Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park

If you book a room here, there’s a great chance you won’t be able to actually get into your room until after 7. They have a lot of conferences and they’re not equipped to handle that many people. When we arrived at 4 there were probably 100 people standing to the side of the front desk hoping that their room would come available. Some of them checked in as early as 8:30 that morning. I understand not being able to get into your room until 4. But we checked in at 4, and my wife and I stood in the lobby waiting for a room until 6. Since we had an awards dinner at 6, we both had to change in the bathrooms in the lobby. We finally got a text at 7:10 that our room was available. After waiting all this time, we didn’t get the King room. They put us in a double. If you don’t have to stay here, I wouldn’t. The room itself is pretty nice, but it’s just not worth the other hassles you’ll have.

The negatives are there is no hand soap in the bathrooms. The front desk won’t call you a taxi or help with transportation. No one helps you with your luggage fron the taxi. To get a door dash order you have to hunt down the location and it’s basically outside just sitting unguarded on a corner table near the parking garage. They make you pay an additions charge of $10 a day to use their wifi. I booked through delta so my price was good but the website was three times as much. For a high end hotel I would expect assistance with these things. The rooms are clean. The view from the premium room with a view was good. The temperature in the rooms was easily regulated. Bed not very comfy though. If you don’t mind paying a lot for location and a clean room with no hand soap and no assistance, book it.

Call ahead...out of Burnt ends, pulled pork and smoked turkey...the brisket sandwich had a great smoked flavor but in my opinion was a bit small... the charro beans were fantastic and vinegar sauce was good, spicy was not spicy and I don't eat sweat. Mac and cheese ok...the wings are worth the stop...really good it raised my rating to almost an 8 because of them. The Banana pudding to go had I piece of banana and was just OK also...7.7 is my final rate!

In town for the Peach Bowl.|Great stay, great location and walking distance to stadium, attractions etc. What I wasn’t expecting and surprised by was the hospitality. Tons of staff, greeted immediately at taxi arrival, staff always around to provide directions and assistance,easy quick checkin, a bar, a coffee place, all inside. To top it off after walking back from the bowl game 1130pm in rain, enter hotel and greeted again immediately with a bottle of water, a electrolyte stick and a towel to dry off. Outstanding service! Additionally liked having room service card for breakfast pick what you want and time, attach to door and breakfast will be brought next day. Room with balcony overlooking Centennial Park. Will stay here again.

Excellent downtown location with restaurants within walking distance. Our room on the 27th floor offered a birdseye view of Centennial Park and the world famous ferris wheel. The staff was helpful, attentive, professional and polite. The hotel was decked out in holiday cheer as we stayed just after Christmas. There were lots of interactive photo ops available.

My experience with Omni Centennial was top tier! From check in to checkout the entire staff was professional and kind including valet! I want to specifically acknowledge the Loyalty Manager Toni & his team. He made my experience at the Omni unforgettable! He provided a carefully curated, thoughtful, personalized & above and beyond experience for me that I will never forget. I want to also shout out the food at New South restaurant was superb! The filet was to die for! Overall I was extremely pleased with my stay.

Stayed at this Omni location in downtown Atlanta while attending at conference a couple weeks ago with over 13,000 nurses. The location was perfect since the hotel is attached to the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) which hosted my event. The Omni is also across the street from Centennial Olympic Park and within walking distance of the SkyView Ferris wheel, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, and several great restaurants. Valet parking is available for $60/day or there are many parking deck options close by. Unfortunately my stay started with a not quite clean room, which was a big problem with the tight schedule for checking in during my conference. The Omni staff responded promptly and with true concern, storing my luggage again until a new room could be assigned. The new room was beautiful, well appointed, with a nice city view. The concierge, Hunter, even sent me a fruit plate with a personal note. In the new room the TV wasn’t working properly, and though the engineers tried to fix it for over an hour, it was a wiring problem that couldn’t be resolved. I was offered another room, but didn’t want to change a second time. The whole stay Omni staff members, Liza, Angela Stewart, and others checked on me by text and phone to make sure issues were being resolved. I enjoyed a complimentary late check out as another gesture of good will. The level of service exceeded my expectations; I will definitely return for any future work events or even a staycation!

Right there at Mercedes Benz, State Farm Arena, College Football Hall of Fame and many other attractions. No need to drive. Plenty of dining options. Breakfast buffet at the Omni was hot with plenty of options. Laurisa with Omni reached out to see if we had any request to make our stay better. Mentioned my son's 16th birthday. She had a very nice card and some great birthday gifts waiting in the room for him. It was awesome. Omni is great at adding the little touches. Fantastic stay!

