So did anyone else buy one of her mystery bags she’s been promoting all over her social media? I’m literally in shock at how cheap the material of these swimsuits are. Not only did I get 4/5 crappy swimsuits but the material is garbage. I really thought that she traveled the world to get the best of the best material. The fact that she can’t even get it in Colombia says a lot. Iykyk, e cause Colombia is known for the quality of their swim wear and under garments. Not pleased at all!

I love all of my OMG swim wear bathing suits. I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now. The quality and price are unbeatable. Each bathing suit can easily last you more than 3 years. Andrea does an amazing job at designing and staying up to date with trends, but also coming up with unique ideas to make both women and men look amazing in their bathing suits. I’m a local and went into the store, the attention was bomb, and the store itself is amazing and very organized.

I have purchased swimsuits, a few clothes, and lingerie from OMG. Their choices of fabric and stitching is second to none. I’ve purchased from all of the medium to high end stores for almost 25 years and OMG is right at the top. I love that they have items that are only found through them. Everything they have is super sexy. And after I received my first item I could not believe how well everything was made and at an affordable price. If you haven’t tried them yet you need to. Then you will see what I’m talking about. Swimsuits are super cool and the lingerie is super sexy!! I’m so glad I found them!

When I saw that you guys released the mystery boxes, I needed to get my hands on one. I was super excited to see what the surprises would be and I couldn’t be happier with what I received. I decided to go with the box with a mixed choice of bikinis, and I feel like I have one now for every occasion now. Also the price, it doesn’t get better than that. Keep surprising us :)

I love omgswim! I’ve done many orders and I have been happy with every single one. I love the quality of the bikinis and will recommend anyone that want some beautiful bikinis to get them from this brand. I recently did the mystery box sale and am extremely happy with my purchase. I got so many compliments on my bikini that I wore at the hardrock pool and will be purchasing more for my trip coming up.

The owner tends to have excuses for every customer that writes a review on how her merchandise have poor quality. Therefore, I provided pictures to proof how bogus the materials used for OMG really are. I’ve been a customer since 2014. With time, I had to throw away some swim suits I bought from OMG because the material started to deteriorate. I saved this cover up before I throw it out to prove my point. This cost me $60 at the time for a material she bought in China for about $3. Customers do notice this type of stuff Ms. AndreaG!

I have been shopping OMG online and since Miami Swim Week the price of the products increased a lot, the double of the price. Doesn't make sense: a product that cost $76 increase to $140??? Not true to the size and the quality isn't even the best.

The worst customer service. Typical Miami entitled unprofessionalism. You are the reason so many people around the world have such bad rapport of our city and culture. I ordered 3 expensive bathing suits and I then request via text for the available pickup hours. I was given their hours of operation which are different than what is posted on Google AND Yelp. I start to drive all the way over which is over 45 minutes in traffic, once I arrive they are closed before the time given They don't even bother to respond my texts or calls. I needed the bathing suit pieces for a special event which is now ruined thanks to the unprofessional management of this shop.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE THIEVES Im not one to write reviews about anything but this company is really bad. I bought 2 sets for more than 300 usd back in october last year and they never shipped them to me! to this day i write them emails and I get NO replies from them, they cashed in my money and now completely disregarding me.

Buyers beware of this company! Their swimsuits are expensive and poor/cheap quality. They sent me a worn swimsuit, with tag fallen off and a rip in it. I notified them and I was told to send it back for a store credit. They sent me a damaged item and wanted me to not only pay to ship it back but also offer me a store credit And not a refund. Poor customer service. I do not reccommend. Hotmiastyles has better quality items and much better customer service.

The items this company sales are not good material. The swimsuits are not realistic in size. They are using a no refund policy not to give clients their money back. I am reporting them to BBB and starting a claim. There is nothing available to purchase as I brought 3 swimsuits for $157!! none of them fit! The bra sizes appear to be extra small my teen daughter can't wear them!! I am Black 5'4'' nice size 40DD bra I should be 210 I should be able to fit these garments!! Do not buy from this company!!

This company is very unprofessional and fraudulent. Their site stated the item would ship by the end of August, we are half way through October and I still have not received my item. I have requested a refund and they told me they only do store credit. In a situation like this I want my money refunded. I've been emailing them and asked for a different size that appears to be in stock and they have stopped responding to me. I will now be taking legal action against them because this is horrible business, and I'll be reporting them to the BBB.

I've placed an order 3 months ago. The price of " YOUR MAJESTY BLACK MONOKINI" was $279.99 . It's been 3 months since that and the item was never shipped out. No one ever informed me that they cannot even ship it to me since it's a custom order but they could charge me for something that they can not provide me with. I mailed them multiple times and since I was consistent with emails they finally replied telling me that the item cannot be shipped until they reopen their stores and the refund cannot be issued ...Really guys !?!? You took $279.99 from my bank without even informing me that the item can not be sent to me and now you can not refund me my money !? I can only get a store credit !? This is like I asked YOU to send me a swimsuit but I cannot pay you in the next 4-5 months because of Covid-19 ! Nonsense ,right!? Poor customer service and very unprofessional! OMG is the perfect name for your brand!

