"Guava cocktails are growing in popularity in Boston, and most often guava drinks are accompanied by rum: Try... the Martinique smash from Coquette, which is as beautiful as the restaurant’s decor." - Karen Wilber

The customer service provider at this hotel is top notch. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly at any time of day during a very busy tournament weekend. The restaurants have incredible food and service. The proximity to the convention center is perfect. In cold climates there is a semi-underground tunnel to and from the convention center and hotel. The only neutral comment I have is that the rooms in the artisan tower accommodate one person best or perhaps a couple. It is very well appointed but there’s no closet, no clothing drawers and little division from the bathroom amenities. Overall I highly recommend!

Google
The rooms were so nice and also the hotel overall. There was a small incident, but the manager apologized multiple times and took really great care of us! The service is 5+ stars for sure. There were a good variety of food options right in the lobby, very efficient and easy in a rush. The restaurant downstairs, Coquette, had the best oysters and the decor was beautiful. We will be back again!

This hotel is located right across from the Convention Center in downtown Boston. Therefore, it stands to reason that this hotel is designed for business travelers. Why, then, is there no desk, and no desk chair, in the room? The reason is that the regular rooms are, well, extremely small. They are stylish, with that whole sink/vanity in the middle of the room gimmick, but there is little room. There is a long chaise lounge sofa where you can put your suitcase. Note to the hotel designer – ditch the chaise and add a desk and chair for the many business travelers who need this. Other than this (fairly significant) problem, the rest of the hotel is great. Nice lobby with lots of comfortable seating – which is good since, as mentioned previously, you can’t work in your room. Great coffee shop with pastries and dashing, swarthy baristas. Excellent gym with Pelotons in decent shape which are easy to activate. (Peloton diehards will know there is the theory of the hotel Peloton – which is that everything works great – vs. the practice – which is that the bike is broken and/or doesn’t connect). Good heating and cooling system and efficient and friendly service.

I made reservations online in advance for Valentine’s Day weekend. When we arrived to the hotel the front desk employees were very nice and welcoming. Walking in the hotel was great, they had live music playing and the set up looked amazing. There is a lot of traffic within the lobby due to hotel and restaurant reservations. But nothing bad about it. We stayed in the patron tower on the top floor and the room and view was amazing. We also jumped in the heated pool and jacuzzi during the snow storm and it was also amazing. Reservations for the restaurants with in the hotel were scheduled and it was great to not have to leave the hotel during the bad weather while also enjoying a great restaurant vibe. I definitely would recommend making reservations for this hotel. I would definitely come back. Thank you Omni!

We recently ate at the sporting club at the Omni Boston! I must say we had a wonderful experience. Not only was the food and atmosphere amazing but our server, Samantha was exceptional! She was so nice and friendly. She went above and beyond especially when it came to helping me with my sons! Samantha was a pleasure and gave us great recommendations on food and drinks! We highly recommend her as your waitress! We will definitely be back again soon!

Google
The room was amazing. We stayed at the Patron Tower which rooms are bigger than Artist tower. The hotel has a great gym, and the lobby are is huge. You can walk from there to downtown in 20 minutes, also bus is available. No problem to get around. The hotel has four restaurants. I tried Coquette (highly recommended) and the Sporting Club, it was good as well.

I was originally going to stay at an Airbnb, which I wish I did because it was a hell of a lot cheaper. If you think your room is $250 a night, please add over $100 to each night on top of that for taxes and the hotels own additional fees they would like to charge. I want to start with the great things. The valet employees are absolutely amazing. The employees who work the front desk are kind and accommodating. All of the bartenders were very nice. The hotel is clean, And the common area is very nice. The rooms are small. Smaller than a dorm room. Our room was on the 21st floor, and the ceiling in the room looked like it had been under construction and not finished. Whenever anyone ran, shut their door, pieces of the ceiling would fall onto the bed and floor. The pool was closed, and staff stated it was because of the temperatures, however, I spoke with a bartender who told me it was because too many children were out in the pool running around. The reason why I booked this room was because of the rooftop heated pool and hot tub, which we were unable to use. The gift shop was also closed multiple times, which we would have to walk across the street to another hotel and utilize their gift shop. I will definitely stay at the hotel across the street… The final bill. I was charged over 18 different taxes, assessment fees, and whatever other fee the hotel decided to throw on. None of these taxes or assessments are noted on their website. See pictures. I am not sure how the hotel administration thinks it’s OK to charge someone a tourist fee, also a convention center fee for separate times.

