Second Try: Olo Pizza. The first time we went, my GF pizza came out and I said to the waitress, "this was supposed to be GF". It looked so good I didn't think it was but I was mistaken! It was the best GF I've ever had and it was like real pizza, so good! So, the other night we were deciding what to get for take out and we opted for Olo. I went with the same pizza, the Bacon, fig, onion & arugula jam. We also ordered the wings and my wife went with a Sicilian. Well, when she got there, they never put in the order for her pizza. It was called in for pick up, not through an app. Mind you it was a busy Sunday evening around dinner time. So, it was going to be a bit until everything was ready. Not only did they comp the pizza but they also comped her a drink from the bar while she waited! Now that is how you handle a mistake!! The food was awesome again! Absolutely loved my pizza and it was still fantastic leftover (GF often is not as no gluten to hold it together and the grains break down). Their Parmesan wings are also 🔥 and in both of our opinions, the best in the city, so good! Needless to say, we'll be patronizing Olo again soon and maybe I'll order a different pizza but it's gonna be hard!

We went down for the Detroit pizza on Wednesday and thought it was pretty good. My wife is from the Detroit area and gave it a thumbs up as well. She also had done fancy Aperol and other stuff drink. It was called a Vesuvio Marg, with tequila, Aperol, and almond Orgeat syrup flavoring. The drink got high marks from her also. The beer list was what I call Regular Worcester, with nothing much other than the local stuff.

First time eating 'Olo Pizza. Neapolitan style is not our normal go to, but we were in the mood for something new after a less than favorable experience at one of our usual spots. I ordered our food for pickup on the website due to the snowstorm that had started. The confirmation said the two pizzas would be ready at 5:22pm, and I received a text back they were ready at 5:17pm. We ordered the Pepperoni (Fresh and shredded mozzarella, thick pepperoni, and dried oregano) and the Ricotta which is a white sauce pie (Shredded mozzarella, crispy prosciutto, Mike's Hot Honey, herbs, and pecorino). I arrived right behind a group that was being led away by the only hostess at the station at that time. It was early in the evening, but I could see the restaurant was getting busy. It was only a matter of moments before someone working the food line helped retrieve my order. He gave off a welcoming and friendly vibe, which I wouldn't have expected from someone possibly making and helping with the takeout deliveries. That vibe will have me coming back to have a meal in person in the near future. I would have given both pizzas 5 stars, but while I enjoyed the charred outer crust on the pepperoni, there was more than enough for my taste. I think I will try eating a slice from crust to center next time I try 'Olo. The pepperonis were juicy and remarkably delicious. For someone that likes a more doughy pizza, the seasoning for both pies exceeded my expectations in taste. I look forward to coming back in person and eating the pizza right out of the oven.

Went to Olo Pizza in Worcester with my sister and had an amazing experience! Our waitress Antonia was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The Greek salad, truffle fries, and ricotta pizza were all fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Highly recommend!

Went for Detroit style pizza last Wednesday. The sides and bottom were literally black! What we were able to eat tasted good. Server came by 3-4 time to ask us if we wanted more drinks but left the dirty dishes on our table for about an hour and a half.

Google
More of a 2.8 rating. Decided on this spot after seeing reviews and the rating, something that has not resulted in money well spent as often as it should have in the city of worcester unfortunately. I keep hitting dead ends and wasting both money and tips (before even tasting food or seeing the quality when it's a take out order). Tried 2 pizzas, a dessert, an appetizer, and a sandwich and fries: Both pizzas were too burned to really enjoy, taste was so so and not memorable, dough was very chewy. This was an overpriced domino's sized pizza that did not satisfy even the slightest. I was disappointed because I read that it was good. 2.2/5 The meatball parm sandwich was good in taste but was sloppily presented, and used the same chewy dough. However, it was slightly less chewy with the sandwich. Meatballs were good, sauce was fine. 4.5/5 The fries that accompanied the sandwich was not good at all. It tasted like the oldest and most boring selection of potatoes were used. 0/5 The chicken wings were so so, nothing to write home about, mention, or remember. Hard to say exactly how much I did or did not like them. I would say they were okay, too much on the borderline of okay and did not like. They were also on the borderline of cooked and overcooked. But, would I order them again? No. 2.5/5 The zeppoli was also a let down. It was almost good in taste, too dry, almost tasted burned but definitely tasted over fried. The white dip was okay/decent, weird texture, the chocloate dip was good. I almost bout 2 orders of this, I am so glad I did not. 2.4/5 For the prices they charge for everything on their menu, I expected much better and to get some sort of food worth the money spent. Food here was overpriced, overcooked, less than stellar tasting, and disappointing.

