We had an amazing experience at ON Residence From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond warm, professional, and always with a genuine smile. They made us feel so special throughout our stay. The standard rooms are a bit small, and the view wasn’t exactly what we hoped for, but once we upgraded to the larger room with the sea view it was absolutely breathtaking! Spacious, beautifully designed, and the view of the promenade was unforgettable. The hotel is spotless, every corner shines, and the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious. A special thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Can’t wait to return

On Residence can be summed up in one word: it’s simply the most beautiful hotel in Thessaloniki! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the staff were just fantastic. The rooftop bar was a dream, and the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel — absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect, thank you for that!

The hotel is excellent. Seafront location close to shopping, restaurants and bars and coffee shops. Hotel nicely renovated, decorated. Staff always ready to smile and assist. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Breakfasts was also good specially best scrambled egg. Thank you

My husband and I spent one night at the ON Residence and wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful room, excellent food (we opted for in room dining), and top notch service! The hotel is centrally located near shops and restaurants. We had an early flight and wouldn't be able to have breakfast so they sent us with a to-go box. An all around 10/10 experience.

Stayed here as part of a wedding (unfortunately not my own). First of all the staff is very well trained and mannered, always trying to help guests. Same goes for the housemaids. As I requested the double bed in my room to have separate covers, 3 housemaids arrived in an instant which was very much appreciated. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated and stylish. TV is also very nice. Welcome treats are also a nice touch. The view however is what really made this experience memorable. The small balcony with the view of the sea make for a very romantic atmosphere. Now the hotel also has a great restaurant and breakfast menu. Everything I ate was great. Overall I was very satisfied and would stay here again.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The room is spacious and modern, in the heart of old town and by beautiful waterfront. I have to mention their breakfast is one of the best I have ever had, and it’s included. Don’t miss this hidden gem if you are going to Thessaloniki.

Rooms with “garden view” are not worth the price. Completely over-rated! Although, rooms are clean and modern. Edited version: Within hours, the hotel management responded very professionally and found a very good solution. As a very frequent traveler, I’m very positively surprised on the professional customer engagement of all the members of the ON Residence hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Small Luxury Hotel? Definitely small but far from luxurious. We chose this hotel partly for its seaside location with a roof terrace bar, but it was closed for private events 2 of our 3 nights, which was very disappointing and unfair to hotel guests. The lobby bar was no substitute as it had no view and no bartender when we tried it as recomnended upstairs despite filling up with a large noisy tour group. The high-end room we booked was the smallest ever, and we found on our second day a dish if welcome sweets on the top shelf of a dark closet. The turndown service 2 of the 3 nights was just a rap on the door and an inquiry as to whether they could bring us anything with no offer to actually come in and service the room. A rod to open the curtains with fell down and lay on the floor for 2 days without being repaired. In sum, the place seemed totally disorganized. Their restaurant, Olymbos Naoussa, was the worst dining experience in 50 years of living and traveling in Greece (separately reviewed).