We had great service drinks and food was amazing!! Jia was our bartender 2 years in a row, we love her!!! We can’t wait to come back to see her again! The atmosphere is great, hotel is amazing. We love the coffee bar as well. We stay here across from the convention center for the boat show.

Yelp
Just enjoyed a few nights at the Omni! I usually stay at the Westin across the street but this year stayed at the Omni for work. I'm a Marriott loyalist so I was sad to not being staying there....but it didn't disappoint. My review is based on my room in the Patron Tower - which I hear is very different than the other sections of the hotel! The room was very roomy! A fridge, waters, a vanity....roomy bathroom with good amenities! Loved the bathrobes and the view of Boston! The staff was great and I would definitely consider the Omni if I need to be on the seaport!

Robert E.

Yelp
Wonderful area. Price was outrageous at close to $600 a night. The room was like a boutique hotel very small probably no more than 200 ft. While the design was very modern, the ceiling was interesting. The ceiling was unfinished concrete. The ceiling looked like it had water stains, small holes, and mortar showing. Guess it's an east coast thing. plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. The front desk was chaotic. People appeared to be everywhere and the staff doing their job but the foyer was just chaotic. For the price I expected a much nicer hotel. Not even close to the other Omni hotels I visited. I do not recommend due to the price and room size.

Kyle C.

Yelp
This hotel is recommended for anyone traveling in for a stay Seaport. Only downside is the Artist side has the smallest rooms I've ever been in despite a huge per night price. Everything else is excellent; location, access, food, drinks, coffee, etc

Arielle D.

Yelp
Stayed at the Omni Hotel Seaport and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and attentive, making the check-in process seamless. The rooms were spotless--clearly, cleanliness is a top priority here. On top of that, the location is perfect for exploring Boston, with easy access to everything you'd want to see. If you're visiting the city, this is the place to stay.

Yelp
Back at the Omni and I have to say I absolutely love this place. First of all it is super conveniently located hotel near Logan airport. I was welcomed by Mr. Yahya a man of great stature with incredible client service skills. His companeros Mr. Tony from Burma was not less skillful!! As a member of the Hotel Collection from Amex you really have a plethora of great benefits including a $100 credit and early/late check out. Also complementary comes a breakfast for two. The hotel is new and very modern with all amenities you can dream of including a great gym. The food is also excellent. But what makes this place a grand hotel is the quality of their services. There is seriously a lot to love here!

Alexander B.

Yelp
I stayed in the Patron Tower for a few days and it was great. The hotel is only 15 mins away from the Logan airport and has many nice restaurants and shops nearby. It is nicely updated and clean, I also liked the interior and amenities on site. My room was pretty big and well designed, the staff was responsive and friendly. I guess the only opportunities for a 5-star stay would be to fix the water pressure in the shower + add some firmer pillows. Other than that, it was solid.

Jim D.

Yelp
3.5 to 4 stars. The accommodations are 5-star, the restaurant-coquette and Kestra were delicious! I tagging along with my wife at the PEGS conference that was held at the Boston convention center. 12 minute drive from the airport, plenty of parking and 12 minute walking distance to the waterfront and the shopping and restaurants. Entertainment in the room was great, live TV, ESPN, all the major networks and local sports. If you purchase an on demand move save it. The caveat is that you only get to view it once! You cannot rewind but you can pause. WiFi was stable and robust. AC works well, elevators clean and fast. Staff experience was attentive and nice. Outdoor pool, two gyms, check, check and check. My challenge to hotel management is in the Artist tower figure out how patrons can work comfortably with an ergonomic desk and chair. I had to configure a makeshift desk using the baggage stand as my chair and my laptop as shown in the picture, had just enough real estate to square my laptop on. The bed and sheets were clean very comfortable. I would stay here again but in stay Parton tower.

