Omni Interlocken Hotel

This hotel was so amazing! The company my husband works for had their event there and it was all around a great experience! The restaurants were great, the customer service was absolutely AMAZING (always greeted me with a huge smile when I came through the front door, and the room was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious!! The surrounding areas of the hotel were amazing. They have 2 pools and a hot tug. There were cool seating areas outside with heat lamps above and a gas fire pit to cozy up to. We came with my service dog who is a German shepherd, and they were always happy to see him and complimented his well trained behavior. There’s lots of restaurants close by, a Walmart, and a mall! Only 20-25 min from Boulder which was awesome! And let me tell you, THE VIEW of the mountains were AMAZING!! We were places in a mountain facing room and waking up every morning to them was like a dream! Honestly, if I ever traveled to Colorado again, I would stay here for sure! What a wonderful experience, best I’ve ver had at a hotel! 100/10 recommend!!!

We were warmly greeted immediately upon arrival, and Liz and Clayton were both incredibly kind. Their customer service was excellent and truly set the tone for our stay. Ordering room service from the room was very easy, and the staff who delivered our food were just as friendly. We especially enjoyed the burger and ice cream both were delicious. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. We had a Mountain View room, and waking up to that breathtaking view each morning was unforgettable. What stood out to us the most was the friendliness of all the staff, the extremely comfortable bed that had us falling asleep instantly, and the bathroom mirror that didn’t fog up after showering such a thoughtful and convenient touch! We had breakfast daily at The Camper, where the food was consistently excellent and the staff were attentive and welcoming. Their freshly squeezed orange juice quickly became a must have every morning. I only wish we had more time to enjoy all the amazing amenities, including the spa, heated pool, and even the golf course on the property such a great bonus! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back.

We stayed here for our anniversary and we had a great experience. The room was pretty nice, my only complaint was I thought the shower head was too short. I am 6ft tall and I had to bend way down to get water on my head, but other than that it was nice. We had an unexpected surprise room service visit; we had mentioned when we checked in that we were celebrating our anniversary, and they brought us a beautiful chocolate assortment and a small bottle of sparkling wine. It really made the stay much more memorable. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Omni.

Really nice, low key hotel. Stayed for three nights. Staff was very friendly/helpful. Room was clean and mattress was great. Nice Chrome TV feature let's you cast streaming channels from your phone, so no cumbersome sign-in to Hulu, etc. Hotel restaurant had good, reasonably priced food (service was a bit slow but likely understaffed when we were there). I'd stay here again for any meetings or activities nearby. It was winter so did t get to checkout the pools, but they were heated

The Omni is a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. I was there for a holiday event. While the hotel and stay were nice, I fell on a patch of ice outside the hotel's front door. I notified the front desk and was simply given an apology. No one ever checked to see how I was doing or if I was okay. No report was even taken. I expected better service/hospitality.

We are so grateful to the staff of this hotel for kindly giving us a late checkout at 3 PM. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel itself features a large, beautifully decorated interior and a cozy fireplace where you can relax in one of the seating areas near the lobby. The small café across from the check-in desk makes the most amazing cappuccinos, and the bakery items from Rebel Bakery were absolutely delicious — especially the cinnamon roll. You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely come back to stay here again.

Loved our vacation stay here! The location is great- only 50 mins to Rocky Mountain National Park and close to other attractions. Hotel is very clean, beds are comfy. Staff at the front desk, pool and bar are very pleasant and helpful. The 2 heated pools are great! We spent an entire day by the pool enjoying the water, the pool bar and just relaxing. Nice gym too. Hotel breakfast was delicious too. So happy we stayed at the Omni, it really added to our vacation experience.

Wow! This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated to create an awesome resort vibe. The attention to detail and friendly service made our stay feel special. We’re thinking of bringing our friends for special occasions to the hotel restaurants and plan to return for a spa retreat for our next visit.

A nice resort hotel in Broomfield. They have pools and hot pool whose temperature was nice but sometimes they're full of dead insects. The room was quite well maintain. I love that they have all the amenities I needed (high quality products) and more can be requested generously. Lobby was under construction and the sound was super loud when we were there though.

My husband and I did a staycation here on weekend in February. We were so impressed!! The staff were all sooooo friendly! From the front desk, to room service, to the spa, and the restaurant. Everything was great! The pool and hot tub area was great! The food was delicious too!! I highly recommend!!

Used Resort Pass to book a pool day here. Clean pools, great pool bar drinks and food. The check in process was easy and they held our bags since we weren't staying at the hotel. The grounds were very clean and the coffee shop was great. No food or cocktails until 11am at the pools but definitely worth the wait. Wish they had pool servers is the only thing that would have made it better.