Google
We visited on an evening that featured Detroit style pizza as a special, and it was the best we have had. The appetizers also were excellent including Brussel sprouts and Parmesan fries. We happened to be there on trivia night, which was fun and entertaining. Drinks also were great, especially the margarita made with Aperol and orgeat - so well balanced.

Google
I held a surprise 40th birthday celebration for my husband at 'Olo Pizza yesterday, it was an absolutely perfect experience. The staff was 100% responsive and accommodating. From the moment I spoke with (the owner perhaps?) on the phone to discuss booking until the end of the party itself, I felt at ease and confident that everything would go well. The indoor backyard there is a great place for a party, there is a private bar, two tvs, 3 indoor bocce courts, plenty of seating etc. The food was delicious, all of the guests raved about it. Thank you to 'Olo for helping make my husband's 40th a great experience! We will be back.

Yelp
Fantastic gluten free pizza! Crust is amazing and even reheating was crispy a day after.

Yelp
Another delicious pizza night in Worcester. Tried a couple new pies, consistently great!

Yelp
I ordered a pizza for takeout. Picked it up and when I got it home it was folded in half. Went straight to my car and on the floor of my vehicle. Nothing I did but probably on its way out of the kitchen. It was floppy and undercooked. First time and last

Da D.

Yelp
This was one of my favorite pizza restaurant of all the restaurants in the Worcester area. Totally disappointed with my last orders.

Meghan R.

Yelp
BEST gluten free crust EVER. You wouldn't know the difference. Really a treat!!! Margarita one is my favorite. Staff are friendly, atmosphere is friendly, clean and prices are on point for the region. Definitely worth the money if you're gluten free.

Reilly F.

Yelp
Service was awesome. Pizza? UNREAL. Martinis? UNREAL. Salad? UNREAL. I don't know what else to say besides if you've never been this is a hidden gem. We can't wait to bring our best friends back to enjoy with us!
google avatar

Yelp
Deep dish was fantastic - crunchy edges and great cheese pulls The white pizza with ricotta was a bit bland The chicken pepperoni pizza was a mess that didn't stay together well and felt very thrown together All in all solid pizza

Yelp
I was in the area for a conference and asked the desk clerk at the hotel for a few suggestions. He recommended this place. I stopped and sat myself at the bar. It is a brick oven pizzeria restaurant. The place wasn't too busy (it was a Wednesday evening). The bartender came over and took my drink order while handing me the menu. There were a few choices I was interested in. I decided to try the hot Calabrese pie. The ingredients weren't normally my top choices (olives and such), but I definitely liked the combination and way it was cooked. I would definitely recommend the place for a nice casual pie. Prices were reasonable, staff was friendly and I was in and out, but could have stayed if I wanted.

Nicole H.

Yelp
We had our son's engagement party here in their back room and it was fantastic. The staff helped us carry in all our decorations and were so accommodating. Emily the bartender was amazing and Kenzie was also so helpful. Working with Pete the owner was easy and a delight to communicate with. I highly recommend their event space.

Yelp
BEST PIZZA IN WORCESTER! Over the past couple years I've been on a quest to find the best pizza in town which included many carbs and gaining a few lbs and I can say all other competitors pale in comparison to 'Olo. They make make their Neapolitan style pizza in a beautiful red wood fired pizza oven. Their crust and freshness of their toppings are what makes them stand out compared to their competitors. The crust is thin with the perfect amount of char, crunch, and chewiness. The toppings are phenomal and locally sourced. My favorite by far is the sausage pesto featuring sausage from a local butcher. The ambiance is solid. They have a cool bar area that I like to sit at and have a beer while waiting for take out. In the back the have a large reception hall with an indoor bocce court which serves as a good setup for large groups. If you're craving some pizza there is really other place to visit in town other than 'Olo.
google avatar

John K.

Yelp
If you enjoy Neapolitan pizza, you've found your place. Nicely appointed restaurant and bar; pleasantly surprised overcoming the exterior being in an industrial building.

Alejandro N.

Yelp
This place and team are like a well oiled machine. The consistency and food are really great. Thanks Olo's team.