Yelp
Very nice urban resort hotel on the seaport of Boston. Arrived for a weekend stay to get away from NYC and check out the scenery and vibe of Boston. The hotel was on a very busy side of the street. Parking was very difficult to find other than the parking lot. The hotel had very nice rooms, quiet, spacious, up to date comfort, and modern. This is a 3.5/3.75 ish hotel. There not much activities under the roof. Was hoping for some live music or entertainment on premise. End of going out for and one major issue is that hotel should offer daily rates for customers. I found out and only parked overnight and it was quite expensive at $60/night vs surrounding private areas. During checkout, without even using much services. The hotel added $190 in local fees for a 3 night stay. That's pretty outrageous considering there were no conventions going on. Was charged so many ridiculous fees without upfront disclosure.

Yelp
I stayed in a top floor room of the Artist Tower for a work trip. I liked the hotel but not the room. Pros: -The hotel has lots of nice amenities, including a spa, conference rooms, and several restaurants. -Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to change my reservation last minute. -The hotel location is convenient for the event center, seafood district, and federal courthouse. -My room was ready for early check in right away! Cons: -The hotel room itself was not as conducive as it could be for a business traveler. There was no desk, just a tiny tall side table covered in dust. There was only an awkward bar along the wall to hang clothes and no hangers provided for pants/skirts to hang unwrinkled. -The highway noise was loud all night. -There were only 2 mini trash bins (my room had 2 recycling bins for some reason) and mine had puddles at the bottom. -The bathroom was very oddly designed, with the shower and toilet in one large room with a waterproof floor. Everything got covered in water/condensation during a shower. -There was a large gap between the door and the wall, especially visible at night, which didn't seem very secure. -The pillows completely flattened once laid on. They look fluffy but don't feel fluffy.

Yelp
I recently stayed at the Omni Hotel in Seaport during a work trip, and it was a really comfortable and convenient experience. I stayed in the Artist Tower where the rooms are cozy, almost like a spacious studio apartment. Even though the room was compact, it was smartly laid out with modern furnishings. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. Instead of closets, there were handy racks in the bathroom where I could hang my clothes. They even provided a mini fridge and robes, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, especially if you're going to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center or want to explore Seaport. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within a quick 10-minute walk, so it was easy to find good spots to eat and relax. They've also got a great gym and a cozy bar right there in the hotel. I loved the lobby coffee shop, Kokorico Coffee, which deserves its own shout-out for serving up great coffee in a chill setting. Everyone on staff at the Omni Hotel Seaport was friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Boston, whether for work or play.

Yelp
Please! Please! Pay your people a decent wage! Union was striking and the yep, they were out there at 7a every single day. You cannot charge that much and create such a problematic stay. We all deserve some compensation for that. However, I would gladly transfer that to the good people who work there. They are severely in need of better comp, so just do it you corporate overlords! The staff there is top notch, therefore, the powers that be must pay. Period!!! and to Corporate, I had a horrible night's sleep and that is on YOU! I will not disclose how much I paid but its egrigous for what you get. Stefanie C. yelper did not have to deal with the sleep interruptions. I advise you to contact the hotel to reconfirm the issue as it is causing a major collapse in service due to the inept management. Cheers.

Joanne D.

Yelp
One of the most elegant beautiful well run Hotels I have been to in a long time The attention to detail, the staff, the food, the room the pool! And the pool bar are all wonderful! Stayed here for a few days for the holiday season Beautiful decor There is a bar at every corner of the restaurant You feel like you are far away from everything The food at the sporting club and the drinks are wonderful!