I noted in our reservation that we'd be arriving around 930pm & we arrived right at 9pm. We were greeted immediately on entry. Check-in was fast & easy. They verified we were staying 4 nights & using the card on file. We were given 2 key cards for our room (room 1103) & 2 silicone bracelets for the pool - better than ones that have to stay on. We arrived to an upgraded room, a huge house pretzel with mustard, local honey & local meats (love it when there are local touches) & a bottle of cab - along with a hand written message. Housekeeping was fantastic & our beverages were delivered daily at the requested times. The room was a top floor, corner 1K balcony suite, with mountain views. It was quiet & the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee daily on the balcony. The sofa sleeper was comfy (used as a sofa, not a bed) & we greatly appreciated the mini fridge WITH a freezer section. There's some normal wear on walls, as one would expect based on the date of the last refurb. It was odd that the vent is right next to the thermostat & the plumbing is getting tired. (ie: toilet didn't always fill right away & the sink gurgled when draining the tub) & the me in the full-sized mirror staring back at me from the toilet wasn't great... that's as close to bad as I have to offer tho. We loved the grounds, especially the fire pits & ample seating. We didn't get a chance to try the pool/hot tub (our own fault) - which were open til 11pm. Staff were all friendly & eager to help. We definitely are planning a repeat visit!

First time in Colorado and finally decided to go Resort-style stay. There are so many great options from Hotels in the cities to cabins in the woods, and everything in between! Since we were visiting in the middle of summer, we chose the "awesome pool" place. The Hotel vibe is a simple contemporary style but it's still very grand. You walk into a huge lobby area that stretches out to a rather large and impressive lounging space completely with fireplace, several couches and comfy single chairs. It's a great place for getting a little work done. In my case, hubby worked while I lounged;) Behind the lounge are many spacious conference and event rooms. They are very well equipped to handle any type of affair. The lounge leads to a smaller outdoor balcony with a few tables overlooking the pool area. It's beautiful at night as you can see the fire-pits and lit pools. Yes, pools. Two plus a large jacuzzi. It stays open until 11pm which allows for a nice after-dinner chatting time. The pools- we loved the pool section of the hotel. It's very well kept! You walk in and are greeted by a well managed towel counter and friendly staff. There are two types of lounging beds and plenty of umbrellas to shade you from the powerful summer sun. Although I mostly opted to stay in the sun and take in the absolute beauty of the Colorado sky adorned with the fluffiest whitest clouds I've ever seen. Seriously! My neck was sore by the time I flew back to Cali just from looking up so much! Gorgeous skies! The staff throughout the entire hotel were great! Everyone was so friendly, kind, and helpful. Even the young baristas and bar tenders were eager to please. This scored them some great tips; but don't tell hubby! The restaurants were good, especially the breakfast. My only complaint is that they are still blaming the "Rona" for not offering room service. Not buying it! Sorry! I understand that room service complicates things a bit, but WE THE PEOPLE that are willing to pay the high prices of resort vacationing, should definitely have the option of breakfast in bed. Come on, America! Let's get back to pampering our guests the right way without weak excuses! (Okay, I've said my peace.) The rooms are nice, clean and the beds are quite comfortable. None of the rooms offer a bathroom with separate tub and shower. This made my nose crinkle a bit. I'm not into showering in toddler-sized bathtubs. Especially on a relaxing vacation. My four-star review fell short of five-star due to lack of room service option and tiny-toddler-bathtub/shower situation. Having said that, we obviously look forward to staying here again in the near future. Oh- and the coffee maker in my room gets a! Terrible coffee!!! P.S. And a microwave would've been nice.

Everyone is really nice at this hotel and the food is really good. I forgot my toothbrush and the staff gave me a free one and toothpaste. Rooms have a nice view of the golf course.

1 year ago we gave this hotel a 5 star but this trip was SO different of an experience and we aren't sure if we will ever go back. Dirty room, worn out and stained furniture. Never changed the sheets even though we requested it AND placed the card on the bed. Fingerprints never cleaned off the big mirror, never vacuumed in 5 days. They removed the lounge furniture and corn hole from the relaxing green space, the waterfall by the pool wasn't working and it was dirty. We were never greeted coming or going even though there were no patrons at the front desk. Our bath towels they gave us the day before we left had brown stuff on a supposedly clean set of towels-disgusting! So disappointed this visit. Even one lady we met in the elevator said they keep the lights so dim so we don't see how dirty it is . Staff was more consumed with the conference attendees and we were not the only guests to feel this way.