Recently visited to attend a concert at State Farm arena. Stayed at the Omni because of its proximity to the arena and downtown area. The check in process was easy and even though I arrived early I was able to check in because a room was available. With my loyalty member status I was given access to the top floor lounge which provides stunning views of Centennial Park and the Atlanta skyline along with private lounge and tv area, business desk, and drinks and snacks. I received an interior double room and although the Omni is large I barely heard any noise in the hallways. The room and bathroom were clean. The interior rooms have balconies as well. I did not eat at any of the hotel restaurants but did enjoy breakfast snacks and juice from the hotel market on the lobby floor. The staff was nice and very helpful when needed. I like the walkability from the hotel to the arena, nearby restaurants, stadium, and downtown attractions. If your trip consists of mostly being in the city you may not need a vehicle but if you do have one the Omni only offers valet services. BLACK MOLD! Yes we were reimbursed for the room but we were both extremely sick from exposure not knowing the mold was inches from our faces as we slept each night and hidden by the curtain . We only found it the day we were leaving because we lost something and we happened to move the curtain, so we were there 3 days unknowning. As of now I have not been reimbursed for my medical bills nor medications and I refuse to keep calling and having my calls not returned by their insurance company. At this point; it's on Omni to do the right thing regardless, because Omni dropped the ball when having us fill out claim forms which kept insurance company from doing their job, which is covering those expenses. I am on immune suppressors for autoimmune diseases, which I had to get off to get better, which in return made my autoimmune diseases flare up. It was 7 weeks of hell before I recovered from this hotel stay. ***Photos of mold and photo of how close we unknowingly slept to it

So we are staying here while attending dragoncon, south tower PROS: room is clean and neat, quiet since no con activities going on here, neat to see Olympic park CONS: $$$$$$$$$! TV was hit and miss connecting to menu or service, for the $$ we should have wifi included but nope we had to pay, room while neat was small, we did not rent a car but $60 a night for parking is nutso, no on answer when we called front desk a few times. Overall we did not see the cost vs worth of the stay. Had more comfortable stays for less money.

I recently stayed at the Omni Hotel at Centennial Park and had a mixed experience. Here's a detailed review: The highlight of my stay was definitely the view. It was refreshing to wake up to the greenery and watch the sunset over the park. The large windows in my room provided a picturesque backdrop throughout my stay. The hotel's location is ideal for anyone looking to explore Atlanta. Being right next to Centennial Park means you're within walking distance of several attractions, including the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and CNN Center. Unfortunately, the service at the Omni fell short of expectations. While the staff was generally polite, they lacked the attentiveness and proactive approach one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the standard amenities. However, there was nothing particularly special or memorable about it aside from the view. The hotel offers a decent range of facilities, including a fitness center and a pool. Both were well-maintained, but again, nothing stood out as exceptional. The pool was really small and could use some major TLC. Room service was not available, we had to go downstairs to order from Top Draft. The food was average. We ordered some loaded potatoes, wings and fish tacos. They all lacked flavors and were bland. The air conditioner in our room was so loud and kept me up most of the night. Parking was $60 a night

We stayed at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park where from past stays at other Omni hotels always had great experiences and wanted to be next to Centennial Park. Our experience started right at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) where we had Omni pick us up with a private ride to the hotel. Our driver, Malcolm, was very nice and started to tell is all about Atlanta. Check-in was quick and given a corner room in the North tower facing the park. It was very nice where had a mini fridge, soft bed, and modern bath. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. The hotel is two separate buildings connected by a bridge. The North tower is newer and the South tower is part of the old CNN Center. All the rooms just been renovated except a few lower floors on the North tower. The lobby and restaurants are in the South Tower. We had dinner at Top Draft, drinks at Centennial Grounds, and restaurant in room service. The food in general was very good. Other eateries are nearby and walking distance like McCormick & Schmick's, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Chick-fil-A. The North tower had its own parking valet service, a small pool and spa (towels provided), fitness center, and ballrooms. We felt very safe staying here despite encountering some homeless and shady people walking by the hotel. Luckily the parking valet staff are always there to make sure they don't enter the property. There is also a police presence in the area on and around the park. No homeless tents are setup here. From the hotel you can walk to popular sites like the Skyview Atlanta (Ferris Wheel), College Football Hall of Fame, Georgia Aquarium, and World of Coca-Cola. State Farm Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium are also close walking distance too. The hotel concierge set us with transportation to Truist Park. Our driver from Misoma Transport was super cool and we both worked with each other on the madness to get back home after the baseball game. Overall we had a great stay and our very nice driver, Rogear, took care of us to take us back to the airport.

My first time in Atlanta, GA, for a company meeting, and they did all the bookings for us. I can say it's not a bad choice! This hotel has all the amenities needed for what the company required. I love my room! I like the fact that they have places to hang out during downtime. Just that the pool is too small for a large hotel like this. Other than that, it would have been a 5-star review from me.

