"What were your first impressions?Deep in the heart of Fort Worth, this Omni property is cowboy cool, but not in a cheesy way. What were your fellow travelers like?During the week, you'll find a lot of convention attendees (the convention center is close by); come 5 p.m. on Friday, suddenly, the wedding parties descend. The good stuff: Tell us about your room. The luxury king bed suite clocks in at a generous 1,200 square feet. Its living room has a sofa bed, and a large wraparound porch is perfect for enjoying an evening glass of wine over views of Fort Worth's Cultural District. How about the food on offer: Worth it?Bob's Steak & Chop House is a Dallas favorite, and now it's a Fort Worth favorite, too. You can't go astray with the massive, 22-ounce "côte de boeuf"—a prime bone-in ribeye with a loaded baked potato and, perhaps most intimidatingly, the shockingly large glazed carrot that comes with your meal. Anything else you have to be sure to check out during a stay? The rooftop pool is the place to be to beat the intense Texas heat. It opens at 6 a.m., so we recommend you make an early start, grab a book, and head out to the tanning deck for your daily dose of Vitamin D before heading out to explore for the day. Or, if you're more in the mood for some rest and relaxation, book a treatment at the Mokara Spa, which offers everything from a cowboy-and-cowgirl couple's massage to an age-corrective facial. Bottom line: was worth it, and why? This is one of very few luxury options in Fort Worth. It might not wow you, but it will probably leave you satisfied with your stay." - Diana Oates

Stayed here the last week of June and loved the Hotel. Everything about it was first class. Ate in the restaurants two nights. Terrific. The service was top shelf. My wife and I were especially thankful to Yvonne at the front desk check in. So pleasant, so helpful and sweet. We asked for her a few times when we needed something. Our room was spotless and the king bed seemed brand new. Great deal on the rate, too.

Cassius Clay, and all the staff made our family stay so enjoyable. The service was superb and the food was excellent. Our stay was for a family wedding and from the beginning to the end it was flawless. But we have to say Cassius went above and beyond. He couldn’t do enough and always had a wonderful smile whenever we sat him. He’d say can I do anything or do you need anything. We’ll be back. Thank you Ron & Linda G

Cassis Clay was wonderful and a blessing. He went beyond his duties when he helped us. He was very respectful and happy when taking our things to our room. He was so sweet to our grand babies. I would hire him in a minute if I had a business. He was a blessing. On a different note: We did have a bad experience with Brianna. She is not very nice.

This place is fantastic. Great gym and service. But hands down, one of the best staff members and people I’ve ever met in my travels was Cassius Clay. He could not have been more helpful, friendly and encouraging. Everyone on staff was very nice, but he was such a light. Thanks!!

Google
We had a great staycation with our kids and granddaughter. Room service food was excellent. All employees were amazing. We had an exceptional interaction with with one employee named Cassius Clay. There was a service dog that started barking at my 2 year old granddaughter as she was walking by and he got in between her and the dog. He definitely went above and beyond his job title.

Staying at the Omni in Fort Worth was especially fun if you have to fly into DFW. There are many things to do downtown and you are just minutes away from the Fort Worth Stockyards and Billy Bobs (and I'm no cowboy, but both were great). The hotel gave us suggestions for walking around the downtown area, so the experience was far better than just a suburban hotel. We actually had fun walking to 4 destination within 400 yards from their front door. Going to the Stockyards was a most a 10 minute drive. The hotel are great hosts for our family of 5 from Southern California. Happy to stay there again.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean and the staff was nice. I would definitely come back again with my family. The food was great the view was perfect and a good area in Fort Worth Texas. My favorite part of the hotel was the pool we had lots of fun.

Google
Nice upscale hotel near the Fort Worth convention center. Staff at the desk, valet, store, baggage check were all great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue- no hot water! Ran the shower all the way on hot for 15min, still just barely warm. We were on the top floor, I’m sure that means the water has a long way to go. On a 50 degree morning, I really would have liked a hot shower. Great views from up there though!