We live in the area and decided to come here on a whim for a staycation on a Saturday night, and we were not disappointed. First of all the service at this hotel is amazing. What makes this such a great place is the friendly warm and helpful staff. They truly know what it is to have a place with good hospitality. The other thing that we noticed when we got here was the lobby it is gorgeous and you feel welcome and sense of a grand place when you get here. We went to the spa and also enjoyed the outdoor pools and they were both great. We came in the winter when the place was less crowded. In terms of the building itself, the decor is a little bit dated, but they do a really nice job of keeping everything very clean. And I've heard they're going to be renovating it starting in May. So we're good things to come.

This hotel used to be fantastic. The staff are super stingy. I've stayed at this omni pre covid and staff was great. Now there are absolutely no perks and I get a terrible room with view of roof with aircon and dishes for TV. So much for making visitors feel welcome. So much for being a loyal omni guest. No more. I give up.​

Our family stayed at this hotel for a wedding. We reserved (pay when arrive) 3 rooms via booking.com. The day BEFORE we arrived, the hotel charged 75% of the total. When we arrived they immediately tried to blame the "3rd party" which was false. We worked out the payment, with the correct travel card and the stay was fine. The following week, we discovered the original reservation card is once again charged 75% of the total and the travel card is charged the entire amount. We attempted to address this by calling the manager and were met with attitude and "your wrong". We took the time to email both card's account screenshots with the charges, allowing them to make this right. So far we are being ignored and had the feeling they were hoping this would go away. Well, it's not gong to. Upon investigation, it appears this is a common problem. We will not stay here again. Proceed with caution new visitors. Shame on management.

Highly recommend the Omni. They are so kind and accommodating. Stayed here for a week for vacation in Colorado and it was the best decision. Easy to get to. Located in good area close to amenities, restaurants and gas stations. Tons of parking. Just an overall wonderful place.

Pros: -Free parking! -Newly renovated meeting/event space -Great water pressure in shower -Fantastic customer service especially at front desk -Nice lobby activations (cookies and juice at checkin) and resort activities -Close highway access Cons: -Rooms are outdated & in need of a renovation, they're not conducive to today's traveler (mirror placement only in bathroom/behind bed which makes it hard for more than one person to get ready at a time, not enough outlets and again poor placement) -Coffee shop is very tiny and cramped, difficult for one person to pass by another -If you're on a low floor the noise from the pool area carries up easily late at night -Outdated lobby furniture/look -Currently still limited restaurant offerings

I stayed at the Omni Interlocken this past weekend and purchased a hotel package months in advance. With this package, I was to receive a $25 hotel credit, plus I pre-purchased $700 in hotel credit. The hotel charged me for the hotel credit, but never applied to any charges such as the restaurant, bar and spa. I have been double charged for all items. I have currently spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to reach someone who can correct my bill. Two emails have been sent to "Accounting" by customer relations and I have yet to be contacted. My sister and brother in-law are dealing with the exact same issue. I have also personally left 3 voicemails with accounting to no avail. I cannot reach a single contact at the actual hotel. At this point, I have contacted American Express to dispute the over-charge and the Better Business Bureau. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a hotel in Broomfield, CO search elsewhere and avoid the Omni.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay that Omni two weeks ago. After reading the reviews, I was dreading my stay but we didn't want to move b/c we were playing the golf course and wanted the discount / tee time. The hotel had the Vet conference going on during our stay but had little impact. I thought the lobby and main areas were clean / updated and while I thought the rooms (especially the bathroom) could use some sprucing up - it's not as bad as the reviews are saying. Most importantly - I felt clean during this time and to me - that was the most important. We did not use the restaurants and the golf course restaurant did not open until 10-ish so we had to eat elsewhere before our tee time. We sat at the pool - didn't go in for an hour or so and thought it was lovely. Two pools and not at all crowded during our stay. The pool bar was closed for the season already and I can see the pools getting crowded during the high season (or during conferences) but I was surprised by how large it is. The TV in our room most had analog channels - which was bad and recommend the hotel switch to digital. Everything else about the hotel was nice and in a good location with free parking.

The hotel has been here awhile and there are some hints it could use some renovations but the people who work here are amazing! Everyone we encountered has been pleasant, professional and exceptional when it comes to client service. The Ritz Carlton affect without the up-charge. Great location and easy to get around anywhere.