Very nice hotel but is a puzzle as not elevators go to all Floors and have to take some escalators to get to some floors, also at pool area cockroaches come out and be aware to not let your shoes on floor or you will get them inside , but Maids and all staff very friendly and rooms are super clean

Staff was incredible went above and beyond when I had to cancel one night and needed late checkout. Gorgeous views and nice choice of restaurants inside and close by. That bathroom wallpaper is odd but unique. Balcony nice touch.

This hotel was gauging money from me since the moment i stepped foot inside the property. Stayed here for a conference, and didn't have a choice in where I stayed. The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to GWCC. $60 a night for parking is crazy, and that's the charge. I selected the option for parking ahead of time, and it was added to my room. For some reason, valet can't see an itemized list of charges, so I paid for valet. Again. I didn't realize this until I called the hotel back - waiting for them to reimburse me for the sales/ state taxes (I brought a tax exempt form) and that seemed to not have been in the system. I also placed one card down to hold, and was told that I could use another for check out- but wasn't given that option as they automatically charged the morning (2/3am) of my departure. I had to get a refund and charge my new card. Honestly, don't stay here. The prices of the rooms are ridiculous for how little renovations have been done. Carpet floors are disgusting. Dust was everywhere, and the bathroom wasn't the best. So disappointed, and still waiting for my refunds. UPDATE: I worked with two amazing individuals that helped me resolve the issues (after having the phone called ended and having to start my request over again), and they were very helpful. I still am leaving it at 1 star because this was the most chaotic hotel experience I've ever had.

I came to MomoCon this year and loved this hotel. It's so nice, its giving luxury, I'm 100% planning to return to this con and stay at this hotel. The view we got was beautiful. The room was clean, spacious, with fridge and coffee maker. Wish there was a microwave though!!!! Room service was delicious so the price is acceptable since we ate everything. Came on time when we ordered. Our iron in the room wasn't working and they quickly came to replace it. Customer service is amazing here. I'm very happy with my stay so far this weekend.

It's been a while since I've stayed at a hotel. When did parking go up to $60?! Geee!!! Valet or not for 1 night that's ridiculous. The bartender at the hotel lobby bar next to the restaurant could not make a sidecar so I settled for a margarita and it was loaded with sweet & sour. The room is clean and spacious. Water pressure is exceptional in the shower. There is a fridge and complimentary water in the room. If you're traveling for business, it's a great location; directly across from the convention center. If you're traveling for pleasure, choose a more lively hotel.

I stayed here for a conference and it was a great time! The rooms were spacious and clean and I felt very safe as you needed your key to go up to the hotel rooms in the elevators. The meeting spaces were huge and accommodated a very large conference comfortably. I visited their restaurant Top Draft while staying here and had some really great nachos and and a white claw Arnold Palmer.. which does not actually have white claw haha. It's actually Vodka, tea, lemonade and fizz water. It was good, much taller than I expected ! After the conference everyone was at Top Draft to continue socializing and watching the games on the huge TV screens they had. My stay was very quiet and it was great, I only wish I had gotten to stay longer than one night!

The Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park is in downtown Atlanta next to the CNN headquarters. The hotel lists itself as a 4-star hotel on google maps and other comparable sites. The lobby is grand with multiple places to sit, set up a computer or eat and relax. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. This is a convention hotel, so they are geared to get you in and out quickly. The hotel is huge, but everyone was helpful in getting me to the north tower where my room was located. The room smelled amazing. Of all the hotels I have been to over the course of my 30-year aviation career I have never entered a room that had such a defined and pleasant scent. I loved it, but it may be a bit much for others that are sensitive (but I hope they do not change it!). Common area hotel scent branding is pretty popular, but this was a nice surprise. The furnishings were of higher quality, though the styling was a little dated for my taste. The room was larger than the standard hotel room. It is always nice to have a bright bathroom and I appreciate the upgraded toiletries, though I wish they were in large pump bottles versus single use items. The bed was the star. The linens were of top quality and there was a choice between foam and feather pillows. The feather pillows were high quality and contributed to a great night of rest. I was very impressed with this hotel. Without hesitation I am going to give this hotel 5 stars in my reviews.

I was excited to get to Atlanta and experience the hotel and vicinity, which seems like a great place to be given its close proximity to CNN center, the CocaCola centers and such. I reached pretty late at night and was well received at the hotel reception. I was checked in, albeit it took me longer than other hotel chains I have stayed in. Got into the room. The room was smaller than expected, but had the amenities except enough power and USB outlets. So that was a huge negative for me. There were no water bottles in the room either. The waiting time just to get my keys activated on the day of the checkout was horrendous. I had to wait 35 mins in line. Although there were three staff members checking in folks, they were either very slow in doing their job or their system was slow. Either way frustrating!!