Yelp
Sometimes, you happen to be in the right place at the right time. My hubby and I took a trip to Fort Worth this past spring, and we had a room at a local branded hotel. The hotel was fine, nice even, but unfortunately next to a liquor store and vape shop, with unsavory characters hanging around the hotel parking lot. We spent an afternoon walking around Downtown Fort Worth...and walked past the Omni. Now, I am a country girl. I was raised country, and country is what I'll always be. So is it any surprise that I fell in love with the Omni Fort Worth Hotel the moment we stepped in to look around? What an absolutely beautiful hotel. The decor...the architecture...the Texas hospitality...the bar and lounge, Whisky and Rye...my hubby could see I was in love, so he booked us two impromptu nights. The Omni was one of the highlights of our trip, and it made a huge impression on me. The room was gorgeous, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The fitness center was huge, and the pool was beautiful. I had a relaxing night swim in the wind and under the stars. The only downside of the pool area is that the hot tub is difficult to get in and out of because there are no steps -- you have to step over the rim of the hot tub. Not so easy for people with disabilities, like me, but I managed. Valet service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The on-site Starbucks was great for morning cup of joe. The gift shop had Southwestern towels that I bought even though they were very pricey. The greatest thing about the Omni is their luxurious country beauty. Sometimes, you're in the right place at the right time, and you find something great. I'll always remember our stay.

Yelp
A 40th Birthday Disaster - if 0 Stars was an option this would be it. My 40th birthday celebration at this Omni Hotels and Resorts location was nothing short of a nightmare. The room, which should have been a haven of comfort, was a disappointment right from the start, with remnants of the previous guests left uncleaned, including empty water bottles. The promised highlight of the celebration, two bottles of champagne, and decadent chocolate-covered strawberries, was an outright letdown. Instead, I received a pitiful substitute - a mere piece of chocolate cake and a single-serve bottle of Chandon. The attempts to correct the situation were not only futile but exacerbated my disappointment. To make matters worse, the staff's incompetence reached new heights as they erroneously delivered a platter resembling cranberry scones (more like "stuffed cookies") with a paltry of four pieces of chocolate, subsequently telling me that they "ran out" of chocolate covered strawberries. Adding insult to injury, they insisted on charging us for the missing champagne bottle at the bar instead of comping it to us as originally promised. The front desk's utter lack of coordination and complete disregard for the promised amenities left me profoundly dissatisfied. It's disheartening that Omni Hotels and Resorts allows such a poorly managed establishment to tarnish their once-reputable name. Spare yourself the agony and opt for a different venue for your special occasions. A milestone birthday should be memorable for the right reasons, not marred by this level of incompetence. 0 out of 5 stars - an experience that haunts my memory. The ONLY staff deserving of a review are the valet staff from drop off, to grabbing a backpack left from initial drop off; they have been more than helpful in every way. Under tipped and under appreciated on every level.

Yelp
The valets at this hotel are a group of guerrillas. I have witnessed the destruction of customers vehicles, speeding and reckless driving- not to mention that I was told thwy go through gloveboxes amd look for valuables and home addresses. When you call to complain about some damage to your car- the Head valet will impersonate a Hotel manager and dismiss whatever claim you may have. This behavior is so unlike FtWorth. Unfortunately, the company that runs the Valet is PMSI- 770.329.4366 is the number to call if you need to as well- Though they will just deny any wrongdoing. shame - this used to be a fantastic hotel with near perfect service- PMSI has definitely dragged this hotel to the bottom. Cannot recommend.