I got my wish!!! I had a buffet breakfast today where Vicki, Marco, and Carlos at the omelette bar made it a true party the cheese bar has to be the most amazing thing that I've seen, but don't forget that early can you get butter, but goat butter LOL!! The very friendly hostess was wonderful.....I forgot to get her name....sorry lol but great job!! James (who's last name is Hotel perfect lol) Simply knew how to keep it professional. Then Anna who had to work at events during a very busy time kept it funny. Bailey had to endure numerous phone calls for me because for some reason I kept locking myself out which resulted in her bringing me a Diet Coke, and sending Justin one of the friendliest hotel techs to help me out and unlock my door... Thank you again for putting up with my behavior. And no matter what the last person I got the pleasure to meet tonight was Tyler at the front desk working with nicole who kept such an even keel he made me feel a lot better about forgetting my key and eating a Diet Coke... Tyler you complete one of the greatest hotel steps I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I hope to see you all again soon! Jessica in the tap room I will sit in your section next time!!

I patronized the spa. It was a lovely experience with the exception of the automatic 20% gratuity. Although told in advance, 20% of a $400.00 spa bill is a bit much to pay in today's financial environment. It should be left to the customer how much gratuity to leave. This is the only reason I won't return. In addition, a 300.00 charge for a massage is a bit much. I have stayed in 5-star hotels around the world, and this is the most expensive spa I have seen to date.

Staff at this Marriott location are genuinely courteous, friendly, and treat customers so well! Had a recent foot surgery and asked for some way to ice my foot and they sent up bags of ice right away with warm smiles. Always greet as we come and go and seem to genuinely love their job. This makes the experience 5 for me.

The service and atmosphere are amazing definitely an excellent value for price. Will definitely be back soon! Thank y'all for the hospitality!

Charge high dollar for vallet or no vallet, nickle and dime you in charges. No service when needed.

2nd time at the hotel. #1 - the staff was incredible at the hotel and the golf course! #2 - 2nd time and our room request said it was honored and it wasn't. Requested we did not look at I36 both times. Both times, I36 and the parking lot. We were given two rooms and both were bad. When we got into our room that was "supposed" to look over the pool and NOT I36, it was a full view of I36 and NO view of the pool. This was the 2nd room we were given which made us wonder. I guess the person who gave us the 2nd room didn't know the hotel. I had to redo all the outlets in the room as none of the lights worked. Fiid was not good. Things were not prepared as requested and cold. We went out of the hotel for food. Very sad. No room service. Validated when I booked the room that RS was available and was told yes. TV stations were limited and no free movies which is really unheard of these days. Outlet on the nightstand with an associated plug-in on the side of the nightstand didn't work. Outlets on the desk for charging didn't work. Golf course was amazing. We'll just stay at the Hilton next time.

I wasn't going to write a review but I'm truly disappointed with this hotel and feel people should know. I purchased 3 rooms, called to get early check in as it was for my daughters 11th birthday with 2 other girls. Told this hotel multiple times we were there for the pool and hot tub over the phone, yet they failed to mention it was closed the day before due to issues. Tried to get my money back but due to Priceline, I couldn't. We chose to stay and make the best of it because the hotel was beautiful. After about 2 hours, I hear a knock on the door of my daughters room. The man from the front desk comes up accusing my child and her 2 friends for causing a ruckus in the hallways. However, they had been IN their room for over an hour and the gentleman confirmed the complaint was in the last 20 minutes. When I caught him in that, he got all stumbled over his words and tried saying he wasn't accusing my daughter. If that was the case, why say anything? It was clearly not us. Lastly, I go to get in bed and the bed is the most disgusting bed I've ever seen. The fitted sheet had all kinds of hair, long, short and curly, truly gross. The fitted sheet also had stains from some sort of liquid...which was also on the other sheet and part of the blanket. I called the same gentleman who accused us of being loud and all he said was he would get someone up to replace the bedding and had the audacity to ask "is there anything else during your stay that hasn't been to your liking?" OF COURSE THERE IS, YOU KNOW THIS. The guy was politely a huge jerk and I have pictures of the disgusting bed proving housekeeping skips beds. DISGUSTING.

The staff is outstanding. Friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a facelift. Nice pool area. Enjoyed the tap room.

Location is the only reason to stay here. Relatively easy drive to the mountains, without staying in the college town of Boulder. That is the only positive we found. Older hotel, built in 1999. Remodeled in 2008, but showing lots of wear & tear. Balcony door handle was broken clean through. Sliding doors to bedroom of the suite, came off the track. We stayed 3 nights and we overpaid for the Mountain View!! It is probably a good 25 miles from the mountains, as the crow flies, hope you brought a telephoto lens. 2 out of 3 nights we experienced a problem with the hot water. Traveled the world and never thought I would say this; there was too much hot water!! There was actually no cold water, even the toilet was flushing scalding hot water. Rooms smelled okay and were large with huge tv, but who goes to CO to watch tv? Pillows on the bed were goose down & I am allergic. If we ever go back to the Rockies, I think we will save $600 and take a cabin at the park. We can take our own bedding and a sponge would be better than 2nd degree burns in the shower.