Yelp
A Big glob of hair on my shower wall! I went to the front desk and asked for a manager, but one of the male service desk staff members said, "maybe I can help you' I first stated, "Look at my head" I then said that he can see that I had no hair. I then showed him the pictures, he call house keeping and said for then to clean the room. Heck I could have done that! I told him that I have phobias of hair and his response was that they was going to clean the room and that was it. Whenever I go to conventions etc, I look for an Omni Hotel because I feel that I can trust them with the cleanliness that a 5star hotel gives, but Omni Boston Seaport Lost my trust. Before you check in or after housekeeping cleaning your room check it thoroughly!!! It looked at though they took the dirt dust mop from another room and cleaned my shower walls!

Katie S.

Yelp
Clean, attentive and helpful staff, and even better views. My stay from check in to checking out of the valet was seamless!! Highly recommend.

James W.

Yelp
Stayed here one night for work. My room was in the Artist tower. Last minute booking so I didn't expect or care. Just need a place to sleep before driving home. This was the dankest dingiest hotel room I have ever been in. Tiny room painted an East Block beige with industrial fluorescent lighting. Bathroom open to the rest of the room. Unfinished cement ceiling with stains and stuff like lint stuck to it. One double. No closet. Sink was clogged and a modern design with the faucet too low to put your hands under. Window very high off the floor- Probably just like this for a couple of rooms next to an adjacent roof. Bedside tables barely large enough to fit a phone. On the plus side there was a refrigerator. The lobby was nice. Good location across the street from the convention center. Price was $209. Low for this area.

Christina S.

Yelp
When the strike was happening mid-September, I was convinced my husband and I's weekend anniversary getaway to Boston was ruined. But the staff at the Omni ended up upgrading us to a room across the hotel overlooking the water. This upgrade was a beautiful suite that made our trip unforgettable. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Terry M.

Yelp
Very friendly staff! Check in was easy even though it was extremely busy in the lobby areas. The roof top bar was disappointing as it not really a roof top bar but we did enjoy the sports bar that tucked away we would definitely stay here again

Alisha P.

Yelp
You can improve by accepting people of color and not just their cash.. This has been the worst hotel stay ever!! I regret it totally...onmi doesn't deserve 1 star

Lisa C.

Yelp
We stayed for 6 nights 7 days and it was a delightful stay. We had a beautiful view of Boston Harbor from our room. One suggestion though if you are interested in going to the pool make sure you make a reservation. All of the restaurants in the hotel are amazing you won't be disappointed!

Amy S.

Yelp
The location of the hotel is incredible. So great for events at the convention center. My biggest issue is we are here for a volleyball tournament where sleep is key. The street noise and live music is very loud on the side we are staying. The check In process and valet staff was great. The noise is a deal breaker unfortunately.

Janis M.

Yelp
5 stars for accommodation-- I had the second Presidential suite. As big as a condo! Dining room/boardroom, living room w bar, powder room and huge bathroom and bedroom w desk. Frig was empty - which is great to fill w your own fruit and drinks. 3 star for restaurant, Kestra. Ok breakfast w omelette that was too cheesy. Also pet peeve - single travellers have to eat at a bar. Really? Aren't most business travellers single? Omni is opposite BCEC so lots of convention goers. Fatoush salad was mostly lettuce which isn't typical. Can't ask for a more convenient location for BCEC. But eat out.

Fran C.

Yelp
This hotel's room was the most compact, small hotel room I ever stayed in. With the cement ceilings, which offer no acoustic barriers and the sink next to the bed, I liken the room to a jail cell- awful, uncomfortable, and tiny. The final icing on the cake was the fiasco of getting my vehicle out of the garage after I paid for parking and followed their instructions explicitly. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Eroisha C.