Bought a bikini from his company and it came broken and looked extremely cheap. for $85.00 I expected something a least a little nice. They wont give me a refund on more cheap crap. I left a review on their website but they wont post reviews. That should have been a red flag when I shopped with them. I learned my lesson. Please learn from my mistake. Do not buy from OMG Miami Swimwear.

Hands down the best options for all swimwear clothing!! They have bikinis and covers up for woman. Swimwear for kinds and men. As well as the hottest styles for photo shoots, sleepwear, cover ups, lingerie, and more!! Highly recommend!! They are an online store but I love that I can visit their store and try out and pick up what I want.

The absolute worst. When you call the line for exchange and returns someone answered with "Hello?". How about "Thank you for calling OMG Miami Swimwear, how may I help/assist you". I should not have to ask if this is OMG Miami Swimwear, lol. This place is not worth the hassle. You pay over $100.00 for mediocre material and a smaller size than advertised piece. Pray that it fits you because their policy is "store credit or Exchange within 7 business days Of receiving your order. Policy Is Strictly Enforced." I received my two piece bikini towards the end of May 2017. I immediately tried it on and realized the bottom piece was too tight. On May 30th I sent the bikini back via USPS. I paid close to $13.00 for shipping and was advised that the piece would get back to the sender, OMG Miami, within 3-4 business days. On June 8th, 2017 @ 10:32 am, I called OMG Miami and asked whether they received my request for exchange for a larger size. The woman asked for the order number, which I provided and she was able to locate my return. When I spoke to her she asked what the problem was and what I was looking to achieve out of the exchange. I told her that swim suit was too small and I'm looking to get a Large instead of the Medium. The woman seemed to be understanding and said no problem we will send you a larger size. Today 06/13/2017- my BF calls me, he originally ordered this item for me on his credit card. He tells me that OMG Miami called him today and told his they couldn't do a exchange because there was 'blood' on the bathing suit. I find this very hard to believe because 1) I didn't get my (.) in May and 2) I checked the bathing suit before sending it back. They now want to send me back the original Medium bottom that doesn't fit me with god knows whose blood on it and a large top. Why would I send them back a bikini bottom with blood on it? Has anyone ever encountered this kind of issue?

Warm welcoming environment! Lucia was awesome. Great energy and helpful with picking outfits! The store lighting was awesome so pictures was a A+ to ensure a thumbs up. LOL. Color selection is exceptional. Great swimwear location for MIAMI

The staff here was very supportive and accommodating. They knew exactly what we were looking for and gave their upmost attention to my family. I definitely recommend this place if you are ever looking for swimwear or even casual wear!

I go in to apply since I h a apparel design Education and retails sales. Sign on door says now hiring in English. She tells me I cannot apply bc I need speak Spanish. I take video of it. I am Native American Indian and find this bullshit. This is America. English primary language in all country. F your store. U shouldn't even be able have a place here when u do not acknowledge the people or language already here. Put your sign in Spanish instead of English

I ordered online I spend almost 200 and I never receive my order they say they delivery but I still haven't receive anything so I try to contact them and they told me to contact the usps but they told me there's nothing I can do about it ... I told them I want my refund and they never reply back .. worst experience ever.

This is one of my favorite swimsuit company. The swimwear always fits like a glove. Very comfortable and at the same time very sexy. The girls working at this location were very helpful and knew exactly what best fits my body. Definitely a must if you are shopping for swimsuits while in Miami.

I came across this shop while I was in Miami and decided to pick up the million ways bikini. I loved the suit so much that I wore it out of the store and immediately headed around the corner to the beach with my husband. To my surprise the hot pink color of the suit bled all over everything, staining my skin, beach towels and clothing. We headed back to our hotel and I rinsed it out in the sink and hung it to dry in the shower, where it stained the floor and walls of the tub/shower. I contacted the company and they said that their fabric is tested and doesn't bleed, so I sent photos and videos of just getting it wet in my bathroom sink to show how badly it bleeds. I was asked if I wore it in a chlorine pool because that can cause bleeding. I answered no and told them the only time I wore it was in the ocean just after I bought it. Even if I had worn it in a pool, which I never have, it seems rather silly that a swimsuit company would produce a suit that you couldn't wear in a pool. After they saw the photos and videos they suggested I soak it in hot salt water, which I did three separate times, and the problem still occurred. I was told they were going to do something for me and that this was "terrible". I wrote them back and said it was and that I was disappointed that I spent good money on a suit that I can't wear and ruins anything else it touches. They never responded after this and have completely ignored me ever since. They don't care about the quality of their products or customer service, they're much more concerned about getting more instagram followers to like their sexy photos. I will never shop with them again and would advise anyone else to spend their hard earned money with a better company.

So my first bathing suit purchase with this company and I never receive the item. According to usps it was delivered to my mailbox. Mind you there are 500 apartments. I tried calling during their business hours. They don't pick up and you can't leave a message. So I attempt to email them and after 3 emails I get a response that there is nothing I can do, that I have to go through postal service. Meanwhile I can't file a claim because I didn't mail it and it wasn't insured. So I'm out $70 dollars. Just like that. Apparently honest customers don't have value and they're more concerned with their bottom line then trying to salvage a new customer and potential future purchaser. Horrible customer service!!!