In the 3 days, we stayed here, our room was never cleaned or replenished once. We had to get our own towels, coffee supplies, water, and anything else we needed. This hotel has 2 restaurants and a coffee shop but NO ROOM SERVICE! Are you completely stupid? I don't know who is ultimately responsible for this hotel but you better find someone else with some common sense and actual hotel management experience. I have been a long-time Omni member and this is a pig that Omni owns someone smeared lipstick on. I can't recommend this hotel and I won't be back!

Nice hotel with all of the amenities that you need. They have a coffee shop as well as a restaurant which serves an awesome breakfast with lots of choices. The service was very good. They also have a sports bar as well. The staff was nice and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable but I hated the little foam pillows, though they claim their rooms have feather pillows, unless you request foam pillows, which I did not. These foam pillows cost me some valuable sleep as I love and prefer feather pillows and I hate foam pillows. Other than that, no issues or other complaints.

Rosa at the pool is the best employee at this entire hotel, screw everybody else team Rosa!!

Here are my top 10 reasons why i will not book our staff at the Omni Interlocken. 1. 4 star hotel rating (I think not!) - this rating is what attracted me to try Omni. I was expecting a higher quality of service and accommodations. 2. Select Guest Program - excited for my stay, i called and signed up for the "Select Guest Rewards Program". The agent describes outstanding benefits even a loyalty ambassador to help you with everything! A personal type assistant to insure you have an excellent stay! Made me feel excited to find out more! However, once i arrived at the hotel there was no talk of this "Loyalty Ambassador". Never saw this special service, I received the same treatment as my colleagues who were not in the Select Guest Program. Bummer! What a let down! Why tease me with this benefit that doesn't exist? 3. The view! I am in beautiful scenic Colorado, being part of the Select Guest program (and a first time visitor to this hotel), i would assume i would have a room with a decent view. Nope, my room's view was - old satellite dishes, paint peeling off of the metal roof, drainage tubes and the absolute worst thing - a large pile of nasty cigarette butts right outside my window! Wow, what a disappointment! 4. The room - the bed and pillows were comfortable, however, the rooms need updating! Dated wallpaper, tired sink fixtures, old tub/shower combo, bathroom needs a modern walk in shower and some new counter tops at a minimum! 5. Maintenance - upon arrival one of my side lamps was not working, the gentlemen who brought up my bag said that he would have it fixed. He said he would let engineering know. This lamp was never fixed. My next problem - at 3 am my refrigerator was making loud noises for hours (woke me up and couldn't go back to sleep). I reported it to the front desk, engineer left me a note saying it was fine (defrosting?). My door access key was tricky, took several times to get the door open. My colleagues both had maintenance issues with their rooms as well. One person couldn't regulate his heat and he understood the heating system. (I had trouble myself with the unit, you have to hold down the button for a while to adjust the temp). My other colleague only had luke warm water in the shower one day (why is that?). He also had trouble with a coffee pot, they left him a note (addressed to "Mrs"), saying the coffee pot was fine. 6. Cleaning - my room was not cleaned on my third night (no trash removal, no pick up of dirty towels, etc). I did not have the do not disturb sign on my room. They just forgot about me! My colleagues and i also noticed we had 2 bottles of water upon check in (in our rooms) but they were never replenished. 7. Service - i had to carry some swag to our office, i asked the front desk for a used cardboard box (to make it easier to carry these items). They said they could accommodate me. I gave them some time, however asking twice afterwards with a response of "we are working on it", i gave up! I am thinking "where is my Loyalty Ambassador to assist me with this request?" 8. Snow/ice removal - we were disappointed in the lack of snow/ice removal from the entrances and parking areas. We had to be extra careful walking to our vehicle as the hotel only seemed to prep a very small area at the front door. 4 star hotels should do better. Safety is important! We were not impressed with the lack of concern for these areas. 9. Lamp/plug - everybody charges their phones/electronic devices. I hated the lamps at this hotel. The on/off button is at the bottom of the lamp. You have to push in to turn off/on. The problem is - when you are in bed and need to push that button, the lamp (which is very light weight) slides across the table! You have to hold the lamp while pushing hard on the button! Hated it every night i used it. Oh and the plugs for your phone are tacky electrical outlets attached to the side of the table. Again, rooms need updated ! I can't believe they are rated 4 star? 10. Check out - although having a cheery personality, the agent never asked me about my stay. Never once did he say "how was your stay? I am a first time customer, joined the rewards program, am traveling for business, and had a maintenance issue with my room but was never asked "how was your stay? Thats just not excellent customer service in my opinion. I was waiting for him to ask so that i could inform him of my disappointment. After check out, i did receive a general email from Onmi asking for feedback. I gave feedback and then was prompted to leave a "Google Review". However it would not allow me into that google review area. Now i'm thinking it was probably due to the low ratings i supplied on my survey. Shame on you Omni! Not impressed with this location, and will not book our team there and will not recommend to other colleagues and friends. Management has some work to do at this location!