Best hotel in Atlanta! The hotel connects to the Georgia World Congress Center so it's fantastic for conventions. The Top draft Sports Bar (in the hotel) has outdoor seating that over looks Centennial Park, the Ferris wheel and an amazing view of the skyline. It's also walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum, College Football Hall of Fame and the Museum of Social Justice. Not to mention Mercedes Benz Stadium is down the street. Safe, walkable and in the mix.

I booked a room to watch the fireworks over Centennial Olympic Patk & boy, was this the thing to do. Check-in was easy. Valet was $55/day. You don't really need a car considering you are downtown and there are tons of places to eat within walking distance. Although an older property, this hotel has been maintained very well. My room was clean. It had a balcony and a great view. They offered a Fireworks Viewing package but I did not know I had admission to the event until I stopped by the front desk to checkout so I didn't attend. Room service was good. The only con during my stay was that the ice-maker on my floor (7) wasn't working. We'll be back next year, though!!

I was here for a work conference. My impressions: - Huge hotel - Layout was weird with having to navigate different elevators, stairs, escalators , skywalk to reach different sections... without good signage or concierge help; all who wandered did get lost here - They had escalators shut down for some of the two days I was there to decorate with some kind of company logo branding for another event; maybe do that late at night and not during a busy day with another large conference going on - Bathrooms weren't on our conference floor; so we had to go exploring... found them up a level... but the escalators were off so then had to find the stairs... oof, my poor bladder - A few on-site food options, but very expensive and nothing spectacular - I had great view from my hotel room - They had a water issue while we were there, and I had to change rooms since mine only had cold water - My two different rooms were showing signs of age, and cleaning could have been better; I found someone else's hair multiple times, both rooms - They did have it decorated nice for the holidays, but maybe spend some of that on better cleaning, room upgrades, and signage

The Omni is in a great location downtown. I was speaking at an event at the Mercedes Benz Stadium and it is right around the corner. The rooms in the South tower are dated, but fine. Perhaps the North tower is newer, you should ask. The valet area gets crowded, so make sure you have a enough time to get where you are going and during my stay the elevator broke down . . . It was a mess, and the primary reason for my three star rating. The hotel is connected to McCormick & Schmidt restaurant which I like to frequent from time to time. The staff there is cool and they have good cocktails and food. Good location. Polite staff. Needs a renovation. Connected to McCormick & Schmidt.

Staff was pleasant and room had an incredible view BUT it was so noisy and cold! Set the thermostat to 78 and it was freezing each night. Pool was also disappointing- not an "oasis" as described. Loved the service at Top Draft and enjoyed delicious food there.

Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center in downtown Atlanta. Visited here for the "Look Up Atlanta " Independent Day Celebration. My wife and I made reservations over the phone the day prior, the representative we had was excellent... event and hotel stay squared away. We are staying on the 24th Floor in the North Tower we're the views of centennial park and downtown Atlanta our amazing! The free valet parking included in this package is note worthy. The single king bedroom is spacious, modern and clean... the bathroom didn't disappoint... clean and well maintained. It's my first visit to Omni Atlanta and I am happy we chose them for our event.

The Valet are a bunch of scammers! It clearly states overnight is $60.00. I valeted at 5:00 pm came out at 10:15 pm my rate is clearly $40.00. The valet insisted on me paying 60.00 before getting my car! Beware of these scammers and thieves. Just happened to check my account on Dec. 1 parked on Nov 24 and they charged my card twice. So I was charged $120. Made an attempt to resolve it with them for a refund and they claimed they could not find that I parked there. I contacted my bank! Shady! Do not park there for basketball games or at all.

Firstly, I love this hotel. The reason for my review is because I wanted to share my interaction with one of the supervisors, Ms. Tiffany. She was so helpful, kind, accommodating, and attentive. When- not if, but when I come back, I sure hope she's still with Omni and I get to work with her again.

Good: N/A Bad: Waited 4 hours for our room Overall: Never again I booked a package for a New Year's Eve party. I paid for the VIP package. When I entered the parking, I was given no directions to the lobby which was surprisingly very far away from parking and required traversing carpet with roller bags. That would normally not be an insurmountable issue but along with the endless issues we encountered it was just one more issue. When we checked in they told us we would be upgraded. However I should have accepted whatever was available. Checkin started at 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and did not get a room until 8pm. We were repeatedly told another 30 minutes, including a "hard 30 minutes" that clearly was not realistic. From what I gathered, the hotel provided late checkout at a very high rate to visitors coming to watch the Chick-fil-A bowl. However they struggled to turnover rooms for the New Eve event they scheduled. We finally got to our room which was a suite, but not overly impressive. The bathroom had one sink, which was a problem as my wife and I both were rushed to get ready with an hour to prepare for a party we expected to have several hours to casually prepare for. The shower was small and had a shower head that detached. However the tilt on the shower head was not functioning properly. The water was flowing straight down about six inches from the tile. We told one of the managers we would like to have an escort to retrieve the wrist band for entrance to the party so we wouldn't wait in another line. However they neglected to give us the VIP band which required we wait in line to get that resolved. To top it off as we checked out the next morning, they charged me for parking even though it was included in the VIP package. I am incredibly disappointed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel.