Yelp
Was recently here for a conference and while there were a few bumps with my check in and room, overall it was a very good experience. I arrived on Tuesday afternoon around 4:20-4:30 pm and my reserved room type - a Classic Deluxe Room with 1 King Bed - was not available. They worked to send someone and see if the room was ready but were unable to confirm that it was unoccupied and had been cleaned, so they asked if I would be okay with a Classic Deluxe Room with 2 Queen Beds. Since I was staying alone, having two beds didn't make as much sense, since it would be twice as many sheet to clean for them and I would only be using one of the beds. They ended up offering me a free upgrade to a Spacious Premier Room with 1 King Bed on the 15th floor plus three in 4 free drink tickets which was so kind! The room had an amazing view of the city skyline. I utilized the valet overnight parking and that came to a cost of $43.30 a night. One thing to keep in mind is that your room rate does not include various taxes and fees. Later on in the week, I noticed that my toilet was leaking and stopped by the front desk around 5:05 pm to let them know. They had someone in my room by 5:35 and the toilet was fixed shortly thereafter. I did visit the gym and while it is a bit limited on weight machines, there was a lot of great cardio equipment, free weights, and a few machines. You can definitely get a great workout in here, but if you're used to a certain type of equipment, you will need to modify your workout. Outside of the room, I did experience the catering and while the food was good, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of gluten free options during snack breaks and desserts at the banquet meal. For example, they had a delicious chips and guacamole bar but all of the chips, crackers, and bread had gluten - even the tortilla chips! Almost all of the desserts offered through catering were not gluten free and having a sweet tooth, this was very sad for me. Everyone else thoroughly enjoyed the meals, so this was more of a food-allergy specific comment for me personally. I also stepped out of the banquet to take pictures and had left something on the table. I'm the 12 minutes I was gone, the table was cleared and my hair piece was gone. Very disappointed about that, but they did help me put in an incident report/lost items report so hopefully someone will find it with the silverware or something. Overall, I had a good experience here but there were a few things that could have been better such as with the catering for food allergies. I think if you're coming here for a vacation, this would be a great place to visit as everyone was very helpful and the employees were so friendly and it's a great place to host an event if you don't have any food allergies to consider.

Yelp
Great location, great price, great stay! The bed was cozy and overall very clean. The vibe of the hotel is very Fort Worth which is fun. I have stayed in hotels in city locations that are in significantly worse condition for more money. I would highly recommend!

Cymone O.

Yelp
Gorgeous hotel, staff was exceptional, Starbucks inside the building for your morning Joe. Resturant staff of the hotel were a little snooty. There were a couple escorts we saw floating around as well.

Autumn S.

Yelp
Got a resort pass to use the pool at the Omni! The staff is incredible and the hotel us beautiful. I would definitely recommend. Deshana is the absolute best. She is a gem and has a bright future!!!

Manny F.

Yelp
Terrible check in service. Not enough staff to handle 1 conference at the hotel. The elevator needs some IIOT / sensors to determine when the elevator is full so it doesn't stop at every floor from the top to the bottom with a full car of folks saying "sorry I'll get the next one". Beds are old and lumpy and furniture is falling apart. The gym is much too small for the number of rooms they have; 5 treadmills and 3 weight benches and some machines in which 12 people in the room just kept bumping into each other. It felt much more like a Hampton Inn or Home2.

Yelp
Omni is a very nice hotel. This one is a bit away from central downtown - but it's close to the water gardens and a few decent bars. I got a great deal, but despite that, I think this place is better than average. Lots of nice sitting areas in the lobby, pool area and other floors. Rooms are nice and come with a fridge and safe. There were a few snags, no room service for lunch - just breakfast and dinner. While the steakhouse is very good, the bread on my cast iron sandwich tasted s bit government issue. Lastly, the pool is small and the surrounding views are of industrial buildings. Will I stay here again - yes! If you avoid a convention time you'll have the hotel almost to yourself.

Jennifer E.

Yelp
I stayed at the Omni Downtown Fort Worth for 4 nights while attending a conference in the hotel. The hotel has comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a good selection of food options. I always enjoy Bob's Steakhouse when I am there, and there are plenty of options within walking distance in the downtown area.

Gem N.

Yelp
We wanted a upscale hotel with an outdoor pool and bar and this hotel is probably the ONLY one in downtown Fort Worth! The rooms are comfy and clean with a nice sized bathroom complete with large shower. We overlooked the pool area but we did not hear any outside noises through the windows. We did have a few housekeeping issues such as the shower gel being empty (they have the attached bottles instead of the takeaway sample sizes) and a missing shower mat. Unfortunately although these were relatively minor issues - they were not resolved quickly and we had to remind reception 4 times before it was remedied. Considering the price and the star rating of the hotel, this was disappointing. The proximity to sun dance square, the steak restaurants and some fabulous bars can't be beat tho! A 10-20 minute walk and you are in the heart of the action.

