ON Hotel Phuket & Louis' Kitchen

The hotel’s location is very convenient, near the beach, on the other side of the road there is 7/11. Very friendly staff. Guests can take beach towels at the reception desk. There are refrigerators in the rooms. Also there are some shoulders for clothes. And there is always hot water in the shower. Thanks for the little gift of chips and drinks when check in. Breakfast is fine, has fruits. As for some drawbacks, there is no elevator so I had to drag my 23 kg luggage to the 3d floor myself. Also, there is no soap in the rooms to wash your clothes (seems like previously they used to put it). And there are no tea bags, only coffee. I also think it would be good to have a chance to take umbrellas at the reception too. Rooms decoration is a little bit old, shower head and toilet too, but acceptable. But some plugs are loose so it can be not very convenient to charge your phone etc.

My parents were staying in this hotel and I came to visit them. The first thing I saw was a cockroach 🪳 if you like them- this place is wonderful . The attitude of the stuff is much to be desired. I understand that they should be tired, but when you work in tourism and work with people who come to travel- please try to smile at least at times. My parents left me medicine before they left the hotel and went back to Russia, and I was staying in another hotel. I’ve talked on the phone with the person at the reception desk and we agreed I’ll come and get the medicine the next day. When I came they couldn’t find it.. they didn’t even try to though ..

Simple rooms, but everything you need. The rooms that gave away from the street aren’t very noisy. It was very clean, appreciated the extra water left outside the door, even when I didn’t want my room cleaned. Location is great as it is near the beach, the bus stops and bars. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

A very basic hotel. BUT. Right in the middle of everything (3 live music bars within 100 meters and in the room it was quiet). 200 meter to the beach. Restaurants, left and right. If you just look for a place to sleep and want to enjoy the beach and life. Perfect!

The location is great and staff are really helpful. Room is very basic, more like a 2 star but its very clear and towels changed everyday. Restaurant nice downstairs. The beach is lovely here and there is a gorgeous Italian at the end of the road. Great location for trips like big budda, elephant sanctuary ex...

Location of this hotel hotel is nice because it’s close to the beach. But the service is not warm welcoming. and this hotel if you are a smoker, you can’t smoke inside because they don’t have balconies. So you have to pick your ass down and smoke outdoors. 

I dont often write reviews unless somewhere is really bad or really good. This one is thelatter, im pleased to say. I arrived feeling a little tired and jaded {my experience at the airpot was of feeling like just another one of so many tourists}. I was warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome by Cookie and Juls on reception - they were so pleasant and warm. ||Noticing the hotel was on a busy road, I asked for a quiet room. Cookie obliged with a nice spacious, quiet room. Whenever i was anywhere nearby the reception area, i was warmly greeted by Cookie and Juls. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. This makes such a difference. The staff generally were helpful and kind. fantastic people.||Obviously its not a 5 star hotel and that is reflected in the price, but the rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. But most of all, Cookie and the staff were fantastic!

The location is great, although very noisy if you’re facing the road. The rooms are comfortable, but the bathroom gets very wet as there’s no divider between the shower and the toilet. The breakfast is reasonably good. The staff isn’t very helpful and they don’t speak much English. Make sure to take pictures when you check in the room or they’ll make you pay for itens that should have been there.