Yelp
This is hard for me to write. First, I want to say this is going to sound arrogant AF but I can't write this review without that - so deal with it! I'm from Brooklyn NY. My first job was at one of the most popular pizzerias in Brooklyn during the second half of the 20th century. We were featured on Man vs. Food and my boss was on Emeril's show. At least monthly, we'd have celebrities drop in for some pizza. Ok, this isn't about that place. My point in saying that is I have a very pretentious taste for pizza. I have definitions. I have standards. I have very high bar for my definition of quality pizza. 'Olo blew it out of the water. I haven't been this emotional about pizza in a very long time. This was the most quality pie I've had in Massachusetts and all of New England. The crust was perfect (though my taste thinks it needs a little more salt), the sauce was simple, the pepperoni was cooked to perfection. I cannot stress this enough that the whole pie was just immaculate. I mean, the place that was in this location previously was what I'd consider "good pizza" - but it wasn't this... This had me speechless. Bravo.

Yelp
The pizza was one of the best I've ever had. I rarely eat the crust on pizza and even the crust was delicious! Caesar salad and fries were also delicious!! Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Craving pizza, my friend wanted to try somewhere new, since he knew more of Worcester than I , I trusted his opinion. We entered and wa asked if we had a reservation (we didn't) so we asked if we would want to sit at the bar. Menu was on a short piece of paper,. Not seeing pizza coming out of the kitchen, instead, a pizza making station. Had an IPA and waited for our pizza. We got the sausage and pepperoni. After a ten minute wait, presto! Dinner. Soft crust and crunchy meats, not overly gooey cheese, but plenty to go round. Would like to go back and try more flavors!
google avatar

James G.

Yelp
On a 1-10 pizza scale...we are talking highest levels. Best ive had in years. The crispy, charcoall crust on the edges and the soft bottom matched perfectly with mushrooms and the sausage & pepperoni. Awesome Italian sausage with thick pepperoni with shaved Parmigiano....friggin good pizza....been decade since i had a decent pizza.
google avatar

Amanda D.

Yelp
'Olo has hands down the best gluten free pizza! I like the white pizza with ricotta, prosciutto and hot honey. Aside from pizza, the menu is very limited and on the expensive side. They have a cute area in the back with picnic tables and an indoor bocce pit.
google avatar

Jenn B.

Yelp
Although we love the pepperoni or cheese pizza, I was extremely disappointed with the buffalo chicken pizza. The chicken was disgusting, it was actually gray in color. For how much these pizzas cost, they should be using good quality meat.
google avatar

Trisha B.

Yelp
'Olo Pizza easily is my favorite pizza place in Worcester. Located across from Greater Good Brewery, 'Olo itself has its own decent selection of beers. It has its own parking lot so parking is simple, staff is friendly, and you can conveniently order online (though note that if they're busy, they close online ordering). They have a nice variety of pizzas, ranging from all the meats, to no meats, to white sauce to normal sauce. Very impressed with their pizza dough and overall the flavor from all of their pizzas. Would definitely recommend!

Joan A.

Yelp
Food was excellent!! Their pizza was awesome! Great service too. I heard they have live entertainment too.
google avatar

Kurt R.

Yelp
Mid. They use those thick Pepperonis that are just trash. Too much oregano on a pizza is always a bad thing, which they do here. Go to blue jeans if you want a decent pizza. .
google avatar

Dana H.

Yelp
Highly recommend! Super yummy pizza both regular and GlutenFree! They make their own dough fire roasted! Very busy but worth the wait!

Jane O.

Yelp
Me and my family dined at Olo for the first time this week and we will most definitely be back! All of the food was delicious! I have to mention the service, particularly our server Allison. She was very knowledgeable and she couldn't have been nicer. Any question was quickly answered and she just really elevated the service experience. Highly recommend giving Olo a try!

Yelp
My review here will be two fold. I am going to give my star rating based on the food. But I have some things to say. First - the food was phenomenal. We got the Brussels sprouts appetizer, a pizza, and dessert. 10's across the board. Excellent food. Excellent service. Now let's get into it. There are 3 dining areas - one is up front by the bar, one is in the middle and up a small flight of stairs, and the other is the bocce room. It would have been nice to sit by the bar, but the seats by the bar are close to the door, and it was cold tonight so I didn't want to sit by the door. The bocce room is actually adorable but there wasn't anyone in there. So we sat in the middle dining area. This middle dining area at the top of the stairs desperately needs ACOUSTICS. It is SO LOUD. Very high ceilings, all concrete everywhere, absolutely nothing to suck up any sound. I do not like it when a restaurant is this loud. Get some fabric on the walls, do *something* Also - our table was wobbly! This is a huge no-no in my book. It is so distracting and there's no reason for ANY of the tables to wobble. We almost spilled our drinks all night. By the end of the meal I actually decided the bocce room would have been the best choice. It's not too loud in there, lots of astro turf to soak up sound. Large bar. High tops and picnic tables you could push together for groups. The bocce room is definitely perfect for groups, whether you intend to play bocce or not. So I dig that they have a great area for groups cuz that's hard to find sometimes. I was so peeved with the noise and the wobbly table that I probably won't be back very quickly. It really affected our experience. It's a shame because the food was absolutely excellent. The ambiance just didn't do it for me. Way. Too. Loud.

