Ology Brewing Co [Midtown]

Cory, I believe that was his name was a great bartender. Did a great job and was informative. He and my husband talked beer and liquor and he genuinely did a great job of answering questions while also tending to other patrons. The beers and my husbands Gimlet were very good. Im definitely going back to try more things they make here.

I have only recently started getting into funky craft beers. I have learned I love smoothie type sours and Ology hasn't disappointed. I went in today to grab Christmas Punch Bowl. Martin was awesome. He sold me on a really great bag of coffee , explained the spirits they carry, and was just a joy to be around. I left woth great beer, great, coffee, and a new tulip glass.

First time at this location and it was everything I'd expect from Ology. Their staff is always nice, knowledgeable about their product and great to talk to.

Some of the best beer I’ve had in Tallahassee plus they distill their own liquor! Cool vibe in the taproom, great cocktails! A must stop when in Tallahassee.

Small midtown brewery, I've been coming here since they opened. Unfortunately they don't make my favorite, Sprinkle factor anymore, but the sensory overload is quite good. It gets busy and loud on the weekends, there is seating outside and garage doors when it's not too hot or cold. Can't remember if they're pet friendly or outdoor only. They've expanded a lot since I was last here. They distill their own liquor, have a coffee shop now and have several satellite tap rooms now. It's cool that mid town pies moved next door (rip bamboo house🙏🏽) so you can order there and have them bring it to you while you drink.

We came here for Hanna Banana Bears 20th birthday!! The drinks are so unique and spectacular. Not to mention the extremely kind and wonderful staff members. Love the ambience and we will be back soon!

Great small place to hang out, chill and have a few great brews and sours. Very tasty relaxed venue. Not crowded on a Sunday afternoon but a continuous flow of patrons coming and going. Pet friendly.

Cool place with a decent variety of brews, but they should consider offering a flight. They have some really good beer with fun names. The sodas are interesting and yummy. They don't serve food, but they had a food truck conveniently parked out front. The tshirts were a mess and we weren't up to the challenge of sifting thru them or we would have grabbed some as souvenirs. It was definitely worth the stop and we would consider visiting again.