My three stars is generous. The beds and pillows are the worse...maybe the second worse I've ever slept on or tried to sleep on. It's pandemic time so there is no room service, and the rooms need updated badly. As for the staff they are welcoming, professional and make this hotel worth the discomfort you will experience. It also has a great location for tourist with everything you would almost want to do accessible from the aquarium, coca-cola world, college hall of fame, Mercedes' Benz Stadium, Statefarm Arena, and a variety of places to eat up and down Marietta and in the vicinity. Great views if you stay up high...too request a room up high in the north tower facing the Ferris Wheel. The night views are worth a pic or two. I'm happy to check out. And would come back if I was forced otherwise I would choose another hotel with a more comfortable bed. One more thing the toilets are loud the shower leaks from the faucet and fills up like a tub. I requested it fixed and they tried...I guess but it didn't get fixed. Positive the water is comfortable. Ha ha!

I stayed in end of May and this was not a great stay. First of all, only 1-2 elevators work. This is a a pretty big hotel and it takes so long to go up and down the elevators. Half the time I would take the stairs instead. Good thing i was on a low floor. I guess a lot of people come here to stay when there is an event at the park, because people flood in when the event is over. Let's just say I thought I was waiting in line for an amusement park. They need to do something about the elevators - and letting guests use the service elevator is probably not a good solution. The room itself was decent, there was a little area near the door for you to sit down and wear your shoes, which was nice. The bathroom was very interesting to say the least. The wallpaper looked like newspaper or something. It was unique, but also made it look a little trashy almost. Room were pretty big, but you can also tell the rooms are a little dated. There weren't outlets near the bed that were accessible and there weren't usb outlets by the bed either. One of the floor lamp light bulbs burned out and one of the curtain sticks were missing. Other than that, everything was okay. For the price per night and the quality of the room, I must say I was very disappointed.

Hotel is extremely convenient to State Farm arena... it's attached to it so you do not have to walk outside. I was attending a concert solo and safety was my top concern. Although Omni is a little pricier, the safety and convenience outweigh the cost. There is valet parking for $55/night. I parked at the North Tower and check in is in the South Tower on level M4. It is a short walk to the adjoining building. A few disappointments, they changed my room from a king to double. They did give room credit for the inconvenience. Room service is supposed to be a available from 5pm-11pm for dinner. I left my concert early to make sure I made it before 11. The line was busy. Then it rang without an answer. Then I got a voice recording about the daily times. Finally called the front desk one said a lot of people are calling room service. Circled back to the front desk and someone said they closed an hour early that day! That would have been helpful information beforehand. I was told I could go to centennial grounds to get something to eat. I did but was a little put off that I had to go out of my room again. I ordered the chicken wrap, chips and fruit. I also noticed a bath towel was not usable. It looked like dried caulk was on it. Why would housekeeping put a towel in the room? Who knows. That is a gross oversight. Would I stay here again? Probably due to the convenience and location but my expectations will be lower.

First of all, I'm glad that I didn't have to personally pay for this (was traveling for business). I got a standard double bed room for $279/night as part of a company block and in my opinion, the price is really only worth the convenience to the conference center (10 min walk indoors to the Georgia World Congress Center exhibit halls). It's not necessarily indicative of quality or cleanliness, imo. The furnishings and art are generally nice looking but the room was not that clean. Came in to some garbage and spilled M&Ms on the floor. The mirror above the desk was spotty. So hopefully the beds were actually clean. It makes you wonder. The room has a closet with an ironing board and a safe, but the safe didn't work. There's a fridge (empty) and an ancient Keurig machine but no dresser drawers (I usually prefer to empty my suitcase into them when I arrive). Our room had a patio... to the inside of the hotel (and not even a pretty part of it - a lousy view of all the other indoor balconies). With all the empty space there you'd think they'd put a fountain, statue, or something nice to look at. To top it off, although the TV said we could easily connect with Chromecast to use streaming services, it was set up on a private Wi-Fi (i.e., not the one they said it would be on) so we couldn't even use it. Which sucked because we were there for a week. There are some nice bars, coffee shops, sitting nooks, and some Instagram-worthy spots at this place. But the prices at their cafe are astronomical (like $6 for a bottle of Dasani water) and the room experience could be better for the price. My husband was staying with me and he seemed to love this place. So perhaps some people will like it, I but I was personally not very satisfied.