Yelp
If you have not eaten here you must! Hands down best pizza in Worcester! And great salads too. When I first moved to MA 4 years ago the pizza scene made me cry: Birch Tree only did pizza on Wednesdays. The place Olo took over made pizza that was soggy in the middle. Antonios was very inconsistent and only better than chucky cheeses on its good days. And everything else was worse than Chucky's, no joke! But now we have Olo! Birch Tree is great as well, but I think Olo has slightly better flavors. Love, love, love the mushroom pizza as well as the meatball and ricotta pizza; seriously this is on par with the pizza in Amalfi. This NY and CA good. Not just good for MA, which 99% of all pizza here is the worst; its just Great pizza! Everything about this pizza is very good, the dough is delightful, the toppings are quality and the wood fire oven makes the difference; especially since they actually know how to use it! Also props to the veggie pizza, best veggie pizza in my opinion, has sauteed mushrooms and asparagus, topped with arugula; my NJ mother-in-law loved the pizza topped with salad. The wings are good too, nice and crispy, but the salads are amazing. We absolutely love the Greek salad. I don't get why most restaurants don't care about their salads. Great salad enhances any meal thats carb + protein very. Not here, all the salads here are amazing! Love this place, honestly whenever we have friends and family visit Worcester we always get food here, it impresses everyone, its that good!

Janet K.

Yelp
I have to say this was a win-win. If you're looking for a nice place to hold an event this is your place . It was fun with exceptional food and great service. Pete was great to work with on the planning he was very professional and prompt. I hosted a wedding shower for my daughter and soon to be son-in-law. Everyone remarked what a fabulous time they had and loved the food and especially the fun time with the bocce game . They have a very diverse menu to fit the crowd size that you want. As they say this is a definite do over
google avatar

Michael H.

Yelp
I love going here because the food is always consistent. This is definitely one of the places I go to as a treat. If you and far between that I visit, but every single time it's great.

Gab A.

Yelp
Their appetizers are amazing! Wings, Brussels sprouts and my favorite the Greek salad! The pizzas are amazing as well, I love the pepperoni because it's thick cut!
google avatar

James B.

Yelp
Great pizza. Very unique and worth the drive. Don't mind the extra money. Truly great pizza just wish bite as a little larger for the money
google avatar

Carly D.

Yelp
Got right in at the bar Saturday night. Good music and casual vibes with delicious crispy pizza. We tried a mushroom pizza and a sausage and pepperoni, both were great. I was excited about the selection of white pizzas and will be going back to try the bacon, arugula and fig pizza soon. Smaller beer selection but we still managed to get a few decent IPA's.
google avatar

Tim M.

Yelp
I randomly went here with my family after my son's school play. We are very picky about our pizza. We went on a Thursday and got the 3 for $30 deal, and we ordered the margarita, the pesto, and the ricotta. My wife hates anything pesto, but now likes at least the Olo pesto pizza. All the food was delicious, and so were the drinks, great bar by the way. And really amazing atmosphere. Can't keep your eye off the brick oven. And also great music selection and excellent service. Highly highly recommend. This is our new pizza place!

Ralph S.

Yelp
Delicious pizza, great service staff....personable and attentive. We'll be back for sure to try more pizza types and don't pass up on the chicken wings either!
google avatar

Carissa S.

Yelp
Best pizza in the area. Also the best gluten free pizza. Replaced dacostas that was in the building before and kept a lot of the menu. A little pricier but so worth it.
google avatar

Linda L.

Yelp
Awesome pizza best Gluten free crust I've ever had. We tried the bacon and it was very tasty great combination of sweet and salty.
google avatar

Anne M.

Yelp
YUM! We got takeout. Detroit pepperoni pizza and chopped antipasto. Salad was fresh and had the perfect amount of everything. Only change I'd make would be to have provolone instead of fresh mozzarella. Pizza was insane! Saucy, crunchy, soft, meaty. A great new style of pizza to me. I'd give 5 stars but you have to physically go in to order this pizza. Kind of a pain...But no pain no gain.... get some ASAP!

Dane A.