We chose this location to be close to the things we wanted to do in Boulder and other locations nearby, but avoided staying directly in Boulder to save on the costs. This was very close to the freeway and made it easy for us to get where we were going. We arrived late in the evening on a Friday and their lot was really full. We don't make a ton of fuss about parking far away, but it was a stroll. We found out later there were a few weddings and a convention during the time we were staying. Check in went very smoothly, they do hold $50 per day each day you are staying so be prepared to have them place a hold on your card on file. The front desk clerk was very friendly and explained everything to us so we weren't surprised, but I wanted to share it here as well. Overall our five days were uneventful, there was a train early in the morning on two of the days but we were up early anyhow. We skipped the hotel breakfast/brunch in favor of other places in the area we wanted to try. Water pressure in our shower was awesome and the water got hot lightening fast so be careful! Our mountain view was beautiful. The bed was comfy but maybe a little too soft and the pillows were way too soft. We both ended up folding them in half to give ourselves more support. While we stayed the staff was friendly and helpful if we needed it, and checkout was very smooth as well. This hotel is very close to the shopping at FlatIrons so you the larger chain stores are located nearby if you are interested in that.

We stayed at the Omni in Broomfield on business. We were there 4 nights. It was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. Check in was easy as was check out (on their TV). This Omni has everything you need to conduct business or relax. Their office center is great. If you are going to Boulder this is the place to stay. It is a drive to Boulder, but not bad and the best hotel in the area. You will love the pool, the food and the service. I will always stay at this hotel when in Broomfield.

We've been on the road ALL day. I needed a shower and wanted to stay at a nice hotel. This was not it. First of all, I've had better sized rooms at a Holiday Inn. The bathroom is so small that there's about 2 inches from the door and the toilet. We got the "Mountain View" room. It's a parking lot view with with a sprinkling of office buildings behind it. The remote looks like it's been here since 1988. The only phone charging plug is on the desk, ZERO usb plugs by the bed. It's 2021, incredibly inconvenient. There's not one piece of paper in this room that lists anything as far as amenities. No water glasses and the shampoo is obviously been used. Gross. There's no room service available and the "restaurant" on site only has burgers. That's it! Just. Burgers. I'm so terribly disappointed with our stay. We paid over $300 in a 4 star hotel and got a 1 star experience. The room prices need to be dropped WAY down and so does the star rating. Covid or not, this is NOT what Omni Resorts are suppose to represent.

Ok, I really really wanted to like this hotel, HOWEVER, there were a few things that I personally am a little frustrated by. I booked a room and maybe it's not super pricy to some people but it was for me. I will say I appreciate them being a pet friendly hotel, but there is a $125 fee which I understand there being an extra pet fee but that just seems ludicrous to me. Considering the price of the room I expect extremely good quality, and while everyone had amazing customer service skills (thank you Matthew and Patrick at the front desk) I wish I hadn't needed to have so much contact with them. My original room had no hot water so I had to be moved, my second room's sink seemed to be clogged and my computer had trouble connecting to the WiFi in my new room...again, I think my frustration primarily comes from quality compared to the price I paid, it was just a bit disappointing and I know I could have gotten the same quality from a Hilton or Marriott suites at half the price.

Hotel is well designed, stylish and spacious. Service is almost non-existent. No room service. No housekeeping, unless you ask. Rooms are tired with only sheets and a thin blanket on the bed. That's it. No bedspread or comforter. Half the ice machines are broken. Dinner in the pub (the only restaurant open) was disappointing, with BBQ brisket we stood in line for being grisley (at $18) and a cheese board that looked like an airplane snack for one (at $20). We had to ask how to get a table and were told to sit anywhere. We waited for one to be bused then had to ask for silverware and napkins. There was nothing on the tables, no salt and pepper, nothing. It looked more like a dorm cafeteria than a restaurant. And staff seemed as confused as we were. Frankly, it feels like someone who has never run a hotel before bought one and can't figure out how to make it work. Just strange and disappointing.