You know, it's ok for a convention hotel. A bit dark on the room floors, cavernous else well. You can easily get lost here. I had a nice King sweet with an interior balcony. I would have preferred an outside view because I wake up by sunlight. Overall it's ok, but wouldn't be my first choice in Atlanta. The Glen is close enough to the convention center that I would stay there instead. I will add that housekeeping is on point.

This Omni currently has a 2.5 star rating on Yelp, and that's about right. Huge hotel with a kind of a cold, outdated feel; not great for the price (close to $300/night). Also, zero "amenities" - like NO bottled water in the room, and the tap water did not taste good. They said we could get water from the vending machine, but vending machine was broken. No hooks or towel racks in the bathroom - there were two holes in the back of the bathroom door, so maybe a towel hook was once there, but alas, no more. Speaking of broken, we were in the South Tower, and 2 of the 4 elevators were broken. This resulted in long waits. After 15 minutes and 3 full elevators coming down, we eventually had to catch an elevator up, and ride it back down again. They have a pool and hot tub, but closed for the season. On the plus side, it is a convenient location if you're going to the Mercedes Benz stadium, and their fitness center on 6th floor, North Tower is open 24 hours, but would not stay here again.

One of the cleaner hotels downtown Atlanta, in the middle of the city and all of the attractions. It does need updating on the inside, the lobby area is find of course but the rooms can use an upgrade. I'd suggest try getting a room with a view of the city if not you get a view of CNN & the inside which can get loud if there is an event going on inside and you are trying to sleep in.

Had an amazing stay at the Omni hotel we enjoyed the luxury treatment and the code spot down stairs is to die for the restaurant was my favorite part of the hotel everyone was so sweet and kind valley was 60$ but was worth it are room was so cute and had such a silly view but we enjoy it a lot we even enjoyed some drinks at the pool with are friends and the hotel is so big you can go anywhere and be so comfortable so many cute reading areas and private areas to be to work drink hang out or do business we had a ton of fun exploring and we will be coming back we made great friends with are baggage man and valley helper guy named James he was such a great help even gave us some amazing breakfast location ideas and we had a good chat with things we had uncommon please give him a raise he was truly the nicest man I ever met if you come and stay at the Omni hotel please ask for him and tip him good bc it was a delight to meet such wonderful people and team thank you so much Omni hotel

This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced in my life with the rudest hotel manager i have ever met......they changed my room from a king to 2 queens and notified me a day before....which was ok....But then I never got my room until after nine thirty at night, and then the hotel manager threatened me then at night that she might not even give me a room.... I told her it was unprofessional, I was exhausted. I had to speak at 8 AM at a conference the next day and she didn't care at all.......... I guess I would've slept in the restaurant on one of the tables.....never stay here.... Other people in the lobby were saying the same thing.... Just a complete, terrible experience. I was not the only one......

Great experience and close to everything. We were able to walk to the concert and felt safe. Breakfast was great as well

A truly great hotel athlete George World Congress Center. Reception was pleasant and efficient. The lobby has a coffee bar that serves breakfast and sandwiches. Sports bar and a lobby bar. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. In fact I have a new best friend in my bartender Carla! The standard room was very spacious. Nice desk to work from. Big TV. King bed. Plenty of outlets. The bath was large with great shower water pressure. And a closet to hang close. The room had a mini fridge and a Keurig for coffee. The one odd part though was that there were no drawers for your clothes besides the small bedside tables. So I laid mine out on the credenza with the mini-fridge but it is odd that there isn't a dresser. Otherwise, great experience. Great location. And great people.

"Best to avoid unless your company is paying for it" I've stayed at several Omni hotels around the country and this has to be THE WORST I have encountered, to the point it did not feel like the Omni hotel it felt like a run down Marriott from the 1970s. Everything is old and run down. The design for the floors are horrible. For conferences they only have bathrooms on certain floors so if you need to go to bathroom you have to take elevators. Their elevators also don't go to all the floors so you have to spend half a day figuring out which elevators to take, which adds more frustration. If you are in an emergency for bathrooms you are SOL. I would avoid this hotel if you can, you'll thank me for it later!

FIVE STARS! This is the ONLY hotel to even consider if you are going to a show at MB stadium or a game! We had a phenomenal experience and are grateful for the level of service we received from Michael upon check in. He walked us, yes walked us, to the bar to show us where it is!!! Top notch service! Angela, at the bar was wonderful and made a mean cocktail! Our room was in the south tower on the fourth floor- we had two bathrooms, a living room, and bedroom. It was equal parts cozy and modern, the view was really neat to see the interior of the hotel. One of the best parts was being able to walk to and from the MB stadium to go to The Weeknd concert... the venue is HUGE so I cannot fathom having to walk from any of the hotels farther away. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

If you are going to an event at State Farm Arena it's the perfect place. You never walk outside after you check in. The Omni employees treat you like royalty! Great rooms and beds are super comfortable.