Yelp
If you like overpriced, greasy, soggy small thin crust pizza, this is the place for you! I have only left reviews for a few places, usually positive, but this place I felt I had to put it out there.
google avatar

Jon H.

Yelp
What a cool spot! Amazing food and really cool space. Also great beers on tap. We'll definitely be back!
google avatar

N V.

Yelp
Great food and nice setting. We've already tried all their pizzas they are all delicious. They do white sauce pizzas very well.
google avatar

Megan M.

Yelp
Soooo good! Wow! Everything from apps to drinks to pizzas to service to ambiance was great! If you're a wing lover- their wings are the best. Ever. Same with their pizza... we have tried the margRita pizza and pepperoni pizza and both equally delicious! The bruschetta is Thea must try & same with their watermelon margarita. I love how you can make reservations online and choose WHERE you want to sit! I hesitated writing a review bc I don't want everyone to know how amazing it is here- Seriously so good!
google avatar

Rebecca C.

Yelp
my takeout order was ready a lot faster than it initially said, which is a plus, but my pizza was soggy and i don't really think that's why. i ordered the veggie and it was almost entirely arugula. it was advertised as a red sauce pizza, but didn't have any sauce on it, which is the main reason for the 3 stars (i'd give 3.5 if i could). i'm new to the area, and the food was okay, but i would definitely explore other options before i'd return.
google avatar

Ashlie R.

Yelp
We've gotten take out several times during the pandemic and this was our first time dining in. It's a really cool space with a kid friendly area and bocce ball. The food is always amazing.
google avatar

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
Friendly staff. We had the Garlic Parmesan chicken wings with garlic Parmesan aioli dipping sauce. Very good and a really good count. Also we had the Bacon pizza Fresh mozzarella, brie, caramelized onions, fig jam and arugula. It's sweet and also very good. Dip the crust in the dipping sauce from the wings. Two Pilsner beers. Without tip - $51. Not cheap, but well worth the price. Also they have bocce courts FREE of charge! Full bar. We will be back.

Yelp
I've been thinking about the battle in my mind between 'Olo and Rail Trail for best pizza in the area. I've decided the way to put it is 'Olo is my favorite pizza in the area. Best may not be fair -- the styles are very different. 'Olo to me has perfected that in between crust -- definitely not thick crust but not thin crust either. The custom pies are good and offer a lot of options, the build your own lets us put olives on (actually, since we first started stopping in I feel like they've started to feature olives more -- the first time we needed to ask and they said they had them at the bar so didn't know why they wouldn't be able to use them.). The beer list is always solid, last night they even had an offering from Other Half. There are also a multitude of options depending on your mood -- front of house bar area, mid-level table seating, and a big "backyard" in the back featuring 3 bocce courts. It really is a great choice during the cold winter months (and it's still great pizza in the summer.). The only negative I would say is the parking can be a little challenging -- small lot and the two streets that meet outside are fairly busy. Other than that, 5 stars for sure!
google avatar

Phillip A.

Yelp
Good pizza but very expensive. If you like Neopolitian pizza check them out. They have a cozy atmosphere that would be a great date night place. However, I would not frequent this place aside from special occasions due to the price.
google avatar

Dawn P.

Yelp
Holy guacamole!!!! Know this place is amazing!!! From the service to the food to the drinks!!!! And the atmosphere !!!!!if you haven't been yet, you have to go !!!! Just do it!!!!‍
google avatar

Johnny B.

Yelp
Flavorful; but overpriced, and not a good value. I can understand why people were leaving with multiple pizzas in a takeout order: you'll need to order at least 3 pies to feed a modest-sized family.
google avatar

Amy L.

Yelp
Wow am I impressed! Best Greek salad I have ever had! Creamy feta cheese, Kalamata olives, fresh and delicious lettuce and tomatoes and red onion with thin slices of croutons. Then we had margarita pizza and mushroom truffle pizza. Both were fantastic! Service was great and I love the ambience of the place. Will definitely be back many many times again!!
google avatar

Yelp
First time at Olo Pizza today. Delicious pizza and wings. Very impressed with their interior upgrades including a very cool, new bar area. Definitely a destination restaurant.

Yelp
Excellent service on a less-than-busy Tuesday evening. Celebrating a birthday with family & friends. Apps of chicken wings & drumsticks were amazing, as were the grilled brussel sprouts with Bleu cheese crumbles. Pizzas were equally outstanding, including the gluten-free options. Limited wine list, but hey, it's a pizza joint! Well done 'Olo...and in the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, I'll be back.