Yelp
We did a staycation from Dallas, since we'd never been to Fort Worth. We've been to Omni Dallas and Las Colinas and those were wonderful experiences, so we were expecting something similar when we came here. Location is great, it's not too far inside downtown so the traffic isn't too bad. It's also right across from the water gardens, which is a nice 10-20 minute stroll. Valet and bellhop service were excellent! Check in process was also easy. They gave us a room on the 13th floor, but the view was from the back so we only saw a parking structure. Luck of the draw! The room is definitely a little dated, but the bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. My major complaint is that there was basically no hot water in the shower. I read other reviews that said they waited an hour for warm water and to be aware of the 360 handle. I waited for more than an hour for water to even get semi-warm, or maybe it just felt warm because I got used to freezing cold water...very disappointed, because a comfortable bed and hot shower should be a given at any hotel. Unfortunately the shower issue gave us enough grief that we probably won't come back and is the reason for 2/5 stars.

Earleen H.

Yelp
I was at the property because of its location across from the convention center where my function was being held. The property was easy to reach, the valet service was wonderful, if a bit pricey, and the overall quality of the property is excellent. The desk staff handled my checkin efficiently and went out of her way to accommodate my request for a lower floor. The room was immediately available even though it was 'prime' check-in time. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and everything was in good working order with a fridge and safe. Wifi reception was also excellent. I'd definitely stay there again. I cannot speak to the food/beverage services as I didn't eat/drink at the property.

Emily J.

Yelp
From Check In all the way to Valet it was an amazing experience. Came to Fort Worth to celebrate a birthday & the Omni was the perfect place. Staff at every point of the stay were beyond amazing.

Fallon L.

Yelp
The Thanksgiving buffet here was DIVINE! From the moment you enter @ valet to being seated, the service was phenomenal. Love all the warm and festive decorations and the food was definitely tasty. They had all the holiday favorites from turkey, ham, stuffing, cranberry sauce - to some newly added items such as steamed banana leaf fish w/curry sauce and smoked cherry prime rib. The list goes on, but the array of food items were overwhelming - I got to what I could. Lol. Not to mention they had bottomless mimosas - WELL WORTH every penny. :D

Yelp
I decided to take a staycation for my first time staying at Omni Ft. Worth. If you're a fan of a country atmosphere, this is the hotel for you. Upon entering the hotel lobby, you'll see the decor of throughout that's gives you that southwestern feel. They don't call Ft. Worth "Cowtown" town for nothing as it's in close proximity to The Stockyards and across the street from the convention center. As an Omni Black Tier Select Guest, I was not impressed with th check-in as it took me about 25 mins before being able to do so since they only had 2 front desk agents working. There was a long line to the entrance door of people waiting to check in. As I've been able to do at other Omni hotels of my room key being on the board for a quick ability to go up to my room, that option wasn't available for some reason. The gentleman who helped was nice , which I told him it was my first time staying at the hotel. As a Black Tier Select Guest, a double upgraded room is given, if available. I was given a top floor that had a decent view, but was hoping to have downtown view instead of a south facing view of I-30. The room was not an upgrade, as I was hoping. Unfortunately, It was the actual room type that I booked. It was clean and updated. I got settled in the room before going back down to the lobby to inquire about getting a late checkout. A different front desk agent helped me, which I explained to her about if I should have received a double upgrade due to my select guest status. She said yes and saw that there was availability for me to have received the upgrade. I told her for some reason I wasn't given the upgrade, which she offered to give me the upgraded room, but I declined since I was already settled in my current room and didn't want to gp through the hassle of switching rooms. I had drinks at the hotel bar called Whiskey and Rye, which maintained the country atmosphere as the hotel lobby did. There was live music by a guitarist, TV's to watch sports, and a pool table. It seemed to be the meeting spot for numerous hotel guests who were in town for a conference. The drinks were good, but on the pricey side. I don't know if I'll stay at this Omni property again as I didn't feel the treated as well as other Omni Hotel properties, such as Omni Frisco and Omni Dallas.

Semaria S.

