When Will London Restaurants Reopen After Coronavirus Lockdown | Eater London

"Rather than encouraging high turnover of in-house covers, the business is prioritising wholesale and may develop a production site later in the year to make pasta, sauces and vacuum-packed Parmesan; the pivot aims to minimise contact, protect staff health and keep employees working through new production-led revenue streams." - Adam Coghlan

Coronavirus Lockdown: London Restaurants Closing, in Pictures | Eater London

"An Italian restaurant noted for constant innovation during the pandemic that closed to diners but immediately announced the launch of a full online pastificio and shop to supply pasta and other products throughout lockdown." - Adam Coghlan

Small place but cozy. We had great service, and our cocktail drinks were amazing. The tater tots were a bit plain, and they just didn't have any wow factor. The red onions were like straw, fried, hard to eat, and we didn't like, so we did not finish them. But we loved the bread and butter. And loved our shaved steak sandwich.

Google
Local joint, solid service, diverse food offerings with small plates too. Blistered green beans with chili crisps was excellent. Old time bar/restaurant, no reservations, and easy to find (although no light on round sign). Would definitely go back. Very fairly priced. Took a friend to dinner before concert at Tanglewood. Recommended.

Google
Amazing!!!! My wife and I were up here from CT 3 weeks ago, and never noticed this place. What a mistake! I stumbled on it today, intrigued by a very interesting menu. Wow!!!! Am I ever glad that I took a chance and came here for dinner (alone, this time it’s a business trip.) the food (gluten-free for me) was AMAZING!!! Service? Wonderful! Atmosphere?? Perfect!! Thank you so much for making my evening (and my business trip) so memorable!!

Google
Cozy wine bar right in town. Dishes sounded interesting but left something to be desired. The corn salad was oddly not very corny. Very cheese and greens forward. The chicken thigh app was just meh. It was best paired with the corn salad. The green beans were not "blistered" as advertised, having zero charring and lacked that flavor profile in the dish. The STAND OUT dish of the night was the pickled onion rings with horseradish sauce. Brilliant actually thzt this is the first time having this dish.

Google
Favorite late night spot! Kitchen open till 1 with awesome selection! Bartenders are efficient and friendly! Incredible wine list and beer selection. Coziest and bustling late night spot!

Google
Bit into something hard and plastic in my steak sandwich. I showed the bartender who said “weird” and she didn't apologize. Seemed like less than 8oz. of steak on that sandwich. The few bites I had were bland, and there was too much provolone cheese. My husband’s drink was weak, and his entree was SMALL. We laughed and laughed and got ice cream cones at a food truck to replace that horrible meal. Not worth the $$ or visit - and definitely not a welcoming staff.

Google
Open late... and one of the most amazing grilled cheese I have had! They have alcoholic drinks as well as regular drinks and a nice menu and pretty good wine list.

Google
Nice and rustic elegant. Great menu with lots of small dishes and great drinks. Open late and a local hangout.

Yelp
Nice cozy tavern, not a lot of seating. Pretty good drink selections, as well as food options. Service was quick and very friendly, I sat at the bar and was made to feel like a regular despite it being my first visit, definitely won't be the last. Food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. I had the Birria tacos and the yogurt/naan platter. I will absolutely be back to try more!

Yelp
Sweet late night spot in Lennox, MA! The millionaire tots are a must, what a fun dish. We ended the night with an old fashioned and espresso served with sugar cubes, nice touch. Small spot with about 12 bar seats and a few tables for groups.

Yelp
This is the best late spot to get a great drink some awesome food in the most chill vibe. The bartenders (Billie is the greatest!) and servers are all awesome and have such amazing stories. A must see if you're in town and worth a 1 hour drive if you're adventurous!

William C.