Worst experience with this hotel. They are not in the right place right now so I would highly recommend staying at another location. Here are the issues that my husband and I experienced: 1. Clogged drain 2. Soap in shower leftover from previous guest 3. Ac was being weird 4. No fan/exhaust in the bathroom 5. Dim lighting, only lamps to light room probably to hide the yellow stains on the sheets and bath towels. 6. No cell phone service as soon as you walk in the room. 7. You have to pay 14$ per day for WiFi. 8. The elevator went down a couple days ago trapping other guest. Firefighters had to come up to the 7th floor to get them out. 9. No room service for food. 10. Restaurant in building only open between 4-9 so you will have to go to another location for breakfast and/or lunch every day. Very misleading if you read the website. 11. Power went out completely in our room the day after those people were trapped in the elevator. We are very concerned for future guest especially guest who are unable to use stairs or climb 7+ floors. My husband and I are lucky we are acclimated to Colorado and are in good shape. Best of luck with your overpriced motel.

The last visit I had at the Omni was 10 years ago for a family vacation. So we thought it was time for another one for the family and all the kids to get together, NOT impressed what so ever. This place is WAY overpriced, NOT kid friendly. The rooms are not updated, we had a joint room with some of our family and there phone didn't even work in there room. I understand things get booked at hotels and what not, like weddings and such, but we weren't told that there was going to be a huge convention going on the whole weekend. There breakfast was way over priced and not good at all. My family had to get our key cards to our rooms changed the first few days because the first ones we got didn't work?.... My biggest disappointment was how it wasn't kid friendly, and we have a big family with kids. I just felt like they weren't accommodating at all with anything. If we wanted to watch any type of "kid" shows we had to pay for Disney and/or movies, they need that updated to, or at least where we can sign into Netflix. It was a good time at the pool and pool bar, but other then that I do not recommend this place. My dad doesn't complain much about anything but he was just as disappointed as we were and that says something.

We love the Omni. Even though we live close by we have stayed here for a weekend staycation just to get away and enjoy the pool, spa, and restaurant. We love it so much we hosted our family reunion here. They were wonderful to work with, priced well for such a quality hotel, and we booked the penthouse for the first evening Welcome party. The penthouse has beautiful views of the front range and we also booked the adjoining room to make it a 2 bedroom. They have a little kids activity club with fun welcome kits and fun kids activities... Just make sure to get a schedule from the front desk. The pool is heated and very attractive. They have "dive in" movies for the kids in the summer. You can also see the most of the Jeffco air shows from the pool. Huge conference center and business room space. Catering is affordable and they have a courtesy shuttle to local restaurants, mall and movies. Check out the schedule for the free summer concerts at Flatirons mall. Great location off HWY 36 between Boulder and Denver.

We were really happy with our stay here. Amanda was super nice throughout the stay and somehow we got the really nice suite on the 11th floor. There was 2 waters and a milk for our son sent to our room an hour or so after we got the room. Room was nice and clean. And the bed was actually really comfy! Not sure who supplied the mattress but I slept better there than on our tempurpedic at home. We didn't eat in any of the restaurants there not use any of the facilities( pool etc). It's about 15 minutes from boulder and Denver which makes it a good central location. There is mall and Walmart super close as well as a bunch of other restaurants. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

We just had a great stay here for a business/pleasure trip. I'm not gonna lie...my boss paid for the room but that does not deter me from being duly impressed with this hotel and their staff. We had a tiny snafu upon checking in that didn't even ruffle our feathers, but the Omni management bent over backwards to make this right for us, in unexpected generosity. We were upgraded to a suite, complete with living room that turned out perfect for working (and the wifi was very able to keep up with us). Hubby enjoyed the golf course while we girls worked, altho he was a bit put out by the geese hazard on the 6th hole. We also enjoyed using the jacuzzi. Nothing like getting snowed on while sitting in blissfully hot water, surrounded by mountains. I may understand everyone's fascination with "skiing" now... Our company also sponsored a dinner here and the food was great but Vickie our bartendress was even better. She was funny and always at the ready to top off our wineglasses. Gotta remember to watch out for that elevation when drinking tho! By the end of our stay, we had staff holding elevators for us, helping us with luggage, and just generally being friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the room is that it did smell funky, like old cigarettes. In fact, a lot of the hotel could use some sprucing up, but mostly that is cosmetic stuff and pales in light of how great the staff is. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here for a work conference. Overall my room was okay, nothing fantastic. Elevators are ridiculously slow and their food selection is limited.