Yelp
Who doesn't love Omni hotels? One of my favorites that never disappoints. The rooms are always spacious and welcoming. The check in process was a breeze. On site restaurants allow for quick meals, Bar visits and a Starbucks fix for those who need it. The daily breakfast and lunch buffets provided for the conference attendees was exceptional. You can access the Complimentary Trolley access via the city right outside if the hotel. In walking proximity to stores and restaurants. Ample sitting areas located throughout the hotel. Elevators move pretty quickly for those on higher floors. Staff were friendly and assisted with any need. The beds just envelop you during the night for a great sleep. I couldn't hear any outside noise from my 14 floor room which was great. Room service is available.

Melissa L.

Yelp
Visited the Omni to attend the Cowtown Unplugged and had the best stay. I can't say enough good.

Denise H.

Yelp
Stayed 2 nights as my daughter had training close by. Everyone from front desk, valet, and housekeeping were great. A few complaints would be the the toilet paper is like sand paper, the bed was hard as a rock, trying to get room service was not easy to figure out but my breakfast was good. Love that Starbucks is located in lobby! Giving 3 stars because the bed not being comfortable!

Shannon T.

Yelp
We spent four days here last week for a convention and loved the place. The hotel is nice, clean, everyone was friendly. The restaurant had great food and the bars had good drinks and they have a pelotons, so I loved that. We would def stay here again.

Loni H.

Yelp
I went here for their Thanksgiving brunch and quickly regretted it. First we waited in a long line that wasn't well organized just to be seated in a random hallway. I asked to be seated somewhere else and was quickly denied and was told they overbooked reservations. Sorry but I didn't pay +$200 to be seated in a spot that was obviously thrown together last minute. As there were plenty of seating we were eventually accommodated and sat at a table and listened to two coworkers talk about their protein intake and gym routine for almost our whole meal. Meats were dry and nothing was to be raved about. I didn't even want to take pictures of the experience because it was just an overall letdown.

Susan O.

Yelp
Worst experience in DFW. Hands down. Where do I begin? Sorry .. I'm not straight out of Fort Worth..they made me fee as such. Didn't get my bag right, were confused about check in. Is this a spot ?

Arwen F.

Yelp
Stay Far Away from their restaurants! What an embarrassment for this hotel to so poorly run their Thanksgiving buffet. An hour wait past the scheduled arrival time. Terrible. Stay away from their buffets!

JE G.

Yelp
I was took part in the NAACO conference and enjoyed the Omni. From the front desk staff, to the food service team, housekeeping, and amenities, it was a delight.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
I had went to the Omni a few days ago for brunch when I had asked the valet who brought my vehicle how his day was, he was dismissive to the conversation & gave me a look that wasn't well appreciated, I specifically remember his name as Jimmy.

Terra W.

Yelp
My husband and I checked in on a Sat at 5:30pm and unfortunately had an emergency and had to leave at 11:30pm. They charged $46.00 for valet and would not waive the fee for us. We had no problem paying for the room, we just asked for the valet to be waived since we were there only a short time. The manager I spoke with was super rude. We love staying in hotels and stay often. Needless to say, we will not be back to the Omni.

Becca S.

Yelp
We did a staycation here for my birthday. I have never stayed at this location though I have been to Las Colinas several times. My friend has stayed at the Dallas and Austin locations. We were both pretty disappointed. First off, if you use the self parking instead of valet, don't expect anyone to help you with the door. I think it is tacky in this day and age, to charge you for internet, but I already knew that going in. We were told when we checked in, that the pool was down. They were expecting it to be up and running in the morning. Bit of a letdown in JULY, but it happens. They have "two" restaurants, but one is open for breakfast and lunch, the other at night. It is all the same kitchen and a very limited menu. However, what they are doing they are doing well, but neither is a place you will go out of your way to visit. The room is dated. The linens are rough and papery and you can hear them shift when you move. Towels were also rough. The bathroom is a good size, but the tub is comically short. It is like a foot high. The pool did not open until 10:30 the next day, and when we went to check it out, it was the smallest and most disappointing pool I have ever seen. A standard backyard pool is bigger than that. The water was filmy. We didn't bother getting in. Las Colinas has a small pool, but it is lovely and scenic. Dallas has the rooftop infinity pool. We were told they were not planning this hotel to be a destination when they built it, they were thinking it would just be a convention hotel. Though they charge a destination price, the value isn't there. You can save some money and go to the Worthington. It is lovely. I saw on the news they are planning a 200 million dollar expansion. It didn't mention any renovations to what is already there, one can only hope they build a proper pool, at least.

