plus, lots of great 90's music to celebrate the best generation yet. You can even sneak next door for a little craft brew to wash down you lunch. Passing this up would be a big mistake. Lol, thank you all for another great lunch!

Order completely messed up. No orzo. Ordered wheat bread toasted but got plain e white bread. Nothing special. They need to take care of details. Won't be back.
