Ollie's American Cheese + Provisions

What a pleasant surprise on the way between my hotel and my conference. A wonderful charcuterie plate to go, a fine sample of aged Gouda, and great Intel about an upcoming cheese event!

I have ordered from Ollie’s on my birthday and occasional picnic lunches by the nearby lake. The boards are absolutely exquisite!! The quality of the cheese and meats are *chefs kisses* ♥️ I love the tiny accompaniments like the flowers, nuts and honeycomb. I like to use their honey in my morning coffee. The owner is a sweetheart and is clearly passionate about everything charcuterie.

The daily rotating baguettes are my favorite! You’ll also find salsa macha (Mexican chili oil) from time to time on the baguettes- mind blowing. Such an awesome cheese shop with local goods and fresh baguette sandwiches. Perfect lunch spot. The owner is a sweetheart which makes this place a 10/10. Add it your list of must sees in Oakland!

I wanted to get a charcuterie board for an event with friends. I found Ollie's online & saw they had good reviews. I placed an order for pick up a few days later. I made a some minor requests for the board which Ollie's was able to fulfill. Overall the charcuterie turned out great & whole process was easy. I will definitely come back again.

I come here often and it’s always improves my day. Today I tried the toast with added hot garlic and it was unbelievable. That toast had hot cheese with the rinds layered on it and was more flavorful than even any hot sandwich I’ve ever had. It was pretty filling too. I wish I’d taken a photo. Also the best place downtown for a cafe au lait or a little sample of some truly wild cheese.

Their delicious charcuterie boards are amazingly made and look amazing. They were partners at one of our wholesaler events and the board is probably the cleanest and prettiest I have ever seen. Everything is high quality as well, check them out!

We used Graze and Gather for our wedding and the cones turned out so cute and everyone loved them! They were delicious. Alyssa was extremely sweet and helpful getting these ordered for us and she made sure to have a gluten free option for myself (the bride)! Definitely check them out for your next charcuterie needs!!

Ollie's is such a gem in Oakland. A great selection of American-made cheeses and a really friendly, knowledgable counter staff. Sometimes cheese counters can be intimidating, but never at Ollie's! For excellent cheese and the most beautiful charcuterie boards you've ever seen, this would be the place.

The quality of the meat and cheese was exceptional. Beautiful presentation. The added herbs and flowers made it so pretty and special. When I at first received my medium sized board I thought it looked a bit small for the price. However, one I brought it to my event and it was settling among the other options..... I realized how special it was and was ok with the price, the quality is unmatched and totally worth the splurge. I will be back!!

I'm staying in Oakland overnight for work and happened to notice this cheese shop next to my hotel when I was walking in to check-in. The gentleman working there was so friendly and after asking me what cheeses I gravitate towards offered me a taste of the St. Stephens (spoiler it was incredible). The shop is so cute and has all sorts of odds and ends. I also love that the cheese is made here in the states. I am currently devouring my delicious cheese and crackers. 10/10 recommend!

You don't need flowers or a spa day to treat yourself. You need cheese! Do you have a mouth? Put cheese in it! This place is great for treating yourself. The staff is nice. They make awsome pairings and flavor combinations. Did I mention CHEESE!

Stopped by for lunch after hearing they didn't just sell cheese. The two ladies behind the counter were very friendly and explained what they had and even gave me a great recommendation on a sandwich/toast they offer. The sandwich was small but packed with a cheesy garlicky crunchy flavor. I added the Soppressata. It was so good. I also had their Carmel coffee. It was very nice. Can't wait to head back and try something new and add my 5th star. The store is a stones throw from 11th and Broadway and the Marriott hotel. If you are looking for quick eats try this place. We need to eat at and support our local business!! We have way too many closing!

I love coming here and ordering their baguette special and delicious masala chai, perusing the carefully curated and unique goods, as they are freshly prepared. Staff is fantastic.