Rhonda S.

Yelp
Love staying here when we're in Fort Worth. It's one of the nicest hotels with attentive staff and great food options.

Diana P.

Yelp
Despite a great location they are incompetent and greedy. Terrible service. Could not get the WiFi to work the entire week. They made an error splitting my bill with my roommate Nelda Castillo. After 3 months of calls and getting conflicting answers, being lied to (that a refund was being sent, but was not) they utterly refuse to reimburse me for $45. My roomate refused to discuss or reimburse me. Staff is friendly but completely unempowered to solve anything. It is very clear that the Omni is more interested in a few dollars than customer service. Choose another hotel that is actually competent.

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
Great location for a vacation or staycation. I parked my car and explored downtown on foot. I didn't eat in the hotel at all, so no comment on that. I did have spa services. The spa was beautiful but the services were hit and miss. The pool was pretty small but the rooftop area was beautiful and the poolside bar was great. The room was nice and the staff was polite. There were a few conferences going on while i was there and there was an almost constant line for the elevator. Not more than an inconvenience, but I realize some peoples may be more bothered by it.

Meghan M.

Yelp
Just a very disappointing stay. Got to my room and it appears to have been abandoned mid-clean. Pubic hairs in bathtub...A LOT. Towels just placed randomly in bathroom (not hung or rolled) I called to tell them about how disgusted and disappointed I was considering I paid $900. They sent someone up to wash my tub and gave me a free breakfast. Whoopie do. Then I find out I only had half a roll of toilet paper, which was used pretty quickly. The pool was way too small and disgusting. Dirty towels EVERYWHERE and not a clean one to be found. Cocktails drinks (empty) everywhere. The pool was trashed and in my two hours there....didn't see one person replenish towels, clean...nothing. I should have been comp'd a night, moved rooms SOMETHING. Terrible cleaning practices and not a hotel staff that knows hospitality and how to make things right.

Len S.

Yelp
This was my first trip to Fort Worth. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in this one is very nice. In town for a convention at the convention center located across the street from the Hotel. Too bad they didn't plan a a connection between the hotel and the center. Every morning we had to cross a busy street in the rain between all the smokers at a light that never turned green, to get to the center. The room was very clean, maid service friendly. Not much of a view I guess that's why they planted the roof garden to view from your room. The restaurants in the hotel were very good. If you wanted to walk three or four blocks your found several more good restaurants. One negative. We were in classes from 7 am until 3 pm on our last day and our flight out was not until 7 pm. We all asked for a late check out to give us time to come back to the room at noon to pack and check out. We were all told no. So at 7 am the whole group as at the bell hop desk. The bell hop was forced to pile up a hundred bags in the lobby. Remember, Customer service is the key to success.

Yelp
What kind of hotel does not have late night room service? Answer: A jail

Carlye D.

Yelp
Nice Hotel location, lovely accommodations and my 2nd time staying at this Hotel. Credit Card technology down at check in on 10/31 and instead of just using my personal card for incidentals and using my business card for room, everything ended up on my personal card. It is 11/10 and I am still pending refund to my personal card while business card was charged immediately for full amount after I pointed out error.

Ed U.

Yelp
I stayed three nights for the Healthcare Governance Conference. On the positive side, the food and waitstaff are great. Even the banquet food was top-notch, especially the brisket. The room was nice, and the bed comfortable. I slept well. The hotel staff was a mixed bag. They were competent and got the job done, but their attitude was quite uneven. On checkin, I was struggling with luggage to get in through the very stiff front door. There were three valets hanging around right there, and none offered to hold the door. I went up to the front desk, and the first thing the woman behind it said to me was "Name?" Like the Post Office, driver license place, or something. On checkout day, two hours before checkout time, the housekeeper was knocking on my door to see if I was still there, as if she didn't have access to the list of checked-out guests. So, I would go down to four stars based on the staff attitude. What costs them the second star is the atrocious a/v support for the meeting rooms, which varied from bad to nonexistent. The acoustics in all the rooms were horrible, making good sound reinforcement mandatory. There were not enough loudspeakers to cover the huge ballroom. Sound EQ was really bad. The speakers sounded like they were using a bullhorn. In one of the breakout sessions, the sound wasn't even turned on until the session was half done. The projection screens for the plenary session were way too small for the size of the room. You'd need binoculars to read the slides.