Their internet is really bad. I had to call everyday for my 5 day stay for them to come and connect the TV to the internet. Excellent service everywhere else.

The only positive thing about this place are the views. The rooms are ourdated, the shower looks straight out of a 90's house. It flooded the bathroom after one use and doesn't drain properly so I was standing in an inch of standing water. To make things worse, someone else's bath bar was still in the shower- gross. Glad to know it wasn't cleaned... The room service was also horrendous and outrageously priced. After ordering their white flatbread which clearly states ricotta, arugula pesto, garlic, etc. I was given a plain cheese flatbread... which cost $26 after the $4 delivery fee + mandatory 20% service (which I didn't realize and gave more). When I called they said it was a typo and the "bianco" is just plain cheese. I told them I wouldn't have ordered it (truthfully) so they offered an alt which was nice. Down side was they only had 3 other things on the entire 20 list menu .. insane. Food is a 3/5, I didn't even finish the sandwich they brought up it was just fine. Thankfully this is for business and not on my dime but wow, super disappointed and won't come back.

Finally, the weekend I had been waiting for. My birthday weekend getaway! I had heard so many good things about this hotel so I was very excited to enjoy my stay here. Little did I know that I would be in for a rude awakening.... We get to the hotel and finally check in. We are given 2 rooms since there is 4 of us in the party. The man working the night shift was kind enough to fulfill my request of giving us two rooms next door to each other. Upon arriving in the room, I notice there is a lot of wear and tear on the walls and the ceilings. The rooms need serious renovations but instead they are lazy and just patch over the holes in the wall and ceilings. Finally the worst part: the condition of the room. This room had obviously not been cleaned. There was throw up stains on the carpets, ketchup stains on the bed frame and box spring, hair all over the bathroom and left over fecal residue in the toilet. I was DISGUSTED. In all my years of staying in hotels I had never experienced such a horrendous situation such as this one. I immediately called guest services and he promptly got us switched over to another room. As I waited for them to bring the keys, I washed my face. As I was wiping my face with a face towel, a wet blonde hair got stuck to my face from the towel. At this point I was ready to scream because my hair is black and so was my friends, meaning they didn't even wash the face towels! In the morning I told the front desk about this first night experience and she did not console me or show her concern for my situation, she simply told me that I need to take it up with the party that I booked with. Can you believe this awful customer service? Let's talk about the valet. The valet was slow and careless with our rental car, leaving inexplainable new scratches on our car. To top it off, there is no security in sight. We were harassed by a homeless man, getting mad that we did not have any change for him. We finally gave him a few dollars and he got angry and stormed off. Before he left the valet premises, he pulled his pants down and began to pee right in front of valet! I told the workers and they simply looked at him and looked away. It's unbelievable that people can come Into valet and pee on the floor and it's unbelievable that people can leave their alcohol bottles right in front of valet with no hesitation. This was the worst hotel experience of my life and I will never venture back to this establishment if I ever am in ATL again. Omni you guys need to get it together!

Excellent customer service, comfortable spacious rooms, delicious restaurant choices, rooftop pool, exceptional fitness center and located walking distance to outdoor activities and entertainment. We zipped around on an escooter located just outside the hotel; fun! We can't wait for our next stay.

Just want to preface that my sister and I work in the hotel industry. Our respective employers are always pushing us into customer service courses so our standards may have been a lot higher. I would summarize this as Omni has a great, central location but the hospitality was lacking. First, horrible communication. They either do not respond back or take too long to reply. I had some questions about the property (example, where are ice machines?) and they responded to my 1st email after a week and never responded to my 2nd email. Second, service was kinda awkward. We need some stuff for the room so sister called PBX. She tells us we need to request thru housekeeping and transferred us. The housekeeping clerk tells us "can you put it on synergy?" Sister says ok, downloads the app and it turns out app is for internal/employee use... (Maybe we're channeling work-mode we work PBX so maybe we sounded like an employee..) We waited 30 min then called housekeeping again. This time they took our request, but they took it wrong. We asked for house slippers, if available but they brought us a clothes iron. (Lol) There were also other odd moments but then I'd be writing a novel about this. Third, wifi was advertised as included. It IS free if you are a member of their loyalty program or you can pay. ($9.95 per night for regular and I believe the higher speed was $12.95 per night.) I opted for the free route. Not sure if it was because it's a new account, but I had to call IT for assistance. He said to just buy the wifi and then call FD to give loyalty number and they'd waive charges. They charged me for it, but it was a hassle to constantly remind them to remove it. (Also it's 2023, free wifi should be the standard already. The airline industry is starting to offer free wifi on all flights.) Fourth, I only went thru the hassle of getting wifi because I wanted stream Netflix. Wifi kept disconnecting randomly. It was kind of irking because it said it was offered but was not really... Another service that was not working was the ice machine. The floor we were on did not work, hotel operator said odd number floor, so I went down 1 and it did not work there either. The floor above us worked at the very least. Despite all that, Eduardo at the bell desk deserves a shout-out. Prior to arrival I had asked if I was at the North or South, so we know where to go. Got no response so we relied on Google to just take us to the Omni. Google took us to the North tower. Eduardo was near the entrance and asked if I needed help, I said I was looking for check-in. He directed me towards the elevator, which others were also waiting for. He instructed the group that there were more elevators around the corner if we didn't want to wait. While I was checking in, he helped my sisters unload our bags and came to the front desk to wait until we got our room assignment. He was thoughtful, helpful, and personable.