Yelp
I had a fantastic stay at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport during the July 4th weekend. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly responsive, promptly answering all my questions via text. They went above and beyond by sending a microwave to my room when I needed to heat my food, and they provided excellent recommendations on the best times to enjoy breakfast at their restaurant, Kestra. I also appreciated the $25 credit I received at Kestra. The room was impeccably clean, and housekeeping ensured it was made up every day. The convenience of pickup and drop-off by Uber right in front of the hotel made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location is perfect--it's not too crowded, yet close to everything I needed. Room service available 24 hours a day which is great! Communal coffee machines on every floor - coffee, espresso, lattes and hot water. Walkability - will seaport is slightly off the beaten path from most of Boston's Tourist attractions, I was able to Uber for under $12 within minutes to get to everything under 20 minutes and/or if I chose to walk could be 20/25 minutes. Very easy access to the seaport water front which I explored on my first day at the hotel. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The walls are quite thin, so I could hear loud conversations and doors slamming shut from neighboring rooms. Even on the 18th floor, I occasionally heard traffic noise from the street below. And wish the rooms had more places/hooks to hang up clothes and towels. Despite these minor issues, I had a really great hotel experience and would definitely stay at an Omni Hotel again.

Cicek A.

Yelp
Great hotel with great amenities and multiple restaurants inside. Highly recommend. I travel to Seaport for work often, and this is one of the best around.

Lilee N.

Yelp
Small rooms but they are tasteful decorated and very industrial chic. Came for a conference in the hotel in the middle of February. Is a little hard to reach by public transit but manageable if you can walk a few blocks from South Station. Great spot in Seaport surrounded by the nightlife. Bonus: the best hotel gym I've ever seen. They give reusable bottles for water.

Matthew S.

Yelp
Hotel had no housekeeping available. Was not made aware of this and when I checked in after 8:00pm, they gave me a used room with dirty towels, hair and mess in the bathroom, and an unmade bed. They did not offer to change my room, or even apologize. Asked for a set of sheets to which they brought me a single sheet. When going back to the front desk to ask for a full set so I can make up the bed, they asked "what do you need? I don't work in housekeeping." They told me it would be delivered and it was not. I paid over $400 for this overpriced lack of a hospitable hotel and will forever give it as many 1 star reviews as I possibly can.

Micah B.

Yelp
If you're craving a fabulous Boston experience, look no further than the Omni Boston! This place is the epitome of chic and luxurious vibes and it has wonderful views of the city. The decor is sooo Insta-worthy, and you can tell they've thought of everything to make you feel fancy yet right at home. The Omni Boston nails the location game. You can practically stumble onto Boston's coolest spots - historical sites, shopping, and great places to eat. The Omni Boston crew is also top-notch. Always welcoming, always with a smile, and they know how to make you feel pampered. Already planning the next retreat - this place is pure luxury.

Ivory G.

Yelp
I love this spa so much! The hospitality I feel here is very refreshing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the East Coast. Tuyet is easygoing and does incredible work. Deanna is so welcoming. I'm looking forward to my next visit

Ally B.

Yelp
I passed by the Omni Hotel a few months ago while on my way to Laugh Boston and was wowed by the outside. As soon as I could, I googled the hotel specs and reviews. The overall review of the hotel is ranked as moderate, and the comments support this, but still, I wanted to witness for myself is the Omni was more than what Yelpers wrote. So, I booked a stay for a couple of nights in the Artist Tower. Upon arrival, I noticed a lot of foot traffic and movement, people all over the place trying to figure out what they were doing, where they were going, or simply waiting. When I walked inside, the feel was the same - a lot of people, doing a lot of different things. It felt so chaotic that my partner said, "What is going on in this place? This feels messy", which I agree with. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, minus a random person interrupting my check-in and the person helping me actually tending to the person. Once this was over, I headed to my room. The room is just as some of the pictures shared by others Yelpers and myself, depict, compact with minimal space to move around and hang items. The shower does not comfortable fit two people - do not care what size you are, and for the duration of my stay, the water kept leaking although the shower head was tightly turned off. My bathroom happened to have hair left behind, and I struggled to find a comfortable temperature - either it was too cold or too hot, in a small room at that. I did not appreciate the internet service not working in my room for my laptop and my phone for the duration of my stay, especially given this is something that I paid for in the hefty cost associated with booking a room. The bed was not comfortable. I kept waking up trying to find comfort. I appreciate having a view of the city and water, and different lighting options. If you want food or snacks, there are options. I cannot speak about the quality, just that I passed by the spots. I opted to dine out. While I was stoked to check out the Omni and hoped for a fantastic experience, I did not receive that, and am using this as a learning experience to taper my expectations. Just because it looks nice on the outside, does not mean it is nice on the inside. I will not visit again.