Yelp
Amazing service, clean rooms. Great location. Love this hotel. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
A very nice comfortable hotel right in the heart of downtown Fort Worth...within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shopping. I tried out the room service, the lobby restaurant and bar and the fitness center. All top notch. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were comfy. The only complaint is all the hotel served coffee and in room coffee is WEAK SAUCE. My northwest coffee addiction thankfully was fulfilled at the Starbucks in the lobby.

Yelp
I spend of time in hotels mostly for business, sometimes for vacation but nearly always Marriotts due to status / ccard etc. However I have attended two meetings this year at this hotel and really been pleasantly surprised. The check in as always quick, easy with pleasant staff who make an effort to get you in your room no matter what time you arrive. The staff from front deck, to catering to management are always very nice. The room is large and spacious with just the right amount of furniture that it's functional not cramped. Large comfortable bed with nice crisp clean linens and a big bright bathroom in which they supply Nest products and I personally love the large full size bottles in the shower as it's saves waste and plastic. Also like a TV with full channel line up so on a chill night I can catch up with my favorite programs. Their bar and wine bar are both great picks and a regular sized Starbucks right in the hotel is perfect for a coffee addict like myself! Great hotels and great location convenient to downtown Fort Worth

Yelp
Nice hotel in downtown Fort Worth. I was here for a conference and had an excellent stay. Some highlights: - the room had the usual amenities (coffee machine, work desk, safe, fridge...) and a decent amount of storage space. The TV didn't work but I didn't care enough to complain! - valet parking was pricey ($30+) but the service was top-notch - lobby area was very nice, with a warm glowing fire and plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas. - decent WiFi and well-equipped gym. - very good conference facilities. I loved the rooftop garden adjacent to the 3rd floor conference rooms. - good concierge: they recommended a toy store where I could do some shopping for the kids, as well as showed me where I could safely go walking after dark. - excellent artwork all over the hotel Would happily stay here again.

Yelp
I checked in here the other night and felt very welcomed by a valet worker. He went above and beyond for us. I believe his name was Gavin. He made the whole experience worth-while!!

Yelp
Hi! Staying here spending an arm plus a leg in addition to my first born. After the valet beard almost crashes into your car as there's no rhyme or reason for their dark dank car port, you'll walk into a world built on the back of the 1990s. Let all your wildest dreams come true as you quickly realize the 1990s are within ur wingspan. Anyways bottom line is they charge $19.95 per day per person for WIFI. Yep, NO FREE WIFI IS MY POINT. Yelp
I have never been to a hotel with the staff as friendly as this one. B and Sydney that work in the lobby are AMAZING! And also Vernon the bell man was super sweet and kind. We will definitely be bringing our kiddos back here and this will officially be our "go to" spot from here on out. I've literally never met more kind souls! Thank you so much for all that y'all have done to make our stay Great!!!

Yelp
My friends recently stayed here and we came to visit them on this past Saturday. For the price, the standard king room wasn't anything special. The pool was swamped with children producing an exceptional amount of noise, with there only being one pool. Every poolside chair was filled, but this was expected for a Saturday in august. The kicker was the rooftop bartender, sporting horrendous polarized Oakleys and an updated G shock watch. He nor the other bartenders were too keen on helping us or even being polite when we did order. I do enjoy the Aloft hotel in downtown Fort Worth, less amenities but a better deal. Definitely check it out.