Not quite what I was expecting for a resort hotel. I may just be a typical woman, but the rooms just don't work. There are not convenient outlets. The mirrors are in weird locations and too far away. The comforters are so nice but heavy. And there was not any water set up downstairs in the am- could only find a coffee bar. When we arrived it was a short rain shower, but we were surprised there were not any real food options other then the tap room and we weren't interested in drinking. Pool side dining was closed due to the rain and the outside pavilion that looked like it might have food was for a private party. Not sure where the clubhouse might have been but again it was raining. There were not really any walking paths and if you did walk on the resorts golf course paved path you got yelled at by golfers that it's all private. So if you wanted to get out of your room you had to just parking lot or street walk. Overall, it's the lack of functionality of the rooms that bothers me. Everything just seems off and clustery. I really don't feel like they even came close to earning their $65 a day resort fee. Just not really worth it.

Extremely rude and nasty Concierge lady ruined our planned attendance during the Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival this August 26-27, 2022. We have attended this weekend event for five years and NEVER had this happen before. We represent a group of 40 attendees from a national-wide cigar group who planned this trip months ago and payed hundreds of dollars each to attend this weekend event. After we arrived at the event this afternoon, management rep came out and demanded we move our vehicles a mile away, even though we had got permission for our group to park in the same area as we had the past five years. We will not be attending any future events at this hotel site.

Will round up a 4.5 stars to 5 stars. Nice hotel, great view of mountains from top floor. Good food in Tap Room restaurant. Responsive staff and god housekeeping. Am attending a conference where people pay a lot to learn to improve their businesses. However the main door leading into the conference room squeaked and creaked so loudly that those sitting within 20 feet of the door were distracted and could not focus on the speakers or the program. I reported this via email the first morning of the conference. The automatic reply said that they would get back with me in 24 to 48 hours. So I went to the front desk during the break to report it. The clerk took down the information and I tried to highlight the importance of it since those near me that were annoyed by it were getting very little out of the conference. Hours later, nothing was done. So at lunch I went to Lowe's to buy a can of WD-40. I took care of it myself. I spoke very briefly to the manager who was with another guest at the time and he said he would call me later. He apologized. Otherwise....If you're on the top floor hot water took forever to get there during the first two days. First night I let it run in the sink for five minutes and it never got hot. First morning when showering before 7 AM the water got warm after a few minutes and then started to get cold again. Rest of trip it was fine. I like the area, with it being kind of an industrial park setting. Boulder is a short 15 minute drive.

Great hotel! Loved LOVED this location. Bed was comfy and room Was clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and attentive. I wish I could have enjoyed the resort more tho and all that it offers. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time on the grounds but I know next time we're taking advantage of all the amenities. We really enjoyed our free morning coffee in our room with our vouchers...what a life saver. Totally coming back to Omni Interlocken.

Sooooo if you don't like this hotel you've got your own issues to work out. What's not to love? Perfect location, clean and friendly staff. I want to give a shout out to Dylan at the front desk. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable. I called the day before our stay and asked if there was any way we could get early check in and that we were celebrating our anniversary. Dylan upgraded our room and was courteous and professional. We got an amazing champagne amenity and beautiful roses and swan towels through out the few nights of our stay. Thank you Omni staff for putting this together. SO I have to mention that yes, I am an employee of Omni and have worked both in Chicago and now in Boston. Through out the years with this company I ALWAYS recommend the Interlocken to both guests and fellow associates since the staff never fails to impress. See you next time! Bravo!

We booked this hotel last minute for a wine festival at a nearby hotel. When we walked in the check in was smooth, the gal upgraded us to a mountain view which was unexpected since most Hotwire hotels I've booked have treated me as lower class because I booked via a discount site. Not them. Treated how it should always be. Other hotels could learn from them. Upon coming back from our wine festival we ordered room service (pricey but what room service isn't). Beds were very comfy and bathroom. Was super clean. Will definitely be back! TIPS: Lots of nearby restaurants but they close on the earlier side. Mall right next door. Close to Boulder but not in Boulder.

I camped out here while waiting for my new place to open up. I saw a lot of the staff daily but only one name will stick out to me, that gentleman's name is Jake. Jake was polite, he gave great tips on things to do in the area, where to shop, where to eat. I wasn't just another face passing through but felt like an old friend. Keep that man around, he's not forgettable and he's the reason people will come back to the Omni. We had no major problems, room service was super, the food was great- go for the cheesecake. The spa was a nice place and I picked up a few items and bought my spouse a spa package. Thank you Jake for making this stay fabulous! You definitely under promise and over deliver! Thank you Omni for your hospitality.

I stayed here for 3 nights in May staff is very friendly too. The bar has yummy food the gym is nice had a Peloton.
