This was my very first time having any type of African Cuisine. I got the Fufu combo with spicy beef Egusi soup. Food was delicious, did not disappoint. The lady at the front greeted me upon entering and I ordered my food. Was in and out in under 15 minutes, very fast and friendly. Will be returning!

First time here & trying Nigerian food. I didn't know what was what, plus eating vegan, but the lady there answered all my questions. All i got this time was jollof rice & fried plantains. Plantains were cooked perfectly, not too sweet or juicy & sticky ( I went at em soon as i got in the car). The rice was good to, good flavor, and the lady made sure I liked spicy before spicing up my rice. Looking at the menu & goggling the dishes, I will try the Egosi (made with ground melon seed) soup meal next time & the fried rice. Definitely going to be my fried plantains spot now.

I had a fantastic experience at Omalicious. I recently had the pleasure of trying the Fufu and Egusi combo with chicken and I must say, it was an incredible experience! As a first-timer with Nigerian cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised by the rich and authentic flavors. Parking was a bit tricky at first, but there’s more available behind the restaurant. The staff was friendly and patient, helping me figure out what to order. I will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend!

I have a great taste for authentic African food, and Omalicious African Restaurant came through perfectly! We went as a family for a taste of home and culture and wow, the Onugbo and Egusi soups were absolutely phenomenal. You could literally taste the love and skill in every bite. The food was hot, rich in flavor, and beautifully prepared. The restaurant itself was clean, the atmosphere welcoming, and the customer service truly top-notch. It was an amazing experience all around — highly recommend!

First let me start off with my first experience with fufu was not good at another restaurant in Montclair/ Ontario. I wanted to give fufu and egusi another shot I saw the pictures for OMALICIOUS and it looked delicious but from the moment we walked into the restaurant it smelled AMAZING !! Justine was so kind and helpful when ordering we ordered the Jollof rice with chicken and plantain, egusi mixed meat and fufu . BOTH PATES WERE DELICIOUS AND SAVORY! The meat was fresh the jollof rice was so flavorful ! The sauce on the chicken was spicy and had so much flavor we finished both plates it was finger licking GOOD! We definitely found our new fufu spot 🤍 I gave recognition to the chef who took time in preparing the food he put his heart and soul in preparing the meal ! I would DEFINITELY recommend the restaurant to everyone, I cannot wait to go back and try their other dishes.

This was my first time trying Nigerian Food and I had a lovely experience. Upon entering, the Staff greeted me and was extremely nice. Since I was new to this cuisine, I asked many questions and she responded to each one without making me feel embarrassed about anything. Definitely check this place out if you want good food and great service!!

We ordered lunch here and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food offered. Bitterleaf soup with goat was delicious. My joloff rice and fried fish were slightly under seasoned for my taste but was good overall.