Jenny J.

Yelp
Great place to stay. Surprisingly cheap for 3 night and 4 days! They accommodated our very early arrival time (which was great because we were jet lagged). Majority of our outings were walking distance. The restaurants had amazing food. Came in for a Baseball Tournament hosted by Boston Fire Department. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. Bed felt like sleeping on clouds (I would imagine that's how it would feel). Towels and place was clean to perfection every time we got back to our room. The complimentary infused water was very refreshing to walk up to after a stroll in the City. Here are some pictures of the food we enjoyed! We were happy campers!

Mirian G.

Yelp
Stayed here for one night and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved that it has a coffee machine and refrigerator. Our room was facing the pool on the 11th floor and we did not hear any noise coming from outside or nearby rooms. Every staff we encountered were nice and friendly. Will definitely stay here again if in Boston again.

Ryan C.

Yelp
We decided to come back here because we got offered a free upgrade to a junior suite due to a previous mixup on our last visit. The hotel was busy as we expected but the experience was much better this time. Not only was the junior suite huge and even better room but we received a welcome card, a bottle of rose, and some chocolate covered strawberries. It was a great touch and very appreciated. In addition to a slightly larger space, the bathroom had a very nice view, two sinks, and a huge bathtub which was great. Overall it was a really good stay here, it's in a great location, and we just had a lot of fun. Definitely worth a stay if you want a hotel in a prime spot.

Melissa A.

Yelp
The stay here was less than average with comparable hotels. 1. Although I reserved a king size room, I was "upgraded" to a queen. It wasn't an upgrade. 2. Although I was on the 16th floor, I was still able to hear people/children screaming at the pool below as well as cars honking, and law enforcement sirens. There was a clicking in the room that happened randomly waking me up several times per night. I never did figure out what it was. I tried to keep the AC on to cover all the different noises, but it didn't work. 3. A false fire alarm occurred at 2 am on the first night when someone tried smoking weed in their room. They came over the intercom and said if you could hear the signal you needed to leave. In my room, I could not hear it, but when I opened the door due to the noise from others opening and closing their doors, I could hear a faint alarm. I left because there was no clear instruction of whether to leave or not. We exited only to see the fire trucks and law enforcement leaving the hotel. 4. The food service at Cocorico was not great. I tried to get a coffee right before closing, but the worker acted like he didn't want to be bothered. I told him nevermind and left. I then went to the bar in the lobby and tried to get iced tea. No dice, but I could go to the sports bar. At that point I went to my room and Ubered some coffee from Jaho (which is AMAZING!! by the way!). 5. The bathroom was nice. Everything else was just average. The area wasn't that interesting. The Seaport is growing but it's still kinda in-between.

Gwen S.

Yelp
The Omni hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated and updated. The valet was quite rude and abrasive. We were in an older rental and he treated us like we didn't belong in that hotel. Would have liked the option to take drinks up to our room.

David C.

Yelp
If you are staying in Boston I would definitely recommend this hotel, By far the best experience I have had while staying in Boston, it is within walking distance to nearby restaurants in Seaport. The staff here is first class and the rooms are nice and this place is reasonably priced.

Ben S.