Nothing special but just what you need if you have a conference here. Comfy bed, built in phone chargers nice showers and very handy to the conference center. I'm low maintenance and planned meals the night before that could be added to lunch/dinner purchasing, taken back to the room and tossed in the room fridge so I didn't need to stand in the long lines for food when i was most tired at the end of the day, so it worked for me, but there were a lot of rumblings that updating with a point of sale/qr code menu that you could just order & pick up food when it was ready would have helped. Post pandemic every place seems short staffed and this place was no exception but management helping staff by updating their systems would go a long way! Also, adding shampoo/soap/conditioner dispensers in showers would help with A LoT of the waste generated by the hotel!

Heads up They are Not Prepared for large groups .We Had 25 rooms but was not ready 6 rooms . We was told 1 hour for the other rooms . We got here at 3:00 and I got a room at 6:30 so Way longer than usual!! This caused me to Miss a very important meeting because of this mess .(One of The reasons I was here for ) Sad part They was not in any hurry to help get anyone who was waiting a room just kept handing out keys or having more people waiting... So come to find out the hold up the whole time for my room was a broken towel rack .. That never got fixed ....

I have attached my bill for reference. Over $600 for ONE NIGHT! And parking was NOT included in the base price. The phone in the room never did work. I had to use my cell phone which got a crappy signal even by the window on the 19th floor of the north tower just to call the front desk. First, they did the whole price gouging thing because of the concert happening at Mercedes Benz Stadium. But I real ly thought it would be better than a Motel 6. But I was dead wrong. I paid extra for guaranteed early checkin, but was told the day before that it wasn't guaranteed. Thermostat did nothing for the room temp. Bed was hard. Phone didn't work. I had to walk down to the lobby to get things the concierge should have been able to bring to my room. No extra blankets available. And when we walked back to the hotel after the concert, a security guy just opened a locked door and let everyone in. Did not even check for room keys at the very least to prove we were staying there. Parking was an extra $60 on top of the already CRAZY HIGH rate. I should have stayed a little further away and paid for Uber. And at least those hotels included breakfast. Not worth it. Do not waste your money!

We went to the Toby Mac/Mercy Me concert and decided to stay at the Omni to gain easy access to State Farm Arena. Perfect choice! Seamless entry from the CNN atrium/Eatery directly into the venue and then afterwards right back into the hotel after showing the officers our room keys( the atrium area was closed after the concert and you had to show your key to prove you stayed at the hotel to gain reentry) and it was super convenient and safe. The room was 2 double beds with very comfortable bedding and plenty of room for 2 people, moreover, it was CLEAN. The only thing that I was concerned about was some hair that was in the tub (wasn't mine). The lobby was super nice of the hotel too. The only thing thar was crazy was the cost to valet your car overnight at the hotel. $60. Yes you read that right. Seems that ALL parking in Atlanta has at least doubled (even the crappy parking lots!!!) or tripled since the 'Rona hit. Absolutely bonkers. But otherwise an excellent stay. Perfect choice to be close to an event at State Farm arena!

This place is terrible. I've asked two times in one day for 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. My wife and I normally ask for no service to be good stewards of hotel resources. Of course until we need it. That said, it is now 9:40pm and I am now staying up to receive my items requested at 9am this morning. Shame on Omni staff for not caring enough to do what they said they would do. I will never EVER stay at this Omni or others thanks to the poor level of service. I would recommend others boycott this hotel due to their poor level of customer service. Should anyone with the Omni Atlanta Hotel management read this, please contact me. Just look at your records for my stay 9/7 thru 9/11 (room 1036) to contact me. I will gladly share my disappointment and how you can improve your customer service and an experience for your customer. I'm rating this place with one star as I have no way to rate it lower.