Cute artisan cheese shop with a variety of local products of crackers, jams, caramel sauce, salsa macha, honey with cute and unique gift items. Plenty to make your own charcuterie board or place an order for a special event or an individual serving for snacking. Graze + Gather offers a weekly sandwich, salads and toasts using quality ingredients and products sold at the store. I've had their kale with blackberry and ricotta and arugula with shaved asiago and both were delicious...friend ordered the caramelized toast (La Farine bread) with Brie and was amazed how delicious it was...additions of an egg (fried, poached, soft scrambled) or prosciutto available at an added cost. Stop by and grab a unique toast with your coffee or tea, sample some cheese and shop for that unique item. Graze + Gather takes over Fig & Poe's space. outdoors dining only. quaint setup. basically a space for picking up charcuterie spreads, cheeses, gifts. offerings: cheeses, coffee, tea, pantry provisions, home goods, tomato soups, daily specials of toast, salads, baquette sandwiches drink: masala chai, 16 oz (5.5) -amazing tasting chai in large compostable cup with oat milk option, cardamom. sweetness. made fresh upon ordering. eats: baquette sandwich (13) -filled with argula, beechers, fra' mani dry chorizo (looked like salami), kuali salsa macha aioli -la farine baquette was amazing. 4.5 stars, great value for high quality, freshly made ingredients..my tummy was happy. bites tasted yummy! a definite find. take outs: -hours may be 11-6 daily (listed at bottom of standing board) -hidden in plain sight, a few steps from the corner. looks for tables in front.

As a former cheese professional, I can attest this place is off the hook. Delicious sandwiches and salads, fantastic selection of American cheeses, cute gifts and lovely service. This might be the end of me (and my bank account).

I had been sent the website from a friend, and it was pure eye candy. Luscious charcuterie boards locally made, with organic and sustainable items. I bookmarked it, and kept it stashed for the perfect occasion. That event came before too long, my 40th Birthday Party. Female friends only, no partners regardless of gender, and NO KIDS! Poolside. Alyssa created an AMAzing spread. People are still talking about the chili honey, mustard and the variety of meets, cheeses and fresh fruits. pick up was a breeze. the board transported easily (Alyssa helped me pack in in my car). and best of all. the board is compostable. and all containers were glass. + 1 for sustainability.

Alyssa was fantastic to work with on a recent event I threw for my mom's birthday. She helped me design a grazing board with incorporated salads and sandwiches to feed a crowd of 40. Not only was set up a breeze, the meal was an absolute hit. As beautiful as it was tasty! And full of tiny surprises like a kiwi the size of a grape!

Alyssa was very responsive on email for our company corporate event she catered. The spread was beautiful and got rave reviews! She came on time for setup and everything was ready in time for our guests to show up. Super easy to work with and would definitely hire the company again!

I don't often write reviews but I am doing so for Graze + Gather because they were just fantastic for our event. We ordered three boards for a corporate cocktail party that needed to look high end but stay within a reasonable budget. They were really really beautiful, every item on each board was super high quality and delicious, really elevated. The woman who delivered them to our event spent a good 20 minutes laying the boards out on the table, clipping flowers to display throughout, laying out everything so it was STUNNING. GORGEOUS. And everything was compostable! Even the woman who delivered and set up was super calming and kind as we were a bit stressed trying to finish our last minute set up details. Their boards would be perfect for weddings (set up out of the sun) or any event where you want beautiful boards that double as high-end decor and easy to clean up afterward. Highly recommend! My only critique is they were a bit slow to get back to our ordering emails, but we were planning last minute so we were on a time crunch.

I love supporting local businesses when traveling and this spot did not disappoint. Customer service was on point. Grabbed several little Christmas gifts while waiting for our meal. Salad, soup, and toast of the day (shared between 2 people) was amazing. Highly recommend!

So excited to have a brick and mortar cafe for Graze and Gather in the neighborhood! They have a great selection of daily toasts and sandwiches, along with coffee and drinks + to-go charcuterie spreads. In addition they have an amazing gift shop and the best selection of cheeses (order as much as you like!) for your consumption pleasure! Seriously go check it out for lunch!

Graze + Gather catered at my wedding! It was fantastic. Everyone complimented how beautiful the setup was and how it was also delicious too. I will definitely use them in the future. The owner is so sweet and easy to work with. I highly recommend Graze and Gather for your next event!