Yelp
My wife and I were looking for a hotel for an overnight trip in Boston. We did a ton of research online and found this as a fairly affordable option with both a pool and hot tub (on the roof). It ended up being a really hot day and a cool evening so we ended up spending probably 4 of our 18 hours on the pool deck. They even let us check in a few hours early to take advantage of it. When we booked we paid a minimal amount more (maybe $10?) to get a scenic view, which in this case was a corner room on the second to last floor with two massive floor to ceiling windows. Fortunately we weren't traveling with our kids because the room was small and very oddly laid out. Felt like we were tripping over our stuff the whole time and there was no closet, just some random pipes mounted on the wall. Big negative was the parking garage. Normally when we travel to cities I pre-buy parking online in a garage nearby. There's a garage attached to the hotel and I programmed my timing into it. $38 overnight. Perfect. It wouldn't let me checkout online, but it said you could just do it there on exit. When we checked in they offered us to pay for parking for $45 with in and out privileges but we declined since we weren't going to go anywhere, just save the $7. The woman looked at me kind of smugly. When we left the next morning (a few hours before I'd punched in online) it said it resets at 5 am so even though we'd parked for 18 hours we got billed $78 for two full days. Would have been nice for the woman at the desk to point this out (or better yet if the garages site functioned properly). We got dessert from one of the restaurants in the hotel (The Sporting Club). It was good. I did a separate review of that on their page. Overall I would stay here in the future.

Yelp
The rooms are small. There is no desk or table to work on. I had to work on the floor breaking my back. The bathroom is a size of the room, LOL. When taking the shower, water leaks everywhere. I had to use towels to ensure water doesn't go on the floor or on the way to the toilet. I havespokene to the manager and asked to switch the room with the desk. She promised she would hold one for me for the next day. When I came back next morning I was told nothing is available. Very unprofessional. I will never stay at any OMNI hotels and would not recommend it. This is a nightmare

Yelp
Reading some of the other reviews, I sit here perplexed and wonder if I stayed at the same place. I agree the rooms are nice and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I was here for training at a new job and was on the 22nd floor. Traveling alone not everyone wants to go out to eat. Yet that is what I found I needed to do if I wanted anything decent to eat. The marketing of the hotel tells to enjoy five onsite restaurants. They had terrible hours and quite honestly what I was able to get wasn't very good. Not 4 or 5 star by far. I even used their spa and that was mediocre. As I was checking out she tells me we add a 20% percent gratuity and I was a little taken back. Like I know how to tip for these services. I don't know just wasn't what I would have expected from this level of advertised location.

Yelp
This is a brand new hotel in the seaport and it is excellent. The fit and finish of the rooms and common spaces was top notch throughout and never felt they cheaped out on anything - and felt special without being over the top opulent or flashy. My room in the Patron tower was fantastic and it felt like something that cost 2-3X what I paid. I ate in the Kestra restaurant in the morning and the food was terrific - breakfast food, but very well executed. The restaurant staff were great, too. The hotel staff were also great from check in to check out, they made me feel special. I will definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Tiny rooms no amenities no housekeeping. Uncomfortable bad hotel I was happy to leave. Can't even open my suitcase in the room.

Yelp
Had a wonderful stay at this location. Clean and modern design. Allergy free rooms with air purifiers. Nice hot showers. I had no idea that the workers were striking at multiple Boston hotels. However, that did not affect our stay negatively, the employees holding down the fort went above and beyond to accommodate us. Luckily, we were placed far from the noise and upgraded to a spacious, spectacular room on one of the top floors.

Yelp
We stayed the Omni last fall (overall good experience), but this review is for my outstanding visit to Breve Spa in March 2024. I love massages but am always hesitant to book more than one hour with a masseuse I haven't worked with before. I can honestly say that I wish I had booked a longer session with Lemara; she was excellent. Perfect mix of relaxation and some deeper work on my upper back, which is exactly what I asked for. The spa was beautiful and clean and offered a lot of value... including relaxation room, sauna and every toiletry you might need to put yourself back together after your treatment. I walked out glowing and hope to be back for another massage with Lemara next time I'm in Boston.

