We’ve been with Olly Olly for a few years now, and since June we’ve had the pleasure of working with our new account manager, Dave Schoenecker. Dave has been fantastic to work with—he helped get us set up on the app to easily transfer photos and updates for our page, and he’s provided excellent customer service every step of the way. He’s professional, responsive, and genuinely personable—he even remembers small details from past conversations (like asking how our new pet is doing!). He’s always patient when we’re delayed getting back to him, and he makes sure things keep moving forward smoothly. I honestly had a great conversation with Carter and loved everything we spoke about and agreed to. Like giving him at least 2-4 months to prove his business model, which I gave at least 8 months and he also promised to let me keep the website because I owned the domain already. Then after passing me over to Lance everything changed I was informed they had a 12 month policy to keep the website and they took it away now I can’t even access my original website they had replaced with theirs. Honestly I know that their reply to this review will be Ai generated and the only way to make this right is to allow me to keep my website. Be careful they will over promise.

Nighmare… do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Olly Olly did our SEO and website for a year. The website they created was hacked and plummeted our Google ranking. Their backlinks were linked to a scam online casino. Created 200+ back links in 30 days causing a spamming issue for Google ranking as well. 6 months later we are still fighting this issue. AVOID!!!!
