My oldest child loves their English muffins so we began ordering them directly from OMG Bakery. With them being local we are able to get them directly from the vendor and with quick local delivery we get them to our front door in a day or two. It's quick and easy and we appreciate the convenience!

Love OMG English muffins BUT I end up having to buy them directly and have you send because I can't find them most of the time anywhere on the North Shore. Glad you are able to do so well ...

This was how my delivery arrived with one bag of bagels ripped and 2 bagels missing. OMG wouldn’t respond to my 3 emails requesting to replace the damaged bag. Really for $9? OMG, can the customer service get any worse? I won't be returning to find out.

I am a fan of OMG bagels having found them at one market. I have been trying to find a list of retailers in the Cambridge/Boston area that carries their bagels without much luck. I tried contacting them multiple times through the OMG Bakery website over the last 6 months and each time it says there is an error sending the message over the last 6 months. I have tried calling them and only get a vmail which they don't return. I'm not sure how this company stays in business if you can't find out who sells their bagels??
