Only the name is an invitation … Location is the most desirable in hydra You eat with the murmur of the sea foam and then are coming the dishes one more exquisite the second .. try strawberry with burrata and roasted beetroots ( the yellow!!!!), carpaccio sea bass and sea urchin is outstanding, grilled calamari on watercress are unforgettable, grilled octopus with mandarin will leave you a long lasting impression and I had the best pasta aglio olio as far as I could remember! Georges make cocktails as they should be and tanks gives the best recommendations! Big crush

Omilos has not won our hearts last night. We knew it won’t though before we even went as this is pretty common with ‘fine dining restaurants’. Hearts and souls are lost as plates become smaller and more sterile. Location is what has drawn us to the place as it is impossible not to admire its beauty. Prices are somewhat within what you’d expect from such place but that is not the point for us. My scallops were very underdone and still cold in center. My partner’s squid was somewhat better but still not good enough and also did not arrive hot. Their Sauvignon was not enjoyable. Main courses we opted for were risotto and grouper. Both were very under seasoned. Lacked elements , especially fish was far from impressive. Sunset however was great. Get there for sunset and nature with its beauty will make up for what this restaurant is lacking.

AMAZING food - highly recommend the oysters and crayfish risotto. The service was exceptional, and the views were stunning. Don't miss this opportunity. On the spendier side but totally worth it.

This restaurant is truly remarkable for its stunning seaside location, where the waves crash against the rocks, providing an unforgettable visual experience. The food is equally impressive. I indulged in delectable crab balls and a sea urchin salad that was a hidden gem off the menu. For the main course, a delightful risotto with fresh fish. Undoubtedly the finest dining establishment in Greece. The service was also prompt and top-notch.

We had a wonderful dinner with an attentive wait staff. I had the scallop appetizer with truffles in a Verde sauce. It was delicious.

One of the most beautiful locations you can imagine AND excellent food. A little pricey but we felt it was worth it. Excellent wine selection as well.

Incredibile view, atmosphere. Food ... a tasty reinterpretation of Greek cousin. Well done !