Yelp
Horrible. Don't be fooled by the beautiful exterior. I had to wait hours just to have hot water in my room. Also our refrigerator was leaking. All they did was apologize without any monetary offer which considering this is a nice hotel on the exterior, the gesture would have been appreciated. Instead we were told that it's because we are on a high floor. FIX IT! DO BETTER

Yelp
Mostly all of the reviews here discuss the same things....so I would like to give you a different perspective..... The Omni hotel in Fort Worth is definitely a nice hotel. The attention to detail on the architect and development of the interior are all within the range of a luxury hotel. Those things are mentioned and are expected of a hotel of this caliber, but its the staff's willingness to be great and the amenities that make this hotel superior. The staff is definitely home grown. There was not one disgruntled staff that I ran into. From the folks who open the doors with cowboy hats on to the concierge staff to the spa staff to the management staff. Everyone had a huge smile and a huge personality to match Texas huge style. Everything is bigger in Texas, right? Even the hospitality and I appreciate that more than the design. Look at pictures of the amenities and even my review of the spa - Mokara Spa. The views were breathtaking, the hotel is located near restaurants in walking distance (i.e. razoos, cheesecake factory), sundance square (that includes shopping and theatres), a train station, the convention center, and the water gardens. You are literally in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. I visited the spa, pool & bar combo, bar beyond the lobby, and starbucks. I also used the business center and the gym. I made use of my week-long stay. Parking, at this time was at $22/day (no in/out) or $28 (with in/out option) with valet service if you want to get the upscale treatment. I ventured out because I really didn't like the restaurants immediately around the hotel, although there is a subway in close proximity. If you are thinking it is an expensive choice and if its worth it, consider ALL it has to offer. Best option for a stay in Fort Worth for sure. NOTE: the only thing I would change, if asked of course, is the starbucks. The starbucks is inside the hotel and the only quick option. I am not a coffee drinker or lover. Maybe add a quick option on another wing. Would be better.

Yelp
This was my fourth time staying at the Omni for an annual cheer competition. We had always had a great time and good service in the past but that was absolutely not the case this past weekend. The restaurant Whiskey and Rye was not properly staffed for an event of this size and the servers and managers were extremely rude and hostile towards us. We were constantly harassed about our girls playing pool, or standing near the table dancing (there was live music ) and they were next to the stage not bothering anyone. They no longer allow anyone under 21 after 8 pm which was also a huge inconvenience as the other restaurant was a fine dining steakhouse. On Sunday, the manager was only letting a few people in at a time when they opened at 1130 and getting angry and anyone for asking questions. This is an open seating restaurant with no hostess and she proceeded to SCREAM at our friends for sitting at an empty table. Not only that, we never received our drinks after waiting over 45 minutes and finally decided to cancel them. When we asked why everyone else was getting drinks when we were the second table sat, she yelled at us "if we don't like it we can leave". We were treated like absolute dirt and felt completely unwelcomed. On our second day, a few of us made a plan to meet on the second floor of hotel in the common areas where the ballrooms and convention rooms are. We were quietly sitting at a table having coffee and putting our girls shoe tags on and the managers came and told us they were having a private party and we had to leave. This was a flat out lie- there was never a private event- I was there all day. They said we could sit in the overcrowded lobby where there were no chairs. They just didn't want anyone on the second floor, even though we were guests of the hotel. I ordered room service breakfast for my daughter and our meals were missing food items. This property has gone downhill and they clearly do not want nor appreciate the business from the huge cheer competition every year. I am a select guest member and will never stay at this Omni again.

Yelp
Let's be clear, I would never spend over $200.00/night + parking to stay here...I would pay $60.00/n and $20.00/RT UBER to stay elsewhere, then do business in the comfortable, cozy lobby of the Omni. Abundance of nice furnishings makes life easy on the cheap

Yelp
So day two of the $180 a night BS. Now it's a game. What aren't they going to do....obviously not make the bed, or empty the rubbish, or refill the coffee and tea.

Yelp
I live in Fort Worth and decided on a 2 day " staycation" was disappointed to find that Bob's was closed on the 2 days I was there and in 100 degree heat had to walk a mile to find something open. rooms were fine and all I ever require are clean towels every day. The pool was a mess; seemed more like a Days Inn pool on some off the beat road and the crowd was, let s be polite , seemed like extras from the Dukes of Hazard. better value elsewhere in the future

Yelp
checkin was easy, valet was easy, and room was clean and safe. drinks on point downstairs. located in a prime location also in downtown fort worth