Yelp
I recently went on a staycation at this new hotel in the Seaport District. They do have valet parking but I decided to self park at the parking garage next door. The valet staff was nice to point out to park in the spaces where there was a hibiscus icon and there was a glass bridge on Level 3 that takes you directly to the hotel from the garage. There was no line during check-in and the process went smooth. It was a little confusing on finding my room since there were two different towers(Artist or Patron) and the rooms don't connect between the two towers. It's better to ask reception which tower you will be staying in since there are two sets of elevators at opposite ends of the hotel. I got a deluxe artist tower room and the room was very modern and stylish. The king bed was very comfortable. The room also has a 65 inch Smart HDTV. terry cloth robe, safe and fridge but unfortunately the fridge was not working. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces but since there was no door to the bathroom area, it might be inconvenient to change if you are staying with family or friends. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to use the hotel amenities. The gym was situated in an elongated room. The Breve Spa was not open and the rooftop pool was swarming with people. I wish there were more rigid measures to restrict the number of people going to the pool area at a time. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and might try this place again once the spa opens. I definitely recommend Cocorico for their pastries in the morning!

Yelp
This hotel has very friendly and courteous valet attendants. Very helpful front desk and concierge. Room was spacious for a downtown Boston hotel with separate bathroom. There a powder station to do makeup with a huge lighted mirror by the front entrance. We had a partial view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great few nights of sleep here. We very much enjoyed our stay. I especially liked that it was close to Chinatown and many great restaurants nearby.

Yelp
The room was so basic and so expensive. When I checked out, I had a dinner on the folio that wasn't mine. The front desk attendant proceeded to explain all the back end stuff that I didn't need to know. I just needed it off my folio. The hot water in the room didn't work and was just luke warm. I would expect hot water for my stay. It was luke warm the entire time. I paid extra to be in the artist tower and it just looked over a parking lot. I would have been better at the conference hotel.

Yelp
READ REGARDING THE POOL: We booked this hotel for a Saturday and Sunday night stay 3 months in advance. We purposely chose this location for the pool. 1 week prior to our visit, I received a text that summer months require pool reservations for guests. They provide 5 time slots (7-9:45, 10-12:45, 1-3:45, 4-6:45, and 7-9:45) however at the point I received this text all time slots were already taken. Additionally, the pool was closed Sunday for a private event 1-9; so essentially there was no way to guarantee any pool time during our visit. The hotel accepts walk ins 30 minutes after the start of each time slot as the hotel let us know t most people aren't aware of the reservations / don't show up (already a red flag with the system). This system is awful, they need to improve this. I have never been to a hotel where GUESTS have to make reservations, it would make more sense to give wrist bands / time restrictions upon entry (maybe?). It was obnoxious to sit in a line by the pool until 10:30 while half of the pool was empty and wait because we/everyone did not have a reservation. The staff was literally asking people to leave the pool area if they didn't have a reservation, even if you were sitting on the ground/with the pool not at capacity.

Yelp
Booked here for a week while the water in my condo wasn't working; just popped in and out for showers, so no input on actually sleeping here. Great location, close to Fort Point/Seaport, and right next to the convention center (if you're here for an event going on there). The staff seemed to be friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and has a cute French restaurant right downstairs. My main complaint would be the hotel rooms are SMALL for the price, prepare to get realllllll cozy with whoever you're staying with. Also, I noticed they clean the rooms really late in the day, which makes it difficult if you need more towels or fresh linens. I had to call one morning about 5X for new fresh towels (took about an hour). Not sure if I would return; I will say you may find yourself staying here because it's one of the cheapest hotels in Seaport (still quite expensive though).

Yelp
Clean and great location. Excellent sports at and coffee shop in lobby. I would come back

Yelp
Came here for one night for my partners work event early November. This hotel is modern chic and filled with great restaurants. However, the rooms... though it was only one night we expected a nicer looking room regarding the patron tower. The rooms are small for the price.. Little to NONE hygiene products, compared to other 4/5 hotels that have a good supply. There was like one lotion bottle that was less than 2 ounces for the both of us.. granted we're Black, so we know better, and bring our own. However, that was still really disappointing. There were no small towels in our room which is something we are used to having in a 4/5 star hotel, and the room is super small. So really we're just paying for a comfy bed to sleep in a small busy area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Boston. It is very overrated and overpriced.