Been wanting to stop by for a while, until I finally did! Soon as I walked in the staff was very welcoming. They showed us the different styles and asked us any preference etc. Loved the style and how the bikinis fit with the body! Staff are Very patient with us while we were trying on the swimsuits. Very satisfied with my purchase and will be back for sure! Thank you!

If you want to buy a cool, different, beautiful bikini with great fit, and lovely fabric about $74 -90 . I bought the trikini and love it. I am giving it a 2 star because the staff is awful. Two ladies who barely spoke to the client and kept bringing the wrong size when no one else was in the store. Didn't want to help you find the right fit either. Not a great customer service experience.

DON'T DO IT!!! I was so excited about buying a bathing suit from OMG. Bought a hot pink swimsuit one piece that after ONE wear turned purple. Not only did it turn purple, the material started to snag. On the receipt it stat no refunds however it does state exchange or store credit. Took the bathing suit back 2 days later to only be told that once worn, there's no exchange. Swimsuit was $85 and ruined after being worn once. Do not buy from this boutique. Poor quality, poor customer service and they do not honor their return policy. And one of the bathing suits I was given to try on (that came out of a plastic bag) was dirty in the crouch area.

I am so mad I did not see the reviews of this place before hand ! I ordered 2 swimsuits a month ago and til this day it has not been delivered ! I called customer service for the 3rd time and of course they were unable to solve the issue and stated maybe the material didn't arrive on time or something. How is that my issue ? I was told a week ago that it would arrive by beg. Of last week. I called today and was told I was not able to speak to the Manger. Yet , while I was talking to her before I asked she had put me on hold to ask a manger a question. This is the most unorganized online website I have ever ordered from (and I order online very often) I'm so disappointed and at this point I would have been more than happy to receive my refund. But of course they do not issue a refund just a coverup to go with the swimsuits!!!!! I don't know how this website is still up and how this business is still running honestly. Do not state a time frame and exceed that by 2 extra weeks than when asked about the swimsuits you don't have any clue ?!!! Learn to send updates on the swimsuits so of it is exceeding the amount of time we are informed instead of waiting around.

The styles are unique and really nice! But poorly made, the price they're asking is not worth it. If you decide to buy, make sure you examine the piece very closely; I've come across holes, poor stitching, parts falling off. I've bought from here twice over $80 and $100 I've spent on different occasions. The first time I knew I could fix it and thought maybe it was that particular style but for the second time I now see it could be the quality of this store. I shouldn't have to be paying full price for bathing suites I have to fix myself brand new. I won't be going here again.

This by far is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I made a purchase online and was instructed I would receive a store credit by Maria who I have been I contact with multiple times and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them online three times and have yet to receive a response it's been a week! Now they are giving me the run around! If I could give this company less than one star I definitely would. I would not recommend shopping with this company at all especially if you live out of state!!!!! They do not stand by their return and exchange policy at all. I'm 100% sure after writing this review that I still will not hear from them, receive my store credit, nor a phone call!

I ordered the I Robot Diva monokini online and was told that shipping would take 3-5 days. I didn't receive the bathing suit until almost two weeks later. The tracking kept saying one date and after it was obvious it wasn't coming that date I emailed and was told I would get it Monday which was Memorial Day. Of course this was false because mail doesn't run on holidays. After receiving the bathing suit I wore it while on vacation this past weekend and after being in it for a few hours under my clothes I noticed a black stain on the back of it. I took it off to look at it closely thinking maybe it was dirt. After reviewing it I then noticed that it wasn't dirt but the color was coming off. I had this bathing suit on for maybe 3 hrs tops under my clothes while I did activities on ground before going to the beach. If these are luxury bathing suits how is the color coming off like this? I didn't even want to get in the water at the beach anymore due to having a metallic bathing suit with black blotches over it due to the color coming off. Yes this suit was on sale and yes I paid $40 dollars for something I obviously will NEVER wear again. And had I paid the full price for it I would be livid cuz no luxury piece would be fading in color after 3 hrs of wear. No way you guys should be charging the prices you charge for your swimsuits if they are cheap quality. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

Terrible quality! Purchased a coverup for $64.99. It was a cheap piece of white material cut with a scissor no seams. Something I could get from China for $1.00! I asked for an eaxchange for an item that was also $64.99 and they sent me a bill for an additional $32. I called and spoke to Maria who said she would get back to me. When I didn't hear back, I called again and Maria said well we raised the price of the item to $79.99, but we know that the quality of the cover up was low so how about you Houston pay $20 plus shipping! They are thieves and to make matters worse, the quality of their items is terrible! Buyer beware! Stay away!

I agree with the other reviews and wish that I had read these prior to placing my order. This website and business should be not still be allowed to operate. I ordered an item at the beginning of the month for my birthday at the end of the month. I am on my birthday vacation without my item and they have my money. I have tried to contact management only to receive the run around of "they will call you back"....well that's a lie. Save yourself a lot of grief and buy your swimwear somewhere else.