Yelp
Good location... But, food menu is stale and vibe is weird There are better options with more creative cocktails, and the wine prices are creeping up to what I pay in New York City

Yelp
I recently visited my folks over in Lenox and ventured out solo one late night into town. I spotted Ombra on Yelp and decided to give it a whirl. As soon as I walked in I instantly felt the laid back, friendly and non-pretentious vibe that the staff, guests and decor all exude. My kind of place! Everyone around me was open to friendly banter and I had some very random and fun conversations with at least 6 people in just a 2 hour span. The bartenders all make an excellent cocktail. I had such a well-made Old Fashioned that I returned the following night for round 2. This time around, at the recommendation of a fellow patron, I ordered a espresso martini. It was hands-down the best espresso martini I've ever had! It's such a joy to watch their bartenders make each drink as they are as detailed as they are efficient. I've come to learn that they are the sister bar/restaurant to Brava, which is one of the most popular spots in Lenox. 5/5 stars, can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Limited menu but the food was yummy. Laid back. Nice place to eat and have a wrist conversation.

Yelp
We so much wanted to like this place. A sullen server, tots cooked in a too cool fryer... Fortunately for us we got talking to a local and he explained the transition the restaurant was going through. I'd guessed we'd give it another try, and we'd suggest you do too

Yelp
Cute little jewel on a Main Street in Lenox. Prompt service and yummy food with a twist. It's a small place and is usually busy. Very friendly staff who happily answered all of my questions. We were lucky to grab a table as the bar was full.

Yelp
We were hungry after a visit to Winter Lights at Naumkeag. The cocktails and beers we had were top notch! And the small shareable plates were so good. We had two of the griddled chicken thighs and the potato croquettes. Our friend had the shrimp and onion rings. All of the aiolis were incredibly flavorful. The food was soooooo good and we finished them so fast, I forgot to take pictures of the first round.

Yelp
We are in love with the ambience. We love that table right in the window. Cozy vibe. Doesn't hurt that the food and drinks are great as well. Keep those small plates coming! Service is excellent; the perfect mix of attentive without being overly present. Great date night destination.

Yelp
If you've been to Brava, this restaurant is a mini-Brava in Brava's old space. Great food, large selection of wines, beers, ciders and spirits. Lively scene with lots of people. Open til one am.
google avatar

Lloyd M.

Yelp
It's the only place in Lenox that is open past midnight... Very convenient and very tasty!!! Service and ambience are excellent!

Yelp
A sister restaurant to Brava. Friendly and welcoming staff with an extensive beer and wine list. Variety of small plates which are perfect for sharing. I love the red wines and the arugula salad is my favorite. Open until 1am so perfect after show place to hang.

Joyce F.

Yelp
Went in for tapas before a Tanglewood show. Food was very good and service as well. Very nice wine selection.

Lizzy D.

Yelp
What a beautiful lovely place! Amazing service. Food came out fresh and quickly, we started with the peppers and green beans. Then got the chicken tacos with onion rings and the fried chicken sandwich with fries. We finished our meal with cookies and tea. Everything was out of this world delicious. Will be coming back again soon!!

Yelp
Cool and cozy restaurant and bar with a tremendous wine selection to go along with their shareable plates. Love their menu-. . A quick drink can turn into several hours of great food and conversation, and often does for us. Open until 1 AM and serving food til midnight, you'll always find a lively crowd here! Romantic spot for two or place to gather with friends, ombra has a way of being exactly what you want right when you need it. Highly recommend!

Dylan C.

Yelp
Food and drinks great, it's a shame that the staff seems to lack a community oriented approach.

Mary C.

Yelp
We went for dessert & drinks after dinner in Lenox. It was great! The atmosphere is very relaxed and the service was terrific

Yelp
Food service, portion sizes and ambiance all terrific. Lenox post Tanglewood has very few later night places. Thank goodness for this place and it's sister restaurant, Brava around corner (Olé)

Noll K.

Yelp
tiny, funky, great selections to be had. hipster vibes but surprisingly unpretentious. gets packed but worth the wait - go here when you have time to kill, not when you need to be somewhere

David S.

Yelp
Wings on Monday! Yup! Nice beer selection. Brava's great too, get the cheese board........

Sheena S.

Yelp
Great bar, great food with limited menu. Felt like a cool dive bar. Nice, friendly staff. Quiet and cozy! Recommend for a light meal and extensive beer and wine menu. No parking but street available.

Edward M.

Yelp
Extremely noisy. Not a place for any kind of conversation especially on a Monday night.

Jonathan M.

Yelp
Cozy bar with a friendly staff, good food (small plates for snacks / sharing), and a great beer and wine list. One of the few restaurants in Lenox that is open late.
